【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は収納庫の構造に関し、更に詳しくは、外観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、収納庫としては、前面を開放して用いるオープン型やラテラル型のものの他に、前面に各種水平回動式の扉、跳ね上げ扉、引戸等の前面部材を取り付けて用いる各種収納形態のものが用いられている。

これら各種収納形態の収納庫を組み立てるに際し、例えば実公昭56−30281号公報、実開平6-15537号公報等に示されるように、前面が開口した箱体を同一サイズのものとして共通化し、この箱体の前面に水平回動式の扉、引戸等を選択的に取り付けることができるようにした箱体構造が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
同一の箱体の前面に、水平回動式扉、引戸等の各種前面部材を選択的に取り付け可能とするためには、各前面部材の形態に応じて、箱体の前面の所定位置にそれぞれ取付穴や係合穴等を予め形成しておく必要がある。

このため、前面部材の種類を増やすと数多くの取付穴や係合穴等が箱体の前面に現れることとなり、たとえ使用しない取付穴等に目隠しのキャップを取り付けたとしても美観の低下は避けられないものとなる。また、取付穴の数が増えると組み付け時に取付穴を間違える等の作業ミスが増え作業性が低下する原因にもなる。

したがって、本発明の目的は、箱体の美観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、前後端が開口した矩形の箱体と、該箱体の前端及び後端に対し選択的に装着可能な水平回動式扉、引戸及び背面板と、水平回動式扉を箱体に取り付けるための蝶番と、引戸を支持するための上下のガイドレールと、ガイドレールを箱体に取り付けるための留め具と、水平回動式扉又は引戸に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップと、目隠し用キャップとを備えた収納庫用キットであって、前記箱体はその前端内側及び後端内側に、該箱体の前端面及び後端面にそれぞれ開口する段差状の凹部を前後対称に形成してなり、前記水平回動式扉、引戸及び背面板は前記箱体の前後の前記凹部内に納まるように形成されており、前記箱体の前後の前記凹部内には前記蝶番、前記留め具又は前記ラッチ受け用キャップを取り付け可能な取付穴が形成されており、前記背面板は前記蝶番用の取付穴を利用して前記箱体に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする収納庫用キットを提供する。

上記構成を有する収納庫用キットにおいては、箱体はその前端内側及び後端内側に、該箱体の前端面及び後端面にそれぞれ開口する段差状の凹部を前後対称に形成してなり、水平回動式扉や引戸(以下、前面部材と称す。)及び背面板は箱体の前後の凹部内に納まるように形成されており、箱体の前後の凹部内には水平回動式扉用の蝶番、引戸用のガイドレールを取り付けるための留め具又は水平回動式扉又は引戸に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップを取り付け可能な取付穴が形成されているので、各種用途の収納庫を組み立てる際に共通の箱体を用いることができ、且つ、その用途に応じて箱体の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方を開放放状態のまま用いたり、その用途に適した前面部材を該前面部材に対応する取付穴を用いて箱体の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に取り付けることができる。また、その用途に応じて、箱体の反対側には前記取付穴の一部を利用して背面板を取り付けたり他の前面部材を設けたりすることができる。したがって、共通の箱体を用いて各種用途の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる。
しかも、前面部材及び背面板は、箱体の前端面及び後端面に段差状に前後対称に形成されている凹部内に納まるように形成されているので、箱体への前面部材又は背面板の取り付けの有無に拘わらず、複数個の収納庫を上下又は左右に並べたときに収納庫の前面及び後面を同一面に揃えて整列させることができる。したがって、美観が極めて良好な各種用途の収納庫を容易に提供することができる。
さらに、水平回動式扉、引戸等の各種前面部材の取り付けに必要な各種取付穴が箱体の前後両端に振り分けられているので、前面部材の取り付け時における前面部材用取付穴の選択ミスによる取り付け作業ミスの発生確立を減ずることができる。さらに、前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に背面板を取り付けるときは前面部材用取付穴をその背面板で覆い隠すことができるので、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等の露出数を略半減させることができ、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等による美観の低下を抑えることができるとともに、使用されていない前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等に目隠し用のキャップを設ける際に必要なキャップの個数を略半減させることができる。また、箱体の前後両端に前面部材を取り付ける場合や箱体の前後両端を開放状態のまま用いる場合であっても、箱体の片側に露出して見える前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等の数をそれぞれ略半減させることができるので、前面部材用取付穴、背面板用取付穴等による美観の低下を抑えることができる。

