Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stacking roof material fixing device and a stacking roof material fixing method for stacking a new roof material on an existing roof material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 10 shows a conventional mode in the case where a new roof material is overlaid on an existing roof material. The existing roofing material 1 is fixed to the existing purlin 2 with existing hook bolts 3. When stacking a new roofing material, first, the new purlin 5 is fixed to the upper surface of the roofing material 1 with a fastening screw 4 penetrating the existing roofing material 1 and the main roof 2. Further, the new roof bolt 7 is fixed to the upper surface of the new purlin 5 by engaging the new hook bolt 6 with the new purlin 5.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional mode described above, the fastening screws 4 used for fixing the new purlin 5 to the existing roofing material 1 penetrate the roofing material 1 and the existing purlining 2, so that the existing roofing material and purlin Slate and metal scraps could fall indoors. Further, since the fastening screw 4 has a long total length because it penetrates the roofing material 1 and the purlin 2, workability is not good, such as being difficult to screw straight.
[0004]
In view of such a problem, the present applicant has created a technique as shown in FIGS. That is, the roofing material fixing device 11 for the double roofing used in this method includes the first mounting bracket 12, the second mounting bracket 13, and the attached purlin 14, and first, as shown in FIG. The first mounting bracket 12 is inserted and slid into the hook bolt 16 that fixes the existing roofing material 15 so that the first mounting bracket 12 is not separated from the existing roofing material 15. Next, in order to prevent the first mounting bracket 12 from sliding relative to the roofing material 15, the second mounting bracket 13 has a hole 17 surrounding the shaft portion of the hook bolt 16 as shown in FIG. The second mounting bracket 13 is placed on the first mounting bracket 12. Further, as shown in FIG. 11 (c), the splint 14 is arranged along the rising portions of the first mounting bracket 12 and the second mounting bracket 13, and the first mounting bracket 12 and the second mounting bracket 12 are mounted. The bracket 13 and the attached purlin 14 are temporarily fixed with bolts and nuts. Then, after adjusting for unevenness, etc., the bolts and nuts are finally tightened, and as shown in FIG. Then, a new roofing material is piled on the splint 14 of the stacked roofing material fixing device 11. In such a method, the roof material fixing device itself can be removed from the existing roof material without dropping waste indoors because it can be stacked and rolled without interposing a new penetrating member on the existing roof material or main building. There was an excellent advantage that it would not come off. On the other hand, regarding assembly and workability, it is a mode in which the three types of members of the first mounting bracket 12, the second mounting bracket 13 and the splint 14 are set in order, and finally are mutually fastened, so that it is further simplified. It would have been more suitable if it could be achieved.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above, and does not cause debris to fall indoors, and does not accidentally come off from existing roofing materials, and can be easily laid, and the roofing material can be used for laying. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing device and a method for fixing a roofing material for laying.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides the above-described existing roofing material that is fixed to the existing main building by a bolt having a shaft protruding from the upper surface of the existing roofing material, and a nut and a washer inserted into the shaft. A roofing material fixing device for stacking a new roofing material, arranged on the existing roofing material in a water-and-water direction, and fixing the new roofing material At least two fixtures, and at least a pair of light spacers disposed proximate to the corresponding fixtures to support the new roofing material against positive pressure, each of the fixtures being A pair of fittings that have a first hole through which a washer can penetrate and a second hole that connects to the first hole and through which the washer cannot penetrate and through which the bolt can penetrate, Vertical position relationship between one hole and the second hole Are disposed to have opposite to each other, characterized in that.
In addition, it is preferable that the existing and new roof materials are each formed in a corrugated shape, and the light spacer is an FRP member formed in a corrugated shape.
In addition, it is preferable that the fixture includes a slit that allows the engaging portion and the fixture to slide relative to each other in a state where the engaging portion of the construction jig is engaged with the bolt.

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the roofing material fixing device 21 for stacking is composed of a plurality of fixtures 25 that are arranged in the mountain portions of the corrugated existing roofing material 23 and a plurality of lights that are arranged in the vicinity thereof. And a spacer 27.
