【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、鋼製大引の取付け構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、大引として角筒状をした鋼製大引が使用されるようになっている。鋼製大引は木製大引に比べて強度が強く、また、シロアリなどの被害にも遭わないため、長期間安定して強度を発揮することができるという特徴を有している。

上記のような特徴を有する角筒状をした鋼製大引は基礎や束等の大引支持基台に載設支持される。例えば、大引支持基台が基礎の場合で説明すると、大引の底面壁の端部付近に孔を設け、鋼製大引内において底面壁の上面側にナットを孔と連通するように配置した状態で溶接あるいはかしめ固定により固着し、また、基礎上面に載置部となる受け金物をアンカーボルトにより固着し、この受け金物の側端部を基礎の側面よりも側方に突出させてあり、この受け金物上に鋼製大引を載置し、鋼製大引の底面壁の端部付近に設けたナットと載置部の孔とを合わせ、載置部の孔からボルトを挿入して鋼製大引に固定したナットに螺着することで鋼製大引を取付けていた。

ところが、角筒状の鋼製大引の端部付近の内部にナットを溶接するのはきわめて難しく、また、かしめ固定にしても固着が難しいという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で角筒状の鋼製大引内の端部付近に正確にナットを位置させることができ、鋼製大引の取付けが容易に行える鋼製大引の取付け構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る鋼製大引の取付け構造は、連設部1から先端が自由端となった上横片2を横方向に突出し且つ連設部1から上横片2と同じ方向に先端が自由端となった下横片3を突出すると共に上横片2に上横片2に設けた孔4に連通するようにナット5を固着してナット付きプレート6を形成し、角筒状をした鋼製大引7の端部開口8から鋼製大引7の底面壁9にナット付きプレート6を差し込んで上横片2と下横片3とで底面壁9を上下から挟持した状態でナット5と鋼製大引7の底面壁9に設けた孔18とを連通させ、基礎や束等の大引支持基台10の上面に大引支持基台10の側面より側方に突出するように載置部10bを設け、載置部10bに鋼製大引7の端部を載置すると共に載置部10bに設けたボルト挿入孔11から挿入したボルト12を鋼製大引7の孔18を介してナット付きプレート6のナット5に螺合して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、鋼製大引7の端部開口8から鋼製大引7の底面壁9にナット付きプレート6を差し込むだけで、ナット5を鋼製大引7の底面壁9に設けた孔18と連通した状態で保持でき、従来のようにナット5を鋼製大引7内に溶接やかしめ固定により取付ける必要がなくて、簡単に鋼製大引7を大引支持基台10にボルト12により取付けることが可能となるものである。

また、連設部1の中央部から先端が自由端となった上横片2を横方向に突出し且つ連設部1の両端部から上横片2と同じ方向に先端が自由端となった下横片3を突出し、下横片3、上横片2のいずれか一方の突出長を他方の突出長よりも長くすることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、鋼製大引7の端部開口8から鋼製大引7の底面壁9にナット付きプレート6を差し込んでナット5と底面壁9の孔18とを位置決めして連通させるに当たって、ナット付きプレート6の両下横片3又は上横片2のうちいずれかの先端を先に鋼製大引7の底面壁9の端部開口8側の下面又は上面に当てた状態で次に他方の先端を底面壁9の上面側又は下面側に沿って差し込むことでナット付きプレート6を底面壁9の上下面に挟持するように差し込むことができるものである。

また、上横片2の先端よりも両側の下横片3の先端を突出させ、上横片2の先端を斜め上方に突出させて上横片用ガイド部14とすることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、鋼製大引7の端部開口8から鋼製大引7の底面壁9にナット付きプレート6を差し込んでナット5と底面壁9の孔18とを位置決めして連通させるに当たって、ナット付きプレート6の両下横片3の先端を先に鋼製大引7の底面壁9の端部開口8側の下面に当てた状態で次に上横片2の先端の上横片用ガイド部14をガイドとして底面壁9の上面側に沿って差し込むことでナット付きプレート6を底面壁9の上下面に挟持するように差し込むことができるものである。

