【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、握り飯の一方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第1成形部と、握り飯の他方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第2成形部と、これら第1成形部と第2成形部を回動自在に連結する連結部と、各成形部の周縁部から略輪状に延出された延出片とからなる握り飯製造用治具を強制的に回転させながら内部の握り飯を成形するようにした握り飯製造装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、握り飯は人の手で握られて作られていた。人の手で握る場合、その人が握り飯を作る経験を積んだ人であれば、その経験に基づく適度な圧縮速度及び適度な圧縮力で飯を握ることができるので、表面付近は固く、内部は柔らかくふっくらとした握り飯を作ることが可能であった。このような握り飯は、歯応えや舌触りが良く、食感に優れた美味しいものである。しかしながら、人の手で製造する場合には、ある程度の経験を積んだ人でなければこれらの食感に優れた握り飯を作ることができないという問題があった。また、製造速度が安定せず、また疲労のために大量に製造することが難しいという問題があった。さらに、握り飯毎の飯の量を一定にすることが難しいので、大きさ、重さ、固さ等の品質が安定しないという問題もあった。

なお、握り飯を機械で製造する試みもなされているようではあるが、この装置は、一側面が開口された所定形状の容器内に飯を入れた後、この飯を、前記開口部から進入される押し板で圧縮成形するものであった。この従来の握り飯製造装置によれば、飯は表面のみならず中心部までが固く圧縮されてしまい、飯が表面付近のみならず中心部まで押し潰されて、歯応えや舌触りが悪い握り飯となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題を解消し、表面付近は締め固められる一方で内部は柔らかくふっくらして歯応えや舌触りが良好な握り飯を、握り飯を作った経験がない人でも容易に作ることができ、且つ殆ど自動的に作ることができて、握り飯の大量生産を行うことができる握り飯製造装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するために提案されたものであって、請求項1に記載の発明は、握り飯の一方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第1成形部と、握り飯の他方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第2成形部と、これら第1成形部と第2成形部を回動自在に連結する連結部と、各成形部の周縁部から略輪状に延出された延出片とからなる握り飯製造用治具を強制的に回転させながら内部の握り飯を成形するようにした握り飯製造装置であって、一方向に回転する略筒状の第1回転体と、他方向に回転する略円板状の第2回転体と、前記第1回転体の外周面に複数垂下状態で設けられ、前記握り飯製造用治具の上側を回転自在に保持しながら押し送りする上側押送部材と、前記第2回転体の周縁近傍に複数立設され、前記握り飯製造用治具の下側を回転自在に保持しながら受け送りする下側受送部材とを有し、前記上側押送部材と前記下側受送部材の中央部分に前記握り飯製造用治具の前記延出片が入り込む間隙部が設けられ、前記握り飯製造用治具の各膨出部の基端部が前記上側押送部材の前面と前記下側受送部材の上面に当接しながら、逆回転する前記上側押送部材と前記下側受送部材との間で前記握り飯製造用治具が一方向に回転し続けながら送られることによって、前記握り飯製造用治具内の握り飯を成形するように構成したことを特徴としている。

請求項2に記載の発明は、前記第1回転体と第2回転体はカバー体に覆われていて、このカバー体の上面に炊飯器をセットするためのセット部が設けられ、更に、このセット部の前側に前記炊飯器から取り出す飯を規定分量分下側に落とし込む一対の穴部が設けられていて、この穴部の下側に計量器が配置され、この計量器の載せ台の上面に前記握り飯製造用治具が開いた状態で載置して、前記各穴部から落とし込まれた飯を前記握り飯製造用治具の各成形部内に入れ込むように構成したことを特徴としている。
請求項3に記載の発明は、前記カバー体の適宜箇所に、握り飯を封入した前記握り飯製造用治具を前記上側押送部材と前記下側受送部材との間に供給するための投入口が設けられていることを特徴としている。

以下、発明に係る握り飯製造装置の実施の形態について、図を参照しつつ説明する。

本実施形態の握り飯製造装置は、図1、図2、図3に示すように、外側が略筐体形状のカバー体1に覆われていて、このカバー体1の上面に蓋を開けた状態の炊飯器2を前側が低くなるようにセットするためのセット部3が設けられ、このセット部3の前側に炊飯器2から取り出す飯(図示略)を規定分量分下側に落とし込む一対の穴部4、4が設けられていて、この穴部4、4の下側に計量器5が配置され、この計量器5の載せ台5aの上面に後述する握り飯製造用治具6が開いた状態で載置されており、各穴部4、4から落とし込まれた飯を握り飯製造用治具6の各成形部6a、6bに計量器5で計量しながら入れ込むようにしている。
また、図4に示すように、カバー体1の適宜箇所には、成形前の握り飯を封入した握り飯製造用治具6をカバー体1内の回転成形部(後述する)に供給するための角筒形状に上向きに突出し内部が開口された投入口7が設けられている。

