Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pachinko gaming machine provided with a push-up member that is arranged between a game machine ball launching device and a ball feeding device of a pachinko gaming machine and interlocks their operations .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in this type of pachinko gaming machine, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-280783, a game ball B is supplied from an alignment path 1 to a guide path 3 by a supply mechanism 2, and the exit of the guide path 3 is connected to a shutter member. By opening and closing by 4 up and down movement, the game balls are supplied one by one to the launch position at the lower end of the launch rail 7. The vertical movement of the shirter member 4 is performed using a push-up member 5 provided with an operating rod 5b that is rotatably supported by the shaft portion 5a and extends downward and a push-up rod 5c that extends below the shutter plate 4. The hook 5b is rotated by being pulled by the hooking rod 6b attached to the hitting ball 6a of the launching device 6, and the push-up rod 5c is moved upward along with this to push up the shutter plate 4 (FIG. 8). reference). Further, as other pachinko gaming machines, as shown in the same Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-280783, the ball receiving member 8 of the supply mechanism is rotated in the front-rear direction to release the game balls B one by one. As for the rotation of the ball receiving member, the push-up member shown in the above publication is used (see FIG. 9).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, all the pachinko gaming machines have a problem that the positional relationship between the hook and the push-up member is very delicate, and the position adjustment of both members during assembly is complicated. That is, if the two are too close together, the push-up rod will rise too quickly, and the timing of opening and closing the exit by the shutter plate will be early, and if the interval between both is too large, the timing of opening and closing the exit by the shutter plate will be delayed. In both cases, the smooth supply of game balls was hindered. Further, when the hitting ball is pulled by the elastic member and returned to the firing position, the hooking rod rubs the operating rod, so that the smooth operation of the hitting ball is hindered, resulting in variations in the launch direction of the game ball. There is also.
The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problem, and an excessive load is generated on a push-up member that is arranged between a game machine ball launching device and a ball feeding device of a pachinko gaming machine and interlocks their operations. An object of the present invention is to provide a pachinko gaming machine that can prevent this.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the structural feature of the invention according to claim 1 is that a push-up member that is disposed between a game ball launching device and a ball feeding device of a pachinko gaming machine and interlocks their operations is provided. A pachinko gaming machine provided with the push-up member extending from a first support shaft and a point supported by the first support shaft so as to be swingable and supported by the first support shaft. A push-up unit that is linked to the apparatus, and is connected to the push-up unit by a second support shaft that is different from the first support shaft so as to be swingable. An operating portion that extends to the game ball launching device, and is interposed between the operating portion and the push-up portion, and applies an urging force in a direction in which the operating portion and the push-up portion expand to each other, A coil spring that moves the push-up portion to a substantially right angle position, and the biasing force of the coil spring When a force from a direction opposite to the use direction is applied to the operating portion, the operating portion is bent toward the push-up portion against the biasing force of the coil spring around the second support shaft. It is in being attached .

The cam member 52 comes into contact with the roller 51c1 of the conversion rod 51c, and forcibly rotates the hitting ball 51 in the counterclockwise direction shown in FIG. 2 in accordance with the rotation of the rotation shaft 44, past the peak position 52a. At this time, the engagement with the roller 51c1 is released, the hitting ball 51 is returned to the launch position at high speed by the elasticity of the spring, and the game ball is fired toward the game area 32.
[0015]
Then, on the front surface of the cam member 52, as shown in FIG. 3, fan-shaped cam member (5) 3 is provided integrally around the rotary shaft 44. The front end of the rotation shaft 44 is set at substantially the same position as the sector cam member 53. A support shaft 45 is fixed to an upper position of the rotation shaft 44 of the base 40, and a push-up member 54 is rotatably attached to the support shaft 45 as shown in FIGS.
[0016]
As shown in the front view and the right side view of FIGS. 4A and 4B, the push-up member 54 is provided with a support portion 54a having a through hole 54a1 inserted into the support shaft 45, and the front side thereof. Is provided with a push-up portion 54b extending substantially horizontally in the right direction. A push-up end portion 54b1 protruding forward is provided at the right end of the push-up portion 54b. A bracket 54c that restricts clockwise rotation of the push-up member 54 is provided on the back side of the support portion 54a. A lower part of the bracket 54c is a semi-disc-shaped protrusion 54c1, and a cylindrical support part 54c2 is horizontally provided at the center of the protrusion 54c1. A flat plate-like operating portion 54e is rotatably attached to a shaft 54d provided at the center of the cylindrical projection 54c2. A coil spring 54f is wound around the cylindrical protrusion 54c2, and the upper end of the coil spring 54f is locked to the right side portion of the bracket 54c, and the lower end of the coil spring 54f is locked to the right side surface of the operating portion 54e. . The push-up member 54 swings about the support shaft 45 as the operating portion 54 e comes into contact with the sector cam member 53 and the sector cam member 53 rotates.
