Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seedling container for growing vegetable seedlings in a resin-made seedling container having a pot container to grow a soiled block seedling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a seedling raising container having a rectangular shape in a plan view in which a large number of pot-shaped resin pot containers are formed at predetermined pitches in the front-rear and left-right directions has been known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the prior art, when seeding and raising seedlings filled with soil or humus soil in a pot container, the seedling roots crawl on the inner peripheral surface of the pot, so-called root winding occurs, and when this seedling is planted in the field, initial growth There were bad drawbacks.
[0004]
Further, when the seedling container is made of a resin material such as foamed polystyrene, the inner wall surface of the pot container is easily damaged, and the roots crawl into the damaged part, so that it is difficult to extract the pot seedling .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has taken the following technical means.
That is, the invention according to claim 1 is a method of forming a potted seedling container 1 having a rectangular shape in a plan view in which pot containers 2 for sowing seedlings are connected at a predetermined pitch in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction. The foaming degree of the inner wall surface of the container 2 is configured more densely than the outer wall surface, and the inner wall of the pot container 2 is configured as an inclined surface so that the inner area on the upper side is larger than the inner area on the lower side. A seedling container that is provided with one or a plurality of muscle seedling elongation-suppressing materials 4 extending from the bottom to the lower end side.
[0006]
【Example】
An example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a synthetic resin-made seedling container having a rectangular shape in plan view, and pot containers 2 are arranged at predetermined intervals on the front and rear sides and the left and right sides. The pot container 2 has a form that protrudes independently from the lower side of the seedling container, and the upper surface side thereof is integrally connected to each other by a flat connecting plate part 3, and can be bent freely by the connecting plate part 3. ing. In this embodiment, the seedling raising container 1 is a resin container having a thin meat pressure. The pot wall 2 is provided with a single root or a plurality of roots for suppressing the growth of seedlings 4 in the vertical direction. A representative example of the seedling elongation suppressing material 4 is configured such that a copper compound paint is applied or a member containing the copper compound is exposed and embedded.
[0008]
In addition, in order to provide this seedling root | elongation suppression material 4, you may make it the convex groove | channel 6 made to project inward conversely, even if it makes it the concave groove 5 which swelled the stripe | line | muscle outward. When the seedling root elongation suppressing material 4 is provided in this portion as the concave groove 5, an air pool portion is formed at the time of filling the floor soil when raising seedlings, and the seedling elongation is further suppressed.
[0009]
In the above embodiment, the seedling container 1 is made of a thin resin. However, there is a drawback that it is difficult to raise seedlings due to a temperature difference between cold and hot when raising seedlings. In order to eliminate this, even in the case of the seedling container 1 in which the seedling container 1 is formed of a foaming material such as foamed polystyrene, the vertical streaks of the seedling elongation suppressing material 4 are similarly formed on the inner wall surface of the pot container 2. Good.
[0010]
The operation of the above example will be explained. When a seedling base material such as floor soil is packed in each pot container 2 of the seedling container 1 and seeded, covered with soil, irrigated and grown, the roots grow and germinate to grow seedlings. . And the extended root reaches the inner wall surface of the pot container 2, is regulated, and extends along the inner wall surface. At this time, when the seedling root elongation suppressing material 4 comes to the portion, the elongation of the root is stopped, and a large number of fine roots further grow from the front portion of the stopped root. Therefore, the seedling root does not surround the mother-grown seedling base material along the inner wall surface of the pot container 2, and the growth after provisional planting becomes very good.
[0011]
When the seedling container 1 is formed thick with foamed polystyrene, and the inner wall surface of the pot container 2 is coated with a synthetic resin such as melamine resin different from the foamed resin, the root becomes the foamed polystyrene. It becomes easy to extract the block seedling from the pot container 2 without adhering. Moreover, you may comprise more closely the foaming degree of the inner wall face of the pot container 2 than an outer wall face, without coating with another synthetic resin.
[0012]
Further, the seedling container 1 is formed of foamed polystyrene, and a plurality of concave grooves 5 cut outward are formed on the inner wall surface of the pot container 2, and the right and left sides of the seedling container 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view are formed. If a band edge portion 7 where the pot container 2 portion is not formed is provided on both sides, and a locking recess 8 formed at a constant pitch for engaging and transferring the seedling container 1 is formed on this band edge portion, It is convenient that the stop recess 8 can be engaged and transferred by a feeding claw of a seeding device or a transplanting device. And if the foaming degree of the band edge part 7 whole region where this latching recessed part 8 is located is made dense , this latching recessed part 8 will not produce wear and a crack at the time of engagement transfer, but an exact transfer can be performed. It is also possible to embed a hard resin or the like without changing the degree of foaming. The locking recess 8 may be configured as a hole that penetrates up and down.
[0013]
When a plurality of the seedling containers 1 are transported back and forth in a configuration in which the horizontal row pot containers on the front and rear end sides of the seedling container 1 are contracted back and forth compared to other pot containers, the connected pot containers before and after being connected 2 can be continuously transferred without changing the pitch P of the pot container 2 part of the other part. As a matter of course, the pitch of the locking recess 8 is not changed at the connecting portion of the seedling container 1 and the seedling container 1 can be continuously transferred at a constant speed.
[0014]
[Effects of the invention]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the seedling container is made of a resin material such as foamed polystyrene , the inner wall surface of the pot container is not damaged, and the rooted pot seedling is easily extracted. Furthermore, when seeding and raising seedlings by filling the pot container with soil and humus soil, the roots of the seedlings do not stretch around the inner peripheral surface of the pot and do not extend, and the roots surround the outer periphery of the potted seedlings with roots, The initial growth is good when seedlings are planted in the field .
