【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、燃焼器具や調理物から立ち昇る廃ガスを含む排煙に含まれる水分や油脂分を除去しクリーンにして排気するレンジフードファン、更に詳しくは前面部に設けた操作部の操作性、内装性、電源からの接続コードの耐久性、排煙効率、清掃性が共に向上するレンジフードファンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
レンジフードファンには前板と、排気装置を備えたフード体と、フード体に設けた仕切板と、その仕切板先端とフード体の天板部に設けたフィルタ桟に支持されるフィルタとを備え、その前板を排煙の捕捉空間を拡張させるために前方の室床方向に向けて傾斜状にしたタイプが一般的に知られている。
そして、このレンジフードファンは、排気装置の作動・停止・回転数の制御、ランプのON・OFF等を行う操作部を前板の前面部に設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、レンジフードファンでは通常、消防法の適用からフィルタの下端が床面から略160乃至165cm程度の高さとなっている。その結果、前面部も必然的に高い高さに配備される。
その上、前記するタイプのレンジフードファンは、前板が燃焼器具をセットした調理台の上方で前方張出状になる。
そのため、燃焼器具の前に立って操作部を操作しようとする時、操作部が前板で遮られて視線に入らなくなり、操作しずらい。ことに背の低い人や老人等では指が届き難く、操作が一層むずかしくなる。
これを解消すべく図7に示すように前板a2の下縁に幅方向全長に亘って後方傾斜状の帯状取付板10を固定し、その帯状取付板10に前方斜め下向きに向けて操作部9を配置したレンジフードファンが既に提案されている。
このレンジフードファンは前板a2の前面部a2’の裏面に仕切板11を幅方向全長に亘って横架し、その仕切板11とで収容部(図示せず)を構成するカバー体(図示せず)をその仕切板11に係脱可能に横設し、その収容部(図示せず)に操作部9の電装部(スイッチ)を収容し、その仕切板11に下方照明(ランプ)6を取付けている。
しかし、帯状取付板10の前板a2への組付のためスポット溶接痕やヒケ部が室内に露呈して外観を害し、また組立が煩雑であった。
しかも、仕切板11の幅方向全長への突出によって排煙の捕捉空間Xが大幅に削減されて排煙捕捉効率が悪くなり、また接続コード(図示せず)がフィルターa3前方である排煙の捕捉空間Xを横断してフード本体a1側から配線される結果、熱と油煙に侵されることからシリコンワニスチューブ等で防護する必要があった。 その上、前板a2清掃時には電装品(スイッチ)と下方照明(ランプ)が取付けられているため、洗剤や水が電装品や下方照明にかからないように注意して行わなければならず、厄介であった。

本発明は、従来事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その技術的課題は前板の前面部の裏面に設けられた固定部(ヒケ部等)をカバーする小形な取付手段で前板前面部下縁に操作部を支持すると共にその真上に照明手段を配設して、内装性を害さずに背の低い人や老人等でも操作できる容易操作性と排煙の広い捕捉空間を確保すること。操作部の電装部(スイッチ)及びランプへの接続コードを排煙の捕捉空間に露呈せずに接続することである。
他の技術的課題は、前板清掃時に前板に固定されたブラケット以外のスイッチ手段、ランプ手段、配線保持手段等を一挙に取り外すことである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を達成するために講じた技術的手段は、前面部が前方の室床方向に傾斜する前板を備え、内部に収容した送風機ユニットの作動及び停止を前記前面部に設けた操作部で操作するレンジフードファンにおいて、内部をコード配線空間とする配線用縦杆の一端側に設けたスイッチ取付台にコード配線空間の内部配線と結線した状態でスイッチ部を取付ると共に配線用縦杆の中途部にコード配線空間の内部配線と結線した状態でランプを取付て電装品ユニットを構成し、該電装品ユニットの他端側を前板の頂部に、一端側を前板下縁の縁取り部裏面中央部に固定したブラケットに各々着脱可能に取付けてなり、該スイッチ部はその下縁に前半部で前記縁取り部に対するブラケットの固定部を表面側からカバーする化粧縁を備え、該化粧縁の後半部を鉛直状乃至後方下向き傾斜状の角度をもって垂設し、その後半部にスイッチに連絡する操作部を配置していることを要旨とする。また、前記配線用縦杆は、断面ロ型状を呈しその内部中空部でコード配線空間を構成するもの、また断面コ型状を呈し前板裏面にその開放縁が当接してコード配線空間を構成するものとする。
更に、操作部は、押しボタン式、タッチ式等が挙げられる。

上記技術的手段によれば下記の作用がある。
前方の室床方向に傾斜する前板の最も低い位置で且つ調理台前方位置から見える部分に前向きから前方斜め下向きの角度範囲をもって操作部を配置することができる。
また、排煙の捕捉空間に突出するスイッチ部を前板の裏面側中央部に取付け、その真上にランプを配置して、排煙の捕捉空間の占有を出来る限り小さくする。しかも、清掃時にはブラケットを除く前板に装備される接続コード、スイッチ部等の器具類全てを前板から一挙に外すことができる。
更に、配線用縦杆が接続コードを排煙から防護する。
そして、ランプの総重量が前板の頂部とスイッチ取付部分(ブラケット)とで分散して一か所に集中するのを回避することができる。

本発明は以上のように構成したから、下記の利点がある。
電装品ユニットの一部を構成するスイッチ部下端における化粧縁の後半部を縁取り部レベルから鉛直状乃至後方下向き傾斜状に垂設し、その部分に操作部を配置したので、操作部が低い位置で且つ見やすく、操作が非常にしやすくなり、しかもブラケットの固定部(スポット溶接、ネジ、リベット)がその化粧縁の前半部で表面側から被覆されて室内に露出せず、調理台の前に立った時に操作部と共に化粧縁だけが認識されるようになって、前板の広い前面部が平面のまま室内に露呈し、今までにないシンプルでさわやかなスッキリ感が得られる。
そのため、外観が向上する上、背の低い人や老人等でも排気装置の作動・停止・回転数の制御、ランプのON・OFF等を容易且つ近くで行える。
その上、スイッチ、ランプへの接続コードを排煙からカバーする配線用縦杆にスイッチ取付台、スイッチ部、ランプを一体化し、その電装品ユニットを前板頂部とブラケットとに亘って前板裏面に沿うように架設したから、接続コードのカバー手段(配線用縦杆)を利用してランプを安定的に取付支持することができ、接続コードをシリコンワニスチューブ等で防護したり、ランプの取付手段を別途設けることなく、接続コードの排煙からの防護とランプの安定的取付けとを共通する配線用縦杆を使用して行え、構造簡単で非常に経済的になる。
その上、ブラケットを除いて電装品を含む全ての器具類を一挙に取り外せ、前板を丸洗いする際の前作業が非常に簡単なものとなる。
