TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is to improve the feel and give a moisturizing effect to hair that has been damaged and dried due to physical damage caused by brushing, chemical treatment such as perm, bleach, and the effects of ultraviolet rays and the heat of a dryer. The present invention relates to a clear gel-like hair cosmetic that can be washed away and is not washed away .
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Hair loses water and oil more than necessary due to daily hair washing and chemical treatment with chemicals (perm, bleach, etc.), and also causes split ends and cuts due to elution of proteins, eliminating irritations and gloss. It is known that the feel is significantly reduced.
[0003]
As a conventional technique for improving such hair without dryness and luster, for example, a cosmetic having a high moisturizing effect (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-245357), a method for supplementing a component similar to a lost protein, and the like are known. It is known that, in particular, cationized protein derivatives (JP-A-60-243010, JP-A-2-53712, etc.) exhibit excellent effects.
[0004]
However, using only the above-mentioned components alone does not provide sufficient moisturizing properties to damaged hair and cannot provide a satisfactory feel.
[0005]
In addition, in order to effectively apply the hair cosmetic to a portion where the hair tends to be particularly fragile, such as a hair tip, it is preferable to form a gel that is easy to apply intensively. As the thickener, a polymer substance is generally used. In this case, a cationic polymer substance or a nonionic polymer substance causes problems such as stringing and stickiness, and is not preferable in terms of usability, and therefore, an anionic polymer substance represented by a carboxyvinyl polymer is usually used. It is used.
[0006]
However, anionic polymer substances have problems such as degeneration and turbidity, and cannot be used in combination with a cationized protein derivative effective for hair.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and overcomes the drawbacks of the conventional gel-like hair cosmetics, improves the feel of dry hair, and moisturizes hair that tends to be damaged or dry. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gel-like hair cosmetic which can impart an effect and which can be made transparent and which is not washed away .
[0008]
Means for Solving the Problems and Embodiments of the Invention
The present inventors have conducted various studies to develop a gel hair cosmetic having the above-mentioned preferable characteristics, and as a result, have found that a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer are the main components. 0.1 to 1% by weight of a copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture to be used, and 0.1 to 5% by weight of a cationized protein derivative and water-soluble modified silicone, polyhydric alcohol and saccharide By using one or more of 0.5 to 20% by weight in combination, a high moisturizing effect and a good touch can be imparted to the hair with dryness. Although it is weak against salts, the use of the above-mentioned copolymer makes it strong to salts, and can be used in combination with a cationized protein derivative without degenerating the above-mentioned copolymer to obtain a transparent gel hair cosmetic. It found that can be, and have completed the present invention.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for preparing a cationized protein derivative comprising 0.1 to 1% by weight of a copolymer from a monomer mixture containing a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer; and weight%, water soluble modified silicone, polyhydric blended alcohol and a 0.5 to 20% by weight of one or more sugars and characterized by being, a transparent gel-like hair cosmetic leave- provide.
[0010]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. As described above, the gel hair cosmetic of the present invention comprises a monomer mixture containing a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as main components. Is blended as an essential component.
[0011]
Here, as the long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer, a long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer represented by the following general formula (1) can be particularly preferably used.
[0012]
Embedded image
[0013]
In the above formula, R 1 is an alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and the alkyl group may be linear or branched. R 2 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
[0014]
Examples of the long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer include alkyl acrylates having 8 to 30, preferably 12 to 22 carbon atoms in an alkyl group such as decyl acrylate, lauryl acrylate, palmityl acrylate, and behenyl acrylate, and the like. Methacrylates can be mentioned, and one of these can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0015]
Examples of the olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer include, for example, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, ethacrylic acid, α-chloro-acrylic acid, α-phenylacrylic acid, sorbic acid, cinnamic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and the like. Or one or more monomers selected from the group of polymerizable compounds containing an olefinic double bond and at least one carboxyl group such as maleic anhydride, and preferably (meth) acrylic acid having excellent polymerization ability Can be mentioned.
[0016]
The copolymer of the present invention is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing the above long-chain alkyl (meth) acrylate and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as main components. It is recommended to use 1 to 50% by weight of (meth) acrylate and 99 to 50% by weight of olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer. In addition, the copolymer of the present invention is a copolymer obtained by blending and polymerizing an olefin-based polyfunctional monomer, in addition to a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the above-mentioned monomers, and a cross-linked product obtained by reacting a polyfunctional substance. It may be a copolymer having a structure.
