Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a garbage disposal apparatus for treating garbage with microorganisms.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, due to the problem of garbage disposal capacity of each local government, garbage disposal apparatuses that can treat garbage not only for general households but also for industrial use such as food and beverage industry, poultry farming and pig farming are becoming widespread. As a garbage disposal apparatus, there are an apparatus that makes it possible to reuse garbage as fertilizer, and an apparatus that eliminates most of the garbage by microorganisms. Among them, a garbage processing apparatus using microorganisms has recently become readily available due to the development of biotechnology, and various apparatuses are sold by home appliance manufacturers and the like.
[0003]
The treatment apparatus using microorganisms has advantages that most of the input garbage is lost and that no odors or insects are generated, which is a factor that can be easily introduced without much trouble. It is particularly useful for apartment houses such as condominiums and restaurants in the vicinity of residential areas, and recently there are apartments and detached houses that are equipped with this processing device as standard equipment.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional garbage processing apparatus using microorganisms generally includes a decomposition medium material containing microorganisms and a processing tank for storing the garbage, and an agitation apparatus for stirring the decomposition medium material and the garbage in the processing tank. The current situation is that the device itself must be large and complicated and expensive. This factor is considered to be mainly in the structure of the conventional stirring apparatus. In the garbage disposal method using microorganisms, it is necessary to periodically mix and agitate the decomposition medium material and garbage in order to increase the processing capacity, and the agitator is indispensable, but the structure of the agitator is too much. Because it was complicated.
[0005]
A conventional general stirring device has a structure in which a rotating shaft is provided inside a treatment tank and a stirring blade is attached to the rotating shaft for stirring. Therefore, in order to hold the stirring device inside, it is necessary to integrally mold the treatment tank by plastic molding or the like, and the treatment tank itself becomes expensive. In addition, there are various problems such as sealing between the processing tank and the rotating shaft, assembly of the stirring device in the processing tank, strength of the processing tank for rotating and supporting the stirring device, and the cost is high, and the apparatus is large. It will become. And since the stirring apparatus exists in the inside of a processing tank, there existed a problem that maintenance, such as internal cleaning, became difficult.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor has achieved the present invention as a result of intensive studies in view of the above-mentioned problems. The feature of the present inventor is that in a processing apparatus for processing garbage with a decomposition medium material containing microorganisms, A storage medium containing the decomposition medium material and the garbage, and at least a part of the bottom of the processing tank formed of a soft material is supported at the bottom of the processing tank. The belt member that repeats tension and relaxation is arranged.
[0008]
Here, the “decomposition medium material” in the present specification refers to a carrier holding a soil microorganism or the like that decomposes protein, cellulose and the like. Examples of the carrier include wood chips, wood flour, and peat moss. The garbage is decomposed by mixing and stirring the decomposition medium material and the garbage. Garbage is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor by microorganisms, and most of it disappears.
[0009]
The “treatment tank” is a portion for storing a decomposition medium material, and refers to a container or bag-shaped container for putting garbage into this for decomposition treatment. In the present invention, at least the bottom portion of the treatment tank is formed of a soft material. That is, the whole processing tank may be formed of a soft material, or the upper frame or the cylindrical portion is formed of a steel plate such as plastic or stainless steel, and the bottom is formed of a soft material. Moreover, the inside of the treatment tank may be divided into a plurality of sections, and in this case, it is preferable that the substantially central part of the bottom part protrudes upward. This is the case where, for example, one or more shaft members are horizontally provided radially at the substantially central portion on the bottom side of the processing tank, or the processing tank itself is formed so that a plurality of reservoirs exist. In addition, although it cannot be said as a partition, the treatment tank itself may be formed so as to push up one point of the central portion, or another member may be provided.
[0010]
In addition to directly storing the garbage etc. in the treatment tank, a separate bag may be placed to store the garbage in the treatment tank. The material of the bag body may be basically the same as the soft material described later, but it is inexpensive because it is convenient to dispose of the bag body when disposing the contents, such as when the decomposition medium is outdated. A sheet of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene is preferred. When using a separate bag, it is preferable to fix it with a hook-and-loop fastener or an adhesive so that it does not move during stirring.
[0011]
The “soft material” refers to a member that has flexibility and has sufficient resilience against repeated deformation when formed into a bag shape. Examples of such a soft material include a fabric such as rubber and canvas, a sheet such as polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene, a nonwoven fabric, a net, and a composite material thereof. The soft material does not require water resistance or water retention, can store and hold the decomposition medium material and raw garbage, and can sufficiently withstand the repeated deformation caused by the movement of the belt member. I just need it. In addition, it may be possible to increase the activity of microorganisms by using a structure in which a heater is provided inside or on the surface made of a soft material. It is good also as a structure which provides or connects an air blower and a suction device. All or the bottom of the processing tank is formed by molding or sewing into a container shape or bag shape with such a soft material.
