Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin spear-type joining member, and particularly to a synthetic resin spear-type joining member for drainage equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, synthetic resin (vinyl chloride) spear-type joint members (also called slide joints or spear sockets) used for drainage equipment are used when both the upstream and downstream equipments are in a fixed state. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-36469, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-152886, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-107390, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-18790) See JP 2001-146994 A, JP 2002-181260 A, etc.).
[0003]
This will be described with reference to an example shown in the aforementioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-181260 proposed by the present applicant.
[0004]
As described in detail in this publication, this kind of spear-type joining member has two (or two) (or when repairing the damaged portion when a part of the drainage pipe made of synthetic resin is damaged. This is to be repaired using the one) spear-type joining member.
[0005]
This spear-type joint member is generally used as a rubber ring receiving collar in the standard of rigid polyvinyl chloride pipes for sewers, ensuring water sealing and safety during earthquakes, The compatibility with other provided rubber ring receiving collars is not hindered.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 3, the splicing type joining member 1 proposed by the applicant of the present invention has two rubber ring receptacles 2 and 2 having the same dimensions (of course, the same shape) or slightly different dimensions only in the axial length. Are externally fitted to one insertion tube main body (referred to as a short tube for connection) 3 so as to be slidable symmetrically.
[0007]
That is, of course, one of the rubber ring receiving collars-2 is provided with inner surfaces at both ends, that is, a pair of rubber rings 4 and 5. It is symmetrically fitted to the insertion tube main body 3 and slides so as to approach and separate from each other. On the inner side of the rubber rings 5 and 5 on the side adjacent to each other of the rubber rings 4 and 5 in the two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 slidably fitted outside, Elastic stoppers C-rings (also referred to as stoppers 6) are provided.
[0008]
On the outer surface of both ends of the tube body 3 for insertion, there are provided guide-inclined surfaces 13 to which these stopper-C rings 6 are engaged, and stopper-grooves 7 and 7 having stopper-step portions. . Therefore, when the stopper C-ring 6 is reduced in diameter by elasticity and falls into the stopper-concave groove 7, the rubber ring receiving collar 2 does not come out of the insertion tube body 3 in the outward direction.
[0009]
Accordingly, when the two rubber ring receiving collars 2 and 2 slide apart from each other, they are stopped so as not to be detached from the main body 3 for the insertion tube. When the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is separated, the joining length L with the existing drain pipe 8 satisfies the standard value (corresponding to the joining length at the rubber ring receiving opening). Yes.
[0010]
Therefore, in a state where the insertion pipe main body 3 is in contact with the drain pipe 8, both the rubber ring receptacles 2 are simply mechanically pulled in the direction of the thick arrow b until they are stopped to the drain pipe 8 and slid apart. be able to.
[0011]
For this reason, when this spear-type joining member 1 is used, for example, sealing performance with existing drain pipe 8, separability due to earthquake, compatibility and versatility are guaranteed.
[0012]
At this time, the joining length a between the rubber ring receiving collar 2 and the insertion tube main body 3 may be smaller than the standard value because the stopper-C ring 6 is provided. Therefore, the axial length of the tube main body 3 for insertion can be shortened compared with the case where two normal rubber ring receptacles 2 are used.
[0013]
The spear-type joining member 1 whose quality is guaranteed as described above can be used for repairing a damaged portion in the middle of a pipe, or for connection to a public drain if an existing drainage is used.
[0014]
In particular, in this type of splicing type joint member 1 that uses two rubber ring receiving collars 2 of the same size, when both are abutted on the tube body 3 for insertion, that is, both are for insertion when not in use. It is substantially the same as the tube main body 3, and therefore, one rubber ring receiving collar 2 has an axial length approximately half that of the tube main body 3 for insertion, is compactly shipped, and can be brought into the field. In the case of repairing a defective portion of the existing drainage pipe 8, the axial length of the drainage pipe portion cut out from the defective portion is made equal to the axial length of the insertion pipe main body 3. It has the feature of being a work standard.
[0015]
Further, one rubber ring 4 in the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is constituted by a seal ring having a cross section C (U packing) (see FIG. 1) or a V shape (packing with a lip), and has a C shape. In this case, the C-shaped connecting part is a sliding surface. Therefore, the seal groove (rubber ring receiving port) 9 into which the rubber ring 4 is inserted is slightly enlarged, and is formed by expanding the color body.
