Description

The present invention relates to a heat cooker.

2. Description of the Related Art There is a heating cooker in which a plurality of front panels are fixed to the front part of a housing (see Patent Document 1, for example). The front panel has a rectangular shape, is arranged vertically and horizontally in a tile shape, and is fixed to the mounting target portion of the heating cooker. As a result, dividing lines extending vertically and horizontally are formed on the front surface of the heating cooker.

2. Description of the Related Art There are stoves that use a front panel to which a metal plate is attached and have a high-class aesthetic appearance. In this case, since the plate is attached to the front part of the assembly part made of resin, for example, the resin part may come into view at the front part of the side surface of the panel. Therefore, the plate is formed with a bent portion in which the edge portion is bent rearward, and the plate is attached to the assembly portion so that the bent portion is arranged in the front portion of the side surface of the panel, thereby making the resin portion less visible. can be considered.

However, if the positioning when attaching the plate to the assembly portion is strictly set, interference may occur between the bent portion and the side surface of the assembly portion, or interference may occur between the bent portion and the side surface of the assembly portion due to, for example, manufacturing tolerances. There is a possibility that there will be a step between them and the appearance will be poor. If the operator changes the direction of assembling the plate to the assembly part due to interference or a step, the plate may be attached in the wrong direction.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a heating cooker that prevents erroneous assembly of a plate and an assembly part and does not impair the appearance.

Characterized by

According to a fifth aspect of the invention, there is provided a heating cooker having the configuration of the first or third aspect, in which, in the second assembly portion, the left and right positioning portions are arranged in the pair of right and left positions of the rear plate portion. It is characterized in that it is formed on the left and right protrusions on one of the left and right sides of the protrusions.

In the heating cooker of the invention according to claim 6 , in addition to the configuration of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 5 , the assembly part has a plate shape, and is detachably attached to the front surface of the heating cooker main body. It is characterized by being provided.

According to the heating cooker of the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention, when assembling the plate to the assembling part, the edge on one of the left and right sides of the plate is brought into contact with one of the left and right positioning parts of the assembling part, By bringing one of the upper and lower edge portions of the plate into contact with one of the upper and lower positioning portions of the assembly portion, the plate is positioned with respect to the assembly portion at a position where the outlines of the plates are aligned with each other. Since the plates with the same profile lines are arranged vertically and horizontally on the front surface of the cooker main body, the cooker has a beautiful appearance. When assembling the plate to the assembly section, if the other left and right edges of the plate are accidentally brought into contact with the other left and right projections of the assembly section, the one left and right edge of the plate will not touch the assembly section. It protrudes laterally beyond the edge on one side. Alternatively, when the other upper and lower edge portions of the plate are brought into contact with the other upper and lower protrusions of the assembly portion, the upper and lower one edge portions of the plate are positioned laterally from the one edge portion of the assembly portion. protrude. In this case, since the operator can easily visually confirm an erroneous assembly of the plate, erroneous assembly of the plate and the assembly portion can be prevented, and the appearance of the cooking device is not spoiled.

The assembly is arranged on the front surface of the cooker main body which is divided into 6 sections , namely, the upper left and lower left grill door, the upper and lower grill door, and the upper right and lower right grill door. Since the assemblies are aligned vertically and horizontally, the cooker has a beautiful appearance.

Further , when the first plate is assembled to the first assembly portion, one of the left and right curved portions of the first plate is brought into contact with the left and right positioning portions of the assembly portion, and one of the upper and lower curved portions of the first plate is assembled. By abutting the upper and lower positioning portions of the attachment portion, the first plate and the first assembly portion are positioned at positions where the outlines of the first plate and the first assembly portion are aligned. Since the first plate with a uniform outline is arranged on the front surface of the cooker body, the cooker has an aesthetic appearance. When the first plate is assembled to the first assembly portion, if the other left and right curved portions of the first plate are accidentally brought into contact with the other left and right protrusions of the first assembly portion, one of the first plate The left-right curved portion protrudes laterally from the edge portion on one side of the first assembly portion. Alternatively, when the other upper and lower curved portion of the first plate is brought into contact with the other upper and lower projection of the first assembly portion, the one upper and lower curved portion of the first plate contacts the edge of the first assembly portion on one side. It protrudes to the side from the part. In this case, since the operator can easily visually confirm an erroneous assembly of the first plate, erroneous assembly of the first plate and the first assembly portion can be prevented, and the appearance of the heating cooker is not spoiled.

