Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin spear-type joining member for drainage equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, synthetic resin (PVC) spear-type joint members (also called slide joints or spear sockets) used for drainage equipment are a horizontal pipe when both the upstream and downstream equipments are in a fixed state. (See, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-36469, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-152886, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-107390, and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-18790) .
[0003]
This will be described with reference to an example shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-107390.
[0004]
In FIG. 4, when a part of the laid synthetic resin drain pipe 50 is damaged, the two spear-type joining members 51, 51 are repaired when repairing the damaged part.
[0005]
That is, the pipe body having a defective portion of the drain pipe 50 is cut by defining the cut sections 52, 52, and the new pipe body 53 is inserted (intervened) there and connected to the original drain pipe 50. Sometimes, this spear-type joining member 51 is used.
[0006]
One of the spear-type joining members 51 generally uses a rubber ring receiving collar (abbreviated as WR) 51a standardized with a hard polyvinyl chloride pipe for sewers.
[0007]
That is, the rubber ring receiving collar 51a is configured by fitting rubber rings 56 into seal grooves 55 and 55 formed on the inner surfaces of both ends of the color main body 54, respectively.
[0008]
Incidentally, according to the above standard, the size of the rubber ring receiving collar 51a is the axial length (for example, maximum 200 mm) of the collar main body 54 and the distance between the rubber rings 56 (for example, minimum 76 mm) with respect to the nominal diameter (for example, 125 mmφ). The dimensions are determined.
[0009]
Therefore, the two drainage-type joining members 51 are fitted on the downstream side of the existing drain pipe 50 from which the defective portion has been cut off, respectively, and are slid as shown by two-dot chain lines. The drainage pipe 50 can be repaired by inserting the pipe body 53 and then sliding the spear-type joining member 51 so as to straddle the cut portion 52.
[0010]
By the way, according to the above-mentioned standard, the rubber ring receiving collar 51a itself has passed the negative pressure test, that is, the sealing performance and the safety of retaining in the event of an earthquake, and other rubber ring receivers provided on the market. The compatibility with the mouth color is not hindered.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the rubber ring receiving collar 51a is used as the splicing joint member 51, the rubber ring receiving collar 51a is provided with the existing drain pipe 50 and the new pipe 53 with the two cut portions 52 in the middle. In this way, a total of four joint lengths (corresponding to the joint length at the rubber ring receptacle, that is, the distance from the rubber ring to the stopper) can be obtained. In addition, there was a risk of lack of reliability due to deviation.
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention aims to ensure that the reliability of the standardized rubber ring receiving collar is applied to the spliced joint member, and that the reliability according to the standard is utilized. It is also intended to further facilitate the above.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the gist of the present invention is as follows. 1) A rubber ring receiving collar is slidably fitted to the insertion pipe body, and the rubber ring receiving collar, the insertion pipe main body, A stopper C-ring is provided between the two, and when the stopper C-ring is fitted into a stopper groove provided on the outer surface of the insertion tube main body or the inner surface of the rubber ring receiving collar, the rubber ring receiving collar Is configured to stop at the insertion tube body, the insertion tube body is brought into contact with and connected to an existing drain pipe, and the rubber ring receiving collar is placed on the insertion tube body as described above. By sliding until it stops, the rubber ring receiving collar fitted around the drain pipe has a joining length that satisfies the standard established by the Japan Sewerage Association, and the mechanical slide handles the construction site. Make these drainage pipe and insertion pipe book easier In the use of synthetic resin spear-type joint members for drainage equipment, and 2) Two rubber ring receiving collars of the same size are slidably removed from the insertion tube body Fit, slide until they stop and slide to each other, and use synthetic resin spear-type joint members made of synthetic resin for drainage equipment that are close to each other and fit within the tube length of the insertion pipe main body, When connecting the drain pipes on the upper and downstream sides, after cutting the connection portion into approximately the same length as the tube length of the insertion tube body, the rubber ring receiving collars are close to each other. After the inserted tube main body is contacted and connected / interposed, these rubber ring receiving collars are simply slid apart to the drain pipe until they stop, so that these rubber ring receiving collars are The joint length to the drained pipe While satisfying the standards established by the Sewerage Association, it is in the usage of synthetic resin spear-type joint members for drainage equipment, characterized by simplifying the connection work to the drain pipe and facilitating the handling at the construction site, And 3) a synthetic resin spear-type joint member for drainage equipment in which two rubber ring receiving collars that are the same or slightly different in axial length are fitted to the insertion tube body in a substantially symmetrical and slidable manner. By providing a stopper C-ring between the rubber ring receiving collar and the insertion tube main body and on each side of the rubber ring, these two rubber ring receiving collars are used for the stopper. Established the Japan Sewage Association to establish the joint length in the existing drainage pipes that are fitted with the rubber ring receiving collars in contact with each other until they are stopped by the C-ring. And the insertion value This is a synthetic resin spear-type joint member for drainage equipment, characterized in that the joint length in the pipe main body is smaller than the standard value established by the Japan Sewerage Association.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0015]
1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the axis of the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a main part view of FIG. 1, (A) is a front view, (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along the axis, and FIG. In the main part view, the upper half is a cross-sectional view along the axis, and parts common to the prior art are omitted or simplified, and it is necessary to supplement them.
