Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sample package used when attaching a product sample comprising a flat packaging bag containing samples such as liquids, powders, and granules to a magazine or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a product is advertised in a magazine or the like, a product sample is pasted on an advertisement page in order to increase the advertising effect. In this case, magazines and the like are printed and bound and then accumulated on a pallet or the like, and further stacked in multiple stages. Therefore, as the magazines are stacked below, a larger load is applied to the product sample sandwiched between them. Therefore, for example, corrugated cardboard or interleaved paperboard is used as protective paper, and this is provided with a cutout part or punching part that is substantially the same shape as the product sample, and is fixed by cutting it on an advertising page. Alternatively, by inserting and fixing a product sample in the punched space, it is possible to prevent dissipation from magazines and the like, and to reduce the load due to stacking (hereinafter referred to as loading pressure) and protect the product sample. It was done.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a form, for example, when corrugated cardboard is used as protective paper, its compressive strength is not so high, so in order to reduce the loading pressure, it is necessary to increase the area of the corrugated cardboard as much as possible. As a result, the feeling of foreign matter is strengthened, and at the same time, the material cost and processing cost of the protective paper increase, and there is a problem that it is not suitable for a product sample such as a comparatively inexpensive sample in a small bag. In addition, especially when a packaging bag containing liquid, powder, granule, etc. is attached as a product sample in a magazine, if the bag breaks, the magazine will be contaminated. The load pressure reduction measures must be designed with a sufficient safety factor, and could not be implemented easily. That is, if the size of the space part where the protective paper is cut out or punched out is increased to a certain extent, the stacked magazines are bent into the space by their own weight, so that a large load pressure is applied to the packaging bag and the bag is broken.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a product sample comprising a flat packaging bag containing a sample such as liquid, powder, granule, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a sample package that can effectively reduce the loading pressure that causes bag breakage when it is attached to a book such as a book .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the sample package of the present invention is a flat product that contains samples such as liquids, powders, granules, etc. , and is a product sample comprising a packaging bag that is not divided into a plurality of storage parts. A sample package used when affixed to a book such as an outer frame part that substantially overlaps the peripheral part of the packaging bag in a state of being overlapped with the packaging bag, and at least one that connects the opposite part of the outer frame part A protective material provided with a connecting portion is used, and the protective material is placed along the packaging bag in a state of being overlapped, and the packaging bag is housed in a film bag together with the protective material.
[0006]
In order to achieve the same object, the sample package of the present invention is a product comprising a flat packaging bag containing a sample such as liquid, powder, granule, etc. and not divided into a plurality of storage parts. A sample package used when attaching a sample to a book such as a magazine, wherein a pair of one-sided members are connected in a symmetrical shape with a fold line, and the one-sided member overlaps a packaging bag. Using a protective material provided with an outer frame portion that substantially matches the peripheral portion of the packaging bag and at least one connecting portion that connects the opposing portions of the outer frame portion, the protective material is folded in two at a fold line The packaging bag is sandwiched between the outer frame portion and the connecting portion, and the packaging bag is housed in a film bag together with a protective material.
[0007]
As the material for the protective material, it is preferable to use a material having a high pressure resistance.
For example, a laminated body including a metal layer such as pressed paper or slip paper (two-sheet slip paper, three-sheet slip paper, etc.), synthetic resin (plastic molded product or stamped product), Al vapor deposition or the like is used. And a material, thickness, a shape, etc. should just be suitably selected with the shape and thickness of a packaging bag. Depending on the design, the surface of the protective material may be subjected to printing, varnishing, pasting, PP application, foil pressing, embossing, and the like. Furthermore, in order to cope with the bending of a magazine or the like by a reader, the protective material may be provided with an appropriate number of cut lines (half-cutting) in a direction corresponding to the vertical direction of the magazine or the like to be pasted. .
[0008]
The packaging bag, liquid, powder, a product sample free sample was storage of granules are used, the form of a bag to be used for it is arbitrary as Re cry is divided and a plurality of storage portions a flat (For example, four-side seal bag, three-side seal bag, pillow type, gusset type, etc.). Further, the planar shape of the bag is not necessarily rectangular.
[0009]
Moreover, it is preferable to print on the packaging bag so that the product logo mark on the front surface, the component display on the back surface, etc. are not hidden in the connecting portion of the protective material. On the contrary, the connecting part of the protective material may be designed so as to avoid the product logo mark and the component display of the packaging bag and to protect the packaging bag from the bending of the magazine.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a protective material used in the present invention together with a packaging bag.
[0012]
This protective material 1 is formed by punching a paperboard, and has an outer frame portion 1a that substantially matches a seal portion Pa that is a peripheral portion of a four-side sealed packaging bag P, and an opposing long side of the outer frame portion 1a. And two connecting portions 1b to be connected. As the paperboard, “Perfect W-46 / 36 kg (two-sheet interleaving paper)” manufactured by Hokuetsu Paper with high pressure resistance was used. As the packaging bag P, a product sample containing perfume was used.
[0013]
When the protective material 1 is used, a packaging bag P is placed on the protective material 1 as shown in FIG. 1, and is placed in a transparent film bag 2 made of polypropylene or the like together with the packaging bag P as shown in FIG. In the form of a package. And this sample package is stuck in a magazine by sticking it on a predetermined page of the magazine with an adhesive or an adhesive. Here, a film bag 2 having a lid piece 2a provided with an adhesive 2b is used so that it can be easily opened and closed. In this case, it is preferable that the size of the film bag 2 is set so that both of them can enter exactly so that the protective material 1 and the packaging bag P do not shift in the film bag 2. Alternatively, the packaging bag P may be temporarily fixed to the protective material 1 with an adhesive.
