【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、グリル及びコンロを備えた調理装置に係り、詳しくはグリル扉の側方に操作部を備えたグリル及びコンロを備えた調理装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、グリル及びコンロを備えた調理装置にあっては、グリル及びコンロの点火ボタンを操作するようにした操作部が、グリル扉の左右両側又は片側に設けられている。この操作部には化粧板が取り付けられ、この化粧板に形成した穴から前記グリルとコンロの点火ボタンを露出するようにしていた。又、グリル扉の左右両端面と化粧板のグリル扉側の端面には、該端面を遮蔽するためのカバーが設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記従来の調理装置は、グリル扉と化粧板との境界部に前記カバーの前端面の板厚が二重線となって露出することになる。このため、グリル扉と操作部との区画が明確となり、グリル扉と化粧板との分離感が強くなって調理装置の前面全体の一体感が損なわれ、意匠性を向上することが難しいという問題があった。

又、前記操作部は表面が単一色になり意匠性を向上することができないという問題があった。前記操作部の表面に印刷や蒸着等により各種の模様を施すことも考えられるが、操作部の表面は食品や油分等により汚損され易く、繰り返し清掃していると模様が色褪せて外観が損なわれるという問題が生じる。

本発明は、上記従来の技術に存する問題点を解消して、グリル扉の前面及びコンロの操作部の前面の一体感を向上し、意匠性を高めることができる調理装置を提供することにある。

又、本発明の別の目的は上記目的に加えて、グリル扉を構成する内側の熱強化ガラス板と、このガラス板の前面に取り付けられた透明の化粧板との間に食品から生じる油分等の異物が侵入するのを防止することができる調理装置を提供することにある。

さらに、本発明の別の目的は上記目的に加えて、透明化粧板を通して観察される凹凸模様あるいは縞模様等の模様の退化を防止することができる調理装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点を解決するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、調理装置の本体ケースにグリル及びコンロを設け、グリル庫の前面開口部に対しグリル扉を開閉可能に装着し、前記本体ケースの前面に対し前記グリル扉の側方に隣接するように操作部を設けたグリル及びコンロを備えた調理装置において、前記グリル扉の前面化粧板と操作部の前面化粧板とをそれぞれの化粧板端面で隣接し、前記グリル扉は熱強化ガラス板と、該熱強化ガラス板の前面に取り付けられた透明の前面化粧板とにより構成され、前記熱強化ガラス板と前面化粧板は少なくともグリル扉の左右両側辺において嵌合構造により接合されていることを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体化した調理装置の一実施形態を図2〜図7に従って説明する。

図7に示すように、調理装置11の本体ケース12には左右1対のコンロ13,14が設けられている。本体ケース12の中央部にはグリル15が設けられている。前記本体ケース12の右側前面には前記コンロ13,14の操作部17が設けられている。この操作部17にはコンロ13,14の点火ボタン18,19が設けられ、その上部には火力を数字で段階的に表示するための火力表示部20,21が設けられている。前記本体ケース12の左側前面にはグリル15の操作部22が設けられ、この操作部22には前記グリル15の点火ボタン23が設けられている。又、操作部22には後述するグリル皿27の繰り出しボタン24が設けられ、その上部にはグリルの火力を数字で段階的に表示するための火力表示部25が設けられている。

図5に示すように、前記グリル15のグリル庫26にはグリル皿27が繰り出し機構28によって格納位置と左方前方の繰り出し位置との間で切り換え可能に配設されている。グリル皿27は図示しない案内機構により前後方向に案内移動されるようになっている。前記グリル庫26の前端開口部33にはグリル扉34が閉鎖位置の起立状態と開放位置の伏状態との間で切り換え可能に装着されている。このグリル扉34は下端部にヒンジ機構35を備えている。このヒンジ機構35は本体ケース12の底板に支持した支持軸36と、この支持軸36に90度の範囲内で往復回動可能に装着された側面コ字状の左右一対のレバー37とを備えている。又、このヒンジ機構35は前記レバー37を支持軸36を中心に時計回り方向へ回動付勢してグリル扉34を常には閉鎖位置に保持する付勢手段としてのバネ38を備えている。前記レバー37の上方には熱強化ガラス板39が取り付けられ、この熱強化ガラス板39の前面には透明の前面化粧板40が接合されている。熱強化ガラス板39と化粧板40は複数のビス41,42によって連結されている。図1,5に示すように前記熱強化ガラス板39の四辺部には凸条部39aが形成され、前記化粧板40の裏面側の四辺部には前記凸条部39aと対応して凹溝状段差部40aが設けられ、この凹溝状段差部40aに凸条部39aが嵌合されている。

前記化粧板40の裏面には水平方向に延びる溝を上下方向に繰り返し平行に形成した波状部40bが設けられている。なお、後述する視認窓44に対応する部位40cには波状部40bは施されていない。前記熱強化ガラス板39の前面には中央部の視認窓44分を残して例えば青色或いは紫色等の着色部43が形成されている。この視認窓44は透明で調理具合いを確認するためのものである。なお、前記着色部は化粧板40の波状部40bが施してある部位に施してもよい。

