Description

【0001】
【0011】

Figure 0003582563
【0012】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention suppresses the generation of split hairs, cut hairs, and split ends, particularly for hair damaged by physical damage due to brushing, chemical treatment such as perm or bleach, and the influence of ultraviolet rays, and has a hair strengthening effect. In addition, the present invention relates to a non- washable transparent gel hair cosmetic composition useful for repairing damaged hair.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Hair loses strength and water retention ability due to elution and structural change of constituent proteins generated during daily hair washing and chemical treatment (perm, bleach, etc.) with chemicals, and structural change due to heat when dried with a dryer. You. In addition, the physical irritation caused by brushing promotes hair damage such as cuticle peeling on the surface of the hair and generation of split hairs, cut hairs and split ends.
[0003]
As a conventional technique for protecting hair from such many damage causes, for example, a method of penetrating and replenishing hair with components similar to hair such as a collagen derivative and a keratin derivative (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-243010, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-53712 is known.
[0004]
However, it is not possible to provide a sufficient repairing effect on damaged hairs by using the above components alone.
[0005]
In addition, in order to effectively apply the composition to damaged hair, it is preferable that the hair cosmetic is formed into a gel which is easy to apply intensively. In order to gel the hair cosmetic, a gel is generally used as a thickener. High molecular substances are used. However, cationic polymer substances have a weak thickening effect, nonionic polymer substances cause problems such as stringing and stickiness, and anionic polymer substances such as olefin-based unsaturated carboxylic acid polymers have a weakening effect. There is a drawback that the cationized protein derivative does not become transparent under the influence of the compound.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and overcomes the drawbacks of the conventional gel-like hair cosmetics. In particular, the gel which can repair, protect, and strengthen damaged hair and can be made transparent and which can be made transparent is not washable. It is intended to provide a hair-like cosmetic.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems and Embodiments of the Invention
The present inventors have conducted various studies to develop a gel hair cosmetic having the above-mentioned preferable characteristics, and as a result, have found that a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer are the main components. 0.1 to 1% by weight of a copolymer obtained from the resulting monomer mixture, and 0.1 to 5% by weight of a cationized protein derivative and 0.5 to 5% by weight of a neutral amino acid are added to the copolymer. When used in combination, even if the damaged hair is subjected to a strong physical force, it has an excellent damage prevention and strengthening effect that cuticles are not easily peeled, cut or split, and furthermore, in general, anionic polymer substances are salts. Although the use of the above copolymer makes the composition more resistant to salts, it can be used in combination with a cationized protein derivative without degenerating the copolymer, and a transparent gel hair cosmetic can be obtained. Heading the Rukoto, and have completed the present invention.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for preparing a cationized protein derivative comprising 0.1 to 1% by weight of a copolymer from a monomer mixture containing a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer; Provided is a non-washable transparent gel-like hair cosmetic composition , characterized in that it contains 0.5% by weight of a neutral amino acid and 0.5 to 5% by weight of a neutral amino acid.
[0009]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. As described above, the gel hair cosmetic of the present invention comprises a monomer mixture containing a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as main components. Is blended as an essential component.
[0010]
Here, as the long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer, a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer represented by the following general formula (1) can be particularly preferably used.
[0011]
Embedded image
Figure 0003582563
[0012]
In the above formula, R 1 is an alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and the alkyl group may be linear or branched. R 2 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
[0013]
Examples of the long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer include alkyl acrylates having an alkyl group having 8 to 30, preferably 12 to 22 carbon atoms, such as decyl acrylate, lauryl acrylate, palmityl acrylate, and behenyl acrylate, and methacrylate corresponding thereto. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0014]
Examples of the olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer include, for example, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, α-chloro-acrylic acid, α-phenylacrylic acid, sorbic acid, cinnamic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and the like, or maleic anhydride. One or more monomers selected from the group of polymerizable compounds containing an olefinic double bond and at least one carboxyl group such as an acid, and preferably include (meth) acrylic acid having excellent polymerization ability. it can.
[0015]
The copolymer of the present invention is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing the above long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as main components. It is recommended to use 1 to 50% by weight of (meth) acrylate and 99 to 50% by weight of olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer. In addition, the copolymer of the present invention is a copolymer obtained by blending and polymerizing an olefin-based polyfunctional monomer, in addition to a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the above-mentioned monomers, and a cross-linked product obtained by reacting a polyfunctional substance. It may be a copolymer having a structure.
[0016]
Specific examples of these copolymers are commercially available under the trade names PEMULEN and Carbopol 1342 (both manufactured by BF Goodrich Chemical Company).
