【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は収納庫の構造に関し、更に詳しくは、外観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、収納庫としては、前面を開放して用いるオープン型やラテラル型のものの他に、前面に各種水平回動式の扉、跳ね上げ扉、引戸等の前面部材を取り付けて用いる各種収納形態のものが用いられている。

これら各種収納形態の収納庫を組み立てるに際し、例えば実公昭５６−３０２８１号公報、実開平６-１５５３７号公報等に示されるように、前面が開口した箱体を同一サイズのものとして共通化し、この箱体の前面に水平回動式の扉、引戸等を選択的に取り付けることができるようにした箱体構造が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
同一の箱体の前面に、水平回動式扉、引戸等の各種前面部材を選択的に取り付け可能とするためには、各前面部材の形態に応じて、箱体の前面の所定位置にそれぞれ取付穴や係合穴等を予め形成しておく必要がある。

このため、前面部材の種類を増やすと数多くの取付穴や係合穴等が箱体の前面に現れることとなり、たとえ使用しない取付穴等に目隠しのキャップを取り付けたとしても美観の低下は避けられないものとなる。また、取付穴の数が増えると組み付け時に取付穴を間違える等の作業ミスが増え作業性が低下する原因にもなる。

したがって、本発明の目的は、箱体の美観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、前後端が開口した矩形の箱体と、該箱体の前端及び後端に対し選択的に装着可能な水平回動式扉、引戸及び背面板と、水平回動式扉を箱体に取り付けるための蝶番と、引戸を支持するための上下のガイドレールと、ガイドレールを箱体に取り付けるための留め具と、水平回動式扉又は引戸に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップと、目隠し用キャップとを備えた収納庫用キットであって、前記箱体はその前端内側及び後端内側に、該箱体の前端面及び後端面にそれぞれ開口する段差状の凹部を前後対称に形成してなり、前記水平回動式扉、引戸及び背面板は前記箱体の前後の前記凹部内に納まるように形成されており、前記箱体の前後の前記凹部内には前記蝶番、前記留め具又は前記ラッチ受け用キャップを取り付け可能な取付穴が形成されており、前記背面板は前記蝶番用の取付穴を利用して前記箱体に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする収納庫用キットを提供する。

上記構成を有する収納庫用キットにおいては、箱体はその前端内側及び後端内側に、該箱体の前端面及び後端面にそれぞれ開口する段差状の凹部を前後対称に形成してなり、水平回動式扉や引戸（以下、前面部材と称す。）及び背面板は箱体の前後の凹部内に納まるように形成されており、箱体の前後の凹部内には水平回動式扉用の蝶番、引戸用のガイドレールを取り付けるための留め具又は水平回動式扉又は引戸に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップを取り付け可能な取付穴が形成されているので、各種用途の収納庫を組み立てる際に共通の箱体を用いることができ、且つ、その用途に応じて箱体の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方を開放放状態のまま用いたり、その用途に適した前面部材を該前面部材に対応する取付穴を用いて箱体の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に取り付けることができる。また、その用途に応じて、箱体の反対側には前記取付穴の一部を利用して背面板を取り付けたり他の前面部材を設けたりすることができる。したがって、共通の箱体を用いて各種用途の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる。
しかも、前面部材及び背面板は、箱体の前端面及び後端面に段差状に前後対称に形成されている凹部内に納まるように形成されているので、箱体への前面部材又は背面板の取り付けの有無に拘わらず、複数個の収納庫を上下又は左右に並べたときに収納庫の前面及び後面を同一面に揃えて整列させることができる。したがって、美観が極めて良好な各種用途の収納庫を容易に提供することができる。
さらに、水平回動式扉、引戸等の各種前面部材の取り付けに必要な各種取付穴が箱体の前後両端に振り分けられているので、前面部材の取り付け時における前面部材用取付穴の選択ミスによる取り付け作業ミスの発生確立を減ずることができる。さらに、前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に背面板を取り付けるときは前面部材用取付穴をその背面板で覆い隠すことができるので、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等の露出数を略半減させることができ、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等による美観の低下を抑えることができるとともに、使用されていない前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等に目隠し用のキャップを設ける際に必要なキャップの個数を略半減させることができる。また、箱体の前後両端に前面部材を取り付ける場合や箱体の前後両端を開放状態のまま用いる場合であっても、箱体の片側に露出して見える前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等の数をそれぞれ略半減させることができるので、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等による美観の低下を抑えることができる。

上記構成の収納庫用キットにおいて、好ましくは、前記箱体が左右方向に延びる天板及び底板と、該天板及び底板の左端間及び右端間でそれぞれ上下方向に延びる左右の側板とを有し、前記天板、底板及び左右の側板における少なくとも前後端が長さ方向に直角な断面において前後対称な断面形状を有する。

