Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an entrance door, and more particularly, to an entrance door with a ruler edge that can be easily formed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an opening door having a ruler edge attached to a free end side has been known. For example, a ruler edge 80 extending in the up-down direction, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper of FIG. 9 is attached to the left and right door bodies 82 and 83, respectively, in the double-door type entrance door shown in FIG. Each ruler edge 80 includes a mounting portion 86 fixed to the end surfaces 82A, 83A of the door main bodies 82, 83 with screws 84, and a concealing portion that connects to the mounting portion 86 and conceals a gap S generated between the end surfaces 82A, 83A. 87.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the ruler edge 80 has a disadvantage that the ruler edge 80 cannot be easily formed because the mounting portion 86 is fixed to the end faces 82A and 83A. That is, a door lock member 92 including a pair of key cases 89 and their receiving members 90 and the like is provided on the end surfaces 82A and 83A, and recently, each end surface 92A is located at a different height from the door lock member 92. , 93A are provided with other security measures members (not shown). Therefore, the mounting portion 86 must be provided with a plurality of hollow portions 94 such as through holes or cutouts in order to avoid the door lock member 92 and the security member, and the mounting portion 86 is formed substantially in the vertical direction. A uniform cross section cannot be obtained. Further, since the screw 84 is structured to be screwed into each of the end faces 82A and 83A, in order to attach a member (not shown) for concealing the head 84A of the screw 84, the member must be arranged in the gap S. No. However, at present, since the size of the gap S is scarcely present, the concealing member of the screw 84 cannot be arranged in the gap S, and the head 84A of the screw 84 remains in an unsightly appearance. There is also an inconvenience.

【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of the door according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the door when the door is viewed from below in FIG. In these drawings, a door 10 is a left-right opening type entrance door, and is connected to a door frame 11 having a substantially rectangular shape in a front view via a hinge member 12, and each free end is mutually connected. And a pair of door bodies 13 and 14 that are closed in a state where they are substantially abutted with each other, and are provided along the vertical direction in the free end side regions F of the door bodies 13 and 14. It is provided with a ruler edge 15 capable of concealing a gap S1 (see FIG. 2) generated between the free ends of the door bodies 13 and 14. The door 10 in the present embodiment is a parent-child type entrance door in which the right side door body 13 in FIG. 1 is wider than the left side door body 14 in the figure, and the front side in the figure is the outdoor side. ing.
[0011]
The ruler edge 15 has a cross-sectional shape that is substantially uniform in the vertical direction in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIG. 2, the width of the wide door body 13 on the outdoor side (the lower side in FIG. 1). The narrow door body 14 is attached to the indoor side (upper side in the figure) of the narrow door main body 14 in a direction symmetrical with respect to each other and substantially along the door surfaces 13A and 14A. Therefore, in the following, the ruler edge 15 on the lower side in FIG. 2 will be described to avoid redundant description.
[0012]
The ruler edge 15 includes an aluminum ruler edge body 18 fixed to the free end side region F in the door surface 13A by a screw 17 as a fastening means, and a head of the screw 17 attached to the ruler edge body 18. A sealing 20 for covering the 17A, a packing 20 mounted on the ruler edge main body 18 and capable of closing a gap S2 generated between the door surface 14A of the door body 14 on the opposite side, and a ruler edge main body 18 And a resin cap member 21 (see FIG. 3) which can cover the ruler body 18 by being covered at both ends in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface (upper and lower ends of the door body 13).
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the ruler edge main body 18 includes a right-side mounting portion 23 serving as a fixing portion to the free-end-side region F, and the door main body 13, 14 connected to the mounting portion 23. And a concealing portion 24 capable of concealing the gap S1.
[0014]
The mounting portion 23 extends in the left-right direction and has a screw seat portion 26 on which the head 17A of the screw 17 is seated, and first and second inner standing portions extending from both left and right sides of the screw seat portion 26 toward the door body 13 side. Portions 27 and 28 and first and second door surface contact pieces 29 as contact portions that extend in the direction facing each other so as to be continuous with the distal ends of the inner standing portions 27 and 28 and that can contact the door surface 13A. , 30, an end face contact piece 32 which is continuous with the left end side of the second door face contact piece 30 located on the left side and slightly extends along the end face 13 </ b> B of the door body 13, from both the left and right sides of the screw seat portion 26. First and second outer standing portions 34 and 35 extending outward, and an outer end portion 37 extending leftward from the tip of the first outer standing portion 34 located on the right side. I have.
[0015]
In the screw seat portion 26, there are formed a plurality of insertion holes H along which the shaft portion 17B of the screw 17 can be inserted along the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper, and the screw 17 is screwed from these insertion holes H into the door surface 13A. You can do it.
[0016]
The first and second door surface contact pieces 29 and 30 are cantilevered so that their leading ends are free ends, and are elastically displaceable in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the screw 17 is screwed toward the door surface 13A, the first and second door surface contact pieces 29, 30 are pressed against the door surface 13A, and the first and second door surface contact pieces 29, 30 are pressed. 30 comes into contact with the door surface 13A substantially corresponding to the outer shape of the door surface 13A. A screw seat 26, first and second inner standing portions 27, 28, and first and second door surface contact portions are provided between the distal ends of the first and second door surface contact pieces 29, 30. An open portion 38A of a space 38 surrounded by the pieces 29 and 30 is formed. The space 38 serves as a passage for the screw 17 from the insertion hole H, and the distal end side of the screw 17 inserted into the insertion hole H comes out of the open portion 38A and can be screwed into the free end side region F.
[0017]
The second door surface contact piece 30 and the end surface contact piece 32 are connected so as to be able to engage with a corner area where the door surface 13A and the end surface 13B intersect. When the ruler edge 15 is attached to the door body 13, The positioning of the ruler edge 15 in the left-right direction can be easily performed. The end surface contact piece 32 extends along the end surface 13B with a length that does not interfere with various members 39 such as a key case attached to the end surface 13B.
[0018]
In a portion surrounded by the screw seat portion 26, the first and second outer standing portions 34, 35, and the outer end portion 37, a groove-shaped screw receiving space 40 serving as a receiving portion of the screw 17 is formed. The hidden molding 19 is fitted into the receiving space 40. Here, a step part 41 is formed in the middle of the second outer standing part 35 located on the left side, and the hidden molding 19 can be engaged with the step part 41 and the leading edge 37A of the outer end part 37. ing. Further, the screw receiving space 40 is provided such that its opening width W (see FIG. 5) can be adjusted together with the tightening of the screw 17, so that the hidden molding 19 fitted in the screw receiving space 40 can be prevented from coming off easily. . That is, as shown in FIG. 6, when the screw 17 is screwed toward the door surface 13A, the central portion of the screw seat portion 26 is bent toward the door surface 13A, and the first and second screw seat portions 26 are connected to the screw seat portion 26. Are raised in the directions approaching each other, whereby the opening width W is reduced. Therefore, after adjusting the tightening amount of the screw 17 so that the opening width W is slightly smaller than the left and right width of the hidden molding 19, the first and second outer standing portions 34 and 35 are forcibly expanded. When the concealed molding 19 is fitted into the screw receiving space 40 while being opened, the first and second outer standing portions 34 and 35 are elastically restored in a direction approaching each other, and the concealed molding 19 is more firmly tightened. It will be attached to.
[0019]