Further, the other left and right protrusions and the other upper and lower protrusions of the first assembly portion each have a gap larger than the thickness of the plate between them and the edge of the rear plate portion. As a result, when the first plate is assembled to the first assembly portion, the first plate can be attached to one side in the horizontal direction or one side in the vertical direction with respect to the first assembly portion within the range of the size of the gap. Alternatively, it can be temporarily arranged at a position deviated from both of them, so that the assembling work is easy. If the size of the gap between the other left and right protrusions of the first assembly portion and the edge of the rear plate portion is the same as the thickness of the first plate, a dimension that may occur during the manufacturing process of the first plate. , there is a possibility that the length between the pair of left and right curved portions of the first plate will be shorter than the length between the pair of left and right protrusions of the first assembly portion. Alternatively, if the size of the gap between the other upper and lower protrusions of the first assembly portion and the edge of the rear plate portion is the same as the thickness of the first plate, it may occur during the manufacturing process of the first plate. Depending on dimensional variations, the length between the pair of upper and lower curved portions of the first plate may be shorter than the length between the pair of upper and lower projections of the first assembly portion. , the provisional placement of the first plate relative to the first assembly may not be possible. According to the aspect of the present invention, the other left-right curved portion and the other up-down curved portion of the first plate are aligned with the other left-right curved portion of the first assembly portion even after the first plate is assembled to the first assembly portion. The left and right protrusions and the other upper and lower protrusions are not contacted with each other. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently absorb dimensional variations that may occur in the manufacturing process of the first plate, and to assemble the first plate in the correct position with respect to the first assembling portion.

Similarly, when assembling each of the second plates to the second assembly portion, the lower edge portion of the second plate is brought into contact with the upper and lower positioning portions of the second assembly portion, and one side of the second plate is By bringing the left and right curved portions into contact with the left and right positioning portions of the second assembly portion, the second plate and the second assembly portion are positioned at positions where the outlines of the second plate and the second assembly portion are aligned. A second plate with a uniform outline is placed on the front surface of the cooker body, so that the cooker has an aesthetic appearance. When the second plate is assembled to the second assembly portion, while the lower edge of the second plate is in contact with the upper and lower positioning portions of the second assembly portion, the other side of the second plate is mistakenly When the left and right curved portions are brought into contact with the other left and right protrusions of the second assembly portion, one left and right curved portion of the second plate protrudes laterally beyond one edge of the second assembly portion. In this case, since the operator can easily visually confirm the erroneous assembly of the second plate, erroneous assembly of the second plate and the second assembly portion can be prevented, and the appearance of the heating cooker is not spoiled.

Further, the other left and right protrusions of the second assembly portion have a gap larger than the thickness of the plate between them and the edge of the rear plate portion. As a result, when the second plate is assembled to the second assembly portion, the second plate is temporarily shifted to one side in the left-right direction with respect to the second assembly portion within the range of the size of the gap. Since it can be arranged, the assembly work is easy. If the size of the gap between the other left and right protrusions of the second assembly portion and the edge of the rear plate portion is the same as the thickness of the second plate, a dimension that may occur during the manufacturing process of the second plate. , there is a possibility that the length between the pair of left and right bent portions of the second plate may be shorter than the length between the pair of left and right protrusions of the second assembly portion. In this case, there is a possibility that the second plate cannot be temporarily arranged with respect to the second assembly portion. According to the aspect of the present invention, the other left and right bent portion of the second plate does not contact the other left and right protrusion of the second assembly portion even after the second plate is assembled to the second assembly portion. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently absorb dimensional variations that may occur in the manufacturing process of the second plate, and to assemble the second plate in the correct position with respect to the second assembling portion.

Then, on the front surface of the heating cooker main body, either the first assembly in which the first plate is attached to the first assembly portion or the second assembly in which the second plate is attached to the second assembly portion, At least one or both are arranged. Even if the first assembly and the second assembly are used singly or in combination, the contour lines are aligned neatly, so that the heating cooker has a beautiful appearance.

According to the heating cooker of the invention according to claim 2 , in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1 , the first assembly is arranged at least on the upper left side of the grill door and the upper right side of the grill door. . Since the first plates with uniform outlines are arranged in the same stage (upper stage) on the front surface of the cooker body and aligned in the left-right direction, the cooker has a beautiful appearance.

The decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 are formed by affixing a metal plate to the front surface of a resin assembly portion, and are finished in a high-grade aesthetic appearance. The plate is formed by bending the edges of a metal plate by pressing. The assembly part is formed by injection molding of resin. When the plate is assembled to the assembly part, the misalignment due to manufacturing tolerances of the plate and the assembly part is alleviated, and the edge of the plate and the edge of the assembly part are aligned so that a beautiful appearance can be obtained. The assembling portion is provided with a positioning portion for positioning the plate.

The decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7. FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the decorative plates 61 and 63 have metal plates 71 and 73 and resin plates 81 and 83, respectively. Since the decorative plate 61 and the decorative plate 63 have substantially the same configuration, the decorative plate 61 will be described below, and the description of the decorative plate 63 will be omitted. The metal plate 71 has a substantially rectangular plate shape when viewed from the front, and has a front plate portion 710 that is elongated in the left-right direction. An upper curved portion 711, a lower curved portion 712, a left curved portion 713, and a right curved portion 714, which are edge portions on the upper side, the lower side, the left side, and the right side of the front plate portion 710, are bent rearward. The length of each of the upper curved portion 711, the lower curved portion 712, the left curved portion 713, and the right curved portion 714 in the front-to-rear direction is the length at which the projecting portion 817 (described later) of the resin plate 81 projects forward from the rear plate portion 810. is almost the same as

The resin plate 81 has a substantially rectangular plate shape when viewed from the front, and has a rear plate portion 810 elongated in the left-right direction. The vertical and horizontal lengths of the rear plate portion 810 are substantially the same as the vertical and horizontal lengths of the metal plate 71, respectively. The rear plate portion 810 has a projecting portion 817 projecting forward in a plate shape on the front surface. The vertical and horizontal lengths of the projecting portion 817 are shorter than the vertical and horizontal lengths of the metal plate 71 , respectively. The upper edge portion 811, the lower edge portion 812, the left edge portion 813 and the right edge portion 814, which are the upper, lower, left and right edge portions of the projecting portion 817, correspond to the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the rear plate portion 810, respectively. , located at the left and right ends. An upper edge portion 811, a lower edge portion 812, a left edge portion 813, and a right edge portion 814 are provided between the upper, lower, left, and right edge portions of the rear plate portion 810, respectively. has a larger gap E than

Further, an upper positioning portion 815 and a left positioning portion 816 are provided in the gaps E between the upper edge portion 811 and the left edge portion 813 of the projecting portion 817 and the upper and left edge portions of the rear plate portion 810, respectively. be done. The upper positioning portion 815 is connected to the front surface of the rear plate portion 810 and the upper side surface of the protruding portion 817 and protrudes upward from the upper edge portion 811 . Three upper positioning portions 815 are provided side by side in the left-right direction along the upper edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 . Each upper positioning portion 815 forms a gap F having the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 71 with the upper edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 . Similarly, the left positioning portion 816 is connected to the front surface of the rear plate portion 810 and the left side surface of the protruding portion 817 and protrudes leftward from the left edge portion 813 . Three left positioning portions 816 are arranged vertically along the left edge of the rear plate portion 810 . Each left positioning portion 816 forms a gap G having the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 71 between the left positioning portion 816 and the left edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 .

When the metal plate 71 is attached to the resin plate 81 , a double-sided tape is attached to the front surface of the projecting portion 817 , and then the metal plate 71 is arranged so as to cover the projecting portion 817 of the resin plate 81 . At this time, the right edge portion 814 and the lower edge portion 812 of the projecting portion 817 of the resin plate 81 do not have a positioning portion. The right edge portion 814 and the lower edge portion 812 have a gap E larger than the thickness D of the metal plate 71 between the right edge portion and the lower edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 . Therefore, the right bend 714 can be positioned close to the right side of the right edge portion 814 of the protrusion 817 within the size of the gap E, and the lower bend 712 can be positioned close to the right edge portion 814 of the gap E. The protrusion 817 can be positioned close to the lower side of the lower edge portion 812 within the range of height. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the left edge and upper edge of the outline of the metal plate 71 are slightly to the left and upward of the left edge and upper edge of the outline of the resin plate 81, respectively. It is often placed in a protruding state. At this time, the right edge and the lower edge of the outline of the metal plate 71 are positioned to the left and above the right edge and the lower edge of the outline of the resin plate 81, respectively. In this manner, a sufficient gap is provided between the metal plate 71 and the resin plate 81 so that the metal plate 71 can be displaced vertically and horizontally when the metal plate 71 is positioned at the assembly start position. Therefore, an assembling worker can easily place the metal plate 71 at the assembling start position.

