Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a traveler for a spinning machine used for a spinning ring arranged in a spinning machine or a twisting machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a spinner traveler with an improved initial familiarity with a spinning ring, as shown in JP-B-60-12448, molybdenum disulfide, alumina, carborundum, or at least the inner surface of the metal traveler that is in sliding contact with the ring. As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-56810, at least an inner surface of a metal traveler that is in contact with a ring has a coating of an epoxy resin containing one or more low-melting metals. As shown in JP-B-61-446, a traveler for a spinning machine formed with a coating layer of a synthetic resin layer containing molybdenum sulfide, or an epoxy containing molybdenum disulfide on at least the inner surface which comes into contact with a ring. A traveler for a spinning machine having a resin film formed thereon has been invented.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, since the above-mentioned traveler for a spinning machine has the resin coating layer 6 formed directly on the surface of the metal traveler 5, a certain effect can be obtained in the initial familiarity with the ring for the spinning machine. However, in the surface roughness of the resin film layer 6, since the roughness of the base of the metal traveler 5 appears as the surface roughness of the resin film layer 6, the surface roughness becomes rough, and the fly waste attached to the spinner traveler is removed. However, this causes yarn breakage and yarn unevenness, resulting in a problem that the yarn quality is reduced and the productivity is also reduced.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to improve the initial familiarity with a spinning ring by subjecting the surface of a metal traveler to a base treatment and reducing the surface roughness of a resin film layer, and also fly wool adhering to the surface of the spinning traveler. It is an object of the present invention to provide a traveler for a spinning machine capable of easily removing yarn, reducing yarn breakage and yarn unevenness, improving yarn quality and improving productivity.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention forms a metal traveler having a predetermined shape by forming and processing a metal wire made of a hard steel wire, forming a zinc calcium phosphate film on the surface of the base material of the metal traveler, and forming a film on the surface of the film. An epoxy resin in which molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as a solid lubricant is coated by dipping or coating, and a resin film layer of an epoxy resin having a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 1.0 μm is provided on the surface of the metal traveler. To provide spinner travelers.
[0006]
Further, there is provided a traveler for a spinning machine in which the total thickness of a coating film of zinc calcium phosphate and a resin film of epoxy resin is 3 to 9 μm.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a traveler for a spinning machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
1 and 2 show the structure of a traveler for a spinning machine according to the present invention.
[0009]
A metal wire made of a hard steel wire is formed to form a horizontal metal traveler 1 having a predetermined shape. The metal traveler 1 is degreased with an alkali solution, washed with water, and then zinc phosphate and calcium phosphate are mainly used. It is immersed and treated in an aqueous solution as a component to form a zinc calcium phosphate coating 2 having a thickness of 1 to 2 μm on the surface of the base material of the metal traveler 1, and molybdenum disulfide and graphite are coated on the surface of the coating 2. An epoxy resin dispersed as a solid lubricant is coated by dipping or coating, and integrally fixed by heat treatment, and a resin of an epoxy resin having a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 1.0 μm on the surface of the metal traveler 1. The spinner traveler 4 on which the coating layer 3 is formed is configured.
[0010]
The total thickness of the zinc calcium phosphate coating 2 and the epoxy resin coating 3 is preferably 3 to 9 μm.
[0011]
In the above configuration, if the surface roughness Ra of the resin film layer 3 exceeds 1.0 μm, the fly cotton attached to the traveler surface becomes less slippery, and the fly cotton does not fall off the traveler and adheres to the traveler surface. The fly cotton is not removed by the traveler clearer and causes thread breakage.
[0012]
The thickness of the entire coating layer is set to 3 to 9 μm. If the thickness is less than 3 μm, the life of the coating layer is short, and if it exceeds 9 μm, the coating layer is easily peeled.