[0016]
The other rubber ring 5 is formed of a so-called O-ring, and since the seal groove (rubber ring receiving port) into which the rubber ring 5 is inserted is small, it is formed by drilling the inner surface of the color body. .
[0017]
A ring groove into which the stopper C ring 6 is fitted is formed on the inner side adjacent to the seal groove.
[0018]
Since this ring groove is larger than the seal groove, like the seal groove 9, the collar body is formed by bulging.
[0019]
The stopper C-ring 6 is composed of a C-ring having a cross section of 4 mm and a substantially square shape made of spring steel or engineering plastic (modified PPO or the like). The natural body has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the insertion tube body 3. If it is externally fitted to the tube main body 3 for insertion, a diameter reducing force is always applied.
[0020]
The stopper-groove 7 of the insertion tube main body 3 to which the stopper C-ring 6 is locked forms a guide inclined surface on the inner side, so that the stopper-C ring 6 is easily inward of the insertion tube main body 3. To slide.
[0021]
Furthermore, in this spear-type joining member 1, the following shaft centering portion 20 protrudes from the product length by about 5 to 10 mm when the nominal diameter is 100 mmφ at the outer end of the rubber ring receiving collar 2. It protrudes in the axial direction.
[0022]
Accordingly, the shaft alignment portion 20 protrudes from the product length, that is, the length of the cut-off drain pipe portion. Therefore, when the insertion pipe main body 3 is interposed between the existing drain pipes 8 and (8), It is possible to place the tube 8 so as to cross over the cut portion of the tube 8 slightly.
[0023]
That is, when the splicing type joining member 1 is lowered and interposed, the shaft centering portion 20 is placed on the upper surface of the pipe end of the existing drainage pipe 8, so that the splicing type joining member 1 is particularly used by the operator. In addition, the insertion tube main body 3 and the drainage pipe 8 can be mechanically aligned on the same straight line without adjustment while being supported by a pull-down machine.
[0024]
Of course, since it is configured in the small piece axial alignment part (axial alignment small piece) 20, it can be made the same as the conventional production cost by slightly modifying the injection mold.
[0025]
The shaft centering portion 20 is formed in an arcuate saddle shape and protrudes outside the seal groove 9. Since the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion pipe main body 3 or the existing drain pipe 8 having the same diameter and slides, the arc-shaped saddle type shaft alignment section 20 is provided with the collar. -It has the same inner and outer diameters (same thickness) as the main body, and the inner surface of the tip is provided with a surface triangle 21 in a slightly inclined trumpet shape so that the sliding of the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is not hindered.
[0026]
Of course, since this arc is mounted on the existing drainage pipe 8, at least the maximum upper half of the color body (the upper half of the horizontal plane passing through the pipe axis, ie, the circumference 1/2) from the upper 1/4 circumference To form.
[0027]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since it is the improved spear-type joining member 1 as described above, mechanical work can be performed compared with other members, and reliability can be obtained for construction that cannot be visually confirmed. The following new problems were found.
[0028]
(1) Originally, the rubber ring (5) itself of this type of rubber ring receiving collar 2 is not stipulated in the above standard, so this rubber ring (5) is completely sealed for fixing. Therefore, for example, in the case of the O-ring (5), a sufficient crushing allowance (for example, 20%) is given with an appropriate hardness.
[0029]
Therefore, at the work site, when sliding on the existing drainage pipe 8 from the unused state where the two rubber ring receptacles 2 and 2 are abutted on the insertion pipe body 3, a lubricant is applied. However, the starting frictional force is large, especially the sliding amount of the O-ring (5) is large, and in addition, the frictional force of the other rubber ring (4) and the stopper-C ring 6 is also added, and the work It turned out that there was a difficulty in sex. Of course, if the crushing margin of the O-ring (5) is small for exercise, the sealing property is impaired.
[0030]
(2) Since the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is in a freely slidable state on the insertion tube main body 3, one shaft centering portion 20 that is bent or protruding when not in use is placed on the insertion tube main body 3. The rubber ring 4 may come out of the seal groove 9 if it is retracted and does not align, and the other shaft alignment part 20 is excessively protruded.