また、角筒状の鋼製大引7内に差し込まれる上横片2に角筒状をした鋼製大引7の端部開口8の横巾とほぼ等しい巾の部分を設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、上横片2を角筒状の鋼製大引7内に差し込むと上横片2の鋼製大引7に対する巾方向の位置決めが自動的になされてナット5と鋼製大引7の底面壁9に設けた孔18とを容易に一致させることができ、ナット5と孔18とを一致させた状態で鋼製大引7に対してナット5が巾方向にずれないようにできるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

まず、図1乃至図4に基づいて本発明の一実施形態につき説明する。ナット付きプレート6は、背の低い縦片よりなる連設部1の下端部の中央部から横方向に向けて先端が自由端となり且つナット5を固着した上横片2が突出してあり、また、連設部1の両側部からそれぞれ先端が自由端となった下横片3が上横片2の突出方向と同方向に突出して構成してある。

両下横片3はいずれも上横片2よりも少し下方に位置しており、下横片3と上横片2との上下方向の隙間の寸法は後述の筒状をした鋼製大引7の底面壁9の肉厚と同じか又は肉厚よりも少し短いものである。また、両下横片3は上横片2よりも突出長が長く、したがって、下横片3の先端は上横片2の先端よりも突出している。

図4に示すように、上横片2には孔4が設けてあり、この孔4に連通するように上横片2にナット5が取付けてある。ナット5は上横片2に設けた孔4よりも外径の大きいナット本体15とナット本体15の下端部に突設した上横片2に設けた孔4よりも外径の小さい細径筒部16とで構成してある。このナット5の細径筒部16をナット付きプレート6の上横片2に設けた孔4に上方より挿入してナット5本体を上横片2の上面側に位置させると共に細径筒部16に上横片2の下方よりリング17を嵌め込んで細径筒部16を上横片2の下面側にかしめ固定することでナット5を上横片2の孔4部分に固着している。このような固着状態でナット5はナット本体15が上横片2の上面側に位置し、リング17が上横片2の下面側に位置することになる。

本実施形態においてナット付きプレート6は、背の低い縦片よりなる連設部1の下端部の中央部から横方向に向けて先端が自由端となり且つナット5を固着した上横片2が突出してあり、また、連設部1の両側部からそれぞれ先端が自由端となった下横片3が上横片2の突出方向と同方向に突出して構成してある。両下横片3はいずれも上横片2よりも少し下方に位置しており、下横片3と上横片2との上下方向の隙間の寸法は後述の筒状をした鋼製大引7の底面壁9の肉厚と同じか又は肉厚よりも少し短いものである。また、上横片2は両下横片3よりも突出長が長く、この上横片2の下横片3よりも突出した部分が巾広の幅広部2aとなっていて、この巾広部2aの巾が角筒状をした鋼製大引7の端部開口8の横巾とほぼ等しい巾となっている。また、巾広部2aの突出先端の両コーナ部分は面取りしてあって、上横片2の先端を角筒状をした鋼製大引7の端部開口7から挿入する際に面取り部分をガイドとして挿入できるようにしてある。また、上横片2に対してナット5を固着する構成は前述と同様の図4(e)と同様の構成となっている。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、連設部から先端が自由端となった上横片を横方向に突出し且つ連設部から上横片と同じ方向に先端が自由端となった下横片を突出すると共に上横片に上横片に設けた孔に連通するようにナットを固着してナット付きプレートを形成し、角筒状をした鋼製大引の端部開口から鋼製大引の底面壁にナット付きプレートを差し込んで上横片と下横片とで底面壁を上下から挟持した状態でナットと底面壁に設けた孔とを連通させ、基礎や束等の大引支持基台の上面に支持基台の側面より側方に突出するように載置部を設け、載置部に鋼製大引の端部を載置すると共に載置部に設けたボルト挿入孔から挿入したボルトを鋼製大引の孔を介してナット付きプレートのナットに螺合してあるので、鋼製大引の端部開口から鋼製大引の底面壁にナット付きプレートを差し込むだけで、ナットを鋼製大引の底面壁に設けた孔と連通した状態で保持でき、従来のようにナットを鋼製大引内に溶接やかしめ固定により取付ける必要がなくて、簡単に鋼製大引を支持基台にボルトにより取付けることが可能となるものである。