[0017]
Specific examples of these copolymers are commercially available under the trade names PEMULEN and Carbopol 1342 (both manufactured by BF Goodrich Chemical Company).
[0018]
The amount of the copolymer is not particularly limited, 0 to total amount of the composition. It blended in the range of 1 to 1 by weight%. When it is blended within this range, it is possible to obtain a viscosity that is not sticky and is easily applied to hair.
[0019]
When the above copolymer is blended with other components into a gel hair cosmetic, it is recommended that the copolymer be dissolved in a neutralizing agent before blending, regardless of the presence or absence of a crosslinked structure of the copolymer. By using a neutralizing agent, it can be easily dissolved in water, an aqueous alcohol solution, an aqueous polyhydric alcohol solution, or the like. Here, a known neutralizing agent can be used, for example, triethanolamine, alkanolamines such as aminomethylpropanol, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, basic amino acids, basic polypeptides And the like, and the amount of these neutralizing agents can be adjusted so that the pH of the gel hair cosmetic is in the range of 5.0 to 7.0, preferably in the range of pH 6.0 to 6.7. Thereby, a more stable and effective viscosity can be obtained.
[0020]
The gel hair cosmetic of the present invention contains a cationized protein derivative and a humectant as essential components together with the above copolymer.
[0021]
Here, specific examples of the cationized protein derivative include a quaternary trimethylammonium-derived polypeptide. This is obtained by reacting an animal protein-derived or plant protein-derived polypeptide with a cationizing agent (eg, hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride), and is commercially available under the name of Promois (manufactured by Seiwa Chemical Co., Ltd.). It is a component that can be listed and is easily available.
[0022]
Animal protein or vegetable protein polypeptide which is a raw material of the cationized protein derivative includes, as animal protein derivatives, for example, animal proteins such as collagen, keratin, silk protein, milk protein, and elastin; As a protein derivative, for example, it can be obtained by hydrolyzing a vegetable protein such as soybean protein and wheat protein using an acid, an alkali, or a protease, for example. The method described in JP-A-59-84898 can be adopted.
[0023]
The amount of the cationized protein derivative is not particularly limited, against the total amount of the composition 0. 1-5 the weight percent of range.
[0024]
This onset Ming, water soluble modified silicone used polyhydric alcohols, and sugars one or more humectants. The amount of these humectants, against the total amount of the composition 0. 5-20 is the weight percent of the range. Specifically, as the water-soluble modified silicone, a polyether-modified silicone such as a polyoxyethylene / methylpolysiloxane copolymer having an HLB of 7 or more and a poly (oxyethylene / oxypropylene) / methylpolysiloxane copolymer is preferable. As the polyhydric alcohol, glycols such as 3-methyl-1,3-butanediol and 2-methyl-2,4-pentanediol, and glycerin derivatives such as glycerin and polyoxypropylene diglyceryl ether are preferable, and saccharides such as sorbitol and Sugar alcohols such as mannitol and maltitol are preferred. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0025]
In the gel hair cosmetic of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned essential components, various additives commonly used in conventional hair cosmetics may be blended as required, as long as the stability of the system is not impaired. As the additional component, for example, surfactants, cationic polymer substances, nonionic polymer substances, amphoteric polymer substances, organic acids such as citric acid and succinic acid and salts thereof, glycine and alanine and the like Examples include amino acids, bactericides, ultraviolet absorbers, higher alcohols, hydrocarbons, ester oils, coloring agents, fragrances, solvents (such as ethanol and water), and fatty acids. One of these additives may be used alone, or two or more of them may be used in combination. The compounding method is not particularly limited, and is added at an appropriate stage of preparing a hair cosmetic. be able to.
[0026]
Further, the gel-like hair cosmetic no rinse of the present invention, that obtained by suitably used as a hair treatment.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
The gel-like hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can be applied intensively to necessary parts, not only for healthy hair but also for hair that has fluffed by physical and chemical treatments, imparts moisturizing properties, and gives a touch. In addition to being able to improve, it can be formed transparent.
[0028]
