【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、上着等掛け吊り下げ使用するもので、特に衣料品店舗、衣料品倉庫等で使用する衣料用ハンガーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、衣料品ハンガーについては、決まった支持部が無く、衣料品の掛けはずしは、ハンガーのフックを持って行うのか、フック下方を手で支えて行っている。この為、不安定で扱いにくいものであった。また、衣料用ハンガーをロッカー等に吊す際に、フックを持っては、掛けにくい場合が多かった。このようなことから、ハンガーに取手を設ける構成のものが種々提案されている。例えば、実開昭53−20626号公報、特開昭53−42958号公報、特開平5−4975号公報、特開平9−327366号公報等種々の提案がなされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述の従来の衣料用ハンガーに於いて、取手を設けたものは種々あるが、これらを衣料店で使用する場合には、取手を有する関係からそのまま使用しては、体裁が必ずしも良くない。
また、高級衣料品で使用するハンガーは型くずれ防止より、店舗或いは倉庫において、ハンガーの厚みが厚いものを使用することが多く、この為、ハンガーに吊った衣料は、ハンガーの厚み分のスペースが必ず必要となり、衣料品を沢山吊り下げることが出来ない欠点があった。
本発明では、ハンガーの厚みによるハンガーの吊り下げ量を増大することが出来、更に、体裁の良い衣料用ハンガーを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のハンガーは、上述した目的を達成するため、以下の特徴点を備えている。
すなわち、本発明は、ハンガー本体の頂部に位置する首部にフック材を備え、肩形状を呈して形成される上着掛け部を有する衣料用ハンガーにおいて、基端部側の支持棒と先端側のフック部とよりなるフック材と、フック材の支持棒を挿通するフック材支持棒装入穴と、フック材支持棒装入穴の上方に設け、ハンガー本体の頂部に開口する吊下部材回動穴とを有するハンガー本体と、吊下部材回動穴内に挿着し、回動可能な基部を下部に有し、上部に吊下体を延設する吊下部材とよりなり、吊下部材の吊下体を上部に引上時は、フック材のフック部或いは支持棒とフック部との折曲部に当接し、引き上げを制限させると共に、少なくとも吊下部材をハンガー本体前面側に位置させた時に、ハンガー本体の頂部と当接しない位置に吊下体にフック部挿入穴を設けることを特徴とする。

本発明は上述のように構成し、吊下部材の引き上げ時に、フック材のフック部或いは支持棒とフック部との折曲部に当接するため、吊下部材の吊下体を持つことにより、衣料品ハンガー全体を持ち上げることが出来る。また、吊下部材をハンガー本体前背面側に位置させた時に、ハンガー本体の頂部と当接しない位置に吊下体にフック部挿入穴を設けていることより、他の衣料用ハンガーのフック材をフック部挿入穴内に挿入することが出来、連続的に衣料用ハンガーを吊り下げることが出来、その際衣料用ハンガーのハンガー本体の位置が順次下方に移動することになり沢山の衣料を狭い幅に吊り下げることが出来る。

さらに、前記のフック材支持棒装入穴、及び吊下部材回動穴の構造を、ハンガー本体とは別にユニットとして製作し、このユニットをハンガー本体に装着固定する構成とすると、従来の衣料用ハンガーのハンガー本体のフック材の装着部分にユニット化したものを装着することで製作することが出来、各種の形状の衣料用ハンガーに適用することが出来るほか、木製の衣料用ハンガーに適用することも出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づいて、本発明に係る衣料用ハンガーを説明する。
図1は本発明に係る衣料用ハンガーの斜視図、図2はハンガー本体の要部拡大部分断面斜視図、図3はフック材の斜視図、図4は吊下部材の斜視図である。
本発明は、肩形状を呈して形成される上着掛け部を有するハンガー本体1と、ハンガー本体1の頂部に位置する首部14に備え付けているフック材2と、衣料用ハンガーを持上げる時及び吊り下げ時に使用する吊下部材とよりなる。

(ハンガー本体1)
ハンガー本体1は、従来の衣料用ハンガーと同様の材質等で製作し、一般的には、合成樹脂等で製作するが、木製で製作する際は後述する如く、フック材2及び吊下部材3を支持する部分をユニット化したものを用いる。
ハンガー本体1は、肩形状を呈して形成される上着掛け部を有し、その頂部に位置する首部14から鉛直方向に通孔が形成され、該通孔のハンガー本体の首部14の下面側にフック材支持棒装入穴10を形成し、ハンガー本体の首部14の上面側に、フック材支持棒装入穴10よりも大きい径の吊下部材回動穴11を開口している。そして、吊下部材回動穴11の底部に実施の形態では断面が楕円形の2つの深さの吊下部材収納固定穴12及び吊下部材位置固定穴13を前記フック材支持棒装入穴10及び吊下部材回動穴11と同一芯の位置に設けている。
また、ハンガー本体の頂部の吊下部材回動穴11の開口脇に凹部に形成した吊下部材装着凹部15を設けている。この吊下部材装着凹部15の深さは、後述する吊下部材3の吊下体30の厚さ以上としている。
なお上述以外のハンガー本体の形状は通常のものと同様であるので説明は省略する。