When the gap E is the same size as the thickness D (when the gap between the protruding part 817 and the outer edge of the resin plate 81 is the thickness D of the metal plate 71 on the entire circumference), the four sides outside the protruding part 817 of the resin plate 81 It is easy to align the outer edges of the metal plate 71 and the resin plate 81 by overlapping the upper, lower, left, and right curved portions of the metal plate 71 . However, if the thickness of the metal plate 71 or the gap between the projecting portion 817 of the resin plate 81 and the outer edge of the resin plate 81 is not correct due to manufacturing errors, it may become difficult to assemble the metal plate 71 to the resin plate 81 . . In this case, in this embodiment, since the gap E larger than the thickness D of the metal plate 71 is partially formed, alignment can be easily performed even if there is some manufacturing error.

Next, the metal plate 71 is pressed toward the resin plate 81 by the operator while applying a downward right force to the resin plate 81 . As a result, the metal plate 71 is adhered to the resin plate with the lower surface of the upper curved portion 711 in contact with the upper positioning portion 815 and the right surface of the left curved portion 713 in contact with the left positioning portion 816 . Here, the gap F between the upper positioning portion 815 and the upper edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 is the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 71 . A gap G between the left positioning portion 816 and the left edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 is the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 71 . Therefore, when viewed from the front, the left edge and the upper edge of the outline of the metal plate 71 overlap at the same positions as the left edge and the upper edge of the outline of the resin plate 81 . The top surface of the upper curved portion 711 is flush with the top surface of the rear plate portion 810 , and the left surface of the left curved portion 713 is also flush with the left surface of the rear plate portion 810 . The vertical and horizontal lengths of the rear plate portion 810 and the metal plate 71 are substantially the same. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the right edge and the lower edge of the outline of the metal plate 71 overlap at the same positions as the right edge and the lower edge of the outline of the resin plate 81 . The lower surface of the lower curved portion 712 is flush with the lower surface of the rear plate portion 810 , and the right surface of the right curved portion 714 is also flush with the right surface of the rear plate portion 810 . In other words, the four edges of the metal plate 71 and the four edges of the resin plate 81 are neatly aligned without steps.

If the operator makes a mistake in the direction of moving the metal plate 71 and moves the metal plate 71 to the left, upward, or obliquely upward to the left with respect to the resin plate 81, the downward curved portion 712, the right curved portion 714, or the Both abut the lower edge portion 812 or the right edge portion 814 of the protrusion 817 or both, respectively. In this case, the decorative plate 61 is placed in a state in which the left edge and/or the upper edge of the outline of the metal plate 71 protrudes from the left edge and/or the upper edge of the outline of the resin plate 81, respectively. finished. Therefore, the operator can easily visually confirm any erroneous assembly of the metal plate 71 .

As described above, the decorative plate 61 is manufactured by aligning the metal plate 71 with the resin plate 81 and adhering them with the double-sided tape. Since the outlines of the metal plate 71 and the resin plate 81 are aligned with each other, the decorative plate 61 has a beautiful appearance. The decorative plate 63 is also made in the same configuration as the decorative plate 61, so it is aesthetically pleasing.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the decorative plates 62 and 64 have metal plates 72 and 74 and resin plates 82 and 84, respectively. Since the decorative plate 62 and the decorative plate 64 have substantially the same configuration, the decorative plate 62 will be described below, and the description of the decorative plate 64 will be omitted. The metal plate 72 has a substantially rectangular plate shape when viewed from the front, and has a front plate portion 720 that is elongated in the left-right direction. An upper curved portion 721, a left curved portion 723, and a right curved portion 724, which are edge portions on the upper side, the left side, and the right side of the front plate portion 720, are bent rearward. The length of each of the upper curved portion 721, the left curved portion 723, and the right curved portion 724 in the front-rear direction is approximately the same as the length of the projecting portion 827 (described later) of the resin plate 82 projecting forward from the rear plate portion 820. . A lower edge portion 722, which is an edge portion on the lower side of the front plate portion 720, is not bent.

The resin plate 82 has a substantially rectangular plate shape when viewed from the front, and has a rear plate portion 820 that is elongated in the left-right direction. The length of the rear plate portion 820 in the left-right direction is substantially the same as the length of the metal plate 72 in the left-right direction. The vertical length of the rear plate portion 820 is greater than the vertical length of the metal plate 72 . The rear plate portion 820 has a projecting portion 827 projecting forward in a plate shape on the front surface. The vertical and horizontal lengths of the projecting portion 827 are shorter than the vertical and horizontal lengths of the metal plate 72, respectively. An upper edge portion 821, a left edge portion 823 and a right edge portion 824, which are upper, left and right edge portions of the protruding portion 827, are located at the upper end portion, the left end portion and the right end portion of the rear plate portion 820, respectively. The upper edge portion 821 , the left edge portion 823 and the right edge portion 824 respectively have gaps E larger than the thickness D of the metal plate 72 between the upper, left and right edge portions of the rear plate portion 820 .

