【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明に係る組付け構造は、部材相互を確実に組付けると共に、組付け具を備えた側の部材に設けられている操作穴よりの押動操作のみによって、部材相互の組付けを容易に解除することのできる組付け構造の提供に関する。

【従来の技術】
部材相互を組付ける組付け構造には、その組付けの目的に対応した夫々の形態の組付け構造が要求されており、例えば、板状部材の組付けにあって、この組付けられる板状部材を、その組付け後に解除可能とする組付け構造の提供が求められることがあった。

かかる要求に対応する組付け構造に用いられる留め具として、例えば、実公平5−6408号の実用新案出願公告公報所載の考案に係る留め具が、板状部材の組付け手段として、その組付け後にあって、その組付け状態を解除できる留め具として提案されている。

この実公平5−6408号公報所載の考案に係る留め具は、2枚の板状部材を結合する手段として、外方に開き出す脚部を、その頭部から延びる中空管状の形態をなすものとして備え、しかも、この頭部に、この脚部の内径孔に連通する貫通孔を備えた第1の留め具部分と、この第1の留め具部分の頭部の貫通孔、及びその脚部の内径孔に挿入される頭部及び脚部とを備えた第2の留め具部分とを有し、板状部材に設けた貫通孔に対して、第1の留め具部分の脚部を挿通し、この第1の留め具部分の貫通孔から脚部の内径孔内に挿し入れられている第2の留め具部分を更に押し入れることによって、この第2の留め具部分の脚部を拡開し、これによって、第1の留め具部分の脚部を拡開することで、この第1の留め具部分の脚部と頭部との間で、各板状部材の組付けをなすようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この実公平5−6408号公報所載の考案に係る留め具にあっては、重ね合せられた板状部材を、第1の留め具部分の頭部と、第2の留め具部分によって開き出された第1の留め具部分の脚部とによって挾持状態に留めつける構成としてあることから、比較的薄手の板状物などの留めつけに都合の良い反面、厚手の板状物の留めつけには不向きであった。

また、第1の留め具部分の脚部を、重ね合せの状態とされている板状物の貫通孔に挿通し、これを該貫通孔の挿通前方側で撓ませると共に、この撓められた脚部と、該第1の留め具部分の頭部とによって、重ね合せの状態にある板状物の貫通孔の各孔縁を挾持させる構成としてあることから、この貫通孔から前方に向けて突き出されている脚部が、かかる撓み込みによる孔縁の保持を可能とする形態、より具体的には、かかる撓み変形に伴う孔縁の挾持を可能つする突き出し寸法を備えたものとして構成される必要があった。

また、この実公平5−6408号公報所載の考案に係る留め具にあっては、この第1の留め具部分の脚部の開き出し、及び、この開き出されている脚部の弾性復帰に用いられる第2の留め具部分の脚部が、その組み付け、及び組み外しの操作に際して、この第1の留め具部分の脚部から、前方に、比較的大きく突き出される構成とされていた。

この発明は、かかる板状部材の取付けにあって、厚手の板状部材の組付けにも適し、しかも、組付けられる板状部材の内部方に、組付け具における係合手段などの撓み変形のための大きな操作空間を設ける必要のない組付け構造の提供を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る組付け構造は、前記の目的を達成するものとして、請求項1記載に係る組付け構造を、操作穴を有する第1の部材と、引っ掛け手段及び操作受け面とを有する第2の部材と、前記第1の部材に取付けられる取付け部と前記第2の部材に掛合される弾性掛合片とを一体に有し、且つ前記第2の部材の操作受け面に押し付けられて側方に開き出されると共に前記第2の部材に掛合される弾性掛合片の掛合を解く向きに該弾性掛合片を押動する解除片を有している操作体を前記取り付け部の取り付け面側から該弾性掛合片に沿って構成されている操作空所に移動可能に備えている組付け具とを有し、前記組付け具が、この組付け具に備えられている操作体を前記第1の部材における操作穴から押動操作可能となるように該第1の部材に取り付けてあると共に、前記第1の部材または該第1の部材に取り付けられている組付け具が前記第2の部材に接するように、しかも、該第2の部材における操作受け面に対して前記操作体の押し付けを可能とするように、該組付け具の弾性掛合片を前記第2の部材の引っ掛け手段に引っ掛けるようにして、該第2の部材を前記第1の部材に組み付けた構成としてある。

