本発明は以上に述べたような実情に鑑み、高い防犯性を有しながらも火災が発生した時などには瞬時に開放でき、尚且つ開放した扉を簡単に固定できる扉装置の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を達成するために本発明の扉装置は、窓の室外側に固定した上下の枠材間に観音開き状に開閉する左右2枚の扉体を備え、扉体は、枠材の扉体裏側に設けた戸当り部と、枠材の扉体裏側であって且つ扉体の支軸よりも外側の位置に抜き差し自在に設けたロックピンにより閉塞状態にロックされ、ロックピンを引き抜くと扉体が室外側に開放自在となり、開放状態で閉塞時と同じ位置にロックピンを差し込むと、扉体が戸当り部の側端面とロックピンの間に挟まれて固定されることを特徴とする。戸当り部とロックピンは、上下の枠材の両方に設けても良いが、どちらか一方だけに設けても良い。