A lower end portion of the rear plate portion 820 protrudes forward to form a lower protruding portion 822 . The lower protruding portion 822 extends in the left-right direction along the lower edge of the protruding portion 827 and protrudes further forward than the protruding portion 827 . The vertical length of the metal plate 72 is substantially the same as the vertical length of the rear plate portion 820 excluding the portion where the lower projecting portion 822 is formed. A left positioning portion 826 is provided in the gap E between the left edge portion 823 of the projecting portion 827 and the left edge portion of the rear plate portion 820 . The left positioning portion 826 is connected to the front surface of the rear plate portion 820 and the left side surface of the protruding portion 827 and protrudes leftward from the left edge portion 823 . Three left positioning portions 826 are arranged vertically along the left edge of the rear plate portion 820 . Each left positioning portion 826 forms a gap G having the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 72 with the left edge portion of the rear plate portion 820 .

When the metal plate 72 is attached to the resin plate 82 , double-sided tape is attached to the front surface of the projecting portion 827 , and then the metal plate 72 is arranged so as to cover the projecting portion 827 of the resin plate 82 . At this time, the right edge portion 824 of the projecting portion 827 of the resin plate 82 has no positioning portion. The right edge portion 824 has a gap E larger than the thickness D of the metal plate 72 between the right edge portion 824 and the right edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 . Also, since the lower edge of the metal plate 72 is not bent, it does not interfere with the rear plate portion 820 of the resin plate 82 . Therefore, the right curved portion 724 can be positioned close to the right side of the right edge portion 824 of the protrusion 827 within the size of the gap E. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the left edge and upper edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 are slightly to the left and upward of the left edge and upper edge of the outline of the resin plate 82, respectively. It is often placed in a protruding state. At this time, the lower edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 is located above the upper edge of the outline of the lower projecting portion 822 of the resin plate 82 . In this manner, a sufficient gap is provided between the metal plate 72 and the resin plate 82 so that the metal plate 72 can be displaced vertically and horizontally when the metal plate 72 is positioned at the assembly start position. Therefore, an assembling worker can easily place the metal plate 72 at the assembling start position.

When the gap E is the same size as the thickness D (when the gap between the protrusion 827 and the outer edge of the resin plate 82 on both the left and right sides and the upper side is the thickness D of the metal plate 72), the protrusion 827 of the resin plate 82 It is easy to align the outer edges of the metal plate 72 and the resin plate 82 by superimposing the left, right, and upper curved portions of the metal plate 72 on the outside of the three sides. However, if the thickness of the metal plate 72 or the gap between the projecting portion 827 of the resin plate 82 and the outer edge of the resin plate 82 is out of order due to manufacturing errors, it may become difficult to assemble the metal plate 72 to the resin plate 82 . . In this case, in this embodiment, since the gap E larger than the thickness D of the metal plate 72 is partially formed, alignment can be easily performed even if there is some manufacturing error.

Next, the metal plate 72 is pressed toward the resin plate 81 by an operator while applying a downward right force to the resin plate 82 . As a result, the metal plate 72 is adhered to the resin plate with the lower surface of the lower edge portion 722 in contact with the upper surface of the lower projecting portion 822 and the right surface of the left curved portion 723 in contact with the left positioning portion 826. . Here, the gap G between the left positioning portion 826 and the left edge of the rear plate portion 820 is the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 72 . Therefore, when viewed from the front, the left edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 overlaps the left edge of the outline of the resin plate 81 at the same position. The left surface of the left curved portion 723 is flush with the left surface of the rear plate portion 820 without a step. In addition, since the lower edge 722 abuts on the lower projecting portion 822, the lower edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 is positioned at the same position as the upper edge of the outline of the lower projecting portion 822 of the resin plate 81 when viewed from the front. overlaps with The lengths in the horizontal direction of the rear plate portion 820 and the metal plate 72 are substantially the same, and the lengths in the vertical direction of the rear plate portion 820 and the metal plate 72 are also substantially the same except for the portion where the lower projecting portion 822 is formed. . Therefore, when viewed from the front, the right edge and upper edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 overlap at the same positions as the right edge and upper edge of the outline of the resin plate 82 . The right surface of the right curved portion 724 is flush with the right surface of the rear plate portion 820 , and the top surface of the upper curved portion 721 is also flush with the top surface of the rear plate portion 820 . That is, the left, right, and upper edges of the metal plate 72 and the left, right, and upper edges of the resin plate 82 are neatly aligned without steps, and the lower edge of the metal plate 72 protrudes below the resin plate 82. It abuts on the upper end of the portion 822 without any gap.