上記構成の収納庫用キットにおいて、好ましくは、前記箱体が左右方向に延びる天板及び底板と、該天板及び底板の左端間及び右端間でそれぞれ上下方向に延びる左右の側板とを有し、前記天板、底板及び左右の側板における少なくとも前後端が長さ方向に直角な断面において前後対称な断面形状を有する。

はじめに図1を参照すると、同図にはベース台1上に上下2段及び左右方向3列に並べて設置された計6個の収納庫2が示されており、これら収納庫2は同一サイズの箱体3を用いてそれぞれ異なる収納形態に組み立てられている。すなわち、下左の収納庫2は箱体3の内部が十字形の仕切部材(図示省略)により4つの収納部に仕切り、各収納部に水平回動式の扉5を計4枚取り付けたものとなっている。下中央の収納庫2は箱体3内に上下3段の引出し6をサスペンション(図示省略)を介して出し入れ可能に収納したものとなっている。下右の収納庫2は箱体3の前面上下にガイドレール7,8を設け、このガイドレール7,8間に引き違い式の引戸9,10を支持したものとなっている。上左の収納庫2は箱体3の前面に両開きの水平回動扉11,12を取り付けたものとなっている。上中央の収納庫2は箱体3の前面を開放し内部に棚板13を取り付けたものとなっている。さらに、上右の収納庫24は箱体3の前面上下にガイドレール14,15を設け、このガイドレール14,15間に引き違い式のガラス引戸16,17を支持したものとなっている。下右の収納庫2、上左の収納庫2及び上右の収納庫2においては上中央の収納庫2と同様に、箱体3の内部に棚板13が設けられている。

次に図2及び図3を参照すると、収納庫2の箱体3は、前後両端が開口しており、この前後両端に、上述した水平回動式扉5,11,12、引戸9,10,ガラス引戸14,15,ガイドレール7,8,14,15等の各種前面部材を取り付け使用するための前面部材用取付穴(以下、前面部材用穴という。)1を振り分けて形成したものとなっている。さらにこの実施例では、箱体3の前後両端にそれぞれ前面部材用穴20,21を利用して背面板22が取り付け可能となっている。

まず、箱体3を用いてオープン型の収納庫2を組み立てるときは、図7(a)、(d)に示すように、箱体3の前端側を開放状態にし、図8(a)及び図8(c)に例示する目隠し用のキャップ70を穴30〜35に装着する。この場合、図7(a)に示すように、箱体3内に棚板13を設けることができる。また、図7(d)に示すように、箱体3の左右側板25,26の内側にトレイ受け46,47を取り付け、このトレイ受け48,49にトレイ50を出し入れ可能に支持させることができる。

また、箱体3に両開きの水平回動扉11,12を取り付けて収納庫2を組み立てるときは、図2及び図7(b)に示すように、箱体3の前端を利用し、扉11,12の側端上下部に取り付けられる蝶番51,52,53,54をそれぞれ穴30,31,32,33に取り付ける。また、穴34,35には片側の扉12に組み込まれるラッチ部材を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ71(図8(d)参照)を取り付ける。

さらに、図7(a)〜(d)に示す組み立て形態の場合、箱体3後端側には穴36,39,40,41を利用して背面板22を取り付けることができる。また、使用目的により箱体3の後端側をオープン型としたり、水平回動型の扉や引戸を取り付けることができる。