[0016]
The synthetic resin (vinyl chloride) spear-type joint member (also referred to as a spear-type rubber ring double-ended socket) 1 of the present embodiment has two rubbers having the same dimensions (of course, the same shape) or slightly different dimensions only in the axial length. The ring receiving collars 2 and 2 are configured to be slidably fitted symmetrically (facing each other) to one insertion pipe main body (also simply referred to as an insertion pipe) 3, and in particular, this rubber ring receiving collar -(WR) 2 satisfies the standard established by the Japan Sewerage Association, and the spear-type joint member 1 made of the rubber ring receiving port 2 also has a water-sealing property that forms the basis for establishing the standard, or due to an earthquake. Satisfies the retaining properties, compatibility and versatility.
[0017]
Incidentally, in FIG. 2, when the rubber ring receiving collar 2 has a nominal diameter of 100 mmφ, the axial length Z1 of the collar body 10 is 113.5 mm (<180 mm), the distance between the rubber rings Z2 is 95 mm (> 66 mm), -It is comprised by the dimension of internal diameter d = 116mm (phi) (> 114.5mm (phi)), and is satisfying the specification value in a parenthesis.
[0018]
Next, it will be described that the spear-type joining member 1 of the present embodiment satisfies the sealing water that forms the basis of the standard.
[0019]
Naturally, the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is provided with inner surfaces at both ends, that is, a pair of rubber rings 4 and 5, but these two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 are symmetrically inserted. It is fitted on the tube body 3 and slides so as to approach and separate from each other. On the inner side of the rubber rings 5 and 5 adjacent to each other among the rubber rings 4 and 5 in the two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 that are slidably fitted outside, there is elasticity that tends to be reduced in diameter. C-rings 6 and 6 for stoppers are provided.
[0020]
Although the stopper C-ring 6 is provided on the rubber ring receiving column 2 side as shown in the drawing, it may be provided at a fixed position on the insertion tube main body 3 side.
[0021]
On the other hand, on the outer surfaces of both ends of the insertion tube main body 3, there are provided guide inclined surfaces and stopper-grooves 7 and 7 having stopper-step portions, which are engaged with these stopper C-rings 6. Therefore, when the stopper C-ring 6 is elastically reduced in diameter and dropped into the stopper-groove 7, the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is prevented from being removed from the insertion tube body 3.
[0022]
When this stopper C-ring 6 is provided on the insertion tube body 3 side, although not shown, a stopper-concave groove 7 having a guide inclined surface and a stopper-stepped portion on the inner surface of the rubber ring receiving collar 2. Is recessed.
[0023]
That is, when the two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 are slid apart from each other, they are stopped so as not to be detached from the main body 3 for the insertion tube. The joining length L with the drain pipe 8 satisfies the standard value (corresponding to the joining length at the rubber ring socket).
[0024]
Of course, at that time, the drain pipe 8 and the insertion pipe main body 3 are brought into contact with each other and connected. That is, in a state where the insertion pipe main body 3 is in contact with the drain pipe 8, the both rubber ring receiving collars 2 are simply mechanically slid until they are stopped to the drain pipe 8.
[0025]
Therefore, when this spear-type joining member 1 is used, for example, sealing performance with existing drain pipe 8, seizure resistance due to earthquake, compatibility and versatility are guaranteed.
[0026]
The joining length a between the rubber ring receiving collar 2 and the insertion tube body 3 may be smaller than the standard value because the stopper C-ring 6 is provided. Therefore, the axial length of the tube main body 3 for insertion can be shortened compared with the case where two normal rubber ring receptacles 2 are used (for example, those shown in FIG. 4).