係る構成によれば、箱体を構成する天板、底板及び左右の側板における少なくとも前後端が長さ方向に直角な断面において前後対称な断面形状を有するので、共通な単一形状の背面板を箱体の前後両端のうちのどちらにも取り付けることができる。したがって２種類の背面板を用意する必要がなく部品点数の増大を避けることができる。また、箱体の前後両端のうちのどちらの側に取り付けたときも同一の背面外観を得ることができるので、背面側外観デザインの統一性を確保することができる。

さらに好ましくは、前記天板、底板及び左右の側板の内側に長さ方向に延びる補強部材が突形成され、前記天板、底板及び左右の側板が長さ方向に直角な断面において前記補強部材を含む全区間にわたり前後対称な断面形状を有する。

係る構成によれば、箱体の前後両端のうちのどちらの側に前面部材を取り付けて前面として用いても、前面部材に対する箱体の内部形態を同一とすることができるので、違和感無く使用することができる。また、箱体の内部に棚受け部材や、中仕切部材等を取り付ける場合に、箱体の前後両端のうちのどちらを前面として用いても、これら棚受け部材や、中仕切部材等を同一の取り付け位置で箱体に取り付けることができるものとなる。

はじめに図１を参照すると、同図にはベース台１上に上下２段及び左右方向３列に並べて設置された計６個の収納庫２が示されており、これら収納庫２は同一サイズの箱体３を用いてそれぞれ異なる収納形態に組み立てられている。すなわち、下左の収納庫２は箱体３の内部が十字形の仕切部材（図示省略）により４つの収納部に仕切り、各収納部に水平回動式の扉５を計４枚取り付けたものとなっている。下中央の収納庫２は箱体３内に上下３段の引出し６をサスペンション（図示省略）を介して出し入れ可能に収納したものとなっている。下右の収納庫２は箱体３の前面上下にガイドレール７，８を設け、このガイドレール７，８間に引き違い式の引戸９，１０を支持したものとなっている。上左の収納庫２は箱体３の前面に両開きの水平回動扉１１，１２を取り付けたものとなっている。上中央の収納庫２は箱体３の前面を開放し内部に棚板１３を取り付けたものとなっている。さらに、上右の収納庫２４は箱体３の前面上下にガイドレール１４，１５を設け、このガイドレール１４，１５間に引き違い式のガラス引戸１６，１７を支持したものとなっている。下右の収納庫２、上左の収納庫２及び上右の収納庫２においては上中央の収納庫２と同様に、箱体３の内部に棚板１３が設けられている。

次に図２及び図３を参照すると、収納庫２の箱体３は、前後両端が開口しており、この前後両端に、上述した水平回動式扉５，１１，１２、引戸９，１０，ガラス引戸１４，１５，ガイドレール７，８，１４，１５等の各種前面部材を取り付け使用するための前面部材用取付穴（以下、前面部材用穴という。）１を振り分けて形成したものとなっている。さらにこの実施例では、箱体３の前後両端にそれぞれ前面部材用穴２０，２１を利用して背面板２２が取り付け可能となっている。

更に詳しく説明すると、箱体３は天板２３と、底板２４と、左右の側板２５，２６とからなっており、ここでは天板２３，２４の左右端にそれぞれ側板２５，２６の上下端が図示しない連結部材を介して連結されている。したがって、この実施例における箱体３は分解及び組み立てが可能であるが、箱体３は溶接等で一体に形成したものであってもよい。

図３（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５．２６はそれぞれ少なくともその前後端が長さ方向に直角な断面において前後対称な断面形状を有する。更に詳しくは、これら天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５．２６はそれぞれ前端及び後端の内側に長さ方向に延びる中空状の前補強部材２３ａ、２４ａ、２５ａ、２６ａ及び後補強部材２３ｂ、２４ｂ、２５ｂ、２６ｂを有し、天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５，２６はそれらの長さ方向に直角な断面において前補強部材２３ａ、２４ａ、２５ａ、２６ａ及び後補強部材２３ｂ、２４ｂ、２５ｂ、２６ｂを含む全区間にわたり前後対称な断面形状を有している。

また、側板２５，２６の前補強部材２５ａ、２６ａ及び後補強部材２５ｂ、２６ｂにはそれぞれ棚板１３を支持する棚受け具（図示省略）を取り付けることができる複数個の取付穴２５ｅ，２５ｆ，２６ｅ，２６ｆが上下方向に間隔をあけて形成されており、これら取付穴２５ｅ，２５ｆ，２６ｅ，２６ｆの配置も前後対称となっている。さらに、図示は省略するが、側板２５，２６の前補強部材２５ａ、２６ａ及び後補強部材２５ｂ、２６ｂには引出し６を支持するサスペンションを取り付けるための取付穴等が前後対称に形成される。