If the operator moves the metal plate 72 in the wrong direction and moves the metal plate 72 leftward with respect to the resin plate 82 , the right curved portion 724 contacts the right edge portion 824 of the projecting portion 827 . In this case, the decorative plate 62 is finished with the left edge of the outline of the metal plate 72 protruding from the left edge of the outline of the resin plate 82 . Therefore, the operator can easily visually confirm any erroneous assembly of the metal plate 72 .

As described above, the decorative plate 62 is manufactured by aligning and adhering the metal plate 72 to the resin plate 82 with double-sided tape. Since the contour lines of the metal plate 72 and the resin plate 82 are aligned with each other, the decorative plate 62 has a beautiful appearance. The veneer 64 is also made in a similar configuration as the veneer 62, thus creating an aesthetic appearance.

As shown in FIG. 7 , the decorative plate portion 65 is provided on the lower stage of the grill door 8 . The decorative plate portion 65 has a metal plate 75 and a resin plate portion 85 . The metal plate 75 differs in size from the metal plate 72 but has substantially the same configuration. 753 and right bend 754 . A lower edge 752, which is the lower edge, is not bent.

The resin plate portion 85 is a component that constitutes the lower portion of the grille door 8 and cannot be connected to and removed from the upper portion of the grille window portion 15 . Although the resin plate portion 85 is different in size from the resin plate 82 , the assembly structure of the metal plate 75 is the same, and has a rear plate portion 850 , a projecting portion 857 , a lower projecting portion 852 and a left positioning portion 856 . The gap E between the upper edge portion 851, the left edge portion 853 and the right edge portion 854, which are the upper, left and right edge portions of the projecting portion 857, and the upper, left and right edge portions of the rear plate portion 850 is made of metal. It is larger than the thickness D of plate 75 . A gap G between the left positioning portion 856 and the left edge of the rear plate portion 850 is the same size as the thickness D of the metal plate 75 .

When the metal plate 75 is assembled to the resin plate portion 85 , the metal plate 75 is arranged so as to cover the protruding portion 857 of the resin plate portion 85 as with the decorative plate 62 . A sufficient gap is provided between the metal plate 75 and the resin plate portion 85 so that the metal plate 75 can be displaced vertically and horizontally, so that the metal plate 75 can be easily placed at the assembly start position. The metal plate 75 is pressed toward the resin plate portion 85 while a force is applied to the resin plate portion 85 obliquely downward to the right, so that the lower surface of the lower edge portion 752 contacts the upper surface of the lower projecting portion 852, and The right surface of the left curved portion 753 contacts the left positioning portion 856 . As a result, the left curved portion 753 and the lower edge portion 752 of the metal plate 75 are positioned on the resin plate portion 85, and the contour lines of the metal plate 75 and the resin plate portion 85 are aligned with each other. .

As described above, the decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 of the stove 1 are oriented from the upper left to the lower right when the metal plates 71 to 75 are assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. It is the direction to slide. Therefore, it is less likely to be assembled in the wrong direction, and the outlines of the metal plates 71 to 75, the resin plates 81 to 84, and the resin plate portion 85 are completely aligned, especially at the left edge, so that the stove 1 can be used. produce aesthetics.

As described above, when the metal plates 71 to 75 are assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85, the left curved portions 713, 723 and 753 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are attached to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion. 85, and the upper curved portion 711 and the lower edge portions 722 and 752 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are brought into contact with the resin plates 81 to 84 and the upper positioning portions of the resin plate portion 85. 815 and the lower projecting portions 822 and 852, the metal plates 71 to 75 are positioned at positions where the outlines of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 are aligned with each other. Since the metal plates 71 to 75 with uniform outlines are arranged vertically and horizontally on the front surface of the stove main body 1A, the stove 1 has a beautiful appearance. When assembling the metal plates 71 to 75 to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85, the right bent portions 714, 724 and 754 of the metal plates 71 to 75 were mistakenly placed on the right side of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. When brought into contact with the edge portions 814, 824, 854, the left curved portions 713, 723, 753 of the metal plates 71 to 75 protrude laterally beyond the left edge portions of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. . Alternatively, when the lower curved portions 712 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are brought into contact with the lower edge portions 812 of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85, the upper curved portions 711 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are in contact with the resin plates 81 to 85. 84 protrudes laterally from the upper edge of the resin plate portion 85 . In this case, since the operator can easily visually confirm an erroneous assembly of the metal plates 71 to 75, erroneous assembly of the metal plates 71 to 75, the resin plates 81 to 84, and the resin plate portion 85 can be prevented. It does not spoil the beauty of 1.

