Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic that is excellent in stability with time, has no refreshing stickiness, and has a good feeling of use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics are excellent in water repellency and the like, they are widely applied to skin cosmetics and hair cosmetics such as basic cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, and nail cosmetics. Among these, water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics containing silicone oil or fluorine-based oil as the oil phase component have particularly high water repellency and a smooth feeling of use.
[0003]
However, since it is difficult to obtain a stable water-in-oil emulsion particularly when silicone oil or fluorine-based oil is used, attempts have been made to obtain a stable water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic using a specific polyether-modified silicone as an emulsifier. However, it was not sufficient in terms of stability over time, especially in JP-A-9-183710 and JP-A-7-165529.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic that is excellent in stability over time and has a good feeling in use.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
If the present inventors use a specific polyether-modified silicone and two kinds of oil agents having specific inorganic / organic values in combination with a specific stabilizer, silicone oil or fluorine-based oil is blended. However, it was found that a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic with excellent stability over time, no stickiness and good usability can be obtained.
[0006]
That is, the present invention provides (A) the general formula (1)

[0014]
The oil agent of component (C) is a non-polar oil agent other than component (B) and having an inorganic / organic value (hereinafter referred to as IOB) = 0. Here, IOB uses a conceptual diagram of an organic compound (Fujita, “Chemical Experiments, Organic Chemistry, General Procedures”, page 511, Kawade Shobo (1952); Fujita, Chemical Domain, 11, 719 (1957)). It is a value that represents the ratio of the inorganic value and the organic value obtained.
Specific examples include squalane, liquid paraffin, liquid isoparaffin, petrolatum, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene wax, and ceresin.
[0015]
One or more kinds of the oil agent of component (C) can be used, and 0.1 to 30% by weight is blended in the whole composition, but 0.5 to 20% by weight, especially 1 to 50% by weight is blended. preferable.
[0016]
The oil agent of component (D) is a component other than component (B) and is a polar oil agent with IOB> 0. Specifically, semi-solid / solid oils such as lanolin, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, cholesterol, cholesteryl isostearate, cholesteryl, behenyl-N-lauroyl-L-glutamate, jojoba oil, castor oil, isopropyl myristate , Ester oils such as diisostearyl malate, isotridecyl isononanoate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, ether oils such as cetyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, higher alcohols such as oleyl alcohol and isostearyl alcohol , Diglycerides such as isostearic acid myristic acid glyceride, dicapric acid glyceride, triglycerides such as tri (capryl / capric acid) glyceride, 2-ethylhexanoic acid triglyceride, mono Sosutearin polyglyceryl, JP 62-228408, amide derivatives of JP-A 8-319263 Patent forth, such as an amine derivative or an acid addition salt of JP-A 6-40885 Patent describes the like.
[0017]
One or more kinds of component (D) oils can be used, and 0.01 to 30% by weight is blended in the total composition, but 0.1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 1 to 10% by weight is blended. preferable.
[0018]
Among the stabilizers of the component (E), examples of the oxyacid include hydroxypropionic acid, hydroxyacetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and the like. A potassium salt etc. are mentioned. Particularly preferred are sodium citrate, sodium lactate and sodium tartrate. [0021]
Component (F) water is preferably blended in the total composition in an amount of 5 to 80% by weight, particularly 10 to 70% by weight, and more preferably 20 to 60% by weight.
[0022]
The water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention is preferable because a hydrophobic powder can be further blended, and a cosmetic that is refreshing and does not have stickiness can be obtained.
As the hydrophobized powder, for example, a powder of silicone resin powder, silicone rubber powder, trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, or the like that has a hydrophobic surface or a hydrophobized surface can be used.