[0012]
In the conventional garbage processing apparatus, in order to remove the contents in the processing tank such as when the degraded decomposition medium material is replaced, it is necessary to provide a discharge port at the bottom of the processing tank. However, in the present invention, since the treatment tank is not equipped with a stirring device or the like and is stirred by a belt member disposed in the lower part of the treatment tank, the treatment tank can be easily removed, and the contents Removal and cleaning are extremely easy. In particular, if the decomposition medium material and the garbage are stored separately in a bag body made of polyethylene or the like, the bag body can be taken out and processed, and handling becomes even easier. When the processing apparatus is large, an opening that can be opened and closed may be provided at the bottom of the processing tank. In addition, the cylindrical part at the top of the treatment tank may be formed of a plastic molded product. In this case, a partial discharge port is provided in a part of the peripheral surface to partially dispose the contents such as seeds that cannot be decomposed. You may make it discharge.
[0013]
The “belt member” refers to a member that is provided at a lower portion of a bottom portion made of a soft material of a processing tank and moves the bottom portion of the processing tank up and down by moving the belt member. The belt member is moved by supporting at least a part of the belt member so as to be reciprocally movable and stretching or slackening the belt member itself. That is, the bottom part of the processing tank is moved up and down by tensioning and relaxing the belt member, and the decomposition medium material and the garbage stored in the processing tank are stirred. In this case, one belt member may be merely tensioned / relaxed, but a part of the treatment tank may be pushed up and the other may be lowered at the same time. As a method of performing tension and relaxation simultaneously, for example, one side is tensioned around the center of the treatment layer, the other side is relaxed, and a plurality of belt members are arranged in parallel in the lower part of the treatment tank. This is done by alternating tension and relaxation.
[0014]
As a means for reciprocating the belt member, the belt member is connected to a driving roller that repeats normal rotation and reverse rotation, or is connected to a slider that reciprocates. For example, one end of the belt member is fixed and the other end side or both end sides of the belt member are wound and unwound reciprocating by a driving roller, or reciprocating by a slider, and the belt member is tensioned / relaxed. The driving roller is driven by rotating the electric motor, the air motor, or the like normally or reversely. The slider is reciprocated by rotating the crank mechanism with an electric motor or the like, but a belt member may be directly connected to the crank mechanism or an air cylinder or the like may be used.
[0015]
Examples of the material of the belt member include cloth, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, and polypropylene. Mixing and stirring of the stored decomposition medium material and garbage is performed by the vertical movement of the bottom of the treatment tank performed by tension and relaxation of the belt member. Therefore, in order to increase the mixing and stirring efficiency, as described above, the central portion of the bottom of the processing tank is protruded upward, and the belt member is arranged at the opposite position of the processing tank, and alternately stretched or loosened. It is preferable that tension and relaxation be performed simultaneously, such as repeating the state in which the disintegrating medium material on the tension side moves to the loose side.
[0016]
When one side of the treatment tank is tensioned and the other side is relaxed, the belt member may be provided in one direction at the opposite position, and may be arranged in multiple directions such as two directions. In the case of multiple directions, in addition to repeating tension and relaxation in order, the driving roller and slider may be controlled by a microcomputer or the like so that tension and relaxation are random. The position where the driving roller and the slider are provided is not particularly limited. That is, in the case of the belt member, the belt member can be arranged at an arbitrary position if it is hung on a separately supported rotatable roller or the like. In short, it is only necessary that the belt member to be tensioned / relaxed is located laterally from the bottom of the processing tank.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0018]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of a garbage disposal apparatus 1 according to the present invention, in which a belt member 3 fixed at a substantially central portion of a lower portion of a treatment tank 2 formed by molding rubber which is a soft material. Are connected to the driving roller 4 which is arranged in the upper part outside the opposite side of the processing tank 2 and repeats forward and reverse rotation. Each drive roller 4 is rotationally driven by a motor 5 so as to repeat forward and reverse rotation, and one side is stretched around the fixing portion 6 of the belt member 3 and the other side is slackened.
