Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a side groove block with a slit that is laid on both sides of a road to form a side groove, for example.
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a side groove block with a slit is communicated by a slit formed on the upper surface to the outside on the upper surface side and a hollow channel that functions as a water channel or the like inside the side groove block.
[0002]
In recent years, the demand for side groove blocks having slits on the upper surface has increased rapidly. For example, side grooves using the side groove blocks with slits are formed on both sides of the roadway, and are often laid. .
[0003]
When it rains, a large amount of rainwater or the like that has flowed into the roadway flows into the internal hollow passage from the slit provided in the side groove.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional grooved side groove block, the slits are prevented from being chipped by collision between the side wall block upper wall ends facing each other across the slit, and a load is applied in the inner direction of the slit. In order to prevent cracks or cracks from forming on the wall side, the side grooves are constructed as a thick wall as a whole, and there is a concern that the manufacturing cost will increase, and further, the weight is heavy, so transportation and installation Work became difficult.
[0004]
Therefore, in a conventional grooved side groove block, a wedge-shaped spacing holder made of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin is fitted into the slit, and the side wall block upper wall ends facing each other across the slit collide with each other. To prevent cracks from cracking and to prevent cracks or cracks from being applied to the bottom wall by applying a load to the inside of the slit, thereby reducing the thickness of the side wall of the side groove block, etc. It was proposed.
[0005]
However, the interval holder made of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin is bitten by the pressing force applied to the inside of the concrete upper wall, which applies pressure to the side walls of the side groove block in the slit direction. As a result, cracks or cracks sometimes occurred at the bottom of the bottom wall or both side walls.
[0006]
Thus, the present invention has been devised to address the above-described problems, and connects the slits at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the slits provided in the center of the lateral groove block width direction, and connects the slits in the longitudinal direction. By providing each of the gap holding members and introduction grooves each having a downward slope toward the center, there is no risk of damaging the slits, or cracks and cracks may occur in the bottom wall and the bottom of both side walls. It is an object of the present invention to provide a side groove block with slits that does not have a sense of incongruity because it appears to have continuous slits in a straight line on the appearance, and that drainage is extremely good after laying.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The slit side groove block according to the present invention is
A substantially cubic columnar hollow passage 2 is provided in the axial direction, intermediate flying 2 and slit with groove provided in a linear shape toward an outer slit 3 which communicates with the axial direction on the upper surface Block 1 ,
The slit 3 is provided at a central position in the width direction of the upper surface portion, and the upper surface portion is configured as an inclined surface having a downward slope from the both ends in the width direction toward the slit 3 ,
The slit 3 is closed and connected to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the slit 3 , and each of the slits 3 has an inclined bottom surface 21 that slopes downward toward the center in the longitudinal direction of the slit 3. Each of the gap holding members and introduction grooves 20 formed in a letter shape is provided.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a side groove block with a slit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
The side groove block 1 according to the present invention is a side groove block 1 having a slit 3 provided on the upper surface thereof, and the side groove 1 with slits is formed in a substantially cubic prismatic shape.
[0008]
In the axial direction, for example, a vertically long elliptical hollow path 2 is provided. Furthermore, a slit 3 for communicating the hollow path 2 and the outside is provided on the upper surface portion, that is, the upper wall 11 so as to extend linearly in the axial direction, and the slit 3 has a width of the upper wall 11. It is provided at the center in the direction.
[0009]
Furthermore, the outer surface of the upper wall 11 is formed as an inclined surface having a downward slope from both ends in the width direction toward the slit 3, and rainwater or the like is smoothly introduced into the slit 3 along the inclined surface. It is comprised so that.
[0010]
By the way, the slit in the conventional side groove is provided so as to completely divide the upper wall 11 from the intermediate position in the width direction. However, in the present invention, the slit 3 is continuously viewed as a single line in appearance. The slit 3 is closed at both ends in the length direction.
[0011]
That is, in the present invention, the slits 3 are closed at predetermined intervals at both ends in the length direction of the slits 3.
[0012]
As is understood from FIGS. 2 and 3, introduction grooves 20, 20 are provided at both ends in the length direction of the slit 3, and the bottom surface forming the introduction groove 20 is divided by the slit 2. The walls 11 and 11 are connected. Therefore, this bottom surface serves as a function of a conventional spacing holder.
[0013]
Further, the bottom surfaces are inclined bottom surfaces 21 and 21 that are inclined downward toward the center in the length direction of the slit 3, and rainwater or the like accumulated in the introduction groove 20 is along the inclined bottom surfaces 21 and 21. It is configured to smoothly pass through the slit 3 and flow into the hollow path 2.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cross-sectional shape of the introduction groove 20 may be substantially concave, or may be substantially U-shaped as shown in FIG. 4.
[0015]
In any case, when the slit-side groove 1 is laid, the rainwater or the like that flows in flows into the introduction grooves 20, 20 at both ends of the slit 3 of the slit-side groove 1, and this introduction groove 20 and 20 are smoothly passed through the inclined bottom surfaces 21 and 21 (see FIG. 3) and introduced into the hollow path 2 from the slit 3.
[0016]
In FIG. 5, the side groove block 1 with slits is laid at a portion having a downward slope. When laying at such a portion, the bottom surface of the introduction groove 20 does not have to be formed as the inclined bottom surface 21. Since the side groove itself is laid with a downward slope, when the slit side groove block 1 is laid, rainwater or the like that flows in is introduced at both ends of the slit 3 of the slit side groove 1. It flows into the grooves 20 and 20, smoothly passes through the inclined bottom surfaces 21 and 21 of the introduction grooves 20 and 20, and is introduced into the hollow path 2 from the slit 3.
【The invention's effect】
Thus, the present invention has the above configuration.
[0017]
In the case of the side groove block with a slit according to the present invention, the slit is closed and connected to both ends in the length direction of the slit provided in the center in the width direction of the side groove, and toward the center in the length direction of the slit. By providing each of the interval holding members and introduction grooves each having a downwardly inclined bottom surface, there is no risk of damaging the slits, or there are no cracks or cracks at the bottom wall, the lower end of both side walls, and the appearance The top looks like there are continuous slits in a straight line, so that there is no sense of incongruity, and after laying, there is an excellent effect that drainage is extremely good.