[0009]
The fixture 25 is a substantially tubular member made of metal and having an end surface formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. More specifically, the fixture 25 includes a bottom wall 29, a pair of left and right side walls 31, 33 and an upper wall 35. The bottom wall 29 has a curved shape in which the center rises upward corresponding to the peak portion of the existing corrugated roofing material. A through hole 37 is formed in the center of the bottom wall 29. The through hole 37 is a round hole having a diameter through which a washer portion that engages with a hook bolt of an existing roof material to be described later can pass. The first hole 39 is connected to the first hole 39 and includes a second hole 41 that is a long hole having a width that allows the shaft portion of the hook bolt to slide without allowing the washer portion to pass therethrough. This second hole 41 extends in the direction of the water surface of the roofing material. Next, the pair of left and right side walls 31, 33 rises upward from the corresponding side end of the side wall 29 and is connected to the corresponding side end of the upper wall 35. The distance between the pair of left and right side walls 31 and 33 is set so as to become narrower from the lower part to the upper part. Further, the upper wall 35 has a curved shape with the center rising upward corresponding to a mountain portion of a new corrugated roofing material to be rolled up. In the present embodiment, as an actual manufacturing mode of the fixture 25, an end face substantially U-shaped member in which the pair of left and right side walls 31, 33 and the upper wall 35 are integrated is formed at the lower end of the side walls 31, 33. However, the present invention is not limited to this production mode.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the light spacer 27 is a corrugated plate made of FRP, and supports a new roof material 43 against the positive pressure from above. More specifically, the light spacer 27 includes a convex portion 45 which is located below the peak portion of the new corrugated roof material 43 and slightly floats from the peak portion, and a valley of the existing corrugated roof material 23. It has a concave portion 47 which is located above the portion and has a shape slightly floating from the valley portion. At the same time, the convex portion 45 and the concave portion 47 are so arranged that when the positive pressure is applied to the corrugated new roof material 43, the light spacer 27 is bent and contacts the mountain portion of the roof material 43 and the valley portion of the roof material 23. It is also a simple shape. Moreover, when the light spacer 27 is arrange | positioned on the existing roofing material 23, the convex part 45 is formed so that it may become higher than the fixture 25. FIG.
[0011]
Next, a construction aspect of the roofing material fixing device 21 for the double roofing configured as described above will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, 6 and 7. 6 and 7 show the case where the VI part and the VII part of FIG. 2 are viewed from the side, respectively. The corrugated existing roofing material 23 is fixed to the existing main building 55 by a hook bolt 49 whose shaft portion protrudes from the upper surface of the mountain portion, and a nut 51 and a washer 53 that engage with the shaft portion. The fixture 25 is placed on the existing roof material 23 so that the washer 53 penetrates the first hole 39 of the fixture 25. Then, the fixture 25 is slid between the existing roof material 23 and the washer 53 so that the shaft portion of the hook bolt 49 moves relative to the first hole 39 in the second hole 41. This sliding is performed until the shaft portion of the hook bolt 49 relatively moves to almost the end of the second hole 41. As a result, the washer 53 is positioned above the second hole 41. Since the second hole 41 does not allow the washer 53 to penetrate as described above, the fixture 25 is not separated from the existing roof material 23. In this manner, the plurality of fixtures 25 are attached to each washer 53 of the hook bolt 49.
[0012]
A light spacer 27 is disposed in the vicinity of each fixture 25. The light spacer 27 is placed on the first hole 39 side of each fixture 25. After installing the plurality of fixtures 25 and the plurality of light spacers 27 in this way, a new roof material 43 having a corrugated shape is placed, and the roof material 43 is attached to the upper wall 35 of the fixture 25 by fastening means 57 including bolts and washers. Fasten to. As shown in FIG. 6, the fastening means 57 is screwed into the upper wall 35 through both of the two roof materials 43 at the portion where the new roof materials 43 adjacent to each other overlap. As shown in the figure, in the middle part of the new roofing material 43, only the roofing material 43 is penetrated and screwed into the upper wall 35.
[0013]
As described above, in the roofing material fixing device 21 for stacking roof according to the present embodiment, it is possible to stack a new roofing material only by setting two kinds of members. For this reason, the construction time until the setting of the roofing material fixing device 21 for overlapping thatched is completed is greatly shortened, and the workability is improved. Moreover, the reduction in the number of parts not only improves the workability, but also leads to a reduction in the weight of the roofing material fixing device for the double roofing, and can reduce the weight burden on the existing building. In addition, the fixing of the roofing material fixing device 21 for overlapping roofing to the existing roofing material 23 uses only the existing hook bolts 49 and does not involve drilling in the roofing material 23, so that no debris is dropped indoors. .