このように構成される組付け構造にあっては、第1の部材に対して、この第1の部材の操作穴から操作体の押動操作を可能とするように組付け具を組付けると共に、第1の部材又は該第1の部材に取り付けた組付け具を、前記第2の部材に当接させた状態で、この第2の部材の引っ掛け手段に対して前記組付け具の弾性掛合片を掛合させることによって、前記第1の部材に対して第2の部材の組付けをなすことができる。

このように組付け具によって組付けられる第1の部材と、第2の部材とは、この組付け具に備えられている操作体が、第2の部材に設けられている操作受け面に向けて移動可能、且つ、この操作受け面に押しつけられて、その解除片を側方に向けて開き出し可能とするように組付けられており、第1の部材の操作穴から、棒状の操作手段などを用いて、この操作体を、第2の部材における操作受け面に押しつけ、この操作体の解除片を側方に開き出すと共に、この開き出された解除片によって、第2の部材の引っ掛け手段に掛合されている弾性掛合片の掛合を解き、これによって、第1の部材と、第2の部材との組付け状態を解除することができる。

また、請求項2記載の発明に係る組付け構造を、前記目的を達成するために、前記請求項1記載の発明に係る組付け構造にあって、組付け具が、該組付け具を第2の部材に組み付ける際に該第2の部材に接する接触部を有する少なくとも一対の脚片を、該組付け具の第1の部材に対する取付け部から弾性掛合片と同一の向きに突設してあると共に、この対をなす脚片間に第2の部材の操作受け面に接する弾性片が設けられている構成としてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る組付け構造の典型的な一実施の形態について詳細に説明する。

図1〜図7は、本発明の典型的な実施の形態に係る組付け構造と、これに用いられる組み付け具Aを示すものである。
図1は、この組付け構造の各構成部分を、分離した状態で、しかも、この実施の形態に係る組付け構造が、より良く理解されるように組み付け具A部分を実線で、他を仮想線の状態で斜視図として示している。
また、図2〜図4は、これらの構成各部分を、具体的に組付けた組付け構造として、同様に組み付け具Aを実線で、他の部分を仮想線として、断面図の状態で示しており、図2では、操作体20をセットして組付けた状態を正面側から、また、図3では、これを側面側から、更に、図4では、操作体20によって弾性係合片13を押し開いている状態を正面側から見た状態として示してある。
更に、図5〜図7は、この組付け構造に用いられる組み付け具Aを示したものであって、図5では、この組み付け具Aの組付け具本体10と操作体20とを分離した状態を正面側から見た一部破断の状態で、図6では、同様に、これを側面側から見た一部破断の状態で、図7では、操作体20を組付け具本体10に組付けた状態を上面から見て示している。

この実施の形態に係る組付け構造は、第1の部材Bと第2の部材Cとの組み付けに構造に関し、典型的には、操作穴31を有する第1の部材Bと、引っ掛け手段41及び操作受け面42とを有する第2の部材Cと、前記第1の部材Bに取付けられる取付け部11と前記第2の部材Cに掛合される弾性掛合片13とを一体に有し、且つ前記第2の部材Cの操作受け面42に押し付けられて側方に開き出されると共に前記第2の部材Cに掛合される弾性掛合片13の掛合を解く向きに該弾性掛合片13を押動する解除片22を有している操作体20を前記取り付け部11の取り付け面11a側から該弾性掛合片13に沿って構成されている操作空所Yに移動可能に備えている組付け具Aとを有して構成してあり、この組付け具Aが、この組付け具Aに備えられている操作体20を前記第1の部材Bにおける操作穴31から押動操作可能となるように該第1の部材Bに取り付けてあると共に、前記第1の部材Bまたは該第1の部材Bに取り付けられている組付け具Aが前記第2の部材Cに接するように、しかも、該第2の部材Cにおける操作受け面42に対して前記操作体20の押し付けを可能とするように、該組付け具Aの弾性掛合片13を前記第2の部材Cの引っ掛け手段41に引っ掛けるようにして、該第2の部材Cを前記第1の部材Bに組み付けてある構成としてある。

このように構成される組付け構造にあっては、第1の部材Bに対して、この第1の部材Bの操作穴31から操作体20の押動操作を可能とするように組付け具Aを組付けると共に、第1の部材B又は該第1の部材Bに取り付けた組付け具Aを、前記第2の部材Cに当接させた状態で、この第2の部材Cの引っ掛け手段41に対して前記組付け具Aの弾性掛合片13を掛合させることによって、第1の部材Bに対して第2の部材Cの組付けをなすことができる。