[0031]
(3) When the rubber ring receptacles 2 and 2 are externally fitted to the insertion tube main body 3, it takes time to check whether or not the rubber rings 5 and 5 adjacent to each other are set in the normal posture. In addition, it becomes difficult to re-attach when the set is defective.
[0032]
Therefore, the present invention aims to solve these problems, which were later found.
[0033]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the gist of the present invention is as follows. 1) A rubber ring receiving collar is slidably fitted on a short tube for connection, and the rubber ring receiving collar is respectively attached to inner surfaces of both ends. Seal grooves are provided, and one of these seal grooves is provided with a rubber ring, and the other is provided with a fixing rubber ring for fixing and completely sealing. The receiving collar is drawn on the connecting short pipe, and when used, the one rubber ring is on the existing drain pipe, and the other fixing rubber ring is on the connecting short pipe. In addition, in the synthetic resin spear-type joint member that is slid, a seal surface that protrudes only from a portion where the other fixing rubber ring is sealed at the time of use on the outer surface of the connecting short tube Until the other fixing rubber ring rides on the seal surface. Is a synthetic resin spear-type joint member characterized in that the slide is smoothed while increasing the slide amount so as not to contact the outer surface of the connecting short pipe, and 2) The rubber ring receiving collar is symmetrically provided in two, and a contact ring of the rubber ring receiving collar when not in use is provided at substantially the center of the connecting short pipe. 3) so that the fixing rubber ring can be checked by the clearance when not in use between the short pipe for connection and the rubber ring receiving collar. It exists in the synthetic resin spear type | mold joining member of Claim 1 or 2.
[0034]
Accordingly, the present invention includes the following embodiments.
[0035]
(1) An abutting ring, that is, a stopper, is provided in the approximate center of the insertion tube body to restrict the movement of the rubber ring receiving collar in the central direction intermittently in the circumferential direction. In the vicinity of the pipe end, a seal surface, a ring groove into which the stopper C-ring is fitted, and a rubber ring storage part are formed from the center side toward the pipe end side.
[0036]
(2) The seal surface is raised from the central portion of the insertion tube main body, and has a bottom portion that gradually increases from the central portion of the tube toward the seal surface.
[0037]
(3) The rubber ring receiving collar has a rubber ring receiving slot (groove) at one end, a rubber ring receiving slot (groove) at the other end toward the center from the pipe end, and a stopper C ring receiving opening. (Groove) is provided, one end of the tube is provided with an axial centering portion, a rubber ring for fixing the rubber ring receptacle (groove), and a stopper C for the stopper C-ring receptacle (groove). A rubber ring is attached to each of the ring and the rubber ring receiving opening (groove).
[0038]
(4) The stopper C-ring has an urging force that holds the outer surface of the insertion tube main body.
[0039]
(5) In a state where the other end of the rubber ring receiving collar is brought into contact with the stopper of the insertion tube main body, the fixing rubber ring attached to the rubber ring receiving port does not hit the outer periphery of the insertion tube main body.
[0040]
(6) When the rubber ring receiving collar is slid outward and the fixing rubber ring reaches the bottom of the seal surface, it hits the outer peripheral portion (outer surface) of the insertion tube body and rides on the seal surface. At the same time, the stopper C-ring falls and fits into the stopper groove, and the rubber ring receiving collar is fixed to the insertion tube body.
[0041]
(7) Since the fixing rubber ring does not come into contact with the main body of the insertion tube until just before it rides on the seal surface, the slide can be made smooth.
[0042]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention will be described in more detail by means of an embodiment shown in the drawing.
[0043]
FIG. 1 is a partially cut side view of a double-ended socket type according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially cut side view of a single-ended socket type according to the second embodiment, showing a conventional example. The same parts as those in FIG. 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified.
[0044]
The spear-type joining member 1 that is a double-ended socket of the first embodiment is used for a drain pipe 8 that is a VU pipe, and its diameter is, for example, 75 mmφ or 100 mmφ. The total product length of the joining member 1, that is, the tube length of the insertion tube body 3 is about 200 mm and about 230 mm, respectively, and the slidable stroke amount at the time of separation (so-called slide receiving swallowing allowance, the maximum slide projection amount Are about 61 mm and about 70 mm, respectively.