[0014]
Moreover, since the roofing material fixing device 21 for the double roofing is composed of two types of members and the new roofing material 43 is directly fastened to the fixture 25, it is possible to omit a splint and a new hook bolt. Therefore, the construction work can be simplified and the components of the roof material fixing device can be simplified. Moreover, even if the splint is omitted as described above, the light spacer 27 supports the new roof material 43 against the positive pressure, so that sufficient strength is ensured. In addition, since the light spacer is formed of FRP, the light spacer 27 bends according to the positive pressure, so that it is easy to become familiar with both the existing and new roof materials 23 and 43. Therefore, the new roof material 43 can be suitably supported. Furthermore, the fact that the light spacer is formed by FRP can also promote weight reduction, which can reduce the weight burden on the existing building.
[0015]
Furthermore, since the light spacers 27 need only be placed on the existing roofing material 23, a minimum height is not required in consideration of workability as in the case of a splint. The apparatus 21 can be configured to be low, and as a result, the finished height of the multiple firing can be suppressed. This can ensure the following advantages in terms of design. In other words, the existing building is designed on the premise that there is a roofing material at the position of the existing roofing material from the beginning. Therefore, if a new roofing material is spread on the existing roofing material, It can be said that an increase in the distance between the roofing material and the new roofing material is not preferable in terms of design. On the other hand, since the fixing device can be configured to be low if the roofing material fixing device for stacked roofs of the present invention is used, the distance between the existing roof material and the new roof material can be made smaller than before. It is very suitable in design. In addition, when layered, the space between the existing roof material and the new roof material will also function as a heat insulating layer, but the distance between the existing roof material and the new roof material is approximately In the embodiment of 3 cm or more, there is not much difference in the heat insulation effect. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is sufficient to secure the distance of at least 3 cm or more while configuring the low roofing material fixing device. As a result, it is possible to secure an appropriate space that effectively functions as a heat insulating layer between the existing roof material and the new roof material, while carrying out the stacking at a height suitable for the design. .
[0016]
Moreover, in the overlapping roofing material fixing device 21 of the present embodiment, although it is composed of two types of members, it is prevented from falling off from the existing roofing material 23 as described below. ing. FIG. 2 shows a portion in which a plurality of fixtures 25 appear in three rows in the horizontal direction and in two levels in the vertical direction (water and water). As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of fixtures 25 arranged vertically in the same row are arranged so that the vertical positional relationship between the first hole 39 and the second hole 41 is opposite to each other. That is, the plurality of fixtures 25 arranged in the first stage are all arranged in the direction in which the first hole 39 is located below the second hole 41, and conversely, the plurality of fixtures 25 arranged in the second stage. All of the fixtures 25 are arranged in a direction in which the first hole 39 is located on the water side of the second hole 41. Such an arrangement mode of the fixtures 25 prevents each fixture 25 from being detached from the existing roofing material 23. That is, when the first-stage fixture 25 is detached from the existing roof material 23, it is necessary to slide the fixture 25 in the water direction so that the washer 53 is positioned on the first hole 39. On the other hand, when the second-stage fixture 25 is detached from the existing roofing material 23, it is necessary to slide the fixture 25 in the downward direction so that the washer 53 is positioned on the first hole 39. However, the first-stage fixture 25 and the second-stage fixture 25 are integrally connected to each other via the fastening means 57 and the new roof material 43. Therefore, the upper and lower mounting fixtures 25 are attached in opposite directions as described above, and as a result, the upper and lower mounting fixtures 25 restrict the sliding in the separating direction. For this reason, sliding of each fixture 25 is restricted with respect to the existing roof material 23, and it is prevented from being detached from the roof material 23.
[0017]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, a stacking roof material fixing device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. The overlapping roofing material fixing device according to the present embodiment is obtained by adding a slit to the fixture in the first embodiment. Therefore, the structure of the fixture other than the slit, the structure of the light space, and other configurations such as the installation mode are the same as those in the first embodiment. A pair of left and right slits 65 and 67 are formed in the pair of left and right side walls 61 and 63 of the fixture 59. The slits 65 and 67 are provided so that an engaging portion of a jig, which will be described later, engages with a shaft portion of the hook bolt 49, and the engaging portion and the fixture 59 can be relatively slid in this state. . The slits 65 and 67 are open at one end surfaces 61a and 63a of the corresponding side walls 61 and 63, that is, end surfaces on the side where the first holes 39 are close to each other, and from the one end surfaces 61a and 63a toward the other end surfaces 61b and 63b. It extends almost horizontally.
