Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing bucket, for example, suitable for a fishing bait bucket for storing bait and the like during fishing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the above-mentioned fishing bait bucket is generally used with a handle attached to the bucket body, and this type of bucket is placed next to the angler when fishing from the application, and when carrying it Carried with a handle.
Therefore, in this kind of fishing bucket, it is preferable that the handle rises so as to be easily held during transportation, and hangs so as not to get in the way when fishing.
[0003]
For this reason, the bucket body is provided with a mounting shaft parallel to the upper edge thereof, a deformable annular portion narrowed at the top is provided at the end of the handle, and both are attached so that the mounting shaft is inserted into the annular portion. Linked fishing buckets are known.
In such fishing buckets, the handle is turned up and turned up, and is inserted into the mounting shaft while deforming the narrowed portion above the annular portion of the handle by its own weight. In addition, the handle is hung down by pulling up the handle in the standing state and rotating the handle downward.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the known fishing bucket, the rising state of the handle is maintained by the deformation of the annular portion of the handle, so that the standing state of the handle cannot be reliably maintained, and the elasticity of the annular portion and the like. The handle rotates carelessly around the mounting shaft, and the handle hangs down, and it is necessary to raise the handle when the grip is gripped and conveyed next time.
[0005]
Further, with respect to the formation of the annular portion, the end of the handle is reversed, the inner surface of the end of the handle is overlapped with the inner surface of the middle portion, and both are riveted to fix the annular portion. Although it is formed, there is a problem that rust or the like is generated when water adheres to the rivet.
[0006]
Further, when fishing, the fishing line is caught on the rivet portion.
[0007]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve such problems, and a first problem of the present invention is for fishing that can reliably maintain the rising state and the hanging state of the handle as desired. To provide a bucket.
Moreover, the 2nd subject of this invention is providing the bucket for fishing which does not generate | occur | produce rust in a handle and the attachment part of a handle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the first problem, and the fishing bucket according to the present invention is a fishing bucket in which a handle 20 is attached to a bottomed bucket body 1. The handle 20 has an attachment shaft 25 for attaching to the bucket body 1, and the bucket body 1 has a connection hole 4 through which the attachment shaft 25 can be pivotably connected to change the undulation state. The connecting hole 4 is characterized in that the mounting shaft 25 is slidably provided on the outside of the bucket body 1 when at least the handle 20 is raised.
[0009]
Since the fishing bucket according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the handle 20 can be erected by rotating the mounting shaft 25 in the connecting hole 4 from the suspended state. When the handle 20 is slid to the outside of the bucket body 1, the upper end side of the handle 20 is inclined to the inside of the bucket body 1, so that the handle 20 can be kept upright by its own weight.
[0010]
Further, in the present invention, as described in claim 2, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the upper side of the handle 20 is bent inside the bucket body 1.
[0011]
In the fishing bucket according to claim 2, having the structure, when the handle 20 is maintained in the standing state, the upper side of the handle 20 is bent inside the bucket body 1, so that the weight of the handle 20 is This has the advantage that the standing state of the handle 20 can be more reliably maintained.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the present invention, in order to solve the second problem, the connecting portion 3 having the connecting hole 4 of the bucket body 1 and the handle 20 are both formed of a synthetic resin as described in claim 3. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that is formed.
[0013]
The fishing bucket having such a configuration has the advantage that there is no risk of rust or the like because the connecting portion 3 and the handle 20 are made of synthetic resin.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, an embodiment of a fishing bucket according to the present invention is rotatably attached to a bucket body 1 and to the front side and the back side of the bucket body 1 by attachment shafts 25. A fishing bucket including the substantially inverted U-shaped handle 20 will be described below.
[0015]
The bucket body 1 has an opening on the upper surface and is formed into a bottomed square shape. The bucket body 1 is formed by sewing a synthetic resin sheet having flexibility and non-water-impregnation. Become.
The opening of the bucket body 1 is provided so as to be openable and closable by a lid (not shown), and the lid is also made of a synthetic resin sheet having flexibility and non-water immersion.
