【従来の技術】
従来、このような容器振とう装置は、容器載置板を取り付けたクランクピンとは、軸心周りに位相の異なるクランクピンを設け、そのクランクピンにバランスウェイトを設けて、前記容器載置板と前記バランスウェイトとが一対となる一面振とうユニットを設け、前記容器載置板と前記バランスウェイトとがバランスをとりながら、水平回転移動する構成としてあり、前記容器載置板上に容器を載置した状態で、前記クランク軸を回転させると、前記容器が水平回転移動させられ、振とうさせられる。また、容器を一度に多数振とうする場合には、前記一面振とうユニットを多段に連結し、必要段数設けた構造のものが用いられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の構成では、容器載置板一面あたり一つのバランスウェイトを設けていたために、容器載置板の数を増やすと、支持部材に加わる荷重が増えた分だけバランスウエイトの重量を増やさなければならず、装置の重量が増大するという欠点があった。
しかも、前記バランスウェイトは所定の重量のものを固定状態で利用するために、前記容器載置板一面あたり多数の容器を載置する構成で容器を振とうさせようとすると、前記容器載置板と、バランスウェイトとのバランスが、載置する容器の数によって変化するために、場合によっては回転バランスが崩れ、特に容器載置板を多段に設けた場合に、装置全体としての安定性を低下させる虞があった。

そこで、本発明者らは、前記複数の容器載置板が互いにバランスウエイトとなるように、前記複数のクランクピンの軸芯周りの位相を設定して前記容器載置板同士のバランスをとることができる容器内の液体振り混ぜ装置を提案している。これによれば、バランスウェイトを減少させることができるという点では、前者の問題点に対応することのできる構成が得られるのであるが、後者の問題点に対しては、個々の容器載置板単位でなく、互いにバランスウェイトとなっている一組の容器載置板について、容器載置板ごとに載置する容器の数量や重さのバランスをとれば、後者の問題点を解消できるというものの、載置すべき容器の数量によっては、この重さのバランスをとるという操作が極めて煩雑になる場合があって、さらに改良の余地があった。

上記の目的を達成するための本発明の特徴構成は、
軸心周りに回転自在なクランク軸を設け、前記クランク軸にクランクピンを設けて、容器を載置可能な容器載置板をそのクランクピンに取り付け、前記容器載置板を軸心とは異なる支持軸心周りで水平回転移動自在に支持する支持部を設け、前記クランク軸を前記軸心周りに回転駆動させる回転駆動機構を設けてある容器振とう装置において、
平面視で前記クランク軸周りに位相が180度ずれた位置で、かつ、側面視で高さの異なる隣接した位置に、一対のクランクピンを設けて、2面振とうユニット部を構成し、前記2面振とうユニット部の複数を一つのクランク軸に並べて形成してある、
もしくは、
平面視で前記クランク軸周りに位相が120度ずれた位置で、かつ、側面視で高さの異なる隣接した位置に、一組のクランクピンを設けて、3面振とうユニット部を構成し、
前記2面振とうユニット部の少なくとも一対及び3面振とうユニット部の少なくとも一組を一つのクランク軸に並べて形成してある点にあり、
前記2面振とうユニット同士で、前記クランク軸に前記クランクピンを設ける位置が、前記クランク軸周りに位相をずらせて設けてあることが望ましい。

このとき、平面視で前記クランク軸周りに位相が180度ずれた位置で、かつ、側面視で高さの異なる隣接した位置に、一対のクランクピンを設けて、2面振とうユニット部を構成してあれば、前記2面の容器載置板が、互いにバランスウェイトとなって、その容器載置板に載置した容器の振とう操作を行えるとともに、複数の容器を分散配置させる際に、容易に容器の配置変更を行ってバランスをとることが出来る。そこで、前記2面振とうユニット部の複数を一つのクランク軸に並べて形成すると、前記2面振とうユニット同士の間では、特にバランスをとる必要が無く、容器載置板に載置した容器の数が所定数に満たない2面振とうユニット部のみで容器の分散配置操作を行えば、すべての容器載置板について容器の配置変更を行うような煩雑な手間をかけることなく装置全体として容器の配置のバランスをとることができる。

前記容器振とう装置は、図2,3に示すように、軸心周りに回転自在なクランク軸8を設け、前記クランク軸8にクランクピン8Aを設けて、植物培養容器3を載置可能な容器載置板6をそのクランクピン8Aに取り付け、前記容器載置板6を軸心とは異なる支持軸心周りで水平回転移動自在に支持する支持部5を設け、前記クランク軸8を前記軸心周りに回転駆動させるモーターMを備えた回転駆動機構を設けて、平面視で前記クランク軸8周りに位相が180度ずれた位置で、かつ、側面視で高さの異なる隣接した位置に、一対のクランクピン8Aを設けて、2面振とうユニット部7Aを構成し、前記2面振とうユニット部7Aの複数を一つのクランク軸8に並べて形成してある。