更に、図3に示すように、カバー体1の側部には、カバー体1内の回転成形部で回転されながら送られて内部の握り飯が成形された後の握り飯製造用治具6を自動排出する側向きに開口された排出口8が設けられている。
そして、図5に示すように、カバー体1内の回転成形部は、一方向に回転し上下方向中途部に回転伝達用の円板部9aを有する略筒状の第1回転体9と、この第1回転体9の下側に配置されて他方向(第1回転体とは逆方向)に回転する略円板状の第2回転体10と、前記第1回転体9の外周面に所定間隔毎に複数垂下状態で設けられ、後述する握り飯製造用治具6の上側を保持しながらこの握り飯製造用治具6の上側を押して回転させながら押し送りする正面視略縦コ字形の上側押送部材11と、第2回転体10の周縁近傍箇所で上側押送部材11と上下向きに対向するように所定間隔毎に複数立設され、握り飯製造用治具6の下側を回転自在に保持しながらこの握り飯製造用治具6を順次受け送りする側面視略台形状の一対の下側受送部材12、12とを有している。

後に詳述するが、上側押送部材11と一対の下側受送部材12、12には、その中央部分に握り飯製造用治具6の外周縁の延出片6cが入り込む間隙部11a及び12aが設けられていて、握り飯製造用治具6の中央部分の握り飯を成形する部分である両側の膨出部6d、6fの基端部が上側押送部材11と一対の下側受送部材12、12の前面及び上面に当接しながら、互いに逆回転する上側押送部材11と下側受送部材12、12との間で握り飯製造用治具6が一方向に回転し続けながら送られることによって、握り飯製造用治具6内の握り飯を成形するようになっている(詳しくは、図5における引出し部分である一点鎖線の円弧内の部分拡大斜視図を参照すること)。

また、第1回転体9と第2回転体10とを互いに逆方向に回転させる回転駆動手段は、図5及び図6に示すように、第1回転体9の外側に配置された筒状体25の上端縁に架け渡された支持板状体26の中心部から軸受27を介して回転自在に下向きに垂設され、第1回転体9の円板部9aと円板形状の第2回転体10の中心を貫いて立設された長軸13と、この長軸13の下側に取り付けられた大径の第1ギヤ体14と、長軸13の上下方向中間部にベアリング15を介して配設され第2回転体10を回転させるための大径の第2ギヤ体16と、駆動モータ17から垂下された駆動軸18と、この駆動軸18の下側に取り付けられて第1ギヤ体14と噛み合う下側駆動ギヤ19と、駆動軸18の上下方向中間部に取り付けられて中間ギヤ20を介して第2ギヤ体16と噛み合う中間駆動ギヤ21とから構成されている。
そして、駆動モータ17を回転駆動することによって、駆動軸18と下側駆動ギヤ19とこれに噛み合う第1ギヤ体14の回転によって長軸13を回転して第1回転体9を正回転させ、駆動軸18と中間駆動ギヤ21と中間ギヤ20とこれに噛み合う第2ギヤ体16の回転によって第2回転体10を逆回転させるようにしている。

ここで、前述した握り飯製造用治具6について、図7、図8を参照しつつ、更に詳述すると、この握り飯製造用治具6は、握り飯M(図9〜図12参照)の一方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部6dを有する第1成形部6aと、握り飯M(図9〜図12参照)の他方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部6fを有する第2成形部6bと、これら第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bを回動自在に連結する連結部6gと、各成形部6d、6fの周縁部から略輪状に延出された延出片6cとで形成されている。
更に、延出片6cにおける前記した連結部6gの反対側の外側縁から外向きに広い幅の延設された取っ手片6h、6hにそれぞれ形成されていて、その幅方向中央箇所に円穴6i、6iがそれぞれ形成されている。

また、各膨出部6d、6fの基端周縁から中央に向けて球面状に膨らんだ部分は、略W字形の山谷形状部6j、6jにそれぞれ形成され、更に中央側部分は無数の凹凸部を有する水平形状部6k、6kに形成されている。
これらの第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bは、連結部6gから表向きに回動させると、図8に示すように、上下に膨らんだ各膨出部6d、6fを有する袋状となり、これら各膨出部6d、6f部分に握り飯M(図9〜図12参照)が封入された状態となる。

次に、図9、図10、図11、図12を参照しつつ、握り飯製造用治具6が握り飯製造装置内で強制的に回転移送されながらこの握り飯製造治具6内に封入されている握り飯Mが成形されていく過程について、概略説明する。
内部に定量分の飯が封入されてカバー体1の投入口7から上側押送部材11と下側受送部材12、12との間に供給された握り飯製造用治具6は、その初期の状態では、図9に示すように、内部の握り飯Mが前後の膨出部6d、6f内で下側の連結部6g寄り部分に下がった状態となっており、上側押送部材11の正回転方向への移動と下側受送部材12、12の逆回転方向への移動によって、図にて反時計方向に回転されながら移送される。