[0016]
Further, to the front wall and the rear wall of the bucket body 1, a connecting tool 2 in which connecting portions 3 and 3 for mounting the mounting shaft 25 of the handle body 20 are protruded to the left and right is fixed. Thus, the connectors 2 and 2 are fixed to each other so that the connecting portions 3 are opposed to each other on the front wall and the rear wall. The connecting portion 3 is formed by integrally molding with a synthetic resin.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portion 3 is formed with a connecting hole 4 in the horizontal direction in which the mounting shaft 25 is rotatable and slidable in the horizontal direction. Thereby, the handle 20 is configured to be able to select the undulating state by rotating in the vertical direction, and by sliding the mounting shaft 25 of the handle 20 in the standing state to the outside, the mounting shaft 25 is caused by its own weight. It is configured to be in contact with the inner wall of the connecting hole 4 outside the bucket body 1 and to maintain the handle 20 in an upright state.
The inner wall of the connecting hole 4 that abuts the handle mounting shaft 25 is formed in a semicircular shape that matches the shape of the mounting shaft 25. The connecting hole 4 is formed as a long hole in which the upper wall and the lower wall of the inner surface are substantially parallel.
[0018]
The handle 20 is made of synthetic resin, and is formed in a generally inverted U shape in front view from column portions 21 and 21 on both sides and a grip portion 22 provided horizontally between the column portions 21 and 21. . Here, the handle 20 is formed by integral molding.
The column portion 21 of the handle body 20 has a lower end portion (both end portions of the handle body) formed as an attachment portion 23 for attachment to the bucket body 1, and the attachment portion 23 is formed as the column portion as shown in FIG. Side wall portions 24, 24 erected on both sides so that a hole is formed inside at the lower end portion of the portion 21, and the mounting shaft 25 below the side wall portions 24, 24 and connected to the lower ends thereof. The mounting shaft 25 is formed horizontally with a circular cross section. Here, the mounting shaft 25 has an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the vertical width of the connecting hole 4.
[0019]
Further, in the vicinity of the upper end (bent portion 21a) of the mounting portion 23, the column portion 21 (the handle 20) is bent to the inside of the bucket body 1 as shown in FIG. 20 is formed.
The bent portion 21 is provided so that the bent portion 21a of the column portion 21 is positioned at substantially the same height as the upper edge of the bucket body 1 when the handle 20 is rotated upward.
[0020]
A gripping portion 22 between the pair of column portions 21 and 21 of the handle 20 is formed so that a person can grip it. The gripping portion 22 includes a gripping shaft body 26 as shown in FIGS. Further, ring-shaped members 27,... Projecting toward the front side and the back side are formed at regular intervals L.
As shown in FIG. 2, the gripping shaft body 26 is curved so that its lower surface is enlarged downward in the center portion, and the upper and lower ends of the ring-shaped member 27 are gripping shaft body 26, respectively. And provided to be flush with each other.
[0021]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, each ring-shaped member 27 is provided so as to be inclined so that the width (length in the axial direction of the gripping portion 22) is narrowed from the gripping shaft body 26 to the outer peripheral surface 27a. The width of the surface 27a is formed to be the same as the interval L of the ring-shaped member 27.
As a result, the outer peripheral surface 27a of the ring-shaped member 27, which is the protruding portion 28, is provided so as to be fitted into a stepped portion 29 constituted by the inclined surface 27b of the other ring-shaped member 27 and the side surface of the gripping shaft body 26. Become.
[0022]
Further, the projecting portion 28 and the step portion 29 constituted by the ring-shaped member 27 are first located from the intermediate position C of the pair of mounting portions 23 to one side (the right side in FIG. 2). 29 and the protrusions 28 are arranged so that they are alternately positioned, and the step 29 is first positioned over the other (left side in FIG. 2), and the protrusions 28 and the steps 29 are sequentially positioned alternately. It is arranged in.
[0023]
The fishing bucket of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, a method for using this fishing bucket will be described.
[0024]
First, when carrying the fishing bucket of the present embodiment, the grips 20 and 20 on the front side and the back side are rotated upward so that the holding portions 22 and 22 of both sides come into contact with each other. The gripping portions 22 and 22 of the grips 20 and 20 on the front side and the back side in the standing state are clamped and transported.
At this time, the column portion 21 of the handle 20 is bent in a substantially U shape by a bent portion 21a, and the bent portion 21a is positioned near the upper edge of the bucket body 1, so that the gripping portions 22 are brought into contact with each other. It has the advantage of being easy to make.
[0025]
Further, the protrusion 28 and the step 29 are sequentially formed from the intermediate position C to one side at regular intervals, and the protrusion 28 and the step 29 are sequentially formed, and the step 29 and the protrusion 28 are sequentially formed to the other side. In addition, since the connecting portion 2 is provided opposite to each other on the front wall and the rear wall, the protrusion 28 and the stepped portion 29 are inserted into each other as shown in FIG. It is possible to prevent sliding in the axial direction.