さらに、箱体３の前後端の開口部に沿って、箱体３の前後両端面にそれぞれ段差状の凹部が形成されており、扉１１，１２等の各種前面部材及び背面板２２はこの凹部内に装着可能となっている。凹部は天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５，２６の前端及び後端に形成された段差状の凹部２３ｃ、２３ｄ、２４ｃ、２４ｄ、２５ｃ、２５ｄ、２６ｃ、２６ｄにより形成されている。

図２（ａ）、図４及び図７（ａ）〜（ｄ）は箱体３の前端側に形成される前面部材用穴３０〜３５を示しており、図２（ｂ）、図６及び図７（ｅ）、（ｆ）、（ｇ）は箱体３の後端側に形成される前面部材用穴３６〜４５を示している。これらの穴３０〜４５は天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５，２６の前端及び後端に形成された段差状の凹部２３ｃ、２３ｄ、２４ｃ、２４ｄ、２５ｃ、２５ｄ、２６ｃ、２６ｄに配置形成されている。また、図５に示すように、天板２３及び底板２４の前端側凹部側面には引戸用ガイドレール７，８を取り付けることができる前面部材用穴４６、４７がそれぞれ左右方向に間隔をあけて複数個形成されている。

次に、各種収納形態の収納庫２を組み立てる際の箱体３の用い方について説明する。

まず、箱体３を用いてオープン型の収納庫２を組み立てるときは、図７（ａ）、（ｄ）に示すように、箱体３の前端側を開放状態にし、図８（ａ）及び図８（ｃ）に例示する目隠し用のキャップ７０を穴３０〜３５に装着する。この場合、図７（ａ）に示すように、箱体３内に棚板１３を設けることができる。また、図７（ｄ）に示すように、箱体３の左右側板２５，２６の内側にトレイ受け４６，４７を取り付け、このトレイ受け４８，４９にトレイ５０を出し入れ可能に支持させることができる。

また、箱体３に両開きの水平回動扉１１，１２を取り付けて収納庫２を組み立てるときは、図２及び図７（ｂ）に示すように、箱体３の前端を利用し、扉１１，１２の側端上下部に取り付けられる蝶番５１，５２，５３，５４をそれぞれ穴３０，３１，３２，３３に取り付ける。また、穴３４，３５には片側の扉１２に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ７１（図８（ｄ）参照）を取り付ける。

また、箱体３に引き違い引戸９，１０を取り付けて収納庫２を組み立てるときは、図４、図５及び図７（ｃ）に示すように、箱体３の前端を利用し、上下のガイドレール７，８を天板２３及び底板２４の前面部材用穴４６，４７（図５（ａ）、（ｂ）参照）にそれぞれ止め具７２で取り付けることができる。そして、穴３０，３２には引戸９，１０に組み込まれるラッチ部材５７（図４参照）を引っ掛けるためのラッチ受け用キャップ７１（図８（ｂ）参照）を取り付けることができ、また、使用しない穴３１，３３，３４，３５にはそれぞれ目隠し用キャップ７０（図８（ａ）、（ｃ）参照）を取り付けることができる。

さらに、図７（ａ）〜（ｄ）に示す組み立て形態の場合、箱体３後端側には穴３６，３９，４０，４１を利用して背面板２２を取り付けることができる。また、使用目的により箱体３の後端側をオープン型としたり、水平回動型の扉や引戸を取り付けることができる。

一方、箱体３に片開き型の４枚の扉５を取り付けてロッカー型の収納庫２を組み立てるときは、図６及び図７（ｅ）に示すように、箱体３内に十字形の中仕切部材５５を設け、この中仕切部材５５と、箱体３の後端側を利用して４枚の扉５を取り付ける。すなわち、図中右上の扉５はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番５６，５６を箱体の穴３６，３７に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中右下の扉５はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番５６，５６を箱体の穴３８，３９に挿入して取り付ける。一方、図中左上の扉５はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番５６，５６を中仕切部材５５に形成した穴５７，５８に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中左下の扉５はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番５６，５６を中仕切部材５５に形成した穴５９，６０に挿入して取り付ける。さらに４枚の扉５のラッチ部材（図示省略）を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受け部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ７１を、穴４２，４３，４４，４５にそれぞれ取り付ける。そして、使用しない穴４０，４１には目隠し用キャップ７０を取り付ける。

また、片開き型の扉６１を２枚用いてロッカー型の収納庫２を組み立てるときは、図７（ｆ）に示すように、箱体３の内部中央に上下方向に延びる中仕切部材６２を設け、この中仕切部材６２と、箱体３の後端側を利用して２枚の扉６１を取り付ける。すなわち、図中右側の扉６１はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番６３，６３を箱体の穴３６，３９に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中左側の扉６１はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番６４，６４を中仕切部材６２に形成した穴６５，６６に挿入して取り付ける。さらに、両扉６１，６１に組み込まれるラッチ部材（図示省略）を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受け部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ７１を、穴４２，４３，４４，４５にそれぞれ取り付ける。そして、使用しない穴３７，３８，４０，４１には目隠し用キャップ７０を取り付ける。