[0017]
The amount of the copolymer is not particularly limited, 0 to total amount of the composition. It blended in the range of 1 to 1 by weight%. When blended within this range, it is possible to obtain a viscosity that is not sticky and that can be easily applied to hair.
[0018]
When the above copolymer is blended with other components into a gel hair cosmetic, it is recommended that the copolymer be dissolved in a neutralizing agent before blending, regardless of the presence or absence of a crosslinked structure of the copolymer. By using a neutralizing agent, it can be easily dissolved in water, an aqueous alcohol solution, an aqueous polyhydric alcohol solution, or the like. Here, a known neutralizing agent can be used, for example, triethanolamine, alkanolamines such as aminomethylpropanol, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, basic amino acids, basic polypeptides And the like, and the amount of these neutralizing agents can be adjusted so that the pH of the gel hair cosmetic is in the range of 5.0 to 7.0, preferably in the range of pH 6.0 to 6.7. Thereby, a more stable and effective viscosity can be obtained.
[0019]
The gel hair cosmetic of the present invention contains a cationized protein derivative and a neutral amino acid as essential components together with the above copolymer.
[0020]
Here, specific examples of the cationized protein derivative include a quaternary trimethylammonium-derived polypeptide. This is obtained by reacting an animal protein-derived or plant protein-derived polypeptide with a cationizing agent (eg, hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride), and is commercially available under the name of Promois (manufactured by Seiwa Chemical Co., Ltd.). It is a component that can be listed and is easily available.
[0021]
Animal protein or vegetable protein polypeptide which is a raw material of the cationized protein derivative includes, as animal protein derivatives, for example, animal proteins such as collagen, keratin, silk protein, milk protein, and elastin; As a protein derivative, for example, it can be obtained by hydrolyzing a vegetable protein such as soybean protein and wheat protein using an acid, an alkali, or a protease, for example. The method described in JP-A-59-84898 can be adopted.
[0022]
The amount of the cationized protein derivative is not particularly limited, against the total amount of the composition 0. It is in the range of 1 to 5% by weight .
[0023]
The neutral amino acid used in the present invention is a hair constituent amino acid, and includes, for example, glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, serine, proline, threonine and the like, with glycine being particularly preferred. The amount of these amino acids is not particularly limited, against the total amount of the composition 0. Area by Der of 5 to 5% by weight.
[0024]
In the gel hair cosmetic of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned essential components, various additives commonly used in conventional hair cosmetics may be blended as required, as long as the stability of the system is not impaired. it can. Examples of the additional component include a surfactant, a cationic polymer substance, a nonionic polymer substance, an amphoteric polymer substance, silicone and its derivatives, organic acids such as citric acid and succinic acid and salts thereof, and a bactericide. , An ultraviolet absorber, a polyhydric alcohol, a hydrocarbon, an ester oil, a coloring agent, a fragrance, a solvent (such as ethanol and water), and a fatty acid. One of these additives may be used alone, or two or more of them may be used in combination. The compounding method is not particularly limited, and is added at an appropriate stage of preparing a hair cosmetic. be able to.
[0025]
Further, the gel-like hair cosmetic no rinse of the present invention, that obtained by suitably used as a hair treatment.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The gel hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can be suitably used not only for healthy hair but also for hair that has been severely damaged by physical or chemical treatments. Since it can be applied intensively, it is useful for repairing damaged parts, preventing damage, strengthening hair, etc., and can be formed transparent in appearance.
[0027]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples. In addition,% in each component shows weight%.
[0028]
First, before describing examples, a method for evaluating the effect of preventing hair damage will be described. As described above, the hair is weakened not only on the surface of the hair but also on the internal structure due to the elution of the protein constituting the hair and the structural change due to the treatment of the hair with a chemical such as washing and cold perming. This further causes cuts and tears due to thermal and physical forces such as hand drying, blowing, and brushing performed for the purpose of drying and setting.
[0029]
The present inventors studied a method of evaluating the effect of strengthening and repairing weakened hair and making it less likely to cause cuts and tears. In this case, the reproducibility of the effect was poor in the brushing treatment under hot air similar to the actual hair and makeup behavior, and it was inappropriate as an evaluation method. Therefore, as a result of intensive studies on the evaluation method, we established a simple and highly reproducible evaluation method that gives the hair a strong physical force called freeze-drying and observes the state after the treatment with a scanning electron microscope. did. That is, according to this method, as shown in Table 1, cracks are less likely to occur in healthy hair even when freeze-drying is performed, but many cracks are generated in hair that is structurally weakened by treatment with a commercially available cold perm agent. It was confirmed that this evaluation method was appropriate as a method for evaluating the effect of strengthening and repairing weakened hair. In Table 1, values calculated as crack occurrence rates with respect to the number of treatments by the following equation are shown.