図3〜7に示すように、前記本体ケース12の前面の上下辺及び左右辺には枠部12a,12b,12c,12dが形成され、この枠部12a〜12dに囲われて前面凹部12eが形成されている。図3,4に示すように、前記枠部12a〜12dには取付板16が溶接等により取り付けられている。この取付板16には前記操作部17が設けられている。この操作部17は前記取付板16の前面に図示しないビスあるいは溶接等により固定された樹脂材或いは金属材製の基板51と、この基板51の前面に対し所定の間隔をおいて接合固定された透明樹脂材或いは透明ガラス製の前面化粧板52とにより構成されている。前記基板51の四辺部には凸条部51aが形成され、前記化粧板52の裏面側の四辺部には前記凸条部51aと対応して凹溝状段差部52aが設けられ、この凹溝状段差部52aに凸条部51aを嵌合している。前記基板51と化粧板52との間には面発光体53が介装されており、化粧板52は前記面発光体53とともに前記基板51のネジ孔51bに螺合されるビス54により取り付けられている。前記化粧板52の裏面側には前記波状部40bと同様の波状部52bが形成されている。さらに、前記基板51、化粧板52、面発光体53には前記点火ボタン18,19を外部へ露出するための穴55が形成されている。前記面発光体53には前記火力表示部20,21が設けられ、コンロ13,14の火力の表示を数値で行うようにしている。この火力表示部20,21に対応する化粧板52の対応部位には前記波状部52bは施されていない。

グリルの操作部22は、前述したコンロの操作部17と同様に構成されているので、詳しい説明を省略する。なお、基板51は取付板16を介して本体ケース12に取り付けたが、取付板16を無くして直接本体ケース12に基板51を取り付けてもよい。

図1,5,7に示すように前記グリル扉34の化粧板40には開放用の把手が設けられておらず、化粧板40の前面は面一の平面となっている。前記操作部17,22の化粧板52,52´もそれぞれ面一の平面となっていて、三つの化粧板40、52,52´の前面は、同一平面上に位置するようになっている。又、図4に示すようにグリル扉34の右端面と、操作部17の左端面とは互いに相手の端面を閉鎖するように対向している。グリル扉34の化粧板40の右端面と、操作部17の化粧板52の左端面も対向している。前記グリル扉34及び操作部17は前記前面凹部12eに収納され、枠部12a〜12dの前面と化粧板40,52,52´の前面はほぼ同一面となっている。さらに、前記点火ボタン18,19,23の前端面は、化粧板52,52´の前面とほぼ同一平面上に位置するようにしている。

前記化粧板40,52,52´に設けた波状部40b,52bはそれぞれ同様に構成されている。又、前記熱強化ガラス板39の着色部43と、面発光体53の前面の着色部は例えばブルーや紫等の色彩のなかから一種の色彩に統一されている。これにより操作部17,22とグリル扉34のそれぞれの化粧板が同じ色彩となっている。なお、操作部17,22において、面発光体53を無くして化粧板52,52´の裏面をグリル扉34の色彩と同じ色彩にしてもよい。

図5に示すように、グリル扉34の上下両端面と前記前端開口部33の上下の辺との間には空気の出入りする隙間Gが設けられている。この隙間Gの制約を受けてグリル扉34の上下方向の高さ寸法が設定されている。この高さ寸法と同じになるように前記操作部17,22の高さ寸法が設定されている。このため、図3に示すように操作部17,22の上下両端面と前記枠部12a,12bとの間には前記隙間Gと同様の隙間Gが形成されている。この隙間Gは図4に示すように操作部17の右端面と前記枠部12cとの間、操作部22の左端面と枠部12dとの間にも形成されている。従って、前記隙間Gは図6及び図7に示すように枠部12a〜12dの内側に同じ幅で全体として横長4角枠状に形成されている。

次に、前記のように構成した調理装置の動作について説明する。
図6,7に示す操作部17に設けた点火ボタン18又は点火ボタン19は、公知のプッシュプッシュ機構により構成されている。点火ボタン18,19,23の一回目の押圧により該ボタンは化粧板52,52´の前面から突出し、ニ回目の押圧操作により同一面となる。点火ボタン18,19,23が突出した状態で回動操作することによりグリル及びコンロのバーナーのオン・オフ及び火力調節が行われる。鍋等に収容した食品の調理作業が終わると、再度点火ボタン18又は19がプッシュされてコンロ13又はコンロ14が消火され、点火ボタン18,19は化粧板と同一面に収納される。

一方、前記操作部22の繰り出しボタン24をONすると、図5に示す前記繰り出し機構28が作動されてグリル皿27が前方に繰り出される。このグリル皿27の前進動作により図5に示すグリル扉34がバネ38の付勢力に抗してグリル扉34を支持軸36を中心に反時計回り方向に回動しながら左方前方に繰り出される。繰り出し位置に移動されたグリル皿27の上部に食品を載せて、前記繰り出しボタン24を再度ONすると、グリル皿27が繰り出し位置からグリル庫内の格納位置に切り換えられる。このときグリル扉34は蓄勢されていたバネ38の蓄勢力によって開放位置から閉鎖位置に切り換えられる。この状態で点火ボタン23をONすると、グリル15の加熱部が作動されて、グリル皿27上の食品が加熱調理される。調理された後、前記繰り出しボタン24を押圧すると、繰り出し機構28が作動され、グリル皿27が前方に繰り出されグリル扉34が開放されてグリル皿27が繰り出し位置に切り換えられ、食品の取り出しが行われる。

