Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation fan that is fitted in and attached to an opening formed in a partition wall structure that partitions the interior and the exterior.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among these types of ventilation fans, there is a ventilation fan for pipes as disclosed in JP-A-5-99466. This is attached to a pipe that penetrates a partition wall structure that partitions the interior and the exterior, and is provided for ventilation, and has a configuration as shown in FIGS. That is, it has a cylindrical wind tunnel 31 that is fitted in and attached to an opening of a partition wall structure formed by a pipe and communicates indoors and outdoors. At the indoor side end of the wind tunnel 31, a flange 32 is formed in the radial direction along the indoor side surface of the partition wall structure. An orifice 33 is formed integrally with the flange 32 at the indoor opening of the wind tunnel 31. A motor 34 is incorporated in the wind tunnel 31, and an impeller 35 that rotates in the wind tunnel 31 is detachably mounted on a rotation shaft of the motor 34. A plurality of shutters 37 that are opened and closed and supported by a shutter frame 36 attached to the indoor side surface of the flange 32 are provided at the opening on the indoor side of the wind tunnel 31. The indoor side of the wind tunnel 31 is covered with a shutter 38 and a grill 38 that can be ventilated.
[0003]
When it is necessary to prioritize the static pressure over the air volume in the ventilation characteristics of the ventilating fan having such a configuration, another orifice 39 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the orifice 33 of the wind tunnel 31 is attached to the wind tunnel 31 and the impeller 35 is separated. It is replaced with one having a small blade diameter suitable for the orifice 39 of the part. By doing so, a ventilation fan with a high static pressure can be formed although the air volume is reduced.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional ventilator as described above, when a separate orifice 39 is attached to form a ventilator with a large static pressure, the rim 40 of the orifice 39 protrudes from the surface of the flange 32 to which the shutter frame 36 of the wind tunnel 31 is attached. As a result, there is a problem in that it becomes difficult to clean this portion and the shutter frame 36 must be enlarged, and the size of the projection protruding into the room becomes large. If the shutter frame 36 remains small, there is a step between the edge 40 of the orifice 39 and the surface of the flange 32, so that the shutter frame 36 not only becomes difficult to attach, but also there is a gap between the shutter frame 36 and the flange 32. Can be done. In order to eliminate this gap, the shape of the shutter frame 36 must be complicated according to the level difference.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to obtain a ventilation fan in which a small-diameter orifice can be attached without making a step, and the small-diameter orifice is attached. However, it is to obtain a ventilation fan that does not require a large shutter frame, and to obtain a ventilation fan that does not impair the cleaning performance even if a small-diameter orifice is attached.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to an indoor side end of a cylindrical wind tunnel that is fitted in and attached to an opening formed in a partition structure that partitions the interior and the exterior of the interior of the partition structure. A flange along the side is formed, an orifice is formed integrally with the flange in the opening on the indoor side of the wind tunnel, a motor is built in the wind tunnel, and a propeller type blade that rotates in the wind tunnel on the rotation axis of this motor A vehicle is detachably mounted, and the opening on the indoor side of the wind tunnel is provided with a shutter that is opened and closed supported by a shutter frame attached to the indoor side surface of the flange. And a second orifice having a smaller diameter than the orifice of the wind tunnel, and a mouth edge of the second cavity having a smaller diameter than the orifice of the wind tunnel. Engage And the indoor side surface of the second rim and the air channel of the flange of the orifice to adopt detachably means you mounted such that the planar form without steps.