この発明は、トンネル、道路橋等のコンクリート構造物のコールドジョイント部や僅かなクラック発生部などのように、コンクリート片の突発的な落下が生じる可能性のある部分に張付けて、コンクリート片の突発的な落下による事故を未然に防止するための補助的なシートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種のシートとしては、熱硬化性や紫外線硬化性の樹脂を付着(含浸、塗布、コーティングを含む)したガラス繊維強化布等からなる不透明なシートが知られている。

しかしこの公知のシートは、樹脂の硬化に時間がかかるため、張付け作業の能率が低いとともに、張付け状態においては、不透明な点から、張付け部が隠された状態になるため、コンクリート片の落下に繋がるクラックなどの発生の有無やその進行の状況を直接目で確認できず、従って点検精度を高めるために長時間を必要とするという不都合がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、上記のような不都合に鑑み、張付け作業の能率が高いとともに、張付け部の状況を直接目目視可能で、高い精度の点検を短時間で行うことができるシートを提供することを課題としている。

この発明に係るシートは、半透明の不織布、半透明のガラス繊維マット及びネットを積層するとともに透明又は半透明の可視光線硬化性樹脂を付着した半透明性(半透明型)のシートからなる。

不織布、ガラス繊維マット及びネットの積層は、一般には、強度のバランス上から、ネットを中央に配置し、その上下に順次ガラス繊維マットと不織布を積層する5層構造や、このような5層構造の上下にさらにガラス繊維マットを積層する7層構造などの形態にすることができる。

不織布、ガラス繊維マットとしては、周知の半透明のものを用いることができる一方、ネットとしては、強度の点から、ワイヤラスのような一般網や溶接網(ワイヤメッシュ)などの金網が好適であるものの、プラスチック等のその他の材料からなる網も用いることができる。なお網目の大きさは、シートの半透明性を損なわない大きさであればよく、例えば方形の場合には一辺が2〜10cmなどの慣用的な大きさを用いることができる。

また可視光線硬化性樹脂としては、一般には、可視光重合開始剤を含む透明な又は半透明のビニルエステル樹脂、例えば青紫色の光線(380〜480nm)による硬化性を有するビニルエステル樹脂が好適である。

この発明のシートのコンクリート構造物に対する張付けは、別体の可視光源(蛍光灯などの可視光線照射灯)とシート押圧ローラとの組合せのほか、可視光源に対向させてシート押圧用の可視光線透過性エア膨張体を配置した可視光源、シート押圧体一体型のエア式張付け装置などを用いて行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、この発明に係るシートの一実施形態を略示したもので、金網製のネット13の上下に半透明のガラス繊維マット12を積層し、さらにその上下に半透明の不織布11を積層し、この5層の積層状態で全体に透明な可視光線硬化性樹脂(図示せず)を含浸して形成した構造からなる。

このシートは、可視光線不透過性のアルミホイール製等の包装袋に密封し、張付け作業時に開封して使用する。

東洋紡績製の幅0.5m、厚さ0.14mmの半透明の不織布(商品名エクーレ)と、日東紡績製の幅0.5m、厚さが0.8mmの半透明のガラス繊維マット(商品名チョップドストランドマット)及び理研電線製の幅0.5mで、網目が5cm×5cmのステンレス鋼線(直径0.2mm)からなる溶接網を、前二者は各二つのロール、後者は一つのロールのそれぞれから繰出して、溶接網の上下にガラス繊維マットと不織布を積層した状態で、昭和高分子製の透明な青紫色光線硬化性のビニルエステル樹脂(商品名リポキシ)液中を通過させることにより、該樹脂を含浸したシートを形成し、このシートを順次1mの定尺長さに切断することによって、図1に対応した幅が0.5m、厚さが約2mmで,長さが1mの半透明性のシートを多数枚作製し、それぞれをアルミホイール製の包装袋で密封包装した。

これらの各シートを可視光源が蛍光灯で、かつエア膨張体が半袋状の弾性シートからなる可視光源、シート押圧体一体型のエア式張付け装置を用いて、コンクリート構造物のコールドジョイント部に押圧しながら可視光線を照射したところ、シートは約20〜25分の樹脂の硬化で緊密に張付けることができた(張付けたシートの周縁部は、予めシートの周縁対応部に設けたアンカーボルト穴に対するアンカーボルトの装着を介して固定した)。

この発明のシートによれば、可視光線により短時間で硬化可能な可視光線硬化性樹脂を付着するので、張付け作業を高能率で行うことができるとともに、半透明性であるため、張付けたコールドジョイント部などの状況を直接目で確認することができ、従って精度の高い点検を短時間で行うことができるという実用上有用な効果が奏される。
