本発明は、電機装置に付設するスライド型電機部品の操作用レバーのスライド装置に関するものであって、詳しくは電話機あるいは音響機器等に付設するスライド型のスイッチまたは可変抵抗器における操作用レバーを横方向へスライドさせる装置に関するものである。

電話機におけるスライド型スイッチの操作用レバーのスライド装置は、例えば図5および図6のように、ケースAにスライド方向の長孔Bを穿設するほか、この長孔Bに貫通する状態に操作用レバーCを設けて、長孔Bから突出する先端の摘みDを指頭により長孔Bに沿う側方へスライドさせることができるようにしたまま、操作用レバーCにおける内端の駆動部Eを可変抵抗器等の電機部品Fの受動部Gに係合させ、かつ操作用レバーCにおける先端付近には、長孔Bからの防塵並びに静電気対策のため、長孔Bを閉塞する鍔状の障壁HをケースAの内面に接触する程度に接近して設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来構造によれば、ストロークの2倍程度に長い大型障壁Hを操作用レバーCに設ける必要があり、また摺擦面積が大きい関係上、円滑な摺動を得るために摺擦面に潤滑材を塗布し、あるいは摺擦面を鏡面仕上げする等、格別な方策を講じる必要があった。

そこで本発明の目的は、障壁を付設しない簡単な構成の小型操作用レバーを使用するにも拘らず、有効な防塵効果並びに静電気耐圧を向上したスライド装置を提供することにあり、更に他の目的は操作用レバーを軽快かつ円滑にスライドさせるようにしたスライド装置を安価に提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するため、操作用レバーがスライドする長孔に近い内方に長孔よりもスライド方向に長いガイド兼用の板状の碍壁をそのレバー支承用端縁が前記長孔と平行となる状態のもとに二つ割型のケースの一方の底壁に該長孔の上辺に重複する高さ位置にまで延びるように設けると共に、前記碍壁のスライド方向両端を前記二つ割型のケースの一方の側壁に連接して平面視コ字状とし、これに対して操作用レバーには、碍壁におけるレバー支承用端縁に跨ったままスライドすることができる逆U字状または几字状の屈曲部を形成し、さらに、ケースの前記碍壁よりも内方には、該碍壁よりもスライド方向に長い第2碍壁を前記長孔と平行状態のもとに二つ割型のケースの他方の底壁に該碍壁の上辺に重複する高さ位置にまで延びるように立設すると共に、前記第2碍壁のスライド方向両端を前記二つ割型のケースの他方の側壁に連接して平面視コ字状としたことを主要特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面について詳細に説明する。

図示の実施形態は、本発明を電話機のスライド式可変抵抗器に適用した形態であって、適用対象とする電話機としては、例えば図示のように、下ケース1aと上ケース1bとからなる二つ割型のプラスチック製ケース1における下ケース1aの側壁端縁を切り欠いて長孔2を設けるほか、長孔2の内方に電機部品3としてのスライド式可変抵抗器をその受動部4が長孔2に対向するようにプリント基板5に固設すると共に、プリント基板5には半導体集積回路等(図示せず)の他の電子部品を実装し、これに対し前記長孔2には電機部品3の操作用レバー6を貫通して長孔2から突出する先端の摘み7を指頭により長孔2に沿う側方へスライドさせることができるように設けたまま、操作用レバー6における内端の駆動部8を電機部品3の受動部4に係合し、もって操作用レバー6の摘み7を必要に応じて指頭により長孔2に沿う側方へスライドさせることにより、電機部品3を調節あるいは切り換えるようにした型式を採択する。

上記型式に対する本発明の構成としては、前記長孔2に近い内方に長孔2よりも大きいガイド兼用の板状の碍壁9をその上向きに形成されたレバー支承用端縁10が前記長孔2と平行となる状態のもとに下ケース1aの底壁に一体的に立設すると共に、これに対して操作用レバー6には、レバー支承用端縁10に跨ったままスライドすることができる逆U字状または几字状の屈曲部11を形成し、かつ前記碍壁9に近い更に内方に碍壁9とは互い違いとなる下向きに板状の第2碍壁12をレバー支承用端縁10の屈曲部11の背面に接近する状態のもとに上ケース1bに一体に設ける。

なお、前記碍壁9と操作用レバー6の屈曲部11との摺擦面には、図1,図2または図3のように、何れか一方にスライド方向にほぼ半円筒状の突起13を設けて線接触のもとにスライドするようにし、あるいは図4のように操作用レバー6における屈曲部11の内面にほぼ半球状の複数対の突起13を設けて点接触のもとにスライドするようにし、これによりスライド操作時の摩擦抵抗を軽減するのが望ましく、なお碍壁9の端縁および第2碍壁12の端縁は、これをほぼ半円筒状に形成してこの部分においても摩擦抵抗を軽減するのがよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、次のような諸効果が得られる。

a.逆U字状あるいは几字状の屈曲部11がある操作用レバー6を板状の碍壁9における端縁に跨る状態のまま案内させて側方へスライドさせるようにしたから、これにより少ない摺擦面積のもとに軽快にスライド操作することができるほか、操作用レバー6の屈曲部11と碍壁9とによるラビリンス状沿面の形成により、長孔2から内部の電子部品への静電気耐圧を著しく増加することができ、従って静電気の放電現象による電撃が防止され、半導体集積回路等の損傷,破壊を確実に防止することができる。
