Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a signboard structure used as, for example, a storefront exterior sign such as a convenience store.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, a billboard structure used for a storefront exterior sign such as a convenience store is a metal storage box 100 such as aluminum for storing a light source 103 such as a fluorescent lamp, and a frame for storing an acrylic face plate 102. 101 and a milky white acrylic face plate 102, and the frame 101 is configured to be detachable from the storage box 100 in order to install or replace the light source 103 or to replace the damaged acrylic face plate 102. Is common.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional signboard structure has the following problems.
That is,
(1) Since the storage box 100 is made of metal, the weight is large. Therefore, when the storage box 100 is attached or removed for replacement, the work becomes large, which requires not only a lot of time and labor, but also a heavy object. Therefore, it is necessary to work without dropping it on the ground from the viewpoint of safety, which inevitably increases the number of work steps, and thus requires more time and labor.
(2) The frame 101 is usually made of aluminum and is similarly heavy. In the design as a signboard, the outer shape is restricted by the shape of the frame 101, so the outer shape can be designed freely. Cannot be done, it becomes a uniform one that receives a square and flat impression. Since the four sides of the peripheral side of the signboard are blocked by the frame 101, the peripheral side cannot be used as an effective display part (conventionally, the surface of the acrylic face plate 102 is printed or given some uneven shape. However, since the outer shape cannot be freely selected and the peripheral side surface cannot be used as the display portion, the degree of freedom in design must be reduced. , Poor gaze)
(3) Since the signboard structure is fixed by screwing, the replacement work for mounting and replacement is very complicated and cannot be performed efficiently.
It had the problem that.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such a technical background. Therefore, the object of the present invention is lightweight, requires less time and labor for attachment and detachment, and has a high degree of freedom in design selection. The objective is to provide a signboard structure with excellent impression and gaze.
[0005]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a signboard structure that can be easily attached and detached in a shorter time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The signboard structure according to the invention of claim 1 is a board-shaped hollow molded body in which a signboard body including a signboard face plate is integrally molded using a light-transmitting thermoplastic resin. A recessed portion for light source arrangement projecting inwardly and a fixing portion to the wall surface side are formed on the rear wall on the wall fixing side, and a light source is arranged in the concave portion, and the fixing portion is arranged on the back surface. The upper bulge is formed at the lower part of the wall, and the upper bulge is raised at the upper part of the rear wall. The upper part is provided with fastening means that can be detachably attached to the wall. A locking body having a locking portion formed with a protruding piece protruding inward from one end thereof is joined and fixed to the bulging portion, and a rotating shaft having a semispherical cross section is the lower end portion thereof Are joined and fixed to the frame fixed to the wall surface by the connecting member, and the locking portion of the locking body is used as the rotation shaft. The locking body can be fixed to the wall surface by stopping, and the locking body is tilted to a predetermined position by rotating the locking body while sliding the inner surface of the locking portion on the outer surface of the rotation shaft. It can be detached from the rotating shaft.
[0007]
Since the hollow molded body is made of a thermoplastic resin, it is lightweight, and the time and labor required for attachment and removal are reduced. In addition, the frame does not require a frame for storage, and because it is molded using a thermoplastic resin, the outer shape can be designed freely, and the peripheral side of the signboard structure can also be used as a display unit. Therefore, the degree of freedom of design selection is high. Furthermore, since it is molded with a translucent resin, the light from the light source disposed in the recessed portion outside the hollow molded body efficiently reaches the hollow molded body and the front wall on the display side. Then, the locking portion of the locking body can be locked to the wall surface by locking the locking body, and the locking body can be detached from the wall surface simply by rotating the locking body to a predetermined position. Therefore, the attaching / detaching operation to / from the wall surface is extremely easy, and the attaching / detaching can be performed efficiently in a shorter time.
[0008]
The invention of claim 2 employs a configuration in which the back wall on the wall-fixing side of the hollow molded body is formed as an outwardly convex curved surface or bent surface in the signboard structure of claim 1 above. Is. Since the light emitted from the light source is efficiently diffused inward on the back wall, the amount of light reaching the front wall of the signboard structure increases.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the signboard structure according to the first or second aspect, a reflection layer that reflects light is formed on the back wall on the wall-fixing side except for the concave portion for light source arrangement. The configuration is adopted. The light emitted from the light source is more efficiently diffused and reflected inward by the reflection layer, and the amount of light reaching the front wall of the signboard structure is further increased.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a signboard structure according to the present invention will be described together with illustrated examples.
[0011]
1 and 3 showing the signboard structure 1, 2 is a disk-shaped hollow molded body, 3 is a light source, 4 is a fixing means for a wall surface, 5 is a recessed portion for light source arrangement, and 6 is a wall surface side stop. The fastening portion 6 includes an upper bulging portion 6a and a lower bulging portion 6b.
[0012]
The hollow molded body 2 is integrally molded in a hollow shape with a substantially oval cross section using a translucent thermoplastic resin, and the back wall 2a on the wall-fixing side of the hollow molded body 2 is formed. At the center in the width direction, a recessed portion 5 for light source arrangement is formed along the length direction. Further, an upper bulging portion 6a, which is a fastening portion, is formed on the upper end portion of the back wall 2a on the wall fastening side, and a lower portion, which is also a fastening portion, is formed on the lower end portion of the back wall 2a. The bulging portion 6b is formed as a bulge.
[0013]
The hollow molded body 2 is fixed to the frame 11 fixed to the wall surface (W) via the fixing means 4, while the light source 3 extends along the length direction at the center of the frame 11 in the width direction. It is attached in such a manner that it is provided in a projecting manner, and is arranged at a deep position in the recessed portion 5 for light source arrangement of the hollow molded body 2. The light source 3 is not particularly limited, but a fluorescent lamp is usually used, and other neon tubes, incandescent lamps, and the like are also used.
[0014]
The hollow molded body 2 is manufactured, for example, by a two-layer molding method in which the following two thermoplastic resin sheets are integrally molded into a hollow shape. In addition, as a resin sheet, a thing about 2-10 mm is normally used.
[0015]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, with the spacer 75 interposed between the peripheral portions of the two thermoplastic resin sheets 71 and 72, the peripheral portion is sandwiched from above and below by the clampers 76 and 77, and both the sheets are fixed. -G and 71 are supported in a parallel and horizontal manner in a manner in which a closed space 85 is placed between them.
[0016]
Next, infrared heaters 78 and 79 are introduced above and below both sheets 71 and 72, and the sheet is heated and softened from the upper and lower surfaces to a predetermined molding temperature. At this time, as indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 6, compressed air is simultaneously introduced into the closed space 85 between the sheets 71 and 72 from the air nozzle 86 provided in a part of the spacer 75. While preventing free weight deformation of the sheet, the sheet is pretensioned.
[0017]
Then, while continuing the pretensioning operation, the heaters 78 and 79 are removed, and then the upper and lower pair of molding dies 73, 74, the sheets 71 and 72 are sandwiched between the sheet adhering portions 80 and 81 on the peripheral wall, and are joined and integrated. At the same time, as shown in FIG. The molding air nozzle 84 is advanced by a driving means 84a such as a driving cylinder so as to penetrate at least one of the sheets 72. Next, by introducing compressed air from the molding air nozzle 84 into the closed space 85 between the two sheets 71 and 72, both the sheets 71 and 72 are made to have inner surfaces of the cavities of the molding dies 73 and 74, that is, The molding recesses 82 and 83 are brought into close contact with the inner surface.