The right edge portions 814, 824, 854 and the lower edge portion 812 of the projecting portions 817, 827, 857 of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 correspond to the edge portions of the rear plate portions 810, 820, 850, respectively. There is a gap E larger than the thickness D of the metal plates 71-75 between them. As a result, when the metal plates 71 to 75 are assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85, the metal plates 71 to 75 can be connected to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 within the size range of the gap E. Since it can be temporarily arranged at a position shifted to one side in the horizontal direction or one side in the vertical direction or both with respect to 85, the assembly work is easy. Suppose that the size of the gap E between the right edge portions 814, 824, 854 of the projecting portions 817, 827, 857 of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 and the edge portions of the rear plate portions 810, 820, 850 is If the thickness D of the metal plates 71 to 75 is the same, the projections 817, 827, 857 of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 may vary depending on the dimensional variations that may occur during the manufacturing process of the metal plates 71 to 75. Between the left curved portions 713, 723, 753 and the right curved portions 714, 724, 754 of the metal plates 71 to 75 than the length between the left and right edges (including the left positioning portions 816, 826, 856) May be shorter in length. Alternatively, when the size of the gap E between the upper edge portion 811 of the projecting portion 817 of the resin plates 81 and 83 and the edge portion of the rear plate portion 810 is the same as the thickness D of the metal plates 71 and 73, the metal plate The length between the upper and lower edges (including the upper positioning portion 815) of the projecting portion 817 of the resin plates 81 and 83 may be shorter than the length of the metal plates 71 and 73 due to dimensional variations that may occur during the manufacturing process of the metal plates 71 and 73. The length between the upper curved portion 711 and the lower curved portion 712 may be shortened, and in either case, the metal plates 71 to 75 cannot be temporarily arranged with respect to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. there is a possibility. In the present embodiment, the right curved portions 714, 724, 754 and the downward curved portion 712 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are maintained even after the metal plates 71 to 75 are assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. The right edge portions 814, 824, 854 and the lower edge portion 812 of the projecting portions 817, 827, 857 of the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 do not come into contact with each other. Therefore, the metal plates 71 to 75 can be assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 at correct positions by sufficiently absorbing dimensional variations that may occur during the manufacturing process of the metal plates 71 to 75 .

The decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 are divided into six parts: upper and lower parts on the front side of the left front panel 13, upper and lower parts of the grill door 8 (grill window part 15), and upper and lower parts on the front side of the right front panel 14. It is arranged on the front surface of the stove body 1A except for the grille window 15. As shown in FIG. Since the decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 are aligned vertically and horizontally, the stove 1 has a beautiful appearance.

When the metal plates 71 to 75 are assembled to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85, the metal plates 71 to 75 are slid from the upper left to the lower right with respect to the resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85. , the left curved portions 713, 723, 753 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are formed at the left edge portions 813, 823, 853 of the projecting portions 817, 827, 857 of the rear plate portions 810, 820, 850, respectively. , 826, 856. Further, the upper curved portion 711 or the lower edge portions 722, 752 of the metal plates 71 to 75 are positioned by the upper edge portion 811 of the projecting portion 817 of the rear plate portion 810 or the lower projecting portions 822, 852 of the rear plate portions 820, 850. be done. Since all the metal plates 71-75 are positioned in the same direction, the outlines of all the metal plates 71-75 are aligned and the stove 1 is aesthetically pleasing.

The decorative plates 61 and 63, the decorative plates 62 and 64, and the decorative plate portion 65 are different in the construction of assembling the metal plates as described above. produces aesthetics. By using the decorative plates 61 and 63 in the upper stage and the decorative plates 62 and 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 in the lower portion, the decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 having the same outline line can be used as the stove main body portion 1A. Since the stove 1 is arranged in the same stage (lower stage) on the front surface of the stove and aligned in the left-right direction, the stove 1 produces a beautiful appearance.

The decorative plates 61 to 64 are prepared separately by assembling the metal plates 71 to 74 to the resin plates 81 to 84 in advance, and the decorative plates 61 to 64 can be attached to the stove 1 at the final stage of the production of the stove 1. Damage to the metal plates 71 to 74 during the production process can be suppressed.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. The front surface of the stove main body 1A is divided into six by the decorative plates 61 and 63, the decorative plates 62 and 64, the decorative plate portion 65, and the grille window portion 15, but the number of divisions may be six or more or less than six. For example, the decorative plates 61 and 62 and the decorative plates 63 and 64 may be integrated. Alternatively, the decorative plates 61 and 62 and the decorative plates 63 and 64 may each be vertically divided into three. Alternatively, the decorative plates 61 and 62 and the decorative plates 63 and 64 may each be divided into two in the left-right direction.