図5は、ハンガー本体に設ける構造を、ハンガー本体1とは別にユニット化した実施例を示すもので、このユニット16をハンガー本体1に設けている装着穴17に装着し接着剤等適宜固定手段で固定する構成となっている。
このユニット16は、ハンガー本体1に設けている構造、即ち、前記フック材支持棒装入穴10、吊下部材回動穴11、吊下部材収納固定穴12及び吊下部材位置固定穴13の構造を内部に有し、下部に鍔部18を有することで、衣料用ハンガーを持ち上げたとき、及び吊り下げ時にかかる荷重をハンガー本体1に確実に伝達することが出来る。

(フック部材2)
フック部材2は、通常の衣料用ハンガーに使用されているものと同様の材質、例えば鉄材を基端側を直線状の支持棒20、先端側を湾曲させたフック部21より形成する。
そして、支持棒20の下端近傍に固定リング取り付け溝22が設けられており、フック材2の支持棒20を前記吊下部材回動穴11,フック材支持棒装入穴10に挿入し、フック材支持棒装入穴10の下端面より突出させた後、フック材2の固定リング取り付け溝22に固定リング23を挿着固定し、フック材2をハンガー本体に固定している。また、フック部21の折り曲げ開始部に吊下部材嵌合突起24が設けられている。
なお上述実施例では、フック材2を固定リング23を用いた例を示したが、フック材2をハンガー本体1に装着した後に支持棒20の下端部を折り曲げ或いは、プレス等でつぶす等し、ハンガー本体1からフック材の抜け出ることを防止する構成であっても良い。

(吊下部材3)
吊下部材3は、例えばアルミダイキャスト等、ある程度強度を有する金属、合金等で製作する。そして、吊下部材3は、上方に前記吊下部材装着凹部15に装入できる例えば舌形状の吊下体30と、吊下体30の先端側の内方に設けたフック部挿入穴31と、かつ吊下体30の基端部側に下方に固設し、中心部に前記フック材2の支持棒20を挿入するフック材支持棒挿入孔33を有する円筒形の基部32と、基部32の下端に設けている断面楕円形の柱形状の位置保持体34とよりなっている。
そして、吊下体30の上面には前記フック部挿入穴31の基端側に嵌合孔35が設けられており、前記吊下部材嵌合突起24が嵌合可能となっている。

また、吊下部材3の基部32を前記吊下部材回動穴11に装着し、少なくとも吊下部材3をハンガー本体前面側に移動させた時に、ハンガー本体1の首部14と当接しない位置となるようにフック部挿入穴31を配置出来る吊下体30、フック部挿入穴31の大きさ及び配置としている。
ただ、フック部挿入穴31は後述する他のフック材2のフック部21を挿入し、吊り下げるものであることより、吊下体30を首部14から浮かせた状態で保持するするように、吊下部材3の基部32の長さ、及び吊下部材回動穴11深さを設定した場合には、フック部21の装着に支障のない範囲であれば、フック部挿入穴31が首部14の上面部内側に入っても良いことは言うまでもない。

更に、フック材支持棒挿入孔33は、吊下体30を上部に引上る時に、フック材支持棒挿入孔33に挿入しているフック材2の支持棒20の上端部とフック部21との折曲部に当接し、引き上げを制限させる働きをする。従って、この上部に持ち上げを制限することが出来るのであれば、フック材支持棒挿入孔33の如く穴形状とせずに、支持棒20の周りを基部32が回動出来る構成とし吊下体30の上面等適宜面とフック部21と当接する構成としても良い。

本発明は、ハンガー本体の吊下部材回動穴11内に吊下部材3の基部32を装着する。次いで吊下部材3のフック材支持棒挿入孔33内にフック材2の支持棒20を上方から挿入し下端側の固定リング取り付け溝22がフック材支持棒装入穴10の下端面より突出させ、固定リング取り付け溝22に固定リング23を装着し衣料用ハンガーの組み立てを終了する。

次に、本発明の衣料用ハンガーを使用し連続的に吊り下げる場合について述べる。
図6に示すように、吊下部材3を回転しハンガー本体前面側に位置させる。
この時、吊下部材3の位置保持体34は、吊下部材回動穴11内底部の吊下部材位置固定穴13に装着し、吊下部材3の上部の吊下体30は、図6に示す状態となる。ここで、他の衣料用ハンガーのフック材2を、吊下部材3のフック部挿入穴31内に挿入し、図7に示すように吊り下げを終える。
以下同様に繰り返し、所望の数だけ衣料用ハンガーを吊り下げることが出来る。ここで、吊り下げた衣料用ハンガーの荷重は、吊下体30を介し吊下部材回動穴11下面、及び吊下部材位置固定穴13で支持することになる。また、衣料用ハンガーの首部14の位置が、吊り下げ位置により順次下方に移動することより、衣料用ハンガーの厚みの問題とすることなく多数の衣料用ハンガーを吊り下げることが出来る。
なお、図8に示す如く、吊下部材位置固定穴13を複数設けることにより吊下体30の角度を複数(図8の実施形態では5方向)に変更し、吊り下げ位置を微妙に変えることが出来る。

