本発明は火災感知器付きスピーカに関する。

大勢の人々を収容する建物の中には、火災発生を感知し、建物内の人々に火災発生を報知する火災報知設備が設けられるとともに、火災などのような非常事態の場合に人々を安全に誘導するための放送設備も設けられる。しかしながら、火災報知設備と非常放送設備とは独立に設置される。しかも、火災報知設備の一つである火災感知器と非常放送設備の一つであるスピーカとは、いずれも建物の天井に取り付けられるとともに電気的な配線工事がなされて、防災センタなどに設置する火災受信機や放送アンプなどに接続されるものであるにもかかわらず、全く別個に施工され別個に配線工事がなされていた。

そのために、天井には火災感知器とスピーカとが入り混じって多数取り付けられることになり、新設する場合あるいは増設する場合などには両者を別個に天井に取り付けなければならず、配線工事が煩雑で手間がかかり面倒であるとともに、見栄えも良くなかった。

そこで、上述のような課題を解決するものとして、特開平7−306988号公報に見るように、火災報知設備における火災感知器と、非常放送設備におけるスピーカとを一体化し、配線を共用するようにしたスピーカ一体型火災感知器が発明されている。また、特開昭58−54495号公報に見るように、火災感知器にスピーカを内蔵したスピーカ内蔵型火災感知器も発明されている。

しかしながら、大勢の人々を収容する建物の中に設置される全ての火災感知器を、上述のようなスピーカ一体型火災感知器やスピーカ内蔵型火災感知器のような火災感知器付きスピーカにするわけではなく、火災感知器とスピーカとを分離して設けた方が都合の良い場合もあり、火災感知器付きスピーカを製造するメーカー側にとっては、製造の品種共通化の妨げになる。また、多少の塵埃が漂っていてもそれほど悪影響の無いスピーカなどにあっては取り付け工事を早期工程へ持っていき、僅かな塵埃が漂っていても悪影響を受ける火災感知器などにあっては取り付け工事を後工程へ持っていくような、工程調整は不可能であるという問題点があった。

本発明は上記の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、火災感知器の要否にかかわらずスピーカ本体の共通化が図れるとともに、スピーカ本体と火災感知器とで工期をずらすことの可能である、優れる火災感知器付きスピーカを提供することにある。

本発明は上記の問題点を解決するために、請求項1記載の発明にあっては、天井に埋め込み取り付けされるスピーカ本体と、火災感知器が取着されて前記スピーカ本体の前面を着脱自在に覆うガードと、を備えるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る火災感知器付きスピーカの一実施の形態を図1に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1は天井に取り付く火災感知器付きスピーカを斜め下から見上げた分解斜視図であり、天井は一部破砕されている。

図1に示すように、火災感知器付きスピーカは、スピーカ本体1とガード2とを備える。なお、図1においてAは天井板である。天井板Aには、スピーカ本体1から発せられる音声が天井板Aによって遮音されることなく明瞭に伝達されるように、円形の通音孔Aが設けられている。

上述のように構成される火災感知器付きスピーカは次のように施工することができる。すなわち、ビルなどの鉄筋コンクリート造りの建物にあっては、躯体工事の後、内装設備工事が行なわれる。そして、電気配線工事は内装設備工事の中でも比較的早い時期に行われる。また、放送設備は工事の途中と言えども必要不可欠のものであり、電気配線工事と同時に放送設備関係の施工をも済ませるのが通例である。従って、スピーカの施工も内装設備工事の比較的早い時期に行われることになる。

しかしながら、内装設備工事の比較的早い時期にあっては、躯体のコンクリートを研磨したり切削したりする工事が頻繁に行われて周囲に塵埃が多く漂うことになり、火災感知器のような精密機器の環境としては相応しくなく、火災感知器を故障させる原因になる。そこで、内装設備工事の比較的早い時期に、スピーカ本体1が天井板Aに取り付けられるとともに、放送アンプからの音声信号線と火災受信機からの感知器回線とが端子台12に接続されるものの、この時点では火災感知器22の取り付けられたガード2はまだ取り付けされずにあり、火災感知器22は塵埃に曝されることはない。