一方、箱体3に片開き型の4枚の扉5を取り付けてロッカー型の収納庫2を組み立てるときは、図6及び図7(e)に示すように、箱体3内に十字形の中仕切部材55を設け、この中仕切部材55と、箱体3の後端側を利用して4枚の扉5を取り付ける。すなわち、図中右上の扉5はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番56,56を箱体の穴36,37に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中右下の扉5はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番56,56を箱体の穴38,39に挿入して取り付ける。一方、図中左上の扉5はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番56,56を中仕切部材55に形成した穴57,58に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中左下の扉5はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番56,56を中仕切部材55に形成した穴59,60に挿入して取り付ける。さらに4枚の扉5のラッチ部材(図示省略)を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受け部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ71を、穴42,43,44,45にそれぞれ取り付ける。そして、使用しない穴40,41には目隠し用キャップ70を取り付ける。

また、片開き型の扉61を2枚用いてロッカー型の収納庫2を組み立てるときは、図7(f)に示すように、箱体3の内部中央に上下方向に延びる中仕切部材62を設け、この中仕切部材62と、箱体3の後端側を利用して2枚の扉61を取り付ける。すなわち、図中右側の扉61はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番63,63を箱体の穴36,39に挿入して取り付ける。また、図中左側の扉61はその右側端上下部に取り付けた蝶番64,64を中仕切部材62に形成した穴65,66に挿入して取り付ける。さらに、両扉61,61に組み込まれるラッチ部材(図示省略)を引っ掛けて止めるためのラッチ受け部を有するラッチ受け用キャップ71を、穴42,43,44,45にそれぞれ取り付ける。そして、使用しない穴37,38,40,41には目隠し用キャップ70を取り付ける。

以上各種用途例を示したように、この実施例の収納庫用キット構造においては、水平回動式扉5,11,12,61や、引戸9,10,16,17等の各種前面部材を取り付け使用するための前面部材用穴30〜47が箱体3の前後両端に振り分けて形成されているので、各種用途の収納庫2を組み立てる際に共通の箱体3を用いることができ、且つ、その用途に応じて箱体3の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方を開放放状態のまま用いたり、その用途に適した前面部材を該前面部材に対応する前面部材用穴を用いて箱体3の前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に取り付けることができる。また、その用途に応じて、箱体3の反対側には背面板22を取り付けたり他の前面部材を設けたりすることができる。したがって、共通の箱体3を用いて各種用途の収納庫2を容易に組み立てることができる。しかも、水平回動式扉5,11,12,61や、引戸9,10,16,17等の各種前面部材の取り付けに必要な各種前面部材用穴30〜47が箱体3の前後両端に振り分けられているので、前面部材の取り付け時における前面部材用穴の選択ミスによる取り付け作業ミスの発生確立を減ずることができる。

さらに、前後両端のうちの一方又は他方に背面板22を取り付けるときは前面部材用穴をその背面板22で覆い隠すことができるので、前面部材用穴露出数を略半減させることができ、前面部材用穴による美観の低下を抑えることができるとともに、使用されていない前面部材用穴に目隠し用のキャップ70を設ける際に必要なキャップ70の個数を略半減させることができる。また、箱体3の前後両端に前面部材を取り付ける場合や箱体3の前後両端を開放状態のまま用いる場合であっても、箱体3の片側に露出して見える前面部材用穴の数をそれぞれ略半減させることができるので、前面部材用穴による美観の低下を抑えることができる。

以上図示実施例につき説明したが、本発明は上記実施例の態様のみに限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内でその構成要素に種々の変更を加えることができる。例えば、上記実施例における箱体は、互いに別体に形成された天板、底板及び左右の側板からなるが、天板、底板及び左右の側板を一体に形成したり、左右側板と天板を一体に形成し且つ底板を溶接して一体化してもよい。また、上記実施例の箱体においては、天板、底板及び左右の側板に補強部材がそれぞれ一体に設けられているが別体に形成し溶接等で固着したものであってもよい。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明によれば、箱体の美観を損ねることなく、同一構造の箱体を用いて収納形態の異なる複数種の収納庫を容易に組み立てることができる収納庫用キットを提供することができる。