吊下部材3の収納する場合について説明する。
吊下部材3の吊下体30を持ち回転さる。この時吊下部材3の基部32は、吊下部材回動穴11内を回動し、基部32の下端に有する位置保持体34が吊下部材収納固定穴12に収納されるになる。この為、吊下部材3は下方に移動し、吊下体30は、吊下部材装着凹部15内に装入することが出来る。
この吊下部材装着凹部15の深さは吊下体30の厚み以上となっていることより、吊下部材3を使用しないとき吊下部材装着凹部15内に装入することで体裁が良好となるほか、吊下体30に衣服を引っかける等事態を防止することが出来る。

この状態から、吊下体30を吊下部材装着凹部15から取り出す時は、衣料用ハンガーをひっくり返すことで、容易に吊下部材装着凹部15から吊下体30を取り出すことが出来るが、フック材2の吊下部材嵌合突起24を吊下部材3の嵌合孔35に嵌合させ、フック材2を上方に持ち上げると吊下体30は簡単に吊下部材装着凹部15から取り出すことが出来る。
また、図10は、吊下体30を吊下部材装着凹部15から取り出す易くする為の構成で、吊下部材装着凹部15の下部を大きく削取部19を設けた構成で、この削取部19で、吊下部材3の先端を指等で引っかけ、吊下部材装着凹部15から取り出すものである。

最後に、このように構成した衣料用ハンガーに衣類を掛け持ち運ぶときは、図9に示すよう、手4で吊下部材3の吊下体30を下方から持ち上げると、フック材支持棒挿入孔33に挿入しているフック材2の支持棒20の上端部と、フック材2のフック部21との折曲部が当接し、それ以上上方への引き上げが制限される。なお、図9では、フック材2の向きが、ハンガー本体の後方向きとなっているため、吊下部材嵌合突起24内に嵌合孔35に嵌合して、上方への引き上げを制限しているが、この角度以外については、フック材2のフック部21とフック材支持棒挿入孔33上端部により吊下部材3の引き上げを制限している。

また、図9では、吊下部材嵌合突起24内に嵌合孔35に嵌合させることが出来ることより、吊下部材3を上方への引き上げた時、フック材2と吊下部材3を一体化させることが出来ることが出来る。
同様に、吊下体30の代わりにを、例えば線材を曲げ形成した吊下体36を用い、上述と同様に吊下部材3を上方への引き上げた時、フック材2と吊下部材3を一体化させることが出来る構成を図11に示す。
ここで、この吊下体36の基部37の幅をフック部21とほぼ同様の幅に形成すると共に、フック部21の20側に例えば、プレス等適宜手段で吊下部材嵌合突起25を設ける。そして、吊下体36を持ち上げたときに前記吊下部材嵌合突起25が、吊下体36の基部37を押し広げるように作用し、吊下体36がフック部21の下端に固定させることが出来る。このようにフック部21の下端に吊下体36を固定することにより、例えばパイプ等で一度に大量の衣料用ハンガーを吊り下げる時に、フックの向きが一定を向いているため取り扱い易い作用を有する。

なお、基部32の形状は上述の実施の形態では、円筒形の形状としているが、吊下部材回動穴11内を回動可能であり、かつフック材2の支持棒20の装着が出来る形状であれば良く、円筒形に限るものではなく、半円筒や、図11に示す例の基部32を除いたような線材を用いた吊下部材で形成した場合や柱材のみを、吊下部材回動穴11内に配置するものであっても良い。ただ、このようにする場合には、当然に吊下部材3の上方への引き上げが制限させる構成を別に設ける必要がある。また、本実施例に示す如く、円筒形状とすることで、衣類等の綿くず等が吊下部材回動穴11内に侵入し、フック材2や吊下部材3の動きを悪くすることを防止すると言う作用も有する。
更に、位置保持体34は、実施例では楕円形状の柱体であるが、図12に示す如くの下方に突起嵌合孔35を設ける構成、或いは前述した図11に示す線材、或いは棒状体の構成であっても良い。この場合、吊下部材回動穴11の底部に設けている吊下部材収納固定穴12,吊下部材位置固定穴13の形状は、この嵌合孔35等の形状に適合して設けることは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
本発明では、簡易な構成で、安価に大量に生産できる等優れた効果を有する他下記の種々な効果を有するものである。
本発明の請求項1及び6記載の発明によれば、衣料用ハンガーの吊り下げ位置が暫時下方に移動するため、ハンガーの厚みに関わらず多数の衣料用ハンガーを吊り下げることが出来る。また請求項1記載の発明ではこれに加えて衣料用ハンガーを衣服自体をさわることなく持ち上げることが出来る為、移動時及び衣料用ハンガーをロッカー等のポールに吊す際に作業が極めて簡易である。

請求項2記載の発明においては、ハンガー本体前面側に吊下体を位置させた時、吊下体の位置決め機構が設けられている為、吊下体に他のハンガーを吊り下げたとき吊り下げた衣料用ハンガーがふらつかず安定して吊り下げることが出来る。
