本発明に係るピッチ墨出し治具の上記課題を解決するための要旨は、アームと、該アームに回転自在に支持された回転体と、該回転体の側面に設けられて当該回転体の円周を複数種類に分割した位置マークを付けて表してなるピッチセット早見表と、前記回転体の外周部に周方向において等間隔で半径方向に沿って配設されるとともに前記ピッチセット早見表の所望の位置マークに対応して前記回転体外周面から突出されるマーキング部材とからなることである。

前記マーキング部材は、その先端部が回転体の外周面に出没自在にされていること、;前記回転体の側面に、脱輪防止用のガイドフレームが設けられていることをふくむものである。

本発明に係るピッチ墨出し治具によれば、回転体をマーキング面に転がして行くだけで、墨出しができる。また、墨出しのピッチが変わる場合には、マーキング部材を、回転体の外周面から任意に突出させたり埋没させたりして、対応させることができる。更に、ガイドフレームを回転体に設けることで、例えば、マーキング中に回転する回転体が鉄筋から脱輪することがない。

次に、本発明に係るピッチ墨出し治具について図面を参照して説明する。

本発明に係るピッチ墨出し治具1の構成は、図1に示すように、伸縮自在なアーム2と、該アーム2の先端部に回転自在に支持された、金属製若しくは合成樹脂製の回転体3と、該回転体3の外周部に周方向において等間隔で半径方向に沿って配設されたマーキング部材4とからなる。

前記アーム2は、例えば、ステンレス製で、段階的に伸縮させることができる。このアーム2の先端部は、直交方向に屈曲しており、それが回転軸となって、回転体3が回転自在に装着されている。また、アーム2には、詰め替え可能で着脱自在な、例えば、合成樹脂製のインクタンク5が設けられている。図1に示すように、前記インクタンク5の下側の端部は、回転体3の外周面に近接して配設されている。
