【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、握り飯製造用治具を用いて回転させながら内部の握り飯を成形するようにした握り飯製造装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、握り飯は人の手で握られて作られていた。人の手で握る場合、その人が握り飯を作る経験を積んだ人であれば、その経験に基づく適度な圧縮速度及び適度な圧縮力で飯を握ることができるので、表面付近は固く、内部は柔らかくふっくらとした握り飯を作ることが可能であった。このような握り飯は、歯応えや舌触りが良く、食感に優れた美味しいものである。しかしながら、人の手で製造する場合には、ある程度の経験を積んだ人でなければこれらの食感に優れた握り飯を作ることができないという問題があった。また、製造速度が安定せず、疲労のために大量に製造することが難しいという問題があった。さらに、握り飯毎の飯の量を一定にすることが難しいので、大きさ、重さ、固さ等の品質が安定しないという問題もあった。

なお、握り飯を機械で製造する試みもなされているようではあるが、この装置は、一側面が開口された所定形状の容器内に飯を入れた後、この飯を、前記開口部から進入される押し板で圧縮成形するものであった。この従来の握り飯製造装置によれば、飯は表面のみならず中心部までが固く圧縮されてしまい、飯が表面付近のみならず中心部まで押し潰されて、歯応えや舌触りが悪い握り飯となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題を解消し、表面付近は締め固められる一方で内部は柔らかくふっくらして歯応えや舌触りが良好な握り飯を、手動又は自動的に作ることができて、握り飯の大量生産を行なうことができ、しかも構造が簡単で小型化できる握り飯製造装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために提案されたものであって、請求項1に記載の発明は、基台の上面に所定間隔をおいて立設された左右側板と、これら左右側板間の内部奥側に配置され、前記左右側板の上部開放部から投入される握り飯製造用治具の膨出部を受け止める左右一対の受け板と、これら受け板の前部に配設される回転板と、前記左右側板のいずれか一方の外側に回転可能に配設されて前記左右一対の回転板を手動で回転駆動するための取っ手部材からなり、前記握り飯製造用治具は、握り飯の一方の面を成形する第1成形部と、他方の面を成形する第2成形部からなり、前記第1成形部と前記第2成形部は、左右に膨出するとともに、その内部に飯がふっくらと封入される膨出部と、前記第1成形部と前記第2成形部の周縁部から延出する周縁辺を備え、前記回転板は、前記握り飯製造用治具の膨出部の円弧状縁と対応した中心側に向けて凹む円弧状受け部を備え、前記円弧状縁は、前記受け板の上斜面並びに前記円弧状受け部に受け止められ、前記周縁辺は、前記左右一対の受け板の間並びに左右一対の回転板の間に入り込み、前記回転板が回転すると、該回転板は前記握り飯製造用治具を前記受け板との間で前記握り飯製造用治具を回転させて内部の飯を回転によるはね上げはね下げによる衝撃圧で押圧して握り飯を成形することを特徴とする握り飯製造装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る握り飯製造装置の実施の形態について、図を参照しつつ説明する。
図1は本発明の第1実施形態の握り飯製造装置を示し、(a)はその側面斜視図、(b)はその正面斜視図、図2は同装置における飯を封入した握り飯製造用治具をセットした状態の側面斜視図、図3は同装置における回転板の回転による第1段階の握り飯成形時の状態を示す側面斜視図、図4は同装置における回転板の回転による第2段階の握り飯成形時の状態を示す側面斜視図、図5は同装置における回転板の回転による第3段階の握り飯成形時の状態を示す側面斜視図である。

この第1実施形態の握り飯製造装置は、図1(a)(b)に示すように、平板上の基台1の上面の幅方向ほぼ中央部に所定間隔をおいて前後向きに立設された透明の樹脂からなる左右側板2、3と、これら左右側板2、3間の内部奥側に配置され、左右側板2、3の上部開放部4から投入され内部に飯M(図10参照)がふっくらと封入された握り飯製造用治具5(図9参照)の膨張部5aを受け止めるために左右側板2、3の内面に取付固定された左右一対の受け板6、7と、これら受け板6、7の前部に配置され握り飯製造用治具5の周縁辺5bが入り込むとともに膨張部5aを受け止め、回転することによって受け板6、7との間で握り飯用製造治具5を回転させて内部の飯Mを回転によるはね上げはね下げによる衝撃圧で押圧して握り飯T(図14参照)を成形するための左右一対の回転板8、9と、左右側板2、3から回転板8、9を貫通した回転軸10の一方の側板2の外側に回転可能に配設されて左右一対の回転板8、9を手動で回転駆動するための取っ手部材11を有するギヤ12とを備えている。

更に、左右一対の受け板6、7は、その上斜面6a、7aが握り飯製造用治具5の円弧状縁と対応した円弧状に形成されている。また、回転板8、9は、握り飯製造用治具5の膨出部5aの円弧状縁と対応した中心側に向けて凹む円弧状受け部8a、9aを円周方向に4箇所設けている。

その後、図3、図4、図5に示すように、取っ手部材11を回動して左右一対の回転板8、9を図にて時計方向に回転させると、握り飯製造用治具5が反時計方向に回転され、この握り飯製造用治具5内に封入されている飯Mが回転によるはね上がり次いではね下がるその際の衝撃圧で飯Mが壁に押圧されてその部分が固くなり握り飯Tが成形されることとなる。尚、これについては、図8〜図13に基づいて、後に詳しく説明する。

