Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an artificial bait material having a high fish collecting effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An artificial bait is a fake bait for collecting fish without actually feeding the bait. There is a method in which the movement of the fishhook is made irregular and the reflected light is glittered to draw the attention of the fish, or a combination thereof. Also, various materials such as metal, synthetic resin, rubber, natural fish skin, and the like are used.
[0003]
It is said that the fish bait is more effective when it fluctuates in the water, but it does not fluctuate effectively when the bait is made of rubber or plastic because it is generally too hard. In that respect, natural fish skin is very suitable because it absorbs water and gradually becomes softer.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, fishing using only artificial bait originally has a strong leisure element, and it is generally said that fishing results are inferior to so-called bait fishing. This is because, unlike fishing in which sashimi bait or maki bait is used, the effect of collecting fish is only visual, unlike fishing that can be expected in various fields such as sight, taste and smell. Therefore, in this sense, it is desirable that the visual baiting effect given to the fish by the “bait” is more than that of the natural bait, but such a bait did not actually exist.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor has finally made the present invention as a result of earnest research in view of the above points, and the feature thereof is that at least one surface of the fish skin is subjected to a luminous paint application process or a luminous dye dyeing process , The point is that aurora processing is performed on the surface on which the processing is performed to cover the surface .
[0006]
Here, the term "fish skin" refers to natural fish skin, and any material such as riverfish, mackerel, puffer fish, and shark that has been conventionally used as a bait can be used. The fish skin itself has a luster in water compared to other artificial baits, and is naturally close to the actual bait, giving less attention to the fish. In addition, when in the water, the fish skin absorbs some water and becomes flexible, which has an effect that the fish skin easily fluctuates in the turbulence of the water flow. In order to make fish skin as a bait, in the case of the product of the present invention, raw fish skin was peeled off, excess meat was shaved, washed with water and dried, but this was one of the conventional fish skin processing methods. It is not new and is not limiting at all. Therefore, it may be obtained by any other processing method.
[0007]
In the present invention, the fish skin is further processed to enhance the visual fish collecting effect. That is, luminous paint application processing or luminous dye dyeing processing and aurora processing are performed. Here, the term "luminous paint" or "luminous dye" is a paint containing a phosphor or a dye that emits phosphorescence, and a fish skin that emits phosphorescence in water by being applied or dyed. "Aurora processing" means that a paint fixed on the surface of a plastic sheet (which forms a glossy, discontinuous, multicolored pattern) is placed on the surface to be processed together with the plastic sheet, and heat and pressure are applied. This is a coloring processing method for transferring, and this sheet is generally called an aurora film or a rainbow foil. In addition, by performing this aurora processing, the surface of the fish skin is covered, and since heat and pressure are applied, it becomes difficult to remove the luminous paint or the like in water.
[0008]
The structure of the artificial bait needle using the artificial bait material of the present invention is basically the same as that of the conventional bait needle, and the specific structure is not particularly limited. Accordingly, a combination of a fishing hook and the artificial bait material of the present invention cut into an appropriate shape may be further added with several rainbow threads, feathers and the like.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a fish skin 2 which is a material of the artificial bait material according to the present invention, which is a conventional fish bait for artificial bait itself. In this example, the fish skin of the Kawahagi is used. FIG. 2 shows the fish skin 1 of FIG. 1 dyed with a luminous dye 3.
[0011]
FIG. 3 shows the artificial bait material 1 of the present invention, and the fish skin 2 of FIG. 2 is further subjected to aurora processing. In this processing, the paint side of the plastic sheet 5 on which the aurora paint 4 is placed is brought into close contact with the surface of the fish skin, and heat and pressure are applied thereto to transfer only the aurora paint 4 to the fish skin surface. This process forms a complicated and glossy pattern on the surface of the fish skin 2. The artificial bait needle is manufactured by cutting the artificial bait material 1 of the present invention into an appropriate size and shape (not shown).
[0012]
4 (a) and 4 (b) show an example in which the artificial bait needle 10 is manufactured using the artificial bait material 1 of the present invention. Two examples are shown in which the body is made and attached and fixed to the fishhook main body 6 by the harness 7.
[0013]
Further, when the artificial bait needle 10 is manufactured using the artificial bait material 1 of the present invention, if a decorative member 8 such as a wing or a rainbow thread is added to the artificial bait piece 11 as shown in FIG. Can be expected. In this example, since there are many members that must be integrated when the harris 7 is joined, a paint (preferably luminous paint) 9 is applied to the joint to increase the fixing force and make the appearance beautiful. .
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the artificial bait material according to the present invention is obtained by subjecting at least one surface of a fish skin to a luminous paint application process or a luminous dye dyeing process, and further performing an aurora process on the processed surface. This is a very advanced invention which covers the surface and has various effects as described below.
[0015]
1) Since natural fish skin is used, it absorbs water a little in the water and becomes softer, and easily fluctuates in the flow of water.
2) Since the luminous paint or the luminous dye is applied or dyed, the fluorescent light is emitted in the water, and the fish collecting effect is further enhanced.
3) Furthermore, it is glossy because it has been subjected to aurora processing, and because it has a multicolored and complicated pattern, it stimulates the curiosity of fish, and a very large fish collecting effect can be expected.
4) Aurora processing applies heat and pressure to the fish skin surface and forms a coating layer, making it difficult to remove luminous paint and the like.