さらに、箱体３内にサスペンションを介して引出し６を出し入れ可能に収容しラテラル型の収納庫２を組み立てるときは、箱体３の前後端のうちのどちらを利用してもよいが、例えば図７（ｇ）に示すように、引出し６の後端を開放状態とするときは、使用されない全ての穴３６〜４５に目隠し用のキャップ７０（図８（ａ）、（ｃ）参照）を取り付ける。

さらに、図７（ｅ）〜（ｇ）の組み立て形態のときは、箱体３の前端側の穴３０〜３３を利用して背面板２２を取り付けることができる。

以上各種用途例を示したように、この実施例の収納庫用キット構造においては、水平回動式扉５，１１，１２，６１や、引戸９，１０，１６，１７等の各種前面部材を取り付け使用するための前面部材用穴３０〜４７が箱体３の前後両端に振り分けて形成されているので、各種用途の収納庫２を組み立てる際に共通の箱体３を用いることができ、且つ、その用途に応じて箱体３の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方を開放放状態のまま用いたり、その用途に適した前面部材を該前面部材に対応する前面部材用穴を用いて箱体３の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に取り付けることができる。また、その用途に応じて、箱体３の反対側には背面板２２を取り付けたり他の前面部材を設けたりすることができる。したがって、共通の箱体３を用いて各種用途の収納庫２を容易に組み立てることができる。しかも、水平回動式扉５，１１，１２，６１や、引戸９，１０，１６，１７等の各種前面部材の取り付けに必要な各種前面部材用穴３０〜４７が箱体３の前後両端に振り分けられているので、前面部材の取り付け時における前面部材用穴の選択ミスによる取り付け作業ミスの発生確立を減ずることができる。

さらに、前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に背面板２２を取り付けるときは前面部材用穴をその背面板２２で覆い隠すことができるので、前面部材用穴露出数を略半減させることができ、前面部材用穴による美観の低下を抑えることができるとともに、使用されていない前面部材用穴に目隠し用のキャップ７０を設ける際に必要なキャップ７０の個数を略半減させることができる。また、箱体３の前後両端に前面部材を取り付ける場合や箱体３の前後両端を開放状態のまま用いる場合であっても、箱体３の片側に露出して見える前面部材用穴の数をそれぞれ略半減させることができるので、前面部材用穴による美観の低下を抑えることができる。

また、この実施例においては、箱体３を構成する天板２３、底板２４及び左右の側板２５，２６における少なくとも前後端が長さ方向に直角な断面において前後対称な断面形状を有するので、共通な単一形状の背面板２２を箱体３の前後両端のうちのどちらにも取り付けることができる。したがって２種類の背面板２２を用意する必要がなく部品点数の増大を避けることができる。また、箱体３の前後両端のうちのどちらの側に取り付けたときも同一の背面外観を得ることができるので、背面側外観デザインの統一性を確保することができる。

さらに、この実施例では、箱体３の前後両端のうちのどちらの側に前面部材を取り付けて前面として用いても、前面部材に対する箱体３の内部形態を同一とすることができるので、違和感無く使用することができる。また、箱体３の内部に棚受け部材（図示省略）や、中仕切部材５５，６２等を取り付ける場合に、箱体３の前後両端のうちのどちらを前面として用いても、これら棚受け部材や、中仕切部材５５，６２等を同一の取り付け位置で箱体２に取り付けることができる。

また、この実施例では、箱体３の開口部周縁に沿って箱体３の前後両端面に形成した凹部に各種前面部材や背面板２２を装着することができるので、図１からわかるように、箱体３の前後両端への前面部材又は背面板の取り付けの有無に拘わらず、複数個の収納庫２を上下又は左右に並べたときに収納庫２の前面及び後面を同一面に揃えて整列させることができる。したがって、美観の良好な収納庫配列とすることができる。

以上図示実施例につき説明したが、本発明は上記実施例の態様のみに限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内でその構成要素に種々の変更を加えることができる。例えば、上記実施例における箱体は、互いに別体に形成された天板、底板及び左右の側板からなるが、天板、底板及び左右の側板を一体に形成したり、左右側板と天板を一体に形成し且つ底板を溶接して一体化してもよい。また、上記実施例の箱体においては、天板、底板及び左右の側板に補強部材がそれぞれ一体に設けられているが別体に形成し溶接等で固着したものであってもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明によれば、箱体の美観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットを提供することができる。