[0027]
As described above, the spear-shaped joining member 1 is used for repairing a damaged portion in the middle of the pipe as described in the above-mentioned conventional example, or when an auxiliary short pipe is added, the drainage can be expanded. It can be used for connection to the drainage pipes and to the public basin if the drains of existing comrades are drained.
[0028]
In particular, the latter use will be described. Conventionally, a slide joint that is used for this type of connection and has a rubber ring receiving port integrated with the tube bottoms aligned (see the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 60-36469). No. and Aron Kasei CUSLR joints), after the connection, a step is formed on the bottom of the tube, and it becomes a pool of drainage and causes a strange odor. If this spear-type joint member 1 is used instead, It has a feature to prevent.
[0029]
Further, in this spear-type joining member 1, particularly in a type using two rubber ring receiving collars 2 of the same size, when both are brought into contact with each other on the insertion tube main body 3, both of them are tubed. With the characteristic that it is substantially the same as the main body 3, and therefore, one rubber ring receiving collar 2 is approximately half the axial length of the insertion tube main body 3, is shipped in a compact form, and can be brought into the field. In addition, in the case of repairing a defective portion of the existing drainage pipe 8, there is also a feature that also serves as a work standardization of the cutting portion, in which the cut length of the defective portion is made equal to the axial length of the insertion tube body 3. I have.
[0030]
Of course, the usage method of Claim 1 is applied as it is to the cut portion, that is, the connection portion.
[0031]
Next, the above spear-type joining member 1 will be specifically described in detail.
This spear-type joining member 1 is mainly used for repair when the existing drainage pipe 8 is partially damaged as in the conventional example.
[0032]
This rubber ring receiving collar 2 is also indicated by the same name in the standard, and has rubber rings on the inner surfaces of both ends of the color body (short pipe) 10, and the rubber ring itself is standardized. It has not been.
[0033]
Therefore, one rubber ring 4 in the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is constituted by a seal ring having a C-shaped cross section, and the C-shaped connecting portion is a sliding surface. Therefore, the seal groove 9 into which the rubber ring 4 is inserted is slightly enlarged, and the color body 10 is formed to bulge.
[0034]
On the other hand, the rubber ring 5 is constituted by a so-called O-ring, and a seal groove 11 into which the rubber ring 5 is inserted is formed by drilling the inner surface of the color main body 10.
[0035]
A ring groove 12 into which the stopper C-ring 6 is fitted is formed on the inner side (referring to the inward direction with respect to the opening of the color body 10) adjacent to the seal groove 11.
[0036]
Since the ring groove 12 is made larger than the seal groove 11, the color body 10 is bulged and formed like the seal groove 9.
[0037]
This stopper C-ring 6 is formed of a spring steel cross-section 4 mm square C-ring, and the natural body has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the insertion tube body 3 and is fitted to the insertion tube body 3. A diameter-reducing force is always applied (refers to the elasticity of diameter-reducing tendency).
[0038]
The stopper-groove 7 of the insertion tube main body 3 to which the stopper C-ring 6 is locked forms a guide inclined surface 13 on the inner side, and the stopper C-ring 6 is directed inward of the insertion tube main body 3. It is designed to slide easily.
[0039]
When the stopper C-ring 6 is provided at a fixed position on the outer periphery of the end portion of the insertion tube main body 3, the stopper-groove 7 having the guide inclined surface 13 is not shown in the figure. If two rubber rings are provided on the inner side of the seal grooves 9 and 11 and stoppers are provided when the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is approaching / separating, the insertion tube body 3 having a longer length than the above can be used. .
[0040]
The two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 of the present embodiment are the same in shape and size, but the present invention is not limited to this, and two rubber rings slightly different only in the axial length of the color main body 10. It may be a receiving color. However, the joint length L of these two different rubber ring receiving collars with the drain pipe (simply indicating the pipe) 8 must satisfy at least the standard value.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the stopper C-ring is provided between the rubber ring receiving collar and the insertion tube body, the entire spear-type joining member clears the standard value while simplifying the work. Even if it is not standardized, as a semi-standard product, sealing performance, compatibility with earthquakes, compatibility and versatility can be ensured, and laying reliability can be improved.
[0042]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, it can be shipped in a compact form, and can be a standard for the cutting length of the existing drainage pipe at the construction site.
[0043]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the stopper C-ring is on the rubber ring side, the joining length can be shortened.