次には、図10に示すように、取っ手片6h、6hが図にて左側で連結部6gが右側に位置すると、内部の握り飯Mは連結部6g寄り部分から図にて下側に寄った状態となり、その下端部分が締め固められるように成形され、更に反時計方向に回転されながら移送されると、図11に示すように、内部の握り飯Mは下側の取っ手片6h、6h寄り部分に下がった状態となって、その下端部分が締め固められるように成形され、更に反時計方向に回転されながら移送されると、図12に示すように、取っ手片6h、6hが図にて右側で連結部6gが左側に位置して、内部の握り飯Mは図にて下側に寄った状態となり、その下端部分が締め固められるように成形され、更に反時計方向に回転されながら移送されると図9の状態に戻り、図にて下側の連結部6g寄り部分に下がった状態となり、その下側部分が締め固められるように成形される。
また、これとともに、図9〜図12に示す握り飯製造用治具6が図にて反時計方向に回転移送される間は、握り飯Mの図にて前後の表面部分も常に各膨出部6d、6fの内面に圧接された状態となっているので、これら前後の表面部分も締め固められるように成形される。

しかし、握り飯Mの内部は、柔らかくふっくらした状態が保たれていて、表面部分が締め固められる一方で内部は柔らかくふっくらとして歯応えや舌触りが良好な握り飯が形成されることとなる。
しかも、このような握り飯Mを、握り飯を作った経験がない人でも容易に作ることができる。
特に、このような握り飯Mを殆ど自動的に作ることができて、握り飯の大量生産を行うことができる。

次に、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bとに定量分の飯を入れた状態で、連結部6gで回動させて第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bとが折り重なって開かないようにする構造例として、図13と図14及び図15と図16を参照しつつ説明する。
図13と図14に示す例では、図13に示すように、第1成形部6aの図にて上側の取っ手部6hに外縁左側からL字形状の切り込み6mを設けるとともに、第2成形部6bの下側の取っ手片6hに外縁右側に垂直な直線状の切り込み6nを設けて、図14に示すように、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bとを折り重ねた状態で、一方の取っ手片6hのL字形の切り込み6mで形成された係入片6qを他方の取っ手片6hの直線状の切り込み6nに差し込むことによって、この係入片6qを上下から挟み込むようにして抜け止めすることによって、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bが開かないようにできて、内部に握り飯Mを封入した状態を保つことができる。尚、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bを互いに開く場合には、係入片6qを直線状の切り込み6nから引き抜くことによって簡単に開くことができる。

また、図15と図16に示す別例では、図15に示すように、第1成形部6aの図にて上側の取っ手片6hに左右一対の凸部6s、6sを突設するとともに、第2成形部6bの下側の取っ手片6hに左右一対の凹部6t、6tを設けて、図16に示すように、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bとを折り重ねた状態で、一方の取っ手片6hの左右一対の凸部6s、6sを他方の取っ手片6hの左右一対の凹部6t、6tに圧入することによって、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bが開かないようにできて、内部に握り飯Mを封入した状態を保つことができる。尚、第1成形部6aと第2成形部6bを互いに開く場合には、左右一対の凸部6s、6sを左右一対の凹部6t、6tから強制的に引き抜くことによって簡単に開くことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、請求項1に記載の発明は、握り飯の一方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第1成形部と、握り飯の他方の面側を成形し、一面側に膨出部を有する第2成形部と、これら第1成形部と第2成形部を回動自在に連結する連結部と、各成形部の周縁部から略輪状に延出された延出片とからなる握り飯製造用治具を強制的に回転させながら内部の握り飯を成形するようにした握り飯製造装置であって、一方向に回転する略筒状の第1回転体と、他方向に回転する略円板状の第2回転体と、第1回転体の外周面に複数垂下状態で設けられ、握り飯製造用治具の上側を回転自在に保持しながら押し送りする上側押送部材と、第2回転体の周縁近傍に複数立設され、握り飯製造用治具の下側を回転自在に保持しながら受け送りする下側受送部材とを有し、上側押送部材と下側受送部材の中央部分に握り飯製造用治具の延出片が入り込む間隙部が設けられ、握り飯製造用治具の各膨出部の基端部が上側押送部材の前面と下側受送部材の上面に当接しながら、逆回転する上側押送部材と下側受送部材との間で握り飯製造用治具が一方向に回転し続けながら送られることによって、握り飯製造用治具内の握り飯を成形するように構成したものであるから、以下に述べる効果を奏する。
即ち、表面付近は締め固められる一方で内部は柔らかくふっくらして歯応えや舌触りが良好な握り飯を、握り飯を作った経験がない人でも容易に作ることができ、且つ殆ど自動的に作ることができて、握り飯の大量生産を行うことができる。

請求項3に記載の発明は、カバー体の適宜箇所に、握り飯を封入した握り飯製造用治具を上側押送部材と下側受送部材との間に供給するための投入口が設けられているので、握り飯を封入した握り飯製造用治具をこの投入口から投入するだけで、上側押送部材と下側受送部材との間で握り飯製造用治具を回転させて移送することができ、握り飯供給用治具内の握り飯を成形することができて、その作業を簡単化でき、且つ作業能率を高めることができる。