ここで構成される組付け構造は、組付け具Aによって組付けられる第1の部材B、及び第2の部材C、例えば、各種器材などを装備したパネル材、ボード材などの板状体を、第1の板状体30と、第2の板状体40とし、これを、組付け具Aによって相互に組付ける組み付け構造として示されている。

かかる第1の部材Bとして構成される第1の板状体30は、組付け具Aを所定間隔を離した状態で取付ける一対のボス32、32が設けてあり、このボス32、32に組付け具Aの取付け部11における鍔部11bを添装状態として、この鍔部11bの孔11cから止めネジ51をワッシャー51aを介してボス32の孔32aにネジ込み止着する構成としてある。

次いで、前記組付け具Aを用いて該第1の板状体30に対して、組付けられる第2の部材Cとしての第2の板状体40は、この組付け具Aを構成する脚片12の先端部分と、この脚片12に沿って設けられている組付け具Aの弾性掛合片13の先端部分の挿通される一対の貫通孔43、43と、この貫通孔43、43間にあって、第1の部材Bの側に向けて隆起するように設けられた受け台部44とを備えた構成としてある。

かかる第2の板状体40に設けられる受け台部40は、長方形状の頂端面44aを備えた台形の隆起体として、該第2の板状体40における第1の部材Bの組み付け側の面40aから突き出すように設けてあると共に、この面40aから突き出し状態に設けられている受け台部44の長手側にある夫々の下縁に沿って長方形状をなす前記貫通孔43を設けてあり、この貫通孔43に差し入れられる弾性掛合片13の掛合される掛合手段41が、この向き合って設けられている貫通孔43の夫々の内側にある面43aと、前記面40aと反対の側にある第2の部材Cの面40b、特に、この貫通孔43、43間にある面40b’とによって構成するようにしてある。

従って、第2の部材Cとしての第2の板状体40の受け台部44の頂端面44aに連続した傾斜面44bに当接される弾性掛合片13は、この傾斜面44bから、互に開き出す向きに撓められながら貫通孔43の面43aに接して移動し、この貫通孔43から、その先端側、特に、掛合突部13aが前方に突き出され、その掛合突部13aを、該引っ掛け手段41としての面43aを含む面40b’に対して掛合される構成としてある。

そして、この対をなす弾性掛合片13は、前記貫通孔43間にある受け台部44の夫々の面44b、43aに対して、夫々の掛合突部13aを当接し、面43aによって、一旦、互に離れる向きに撓み変形された後、掛合突部13aが該貫通孔43を抜け出した際に、略平行となり、しかも、該掛合突部13aの段部13cが、面40b’に対して引っ掛けられる構成、即ち、この各弾性掛合片13、13間の内側の間隔を、前記受け台部44の両側にある互の内側の面43a、43aの間隔と近似させた構成とし、しかも、この弾性掛合片13が、この貫通孔43に向けた押し込みに伴って必要な弾性変形を生ずる構成としてある。

また、取付け部11の板状体11’における前記弾性掛合片13の突設側と反対の側の面、即ち、この組付け具Aの取付け面11aの面にあって、前記操作穴11dの短幅側として構成される穴縁から、該面11aに直交するように板状をなすガイド片11fが向き合うように突設してあり、しかも、このガイド片11fの内側の面と前記操作穴11dの内面と、前記弾性掛合片13の内側の面とが面一の状態に構成してあり、このガイド片11fの先端から、弾性掛合片13の先端部に向けて操作体20の一対のガイド溝11g、11gが向き合うように設けてある。

かくして構成される操作体20は、前記組付け具本体10に対して、この操作体20における解除片22のリブ22eをガイド溝11gに沿わせるように押し入れ、各解除片22、22の溝22a部分において、一旦、掛合片11hの掛合突部11h’を引っ掛け状態とし、次いで、組付け具本体10の操作空所Yに対して、これを押し入れることによって、ガイド突起24が、前記ガイド溝11gに、また、掛合片11hが掛合凹部23に掛合されると共に、リブ22eが、ガイド溝11gに沿って移動し、この解除片22における開き出し板部22cが、この組付け具Aの組み付けられる第2の部材Cの操作受け面42の上方に位置づけられるように構成される。(図2参照)