[0045]
The pipe body 3 for insertion of the spear-type joining member 1 is formed by injection molding. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the wall thickness of the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is made slightly thin based on the thickness of the VU pipe. In use, the thick bulge, that is, the seal surface 22 is formed only at the site where the rubber ring (5) (also referred to as a fixing rubber ring in this specification) is sealed.
[0046]
Accordingly, a clearance 23 is formed between the outer surface of the insertion tube main body 3 other than the seal surface 22 and the rubber ring receiving collar 2, and the outer surface of the fixing pipe is used on the outer surface while using the fixing rubber ring (5). On the other hand, the slide can be lightly lifted up and not touched, and the seal surface 22 has a sufficient crushing allowance for the rubber ring (5) to complete the seal.
[0047]
The seal surface 22 is formed by bulging in a gentle low mountain shape having a base portion in a side sectional view so that the crushing margin of the rubber ring (5) is gradually performed.
[0048]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the insertion tube main body 3 has a ring-shaped rubber ring receiving collar stopper, that is, an abutment ring 24 integrally projecting and circumferentially provided substantially at the center in the tube axis direction. Yes.
[0049]
Therefore, when not in use at the time of distribution at the factory shipment, the inner end of the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is brought into contact with this so that the protruding amount of the shaft centering portion 20 becomes appropriate. Of course, they may be brought into contact with each other at the time of use to assume a normal posture.
[0050]
This contact ring 24 is formed with notches 25, 25... In four directions (a plurality of directions) in the upper, lower, left and right directions, and the bottom of the notch 25 is made to coincide with the outer surface of the tube body 3 for insertion.
[0051]
With these notches 25, a spatula check gage (not shown, but made of steel, for example, having a width of 10 mm, a length of 150 mm, and a thickness of about 3 mm) is inserted until it hits the rubber ring (5). When the rubber ring (5) is applied with a lubricant to the insertion tube main body 3 and the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is externally fitted, it can be confirmed whether or not it is twisted.
[0052]
In particular, the insertion tube main body 3 is formed with a clearance 23 between the outer ring surface of the tube other than the seal surface 22 and the rubber ring receiving collar 2 as described above. Therefore, it is possible to check the set state of the rubber ring (5). Further, when the rubber ring (5) is not installed correctly, the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is provided from the notch 25. A check gauge is inserted into the stopper, the stopper C-ring 6 is forcibly pushed up, and the rubber ring receiving collar 2 is removed from the insertion pipe body 3 so as not to fit into the stopper groove 10. Since the rubber ring (5) can be reinserted after being repaired, it is possible to give reliability to the sealing property. In addition, there is no increase in production cost due to slight modification of the injection mold.
[0053]
As a result, the abutment ring 24 can mechanically slide the two rubber ring receiving collars 2 close to each other, and in combination with the mechanical separation / sliding operation of the stopper C-ring 6, the sliding operation is simple. Work standards can be established, and it is possible to work easily even in places with severe environmental conditions such as extremely narrow land, and even unskilled persons.
[0054]
Next, a spear joint member 1A that is a one-sided socket according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0055]
This splicing joint member 1A is provided with one rubber ring receiving collar 2 and the outer fitting portion of the other rubber ring receiving collar 2 in the splicing joining member 1 of the first embodiment is a normal difference. The mouth portion 26 is formed.
[0056]
That is, this is composed of a cylindrical insertion tube main body 3 and one rubber ring receiving collar 2 that is slidably fitted.
[0057]
Therefore, the structure other than the opening 26 is omitted for the same structure as the first embodiment, but the same description is given.
[0058]
In the case of a nominal diameter of 75 mmφ, the gap portion 26 has an inner diameter of 83 mmφ and an outer diameter of 89 mmφ, so that a trough portion is formed between the abutment ring 24 and the gap length. Is secured.
[0059]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the work such as the spear slide operation of the spear-type joining member can be performed mechanically and lightly, in addition, the construction quality can be secured, and thus the construction reliability can be obtained, Does not raise production costs.
[0060]
In particular, as a spear-type joint member, it is necessary to lightly slide the rubber ring receiving collar, and the rubber ring is squeezed by using a rubber ring check to complete the seal when used. While being configured for fixing, the slide can be made light, and as a result, a spear-type joining member can be made as a good one.