[0026]
Further, as described above, the pair of gripping portions 22 and 22 in which the projections 28 and the stepped portions 29 are fitted to each other are gripped and transported. The gripping portion 22 has a plurality of ring-shaped members 27. Since it is installed, it has the advantage that the hand is hard to slip, and the coupling part 2 is provided opposite to each other on the front wall and the rear wall, so that it has the advantage that the bucket body 1 can be lifted in a well-balanced manner. .
[0027]
Then, after transporting to a desired position (fishing ground), if it is desired to hang the handle 20 so as not to get in the way, the handle 20 is rotated downward.
At this time, since the mounting shaft 25 is slid in the connecting hole 4 toward the outside of the bucket body 1, the grip portion 22 of the handle 20 is slightly positioned inside the bucket body 1, so that the handle 20 becomes more obstructive. It can also be positioned so that it does not become.
[0028]
On the other hand, when the handle 20 is to be stood up, if the mounting shaft 25 is slid outside the bucket body 1 in the connecting hole 4, the upper end of the handle 20 is inclined toward the inside of the bucket body 1. The standing state of the handle 20 can be maintained by its own weight.
In particular, the column portion 21 of the handle 20 is bent in a substantially U shape at the bent portion 21a, and the center of gravity of the handle 20 in an upright position is located inside the bucket body 1, so that the handle 20 is not easily collapsed. This has the advantage that the standing state can be maintained more reliably.
[0029]
In addition, since the handle 20 can be fitted into the protrusion 28 and the stepped portion 29 in the standing state as described above, the center of gravity of the handle 20 is located inside the bucket body 1 and prevents the handle 20 from being accidentally suspended. It has the advantage of being able to.
[0030]
Since the bucket of this embodiment can be used as described above, it has the advantages as described above, and since the handle 20 and the connecting portion 3 of the bucket body 1 are both made of synthetic resin, unlike the conventional one using rivets, etc. It has the advantage that there is no risk of rusting.
[0031]
The fishing bucket of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration and has the above-described advantages. However, the fishing bucket according to the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment.
[0032]
In other words, in the above embodiment, the connection hole 4 is formed as a long hole, but the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, when the connecting hole 4 is formed with a recess at the outer end of the inner lower wall of the connecting hole 4 and the mounting shaft 25 is slid outward to maintain the handle upright, the mounting shaft 25 fits into the recess. You may comprise so that it may be trapped.
Further, the connecting hole 4 is formed so that the upper wall of the connecting hole 4 is inclined upward with the inner wall of the bucket body 1 inside, and the mounting shaft 25 slides inside the bucket body 1 along the upper wall when the bucket body 1 is transported. It can also be configured.
[0033]
In the above embodiment, the mounting shaft 25 has an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the vertical width of the connecting hole 4, and the mounting shaft 25 is provided so as to slide inside the connecting hole 4. Although described, the present invention is not limited to this. Even if the mounting shaft 25 is smaller than the vertical width of the connecting hole 4 and slides with a gap inside the connecting hole 4, the intent of the present invention It is within the range.
[0034]
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the attachment shaft 25 formed in a circular cross section has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, the mounting shaft 25 is formed in a non-circular shape such as a square cross section, the connection hole 4 is formed so that the mounting shaft 25 can rotate inside the bucket body 1, and the outer portion of the handle 20 is formed. It is also possible to configure so that the mounting shaft 25 can be sized so that it can slide only in the standing state.
[0035]
Further, although the description has been given of the case where the handle 20 is bent in a substantially square shape at the bent portion 21a, the present invention is not limited to this, and the invention of claim 3 is also limited to this. It is not a thing. For example, even if the handle 20 is curved inward as a whole and formed so that the center of gravity is located inside the bucket body 1, it is within the intended scope of the invention of claim 3.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fishing bucket according to the invention of the present application hangs the handle by rotating the mounting shaft in the connecting hole to turn the handle upward and raising the handle downward. In addition to being able to be lowered, by sliding the mounting shaft to the outside of the bucket body in the standing state of the handle, the upper end of the handle can be tilted to the inside of the bucket body, and the standing state of the handle can be maintained by the weight of the handle. There is an effect.