[0014]
When pasted into a magazine in the form of such a package, the stacking pressure is applied to the outer frame portion 1a and the connecting portion 1b of the protective material 1 when stacked after bookbinding. Then, the contents of the packaging bag P escape at the connecting portion 1b, and the load is received in a state where the front and back packaging materials are in contact with each other. By appropriately designing the shape and size of the connecting portion 1b and the inner volume of the packaging bag P so that the bulging portion is not affected by the loading pressure, the pressing force due to the magazine bending on the bulging portion is reduced. Therefore, breakage of the packaging bag P can be prevented.
[0015]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing another example of the protective material used in the present invention.
[0016]
This protective material 10 is also formed by punching a paperboard, and a pair of one-side members 11 are continuously provided in a symmetrical shape with a folding line α such as half-cutting or perforation. And these one side members 11 are the outer frame part 11a which substantially corresponds to the seal | sticker part Pa which is the peripheral part of the packaging bag P sealed in all directions, and the two connection parts 11b which connect the long side which this outer frame part 11a opposes. And. As the paperboard, “Perfect W-46 / 36 kg (two-sheet interleaving paper)” manufactured by Hokuetsu Paper with high pressure resistance was used. Moreover, as the packaging bag P, the product sample which accommodated the perfume was used similarly to the above.
[0017]
When using this protective material 10, as shown in FIG. 3, the packaging bag P is sandwiched between the protective materials 10 in which the respective one-side members 11 are folded in two along the fold line α, and the packaging bag P as shown in FIG. At the same time, it is put in a transparent film bag 12 made of polypropylene or the like to form a package. And this sample package is stuck in a magazine by sticking it on a predetermined page of the magazine with an adhesive or an adhesive. Also here, a film bag 12 having a lid 12a provided with an adhesive 12b is used so that it can be easily opened and closed. In this case, it is preferable that the size of the film bag 12 is set so that both of them can enter just so that the protective material 10 and the packaging bag P do not shift in the film bag 12. Alternatively, the packaging bag P may be temporarily fixed to the one side member 11 with an adhesive. In addition, although the seal part Pa of the packaging bag P is hidden by the outer frame portion 11a and a part of the packaging bag P is hidden by the connecting portion 11b, it is dealt with by improving the appearance by printing the packaging bag P and the design of the protective material 10. it can.
[0018]
When pasted into a magazine in the form of such a package, the stacking pressure is applied to the outer frame portion 11a and the connecting portion 11b of both one-side members 11 when stacked after bookbinding. Then, the contents of the packaging bag P escape at the connecting portion 11b and receive a load in a state where the front and back wrapping materials are in contact with each other. By appropriately designing the shape and size of the connecting portion 11b and the inner volume of the packaging bag P so that the bulging portion is not affected by the loading pressure, the pressing force due to the magazine bending on the bulging portion is reduced. Therefore, breakage of the packaging bag P can be prevented.
[0019]
In each of the above embodiments, the packaging bag whose contents are liquid is used, but it goes without saying that the contents can also be applied to a packaging bag of powder or granular material.
[0020]
FIG. 5 shows a sample package attached to a magazine.
[0021]
The illustrated sample package is one in which the protective material 20 and the packaging bag P are stored together in a transparent bag 22 made of polypropylene, and are attached to the advertisement page of the magazine M with an adhesive or an adhesive. The used protective material 20 is of the same double-folded type as shown in FIG. 3, but includes only one connecting portion 21b that connects the opposing long sides of the outer frame portion 21a. Three cut lines β are formed in the short side of 21a and the connecting portion 21b in a direction corresponding to the vertical direction of the magazine M. By forming the cut line β in the protective material 20 in this way, it is convenient because the protective material 20 is bent together when the reader is folded in two when the magazine M is carried.
[0022]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, since it is not preferable if the connection part of a protective material takes a large area, it is preferable to make it elongate as shown in FIG. Moreover, it is preferable that the position is located in the center part of an outer frame part so that the area divided by a connection part may become as equal as possible. That is, when the outer frame portion is rectangular and the number of connecting portions is one as in the embodiment of FIG. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the shape of the connecting portion is “=”, but “+” or “x” may be used instead of the shape shown in the figure.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the sample package of the present invention stores a product sample made of a packaging bag that is flat and not divided into a plurality of storage portions in a film bag together with a protective material having an outer frame portion and a connecting portion. Therefore, when this is pasted into a magazine, etc., when these magazines are stacked high, the loading pressure is received by the outer frame portion and the connecting portion, especially the contents of the packaging bag escape at the connecting member , The packaging bag will receive a load with the front and back wrapping materials in contact with each other, and the packaging bag will swell slightly except at the connection part, but the shape and size of the connection part will prevent the bulge part from being affected by the loading pressure. It is, by previously appropriately designing the internal volume of the packaging bag, the pressing force due to deflection of the magazine across the bulge from the is received effectively, can reduce the load pressure applied to the packaging bag, the bag breaking It is possible to prevent.
[0024]
In addition, since the protective material and the packaging bag are both housed in a film bag to form a package , it can be easily pasted by pasting on a predetermined page of a magazine or the like.
