Description
【0001】
【0007】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair nourishing cosmetic excellent in hair growth effect and hair loss prevention effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, hair nourishing cosmetics comprising blood circulation promoting substances such as chili pepper and nicotinic acid derivatives, and amino acids and vitamins that are nutritional components of hair are known. In addition, a number of medical hair nourishing agents and hair nourishing cosmetics have been proposed that contain ingredients that prevent sebaceous gland hypertrophy and ingredients that suppress male hormones.
[0003]
However, conventionally used blood circulation promoting substances have the drawbacks that the skin irritation is strong and the amount of the blood circulation promoting substance is limited, and the duration of blood circulation promotion is short.
[0004]
By the way, male pattern baldness is said to be caused by an excessive action of male hormones, but it is complicated by phenomena such as poor blood circulation, decreased activity of hair matrix cells, enlarged sebaceous glands, and fibrosis of the scalp. It is speculated that it has occurred.
[0005]
However, in order to suppress the decrease in hair matrix cell activity and sebaceous gland hypertrophy, which are said to be caused by excessive effects of androgen, even if anti-androgen is used as a hair restorer, The current situation is not reached. In addition, even when a hair matrix activator or a blood circulation promoter is used alone, good results cannot be obtained.
[0006]
As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a hair-restoring composition containing fatty acids having an odd number of carbon atoms, alcohols, hydroxypropyl alcohol, and lower alcohol in JP-A-5-58850, JP-A-5-139936 A number of hair-restoring and hair-restoring agents are proposed, including hair growth agents containing certain types of carboxyl betaines in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-170625, and hair restoration cosmetics containing acidic mucopolysaccharide and hop extract in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-170625. However, even if a substance that promotes peripheral blood flow and activates hair matrix cells is used alone, no remarkable hair-growth action is found, and even in the case of obtaining a sufficiently satisfactory effect in the composition In fact, there is room for improvement in the effect of hair growth and the effect of preventing hair loss.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of this situation, as a result of intensive investigations on substances that have effects such as hair growth promotion, hair growth, and hair loss, a nutritional blend that contains an extract obtained by extracting a water-insoluble residue of the fruit body or mycelium of bear moths with an organic solvent. 【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example and a comparative example demonstrate this invention in detail, this invention is not limited to these. The test methods used in the present invention are as follows.
[0020]
(1) Mouse hair growth promoting effect test method The skin at the center of the back of C3H mice (male, 8 weeks old, average body weight 35 g) was shaved with an electric clipper and then completely removed with a shaver. From the following day, 0.2 ml of each sample of Examples and Comparative Examples was applied to the skin of the test site once a day. A group of 10 animals was used for one sample. In addition, the base alone which excluded the active ingredient was apply | coated as a control group. On the 14th day after the start of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed, and the skin of the test area was photographed. Next, the photograph is taken into an image analysis apparatus, and the area (A) and the hair growth area (B) obtained by first trimming are obtained, and the hair growth rate (%) = [(B) / (A)] × 100.
Was calculated for each animal. Finally, a value obtained by dividing the average value of each group of the examples or comparative examples by the average value of the control group was used as a hair growth promoting effect.
[0021]
(2) Human head hair growth promoting effect test method The hair of the top of the head of 10 male subjects whose decline in hair growth in their 30s and 40s was recognized was shaved into a circular shape having a diameter of about 7 mm. Furthermore, after 1 and 3 days of hair cutting, the hair growth rate was determined for the hair (about 30 to 40) at the target site by the method of Hayashi et al. (British Journal of Dermatology, 125, 123, 1991). The average value (A) was calculated. Next, about 3 ml of the sample of the example or the comparative example was applied to each subject twice a day in the morning and evening, with the test site as the center, and massaged well. The hair growth rate at the same site was measured in the same manner 3 months after the start of the test, and the average value (B) was calculated. The effect was determined by comparing the ratio (B) / (A) before and after using each hair nourishing cosmetic.
[0022]
(3) Practical test method The effect after applying the sample twice a day in the morning and evening to the heads of 20 male pattern baldness patients for 6 months was evaluated. The test results were shown by the number of respondents who responded that “the raw hair became bristle or the bristle increased” and “the hair loss decreased” for each of the hair growth effect and the hair loss prevention effect.
