BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an antibacterial and moisturizing sanitized fiber product having a characteristic texture by treatment with marine collagen and a method for producing the same.
The present invention also relates to a textile product that has been sanitized using clean fish scale-derived collagen as a countermeasure against mad cow disease (BSE) and a method for producing the same.
More specifically, the present invention uses a reaction composition of a fish scale-derived collagen oligopeptide and oligochitosan, and has excellent moisturizing properties, fluffy texture, and antibacterial properties that give a comfortable environment to the skin. The present invention relates to a sanitary processed textile product and a manufacturing method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, sanitary processing of textile products is typically a medical covering material coated with silver zeolite (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-15054), an external flame caused by a cloth mixed with silver zeolite, or a disease that can prevent diseases caused by retrograde. There is a method of imparting an antibacterial effect to the skin with a fiber base material as in odor underwear (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-229801).
In addition to providing an antibacterial effect, there is also a method of imparting a comfortable environmental effect to the skin. For example, collagen and chitosan are natural moisturizing ingredients that provide a comfortable environmental effect and antibacterial effect on the skin. Collagen, chitosan, and reactive silicon are contained in the fiber to provide a skin-friendly texture and deodorant bactericidal properties. A fiber product (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-229064), using a collagen hydrolyzate as an animal protein hydrolyzate, fiber-treating it with a fiber treatment agent containing chitosan lactate and further a quaternary ammonium salt, A method for preventing rough skin and itching and obtaining a physiological protective effect on the skin is known (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-200478). Further, chitosan is insoluble in water, is made into a chitosan salt by the action of an acid, and is used as a water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt, and contains oligochitosan, amino acid derived from sericin, and sericin protein hydrolyzate It is used as a fiber treatment agent that forms a moisture-retaining film with an object (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-327168)
[0003]
Collagen collected from marine animals has attracted attention as an alternative collagen, but when it is derived from fish skin or bone, there are problems that it is difficult to remove fishy odor and problems due to bacterial growth. In addition, even when collagen without fishy odor is required, there are many proteins whose denaturation temperature is as low as 20 ° C. or lower compared to terrestrial animals and those with poor transparency, and there are problems in their use.
Therefore, conventionally, it is not known to obtain a sanitary processed fiber product having a unique texture by using a reaction composition of an oligopeptide derived from fish scale instead of collagen and oligochitosan as a fiber treatment agent.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, as described above, in the processing of fiber containing collagen oripeptide and chitosan derived from conventional cattle or pigs, it is derived from fish scale, which is one of marine collagen as cattle and pig substitute collagen from the viewpoint of BSE countermeasures. The present invention is intended to establish a technology that uses the collagen oligopeptides of the present invention, to solve the problems of bacteria and fish odor, which have been problems of marine collagen, and to ensure the quality of fiber-treated products by using fish scale collagen. It is set as an issue.
And in the prior art, it was essential to devise a binder for the fiber treatment composition necessary for improving the washing resistance without impairing the texture, but in the present invention, it is possible to use a general fiber binder. This is also an object of the present invention.
And it is an object of the present invention to provide a sanitized textile product having a unique plump feel that has moisture retention and antibacterial properties.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above problems by using the following configuration as a basis.
(1) A sanitary processed fiber product, wherein a reaction composition of a fish scale-derived collagen oligopeptide and oligochitosan is fixed with a fiber binder.
(2) The sanitized textile product according to claim 1, which is a sanitary process comprising hygroscopicity and antibacterial properties.
(3) The sanitized fiber product according to (1), which is a collagen oligopeptide obtained from the scales of fish living in a warm current region.
(4) The textile product according to (1) or (2), wherein the textile product is selected from underwear, towels, socks, bedding, and sports clothing.
(5) A method for producing a fiber product, characterized in that a reaction composition of a fish scale-derived collagen oligopeptide and oligochitosan is fixed to a fiber product made of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or a non-woven fabric using a binder and is sanitized.
