Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of attaching a concrete piece to a suddenly falling portion, such as a cold joint portion or a slight crack occurrence portion of a concrete structure such as a tunnel or a road bridge. The present invention relates to an auxiliary seat for preventing an accident due to a temporary drop.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of sheet, an opaque sheet made of glass fiber reinforced cloth or the like to which a thermosetting or ultraviolet curable resin is attached (including impregnation, application, and coating) is known.
[0003]
However, this known sheet takes a long time to cure the resin, so that the efficiency of the sticking operation is low. The occurrence of connected cracks or the like and the progress of the cracks cannot be directly checked with the naked eye, so that there is a disadvantage that a long time is required to increase the inspection accuracy.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described inconveniences, and has an object to provide a sheet that has a high efficiency of a sticking operation, can directly visually check a state of a sticking portion, and can perform a highly accurate inspection in a short time. And
[0005]
Sheet according to the present invention, it consists of a sheet of translucent nonwoven, translucent glass fiber mats and translucency adhering a transparent or translucent in the visible light curable resin with laminated net (transflective).
[0006]
The lamination of the nonwoven fabric, the glass fiber mat and the net generally has a five-layer structure in which the net is disposed at the center and the glass fiber mat and the nonwoven fabric are sequentially laminated on the upper and lower sides in order to balance the strength. And a seven-layer structure in which glass fiber mats are further laminated above and below.
[0007]
Nonwoven, a glass fiber mat, while it is possible to use a well-known semi-transparent, as the net, in terms of strength, wire mesh are suitable, such as general network or welding network (wire mesh), such as wire lath However, nets made of other materials such as plastics can also be used. Note the size of the mesh may be any size that does not impair the translucency of the sheet, for example, one side in the case of the square is can be used conventional size, such as 2 to 10 cm.
[0008]
As the visible light curable resin, generally, a transparent or translucent vinyl ester resin containing a visible light polymerization initiator, for example, a vinyl ester resin having curability by a blue-violet light (380 to 480 nm) is preferable. is there.
[0009]
The sheet of the present invention can be attached to a concrete structure by a combination of a separate visible light source (a visible light irradiating lamp such as a fluorescent lamp) and a sheet pressing roller. This can be performed using a visible light source provided with a porous air inflatable body, an air-type sticking device integrated with a sheet pressing body, or the like.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 schematically shows an embodiment of a sheet according to the present invention, in which a translucent glass fiber mat 12 is laminated above and below a wire net 13 and a translucent nonwoven fabric 11 is laminated above and below the net. Then, a transparent visible light curable resin (not shown) is entirely impregnated and formed in a laminated state of the five layers.
[0011]
This sheet is sealed in a packaging bag made of an aluminum wheel or the like that is opaque to visible light, and is opened and used at the time of attaching work.
[0012]
【Example】
A translucent non-woven fabric (trade name Ecule) manufactured by Toyobo and having a width of 0.5 m and a thickness of 0.14 mm, and a translucent glass fiber mat having a width of 0.5 m and a thickness of 0.8 mm manufactured by Nitto Boseki ( Welding mesh consisting of stainless steel wire (diameter 0.2 mm) with a width of 0.5 m and a mesh of 5 cm x 5 cm made by Riken Electric Wire (trade name: chopped strand mat), two rolls each for the former and two for the latter Unreeled from each roll and passed through a transparent blue-violet light-curable vinyl ester resin (trade name: lipoxy) made by Showa Polymer with the glass fiber mat and non-woven fabric laminated above and below the welding net. By forming a sheet impregnated with the resin , the sheet is sequentially cut into a fixed length of 1 m , and the width corresponding to FIG. 1 is 0.5 m , the thickness is about 2 mm, and the length is about 2 mm. translucency of the Sea of Saga 1m A number of sheets were prepared, and each was hermetically sealed in an aluminum wheel packaging bag.
[0013]
Using a visible light source whose fluorescent light source is a fluorescent light source and an air inflatable body made of a semi-bag-shaped elastic sheet, and a sheet pressing body integrated type air-sealing device, these sheets are attached to the cold joint of the concrete structure. When the sheet was irradiated with visible light while being pressed, the sheet could be tightly adhered by curing the resin for about 20 to 25 minutes (the peripheral part of the adhered sheet was an anchor bolt previously provided at the peripheral part corresponding to the sheet). Fixed through the mounting of anchor bolts into the holes).
[0014]
Further, the state of the cold joint of the concrete structure to which the sheet was attached could be clearly confirmed through the sheet.
[0015]
The sheet of the present invention can be embodied in various forms, and is not limited to the figures and the above-described forms.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the sheet of the present invention, the visible light curable resin that can be cured in a short time by visible light is attached, so that the attaching work can be performed with high efficiency, and since it is translucent, the cold joint that is attached is used. It is possible to directly check the status of the parts and the like with the naked eye, so that a highly useful inspection can be performed in a short time, which is a practically useful effect.
[0017]
Further, since this sheet is laminated with a net together with a glass fiber mat , the strength is remarkably higher than that of a conventional sheet, and the sheet has an effect of preventing concrete pieces from falling for a longer period of time.