[0019]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2A, the left side of the processing tank 2 containing the decomposition medium material 7 and the garbage 8 is pushed up by the belt member 3 that is stretched, and the processing tank 2 in which the belt member 3 is loosened. The decomposition medium material 7 and the garbage 8 are collected on the right side portion of. Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, the left side portion is loosened, and the decomposition medium material 7 and the garbage 8 gathered in the right side portion are stretched and the right side portion is stretched to the left side portion. By repeating this several times, the decomposition medium material 7 and the garbage 8 are mixed. As can be seen from the figure, the drive roller 4 can be pushed up more as close as possible to the processing tank 2, and therefore, it is preferable that the processing tank 2 has a shape in which the upper side is narrowed and the lower side is expanded.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the processing tank 2 is partitioned and fixed by the shaft member 9 so that the center portion of the bottom portion protrudes upward, and one stored item partitioned as shown in FIG. If it is made to move almost completely to the divided part, the stored item at the bottom of the processing tank 2 can be moved to the surface layer. The division by the shaft member 9 may be divided into four using two as shown in FIG. In this case, the belt member 3 is also crossed and the four sections are alternately tensioned / relaxed. Moreover, you may fix so that one point of the center part of the bottom part of the processing tank 2 may protrude upwards with the supporting member 10 like FIG. Also in this case, the belt member 3 may be arranged in multiple directions as well as in one direction, and may be tensioned / relaxed sequentially or randomly. In each example, the shaft member 9 or the support member 10 and the bottom of the processing tank 2 are fixed so as not to slide between them. However, it is not always necessary to fix, and the bottom is simply protruded upward. Just be fine.
[0021]
A driving roller for tensioning / relaxing the belt member 3 is provided at the center of the lower part of the processing tank 2 as shown in FIG. 6, and the end of the belt member 3 connected thereto is fixed at a position sandwiching the processing tank 2, respectively. Even if it carries out, it can implement similarly to the example mentioned above. In addition, if the belt member 3 is made endless as shown in FIG. 7, the transfer of the stored items can be alternately repeated even if only one drive roller 4 is provided. In this example, the lower right roller is driven by the motor 5 as the drive roller 4, and the other rollers 11 only rotate freely. That is, the slack of the belt member 3 can be absorbed by the bottom of the processing tank 2 being lowered by the weight of the stored item, and when one and the other are alternately tensioned, the other and the one are naturally relaxed alternately. Become.
[0021]
In addition to directly storing the decomposition medium material 6 and the garbage 7 in the treatment tank 2, the decomposition medium material 6 and the garbage 7 may be stored in a separate inner bag 12 as shown in FIG. 8. . In this case, the male member and the female member of the hook-and-loop fastener 13 are attached to the substantially central portion of the inner bottom of the treatment tank 2 and the substantially outer central portion of the inner bag 12 so that the inner bag 12 does not move during stirring. Is preferable. As the fixing member, an adhesive other than the hook-and-loop fastener 13 may be used. In the case of an adhesive, it is effective even if it is attached only to the treatment tank 2 side. In addition, you may make it provide the processing tank 2 with the holding | gripping apparatus etc. which pinch | interpose and support the bottom part of the inner bag 12. FIG. Further, the belt member 3 can be provided with auxiliary devices such as a heater and a vibrator for enhancing the activity of microorganisms.
[0022]
The tension / relaxation of the belt member 3 is performed alternately on each side of the treatment tank 2, and three belt members 3 are arranged in parallel as shown in FIG. 9, and the central belt member 3 and the two belt members 3 at both ends are alternately tensioned / relaxed. You may make it relax. In this example, the drive shafts 14 arranged on both sides of the treatment tank 2 are rotated in the same direction, and the central belt member 3 is placed opposite to the other belt members 3 to be put on the drive shaft 14 so that tension and relaxation are performed simultaneously. In the figure, the central belt member 3 is tensioned and the belt members 3 at both ends are relaxed. Further, if the belt member is connected to the slider 15 using a crank mechanism as shown in FIG. 10 as a means for reciprocating the belt member, the motor or the like is rotated in a certain direction without being rotated forward or reverse. It can be reciprocated only by.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the garbage processing apparatus according to the present invention is a processing apparatus for treating garbage with a decomposition medium material containing microorganisms, and stores the decomposition medium material and the garbage, and at least a bottom portion is made of a soft material. In the lower part of the formed processing tank, a belt member that moves the bottom of the processing tank up and down and supports at least a part of the processing tank so that it can reciprocate and repeats tension and relaxation is arranged. Since the mixing and stirring can be ensured without providing a complicated stirring device in the processing tank, the processing tank can have a simple structure and the processing and cleaning of the contents are extremely simple. In addition, since the bottom of the processing tank is pushed up and stirred by the belt member, the height of the processing tank can be substantially reduced and the processing apparatus can be reduced in size and reduced in size. It is also very safe because there is no conventional stirring device. Furthermore, since it is a structure which presses a processing tank with a wide thing like a belt member, it becomes usable for a long term, without damaging a processing tank. Then, the processing apparatus itself can be provided at a very low cost, and it has an extremely beneficial effect that it is possible to widely disseminate excellent waste processing means using microorganisms.