上記実施形態の調理装置によれば、以下のような特徴を得ることができる。
(1)上記実施形態では、図4に示すようにグリル扉34の右端面と、操作部17の左端面とが互いに相手の端面を閉鎖するように対向している。又、グリル扉34の化粧板40の右端面と、操作部17の化粧板52の左端面も対向している。このため、両者の間には、従来用いられていたカバー等の前端面が縦方向に延びる二重線となって表れることはなく、グリル扉34と操作部17の前面側の境界部の分離感が無くなり、グリル扉34と操作部17との一体感が向上し、その意匠性が高められる。

(2)上記実施形態では、グリル扉34をヒンジ機構35により閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で位置切り換え可能に装着した。又、グリル庫26内に収容されたグリル皿27を、繰り出しボタン24を操作することにより繰り出し機構28によって格納位置から前端開口部33の前方の繰り出し位置に位置切り換え可能に装着した。そして、グリル皿27の繰り出し方向の移動動作を利用してグリル扉34をバネ38の付勢力に抗して閉鎖位置から開放位置で切り換えるようにした。さらに、グリル扉34の前面にその開放用の把手を省略した。従って、グリル扉34の前面の平面性を向上し、グリル扉34の意匠性を高めることができる。

(3)上記実施形態では、グリル扉34を熱強化ガラス板39と化粧板40により構成し、化粧板40の裏面側に波状部40bを形成した。このため、外部から化粧板40を通って熱強化ガラス板39の着色部43に入射される外光の波状部40bにおける屈折率の違いによって、前方から化粧板40を見た場合、熱強化ガラス板39の着色部43の色彩が垂直方向に変化する縞模様として現れ、意匠性を向上することができる。

(4)上記実施形態では、前面が平面となっているグリル扉34と、前面が平面となっている操作部17及び操作部22の化粧板52,52´とを同じ垂直平面内に配置するようにした。このためグリル15の化粧板40と操作部17,22の化粧板52,52´の前面全体の平面性を向上し、意匠性を高めることができる。

(5)上記実施形態では、熱強化ガラス板39の外周縁に対し前方に突出する凸条部39aを設け、前記化粧板40の裏面側外周縁に対し凹溝状段差部40aを設け、この凹溝状段差部40aに前記凸条部39aを嵌合するようにした。このため、化粧板40と熱強化ガラス板39とを単に接合するものに比べて、例え化粧板40と熱強化ガラス板39の操作部側の側面が露出していても、その接合部から化粧板40と熱強化ガラス板39との間に食品から生じる油分が入り難い。特に化粧板40の裏面に波状部40bを形成した場合、その波状部40bの水平方向の端縁を外部から遮蔽して、熱強化ガラス板39と化粧板40の接触界面から波状部40bの溝の内部に食品から生じる油分等の異物が侵入して汚損されるのを防止することができる。又、波状部40bの露出による外観上の弊害をなくして意匠性を向上することもできる。さらに、化粧板40を前方から見た場合、前記熱強化ガラス板39の凸条部39aの前端縁は化粧板40の外周縁によって覆われているので、二重枠線となって表れることはなく、この点からもグリル扉34の意匠性を向上することができる。

(6)上記実施形態では、前記操作部17,22の基板51と化粧板52,52´の間に位置するように面発光体53を介在させた。このため、点火ボタン18,19,23の操作と連動させて面発光体53を発光させることによって、操作部17,22の化粧板52,52´に対し光を照射することができ、点火ボタン18,19,23の状態の確認を素早く確実に行うことができる。

(7)上記実施形態では、前記化粧板52,52´の裏面側に波状部52bを設けた。このため、面発光体53が作動されない場合にあっては、外部から化粧板52,52´を透過して面発光体53に照射される外光の波状部52bにおける屈折率の違いによって、前方から化粧板52,52´を見た場合、面発光体53に着色された色彩が垂直方向に変化する縞模様として現れる。従って、意匠性を向上することができる。又、前記面発光体53が作動される場合にあっては、発光によって前記波状部52bの縞模様がくっきりと現れるので、意匠性を向上することができる。

(8)上記実施形態では、前記化粧板40,52,52´に設けた波状部40b,52bをそれぞれ同様に構成した。又、前記熱強化ガラス板39の着色部43と、面発光体53の前面の着色部、或いは面発光体53を採用しない場合、化粧板52,52´の裏面の着色部を例えばブルーや紫等の色彩のなかから一種の色彩に統一した。このため、調理装置の前面全体に一種類の色彩の縞模様が現れるので、意匠性を向上することができる。