[0013]
When the traveler 4 for a spinning machine of the present invention configured as described above is used, since the zinc calcium phosphate coating 2 is formed as a base layer of the resin coating layer 3 of the epoxy resin, the base material of the metal traveler 1 is used. The adhesion between the surface and the resin film layer 3 is improved, the resin film layer 3 is not peeled off, and the surface roughness Ra of the resin film layer 3 is reduced to 0 because the surface roughness of the zinc calcium phosphate film 2 is small. 0.1 to 1.0 μm, and since molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as solid lubricants, fly waste attached to the traveler during spinning easily falls off the traveler or is centrifuged. It is transported to the outer leg of the traveler by force and removed by the traveler clearer, which reduces yarn breakage and unevenness due to the attachment of fly cotton, improves yarn quality, and reduces the number of stops due to yarn breakage. Productivity can be improved.
[0014]
Furthermore, since molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as a solid lubricant, the initial familiarity with the ring is good, the initial wear time is short, the operation can be smoothly shifted to the steady operation, and the initial wear amount is reduced. Therefore, the life of the traveler can be extended.
[0015]
【Example】
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a metal wire made of a hard steel wire is formed to form a horizontal metal traveler 1 having a predetermined shape, and the metal traveler 1 is degreased with an alkaline solution and then washed with water. Then, it is immersed and treated in an aqueous solution containing zinc phosphate and calcium phosphate as main components to form a zinc calcium phosphate film 2 having a thickness of 1 μm on the surface of the base material of the metal traveler 1.
[0016]
The metal traveler 1 having the zinc calcium phosphate film 2 formed on the surface is immersed in an epoxy resin solution in which molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as a solid lubricant, and the surface of the zinc calcium phosphate film 2 is coated with an epoxy resin and baked. To form a resin coating layer 3 and provide a composite coating layer of a zinc calcium phosphate coating and an epoxy resin coating having a total coating thickness of 5 μm and a surface roughness Ra of 0.2 μm. The spinner traveler 4 is constructed.
[0017]
A comparative test was performed between the spinner traveler of the present invention configured as described above and a conventional spinner traveler in which an epoxy resin film containing molybdenum disulfide was formed directly on the surface of a metal traveler under the following spinning conditions. .
[Spinning conditions]
Spun yarn: Cotton comb yarn 40th ring: KS2 φ38 (manufactured by Kanai Important Industry Co., Ltd.)
Spindle rotation speed: 17,300 r. p. m
Traveler: MS / hf (manufactured by Kanai Important Industry Co., Ltd.)
[0018]
As a result, with respect to the abrasion degree of 1,000 traveler pieces, the spinner traveler of the present invention had a high abrasion degree of 29% and a small abrasion degree of 10%, whereas the conventional traveler for a spinning machine had: The high degree of wear is 56%, and the low degree of wear is 12%. From the viewpoint of the degree of wear, it is clear that the life of the traveler for a spinning machine of the present invention is longer than that of a conventional traveler for a spinning machine.
[0019]
Regarding the amount of fly waste attached, the traveler for a spinning machine of the present invention was 20%, while that of the conventional traveler for a spinning machine was 44%. It is apparent that the spinner traveler has less thread breakage than the conventional spinner traveler.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The traveler for a spinning machine of the present invention forms a coating of zinc calcium phosphate as a base layer of the resin coating layer of the epoxy resin as described above, and reduces the surface roughness Ra of the resin coating layer to 0.1 to 1.0 μm, Furthermore, since molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as solid lubricants, fly waste attached to the traveler during spinning easily dropped off the traveler, and was transported to the outer leg of the traveler by centrifugal force. Since fly cotton is removed by the traveler clearer, yarn breakage and yarn unevenness due to the adhesion of fly waste are reduced, and the yarn quality is improved, and the number of stops due to yarn breakage is reduced, thereby improving productivity.
[0021]
Furthermore, since molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed as a solid lubricant in the epoxy resin, the initial familiarity with the ring is good, the initial wear time is short, and it is possible to smoothly shift to steady operation, and the initial wear amount Is reduced and, furthermore, since a coating of zinc calcium phosphate is formed as a base layer, the adhesion between the base material surface of the metal traveler and the resin coating layer is improved, and the peeling of the resin coating layer is eliminated. Life can be extended.