[0018]
A jig 71 is used to easily slide the fixture 59 having the slits 65 and 67 between the existing roofing material 23 and the washer 53 of the existing hook bolt 49. As shown in FIG. 8, the jig 71 includes a base portion 73, a lever 75 swingably attached to one end thereof, and an arm 77 swingably attached to an intermediate portion of the lever 75, Further, a base plate 79 set on one end side of the base 73 is provided. The arm 77 includes a pair of left and right plates 77a and 77b and a pair of rods 77c and 77d that connect both ends of the plates 77a and 77b to each other. The pair of left and right plates 77a and 77b are arranged so as to sandwich the lever 75. The rod 77c penetrates the lever 75 and interconnects the rear ends of the pair of plates 77a and 77b. 75 is swingably supported. On the other hand, the rod 77d interconnects the front ends of the pair of plates 77a and 77b, functions as an engaging portion for the existing hook bolt 49, and can slide in the pair of slits 65 and 67 formed in the fixture 59. With a large diameter.
[0019]
Next, the operation | movement which slides the fixture 59 between the existing roof material 23 and the washer 53 using such a jig | tool 71 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 9A, a contact plate 79 is disposed on one end side of the base portion 73 of the jig 71, and the fixture 59 is brought into contact with the opposite side of the contact plate 79 from the base portion 73. At this time, the fixture 59 is set so that the opening direction of the slits 65 and 67 is opposite to the jig 71. Next, the fixture 59 is placed on the existing roof material 23 so that the washer 53 that engages with the existing hook bolt 49 passes through the first hole 39 of the fixture 59, and the rod of the arm 77 of the jig 71. 77d is put into the slits 65 and 67 of the fixture 59. At this time, the arm 77 is positioned in the vicinity of the hook bolt 49 so that the hook bolt 49 is sandwiched between the contact plate 79 and the rod 77d.
[0020]
When the setting as described above is completed, the lever 75 is tilted toward the base portion 73 as shown in FIG. As a result, the hook bolt 49 receives a force in such a direction as to approach the contact plate 79 of the jig 71. However, since the hook bolt 49 is fixed to the existing roofing material 23 and does not move, the jig 71 and the fixture 59 abutting on the jig 71 slide in the direction of the arrow in the figure due to the reaction force. Thereby, the fixture 59 slides between the existing roof material 23 and the washer 53, and the washer 53 moves relatively so as to be positioned above the second hole 41 of the fixture 59. In this way, in the present embodiment, the fixture 59 can be easily slid by the jig 71, and the fixture 59 can be set so as not to be detached from the existing roof material 23. Further, the subsequent assembly of the roofing material fixing device for overlapping roofing and the overlapping roofing of the new roofing material are the same as in the case of the first embodiment. As described above, in the second embodiment, in addition to having the same advantages as those of the first embodiment, there is an advantage that the attachment tool 59 can be easily set.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As explained above, according to the roofing material fixing device for stacked roof of the present invention according to claim 1, construction is very easy by being composed of two types of parts, a fixture and a light spacer, In addition, when attaching the roofing material fixing device for the overlapping roofing to the existing roofing material, since there is no fixture that penetrates the existing roofing material, as in the conventional case, the debris accompanying the downward penetration of the existing roofing material is removed. It is possible to avoid dropping. In addition, since the number of members is simple compared to the existing technology, the weight newly added to the existing roofing material due to the overlapping is reduced.
According to the stacking roof material fixing device according to claim 2, since the light spacer is made of FRP, the weight burden on the existing building due to weight reduction is reduced. It is easy to become familiar with new roofing materials. Furthermore, since the light spacer can support the new roofing material against the positive pressure, the main building is omitted, and the number of types of components of the roofing material fixing device for the double roofing is reduced.
According to the roofing material fixing apparatus for laying roof according to claim 3, it can be combined with the construction jig, and the construction is further facilitated.
According to the method for fixing the roofing material for stacked roofs according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the fixtures from falling off by arranging the pair of fixtures adjacent in the vertical direction so that the vertical directions are opposite to each other. It is possible to carry out layering without using dedicated parts, and to reduce the types of parts used and to facilitate construction.