[0017]
When the push-up member 54 is placed on the sector cam member 53 and the displacement of the operating portion 54e becomes too large and the displacement of the push-up portion 54b is limited, the operating portion 54e is freely bent in the arrow G direction. As a result, excessive load is prevented. Therefore, an excessive load is not applied to the fan-shaped cam member 53, a shutter member to be described later, and the operation of each member is not hindered and each member is not damaged. In the present embodiment, the cam member 52 and the fan-shaped cam member 53 are integrally formed, but they may be formed separately.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the game ball supply unit plate 20 is provided with a game ball storage tray 21 on the left side of the front surface thereof, and with a game ball supply mechanism 60 on the right side. A prize ball supply port 21a is provided at the left end of the game ball storage tray 21 toward the rear. The prize ball supply port 21 a is connected to a prize ball discharge port 33 provided at the lower end of the game board 30, and a prize ball supplied from a prize ball supply mechanism (not shown) is passed through the prize ball discharge port 33. In this way, it is guided to the game ball storage tray 21. An alignment path 22 that is inclined downward toward the game ball supply mechanism 60 is provided on the right side of the game ball storage tray 21. As shown in FIG. 5, a step is provided at the lower end of the alignment path 22, and an opening / closing plate 23 is provided below the step. Below the opening / closing plate 23, an opening 24a of the ball passage 24 is provided. The ball removal passage 24 is connected to an opening 41 a of a game ball discharge cylinder 41 provided in the base 40. The open / close plate 23 is connected to the right end of a coil spring 23a whose one end is fixed to the upper end of the ball passage 24 and normally closes the ball passage 24 by the rightward biasing force of the coil spring 23a. Yes. The ball passage 24 can be opened by manually or electrically moving the opening / closing plate 23 in the direction of arrow S shown in FIG.
[0019]
A supply mechanism 60 is provided on the right side of the opening / closing plate 23. As shown in FIG. 5, the supply mechanism 60 includes a ball receiving member 61 that is swingably supported by a support shaft 61 a that is fixed to the game ball supply unit plate 20 at a position close to the ball removal passage 24. A ball stopper member 62 supported swingably on a support shaft 62 a fixed to the game ball supply unit plate 20 is provided almost directly above the receiving member 61.
[0020]
The ball receiving member 61 is provided with a substantially U-shaped recess 61b, and the upper end of the side portion 61c on the alignment path 22 side stops the entry of the game balls aligned on the opening / closing plate 23 into the recess 61b. Fulfill. A support shaft 61a is disposed below the side portion 61c. The ball receiving member 61 is provided with a displacement receiving shaft 61e toward the rear at the lower end of the side portion 61d on the opposite side of the alignment path 22.
[0021]
The ball stopper member 62 has a substantially inverted U shape, and is provided with a central portion 62b inserted into the support shaft 62a at a substantially intermediate portion thereof, and a locking claw 62c is provided downward at the central portion 62b. . A short protrusion 62d is provided on the side of the ball stop member 62 on the alignment path side, and a wide weight 62e is provided on the opposite side, and the lower end of the weight 62e is a ball receiver. The side 61d of the member 61 is in contact with the upper end.
[0022]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, the ball receiving member 61 and the ball stopping member 62 are normally rotated in the direction of the arrow K by their own weight. In this state, the upper end of the side portion 61c and the ball stopping member The first game ball B1 on the opening / closing plate 23 located at the end of the alignment path 22 is recessed as a result of the distance between the engagement claw 62c provided at the center portion 62b of the 62 being smaller than the diameter of the game balls. It stops so that it does not fall on 61b. Further, when a displacement receiving shaft 61e of the ball receiving member 61 is pushed by a shutter plate 64 described later, the ball receiving member 61 and the ball stopping member 62 are rotated in the direction opposite to the arrow K shown in FIG. The side portion 61c moves downward, the distance between the upper end of the side portion 61c and the locking claw 62c becomes larger than the diameter of the game balls, and the first game ball B1 located at the end of the alignment path 22 is moved into the recess 61b. Let fall. Then, as the protrusion 62d of the ball stopper member 62 is lowered, the protrusion 62d is interposed between the first game ball B1 and the second game ball B2 on the alignment path to stop the movement of the game ball B2. ing.
[0023]
The back side of the ball receiving member 61 is closed by a shielding plate (not shown), and a game ball passage opening is provided only at a position facing the recess 61b of the shielding plate. A game ball passage 63 is provided. The exit side of the game ball passage 63 is provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the launch rail 42 so that the game balls from the game ball passage 63 are smoothly supplied to the launch position of the launch rail 42.
[0024]
A long shutter plate 64 is provided between the game ball passage 63 and the launch rail 42 so as to be rotatably supported by a support shaft 64 a fixed to the game ball supply unit plate 20. The shutter plate 64 is supported from below by the push-up portion 54b of the push-up member 54 described above, and rotates about the support shaft 64a according to the vertical movement of the push-up portion 54b, thereby opening and closing the opening 63a of the game ball passageway 63. To do. Further, the shutter plate 64 is provided with a push-up piece 64b directed forward in the vicinity of the opening 63a. The push-up piece 64b is positioned below the displacement receiving shaft 61e of the ball receiving member 61, and moves the displacement receiving shaft 61e up and down as the shutter plate 64 rotates.