[0007]
The oligopeptide in the present invention is obtained by hydrolyzing fish scale protein. As a fish fish protein source, white fish that inhabit the warm watershed, red sea bream that lives in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. The fish scales of black sea bream, butterfly, red sea bream, or pheasant sea bream are decalcified, hydrolyzed with acid or enzyme, and used as an oligopeptide.
On the other hand, fish scales of red fish such as sardines, mackerel and tuna are not preferable because they have a high content of lipid and histidine, a small amount of taurine, and are difficult to obtain from a transparent protein hydrolyzate.
The oligopeptide derived from fish scale collagen used in the present invention preferably has a degree of polymerization of amino acids of 10 or less and an average molecular weight of 600 to 800 by subjecting fish scales to decalcification treatment and hydrolysis treatment with acid or enzyme.
[0008]
Table 1 shows an example of molecular weight distribution of oligopeptide derived from fish scale collagen used in the present invention.
[0009]
[Table 1]
[0010]
In addition, Table 2 shows the analysis results of amino acids constituting the oligopeptide derived from fish scale collagen in the present invention.
[0011]
[Table 2]
[0012]
On the other hand, in the present invention, the reaction product of the oligopeptide and oligochitosan is used. Table 3 shows the molecular weight distribution of the oligochitosan used in the present invention.
[0013]
[Table 3]
[0014]
According to the present invention, as described above, a reaction composition of fish scale collagen-derived oligopeptide and oligochitosan is used, but the reaction product is obtained by dissolving fish scale collagen-derived oligopeptide and oligochitosan in water. By heating to 60 ° C, the secondary amine of chitosan reacts with the carboxyl group of the C-terminal amino acid of the oligopeptide derived from fish scale collagen to capture the oligopeptide and form a gel composed of quaternary ammonium having antibacterial properties. None, unlike conventional techniques, by reacting oligopeptides with oligochitosan, antibacterial properties are obtained as quaternary ammonium and soluble oligopeptides are gelled. As a result, in order to obtain washing resistance as in the prior art, it is not necessary to use a specially devised binder, and a unique bulge texture can be obtained on the texture surface. A fiber product having an excellent texture can be obtained by applying a heat treatment at about 100 ° C. to the fiber together with the binder. Even if it uses with peptides other than an oligopeptide at this time, since the capture property and gelation by chitosan are not obtained, the above processing effects are not exhibited. Peptides derived from fish other than fish scales have an odor and are not suitable for the present invention.
[0015]
In the present invention, the amount of fish scale collagen-derived oligopeptide and oligochitosan fixed to the fiber when using a binder is 0.5% or more and 8% or less, preferably 5% or less, with respect to the fiber. And antibacterial properties are obtained.
The fiber binder does not need to use a specific resin-based binder as in the prior art, and may be a binder that is generally used for fiber processing. For example, a urethane or acrylic resin binder can be used.
[0016]
The fiber to be treated in the present invention can be cotton, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic, silk, wool or the like, and the product forms are underwear, bath ropes, towels formed of woven fabric, knitted fabric or non-woven fabric. , Socks, bedding or sports clothing.
The treatment agent can be easily treated by impregnating the textile product to be treated with a solution containing the treatment agent and then squeezing, drying, or spraying and drying the solution containing the treatment agent. can do.
The present invention is characterized by processing into fibers as a gel-like composition having excellent antibacterial properties and moisture retention by using an oligopeptide derived from fish scale collagen without odor and oligochitosan and reacting in a non-solution system. .
Unique fluffy texture is obtained, and in contact with skin, it can gently relieve symptoms and eliminate itching on dry skin, eczema and allergic skin. This is considered to be an effect obtained by the effect of oligochitosan and the amino acid sequence of fish scale collagen oligopeptide. Although blending sericin in combination is not hindered from the viewpoint of moisture retention, it may be blended using oligosericin.
According to the present invention, sanitary processing with excellent moisture retention and antibacterial properties can be obtained.
[0017]
Examples 1 to 3
