従来技術におけるチャンネルベースの固定構造は、特開平11−150376号に示されるようなものがあった。図4〜図6に示すように、チャンネルベース31の中抜きに形成された底面32にアンカーボルト取り付け用の穴33を開口していた。穴33にアンカーボルト34を挿通し、チャンネルベース31をアンカーボルト34で直接固定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来技術によれば、アンカーボルト34がチャンネルベース31の底面32を直接固定するためボックスの重量や風圧や振動等により負荷がかかり、底面32が撓む虞があった。撓んだ場合、チャンネルベース31が変形してしまい、チャンネルベース31の上に設置されるボックスもがたつく虞があった。

そこで本発明は、簡単な構造で、チャンネルベースを固定する際にかかる負荷により変形してしまうことを防止し、安定して設置できるチャンネルベースを提供することを目的とし、その構造は、チャンネルベースの底面の上に載置するアンカー金具は、アンカーボルト取り付け穴を有すると共に略L字状に形成し、アンカー金具はアンカーボルトで、チャンネルベースを設置する地面よりチャンネルベースの底面の板厚分浮いたところで地面に固定し、さらに、アンカー金具は、チャンネルベースの側面に当接させないで隙間を設け固定することを特徴とする。