図6は第2実施形態の握り飯製造装置を示す側面斜視図である。尚、上記した第1実施形態における同一部材、同一箇所には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。
この第2実施形態の握り飯製造装置は、図6に示すように、回転軸10の先端の一方の側板2の外側部分にギヤ12が取り付けられていて、他方の側板3の外側に配置された駆動モータ13の軸部14が左右側板2、3を貫通して配設されて、この軸部14における一方の側板2の外側に突出した部分に駆動ギヤ15が取り付けられ、この駆動ギヤ15とギヤ12とが噛み合っている。
そして、この駆動モータ13を駆動することによって、軸部14と駆動ギヤ15を介してギヤ12が回転され、回転軸10を介して左右一対の回転板8、9が回転されて、左右側板2、3内に投入された握り飯製造用治具5が回転されることによって、上記した第1実施形態と同様にして、この握り飯製造用治具5内に封入された飯Mが握り飯Tに形成されることとなる。

図7は第3実施形態の握り飯製造装置を示す側面斜視図である。尚、上記した第1実施形態における同一部材、同一箇所には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。
この第3実施形態の握り飯製造装置は、図7に示すように、駆動ギヤ15が駆動モータ13の軸部14の先端に対して着脱可能に取り付けられていて、ギヤ12には手動で回転板8、9を回転させるための取っ手部材11が取り付けられている。

また、手動で行なうときには、軸部14の先端から駆動ギヤ15を取り外して、取っ手部材11を手で回転させることによって、上記した第1実施形態と同様にして握り飯製造用治具5が回転されて内部の飯Mが握り飯Tに成形されることとなる。

ここで、前述した握り飯製造用治具5について、図8、図9を参照しつつ、更に詳述すると、この握り飯製造用治具5は、握り飯M(図10〜図13参照)の一方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部5aを有する第1成形部5cと、飯Mの他方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部5aを有する第2成形部5dと、これら第1成形部5cと第2成形部5dを連結する連結部5eと、各成形部5c、5dの周縁部から略輪状に延出された周縁辺5bとで形成されている。
更に、周縁辺5bにおける前記した連結部5eの反対側の外側縁から外向きに広い幅の延設された取っ手片5g、5gがそれぞれ形成されていて、その幅方向中央箇所に円穴5h、5hがそれぞれ形成されている。

また、各膨出部5a、5aの基端周縁から中央に向けて球面状に膨らんだ部分は、略W字形の山谷形状部5i、5iにそれぞれ形成され、更に中央側部分は無数の凹凸部を有する水平形状部5j、5jに形成されている。
これらの第1成形部5cと第2成形部5dは、連結部5eから表向きに回動させると、図9に示すように、上下に膨らんだ各膨出部5a、5aを有する袋状となり、これら各膨出部5a、5a部分に飯Mが封入された状態となる。

次に、図10、図11、図12、図13を参照しつつ、握り飯製造用治具5が握り飯製造装置内で回転されながらこの握り飯製造治具5内に封入されている飯Mが握り飯Tに成形されていく過程について、概略説明する。
内部に定量分の飯がふっくらと封入されて左右側板2、3間の上部開放部4から投入された握り飯製造用治具5が左右一対の受け板6、7の円弧状の上斜面6a、7aと左右一対の回転板8、9のそれぞれ1箇所の円弧状受け部8a、9aで受け止められる。

この状態では、握り飯製造用治具5は、その初期の状態では、図10に示すように、内部の飯Mが前後の膨出部5a、5a内で下側の連結部5e寄り部分に下がった状態となっており、この握り飯製造用治具5が回転板8、9の回転で図にて反時計方向に回転される。
次には、図11に示すように、取っ手片5g、5gが図にて左側で連結部5eが右側に位置すると、内部の握り飯Mは連結部5e寄り部分から図にて右下側に寄った状態となり、回転時に治具5がはね上げられ落ちた時に右下部分に衝撃圧がかかり、その右下端部分が締め固められるように成形され、更に反時計方向に回転されると、図12に示すように、内部の飯Mは下側の取っ手片5g、5g寄り部分に下がった状態となって、回転時に治具5のはね上げはね下がりにより衝撃が左右端にかかり、その右下端部分が締め固められるように成形される。
更に反時計方向に回転されると、図13に示すように、取っ手片5g、5gが図にて右側で連結部5eが左側に位置して、内部の飯Mは図にて右下側に寄った状態となし、前記同様にしてその右下端部分が締め固められるように成形され、更に反時計方向に回転されると図10の状態に戻り、図にて下側の連結部5e寄り部分に下がった状態となり、同様にしてその右下側部分が締め固められるように成形される。

また、これとともに、図10〜図13に示す握り飯製造用治具5が図にて反時計方向に回転移送される間は、飯Mの図にて前後の表面部分も常に各膨出部5a、5aの内面に圧接された状態となっているので、これら前後の表面部分も締め固められるように成形される。
しかし、握り飯Tの内部は、柔らかくふっくらした状態が保たれていて、表面部分が締め固められる一方で内部は柔らかくふっくらとして歯応えや舌触りが良好な握り飯が形成されることとなる。
しかも、このような握り飯Tを、握り飯を作った経験がない人でも容易に作ることができる。
また、握り飯製造装置の構造が簡単で、安価に提供できる。

尚、このような握り飯Tは、例えば、図14に示すように、外側に海苔Nを巻いた状態でも市販され、握り飯製造用治具5内に握り飯Tが入った状態で販売されることとなる。
また、この握り飯製造装置で、握り飯Tに限らず、焼きおにぎり、赤飯、おこあ等のおむすびでも製造できることは勿論である。
