一般に照明器具の包装装置では、包装箱の底面に緩衝材を配置してその上面に照明器具の本体を載置し、さらに本体の上面に別の緩衝材を配置してから樹脂製のグローブを載置していた。

しかし、包装箱を上下逆に落下させた場合に重量のある本体がグローブに衝撃を与えて、グローブを破損するおそれがある。また、本体にランプが装着されている場合にはランプ破損のおそれが強い。そこで、本発明者らは、照明器具の本体を環状の緩衝材で押えて包装箱に収める包装装置を前提に開発を進めてきたが、サイドフラップ式の包装箱を使う場合には、照明器具を緩衝材とともに一挙に包装箱に収めるのが肝要である。そこで、本発明は、照明器具の本体を環状の緩衝材で押えることを前提として、照明器具を緩衝材とともに一挙に包装箱に収めることができるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、グローブを係止するための膨出凸部を外周付近において外向きに一体に形成した照明器具の本体を環状の緩衝材で押えてサイドフラップ式の包装箱に収める包装装置であって、前記本体は金属製であり、前記膨出凸部は略L袋状になるように前記本体を膨出して形成され、前記緩衝材の内周に前記膨出凸部の下面に差し込まれる凸片を形成した照明器具包装装置である。また、緩衝材の外周に本体の下面に折り返される立ち下がり片を形成するとよい。また、グローブは緩衝材の上面に収められ、前記緩衝材の内周には前記グローブの開口縁に差し込まれる立ち上がり片を形成するとよい。