The decorative plates 61 and 63, the decorative plates 62 and 64, and the decorative plate portion 65 differ in the configuration of the positioning portion in the vertical direction, but they may all have the same configuration. For example, the decorative plates 62 and 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 may be configured to have the upper positioning portion 815 and not have the lower projecting portions 822 and 852 . That is, the type of decorative plate and decorative plate portion that does not have a downward protrusion and has a metal plate positioned by one of the left and right positioning portions and one of the upper and lower positioning portions, such as the decorative plates 61 and 63, is attached to the stove 1. It may be used for all the decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 provided. Alternatively, the decorative plates 61 and 63 may be configured to have lower projecting portions 822 and 852 without the upper positioning portion 815 . That is, all of the decorative plates and decorative plate portions of the type that has a downward protrusion and a metal plate is positioned together with one of the left and right positioning portions, such as the decorative plates 62 and 64 and the decorative plate portion 65, are provided in the stove 1. may be used for the decorative plates 61 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65.

Although the decorative plate portion 65 is configured not to be removed from the grill door 8, it may be removed. Further, although the decorative plates 61 to 64 are configured to be removable from the front surface of the stove main body 1A, they may be configured to be non-removable. The left positioning parts 816, 826, 856 may be provided on the right side, and the upper positioning part 815 may be provided on the lower side. Projections similar to the lower projections 822 and 852 may be provided at the upper, left and right ends of the rear plate portions 810 , 820 and 850 .

As in the resin plates 88 and 89 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the number of the left positioning portions 886 and 896 and the upper positioning portions 885 and 895 may not be three, but may be one or more. As with the left positioning portion 896 and the upper positioning portion 895, in one case, the shape may extend in the same direction as the corresponding edge.

The upper edge portions 811, 821, 851, the lower edge portion 812, the left edge portions 813, 823, 853, and the right edge portions 814, 824, 854 are the four edges of the projections 817, 827, 857. 8, each may be an independent projection 881, 882, 883, 884. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 9, the left positioning portion 896 and the upper positioning portion 895 may be provided independently without the projecting portion. In this case, it is preferable to separately provide a projecting portion 897 for attaching the metal plate.

The metal plates 71 to 75 are not limited to being made of metal, and may be made of a material that can be surface-processed to obtain aesthetic appearance and texture. Of course, it may be made of resin. The resin plates 81 to 84 and the resin plate portion 85 are not limited to being made of resin, and may be made of metal, for example.

When fabricating the decorative plate 61, the metal plate 71 is arranged so as to cover the protruding portion 817 of the resin plate 81, is slid obliquely downward to the right while being slightly lifted from the resin plate 81, and is positioned. attached. In addition to this method, the assembly may be performed by fitting the metal plate 71 into the resin plate 81 . For example, after applying double-sided tape to the resin plate 81 , the rear end of the left curved portion 713 of the metal plate 71 is inserted into the gap G between the left positioning portion 816 of the resin plate 81 and the left edge of the rear plate portion 810 . abut. The metal plate 71 is arranged on the front side of the resin plate 81 so as to cover the projecting portion 817 by pushing the right curved portion 714 side backward using the contact portion as a fulcrum. When the four curved portions of the metal plate 71 are positioned outside the four edges of the projecting portion 817 and the projecting portion 817 is covered with the metal plate 71, the metal plate 71 is placed diagonally downward to the right with respect to the resin plate 81. The metal plate 71 is fitted into the protruding portion 817 while pressing against. As a result, the upper curved portion 711 and the left curved portion 713 are brought into contact with the upper positioning portion 815 and the left positioning portion 816, respectively, and the metal plate 71 is fitted in the protruding portion 817 in a positioned state, and is It is adhered to the resin plate 81 . In this way, when the metal plate 71 is fitted, the metal plate 71 is rotated around the left curved portion 713 that abuts the left positioning portion 816, and the metal plate 71 is aligned and adhered. The metal plate 71 can be assembled to the resin plate 81 accurately. The decorative plates 62 to 64 and the decorative plate portion 65 may also be produced in the same procedure. Alternatively, the metal plate 71 may be rotated with the upper curved portion 711 side of the metal plate 71 as a fulcrum to align and attach the metal plate 71 to the resin plate 81 .