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The ventilating fan of this embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 is fitted and attached to an opening formed by a pipe or the like provided through a partition wall structure such as a wall structure inside and outside. And a cylindrical wind tunnel 1 that is fitted and attached to communicate between the interior and the exterior. The wind tunnel 1 is integrally formed of resin, and a flange 2 along the indoor side surface of the partition wall structure is integrally formed in the radial direction at the indoor side end. An orifice 4 is formed integrally with the flange 2 in the opening 3 on the indoor side of the wind tunnel 1. In the wind tunnel 1, three motor mounting legs 5 protrude toward the center, and a motor 6 is mounted on the motor mounting leg 5 on the center line of the wind tunnel 1. The rotation axis of the motor 6 is directed to the opening 3 on the indoor side of the wind tunnel 1, and a propeller-type impeller 7 is detachably attached to the end of the shaft. By the rotation of the impeller 7, an air flow is formed in the wind tunnel 1 from the indoor opening 3 to the outdoor opening 8.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 3, hook-like claws 9 projecting forward are formed at two locations on the indoor side surface of the flange 2 of the wind tunnel 1, and mounting holes 10 are formed at the two lower locations. A ring-shaped step 11 is formed on the outer periphery of the orifice 4 formed integrally with the wind tunnel 1 of the opening 3 on the indoor side of the wind tunnel 1. A plurality of engagement holes 13 are provided in the flat portion 12 of the drop step 11 at intervals in the circumferential direction, and small protrusions 14 are formed between the engagement holes 13. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of shutters 16 that are opened and closed and supported by a shutter frame 15 are provided on the indoor side surface of the flange 2 of the wind tunnel 1. Each shutter 16 is rotatably supported by the shutter frame 15 and is connected by a connecting rod 17 as shown in FIG. The connecting rod 17 is normally urged by a return spring 18 in a direction to close the shutter 16, is connected to a solenoid 19 attached to the wind tunnel 1 side, and slides to the open side by the operation of the solenoid 19. Each shutter 16 is detachably mounted on the indoor side of the flange 2 by hooking the upper edge of the shutter frame 15 on the two claws 9 of the flange 2 of the wind tunnel 1 and screwing it into the mounting holes 10 at the two lower portions. Is done. The interior side of the wind tunnel 1 is covered with a grill 20 that can be attached and detached together with the shutter 16 and the shutter frame 15.
[0011]
The ventilation characteristic of the ventilation fan is, for example, A shown in FIG. 8. In the ventilation characteristic, when a ventilation fan that prioritizes static pressure over the air volume is configured, the diameter of the ventilation fan 1 is smaller than the diameter of the orifice 4. A second orifice 21 of the part is attached to the wind tunnel 1 as shown in FIG. The second orifice is integrally formed of resin as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and has a mouth edge portion 22 that engages with the drop step 11 with a thickness substantially matching the drop step 11 of the wind tunnel 1. The cylindrical portion 23 enters the wind tunnel 1 by engaging the rim portion 22 with the falling step 11. On the back surface of the rim portion 22 of the second orifice 21, there are provided a plurality of latching protrusions 24 that can be latched by engaging with the engagement holes 13 provided in the flat surface portion 12 of the step 11 of the wind tunnel 1. In addition, a small hole 25 into which the small protrusion 14 enters in the latched state is formed. By fitting the latching protrusion 24 into the engagement hole 13 and rotating it slightly, the latching protrusion 24 is latched to the edge of the engagement hole 13 as the small protrusion 14 enters the small hole 25, and the second The orifice 21 can be attached to the wind tunnel 1, and the second orifice 21 can be removed from the wind tunnel 1 by following the reverse procedure.
[0012]
In this way, the edge portion 22 of the second orifice 21 attached to the wind tunnel 1 and the indoor side surface of the flange 2 of the wind tunnel 1 have a flat shape with no step, and even if the shutter frame 15 is mounted on the indoor side, the shutter frame There is no gap on the contact surface side of 15, and there is no need to prepare a shutter having a separate shutter frame. Therefore, the projecting dimension toward the indoor side is not increased, and the cleaning property is improved because there is no step. By replacing the impeller 7 with one having a small blade diameter suitable for the second orifice 21 together with the mounting of the second orifice 21, the ventilation fan having a blowing characteristic shown in FIG. Can be configured.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