[0025]
Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 showing the launching device from the front side. When the game ball is accommodated in the storage tray 21 and the operation handle 14 is operated, an electric motor (not shown) starts rotating, and the cam member 52 rotates in the direction of arrow E accordingly. In the initial state, as shown in FIG. 6A, the cam member 52 is not engaged with the hitting ball 51, and the fan-shaped cam member 53 does not push the operating portion 54e. The part 54b is also in a substantially horizontal position. For this reason, the tip of the shutter plate 64 is also lowered downward, and the opening 63a of the game ball passage 63 is opened. As described above, the ball receiving member 61 and the ball retaining member 62 are also inclined in the direction of the arrow K as shown in FIG. 5, and the game balls of the alignment path 22 are separated by the upper ends of the side portions 61c and the locking pieces 62c. Falling into the recess 61b is prevented. Therefore, the game ball is not supplied to the launch position.
[0026]
Then, by the rotation of the cam member 52, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the hitting ball 51 is pushed and moved in the clockwise direction in the figure, and is pushed by the fan-shaped cam member 53 and the operating portion 54e is moved in the direction of arrow F Rocks. Accordingly, the push-up portion 54b pushes up the shutter plate 64 upward, and the shutter plate 64 slightly closes the opening 63a and rotates the ball receiving member 61 in the direction opposite to the arrow K. As a result, as described above, the first game ball B1 of the alignment path 22 falls into the recess 61b and flows into the game ball passage path 63. At this time, the shutter plate 64 has the opening 63a slightly closed . Therefore, the game ball is not supplied to the firing rail 42.
[0027]
When the cam member 52 further rotates, as shown in FIG. 7, the hitting ball 51 is engaged with the mountain position 52a of the cam member 52 and moved to the firing preparation position. The push-up member 54 is also pushed to the maximum by the fan-shaped cam member 53, and the push-up portion 54b also pushes up the shutter plate 64 to the uppermost position. As a result, the opening 63 a is completely closed by the shutter plate 64.
[0028]
When the cam member 52 is further rotated and the engagement with the hitting ball 51 is released, the hitting ball 51 is rotated by the biasing force of the coil spring and is instantaneously returned to the firing position. At this time, since the game ball is not supplied to the launch position, the game ball is not supplied to the game board surface for the first time. On the other hand, the engagement of the push-up member 54 with the fan-shaped cam member 53 is released, the push-up portion 54b is also lowered, the shutter plate 64 is also returned to the position of FIG. 6A, and the opening 63a is opened. As a result, the game balls of the game ball passage 63 smoothly enter the launch rail 42 and are stored at the launch position . By repeating the operation on the following, the gaming ball is smoothly supplied to the game board.
[0029]
As described above, the fan-shaped cam member 53 that controls the operation of the push-up member 54 is formed integrally with the cam member 52 that engages with the hitting ball 51, and is assembled coaxially to the rotating shaft 44. Sometimes there is no need to adjust the position. Therefore, it is possible to very easily assemble the launcher portion. Since the assembly position of the push-up member 54 and the fan-shaped cam member 53 is always constant, the firing operation of the hitting ball 51 and the operation of the game ball supply portion can always be performed stably. In addition, since the sector cam member 53 does not come into contact with the hitting ball 51, the operation of the hitting ball 51 is not adversely affected by the sector cam member 53, and a stable hitting operation is always performed.
[0030]
Further, since the operating portion 54e of the push-up member 54 is formed so as to be freely bent, even if the operating portion 54e is further pushed by the fan-shaped cam member 53 after the push-up portion 54b comes into contact with the shutter plate 64, it can be bent freely. Thus, an unnecessary load is applied to the shutter plate 64, and normal operation of the shutter plate 64 is not hindered and the shutter plate 64 itself is not damaged. Similarly, since no unnecessary load is applied to the fan-shaped cam member 53, the rotation of the rotating shaft 44 is not hindered.
[0031]
In the above embodiment, a pachinko gaming machine of a type provided with a ball receiving member, a ball stopper member, a game ball passage, a shutter plate, etc. is described as a game ball supply mechanism. As shown in FIG. 9, the present invention may be applied to a pachinko gaming machine in which a ball receiving member is rotated back and forth to supply a game ball to a launch position.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the present invention, in the push-up member that is disposed between the game ball launching device and the ball feeding device and interlocks the operations of the two, the force from the direction opposite to the direction in which the biasing force of the coil spring acts is applied. When added to the actuating part, the actuating part is attached to bend toward the push-up part against the biasing force of the coil spring around the second support shaft, so that the displacement of the actuating part is When the displacement of the push-up portion is restricted and the displacement of the push-up portion is limited, the operating portion is bent toward the push-up portion against the biasing force of the coil spring, thereby preventing an excessive load from being generated in the push-up member. It becomes possible.
