本発明は、葺設状態における隣接する上下方の平板瓦を固定する平板瓦用固定具及びそれを使用した平板瓦の葺設方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、葺設状態における隣接する上下方の平板瓦を固定する方法として、特開平8ー93141号公報に「桟覆部と差込受部との同段葺き合わせ部分がほぼ瓦1枚の厚さに納まる葺き合わせ構造をとる厚平形系瓦において、差込受部の頭部側端に導水帯と水返しによって分離され、かつ瓦裏面と略同じレベルの表面を有する係止受部を形成し、尻部側の中央付近には瓦表面より高い裏面部分を有して瓦本体の尻部の外側に突出した係止突起を形成してなる瓦であって、葺き合わせたとき斜め下段側瓦の係止突起が斜め上段側瓦の係止受部を抑止し振れ止め係止する係止耐風厚平形瓦」が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記係止耐風厚平形瓦にあっては、確かに一般的な瓦と同様にして葺設してゆけば、斜め下段側瓦に斜め上段側瓦の頭側が固定されるが、瓦表面より係止突起が突出しているため、製造過程、及びその後の梱包、運搬、葺設作業時に係止突起が破損し易い等解決せねばならない課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記従来技術に基づく、係止突起が破損し易い課題に鑑み、葺設状態における下方の平板瓦を貫通して屋根下地に打ち込まれるL型釘と、該L型釘の中間部に、下方の平板瓦の上面に当接するストッパーを設け、該ストッパーを、屋根下地に打ち込まれた状態におけるL型釘の屈曲形成された上方の係止部が、葺設状態における上方の平板瓦のアンダーラップ部の直上に位置する様に設け、上記ストッパーを、L型釘への外嵌筒の下方部に鍔部を周設して形成した平板瓦用固定具を下方の平板瓦の釘孔を貫通させ屋根下地に打ち込んで、下方の平板瓦を屋根下地に固定し、上方の平板瓦のアンダーラップ部の頭側を平板瓦用固定具の上方係止部に係止させる様にして葺設することによって、かかる平板瓦とは別体の固定具により上下両方の平板瓦を固定可能にして、上記課題を解決する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明に係る平板瓦用固定具を使用した平板瓦の葺設状態を示す平面図であり、図2は、図1のXーX断面の要部拡大図であり、図3は、図1のYーY断面の要部拡大図である。
図2、3に示す様に、葺設状態において上下方向に隣接する下方の平板瓦Wの尻側を貫通させて屋根下地Bに打ち込んで、上方の平板瓦Waの頭側を固定する平板瓦用固定金具1にあっては、上端側を直角に屈曲して上方の平板瓦Waの係止受部Dへの係止部2が形成されたL型釘3の中間部に、下方の平板瓦Wの表面に当接するストッパー4が設けられている。

又、ストッパー4にあっては、L型釘3における、係止部2が係止受部Dの直上になる位置に固定されており、かかる位置は対象となる平板瓦W、Waの種類、形状により異なることから、それに合致した平板瓦用固定金具1を使用する。
又、図2、3に示す様に、ストッパー4は、L型釘3への外嵌筒8の下方部に鍔部9を周設して形成されている。
具体的には、鍔部9は、外嵌筒8の下部を徐々に拡径してテーパー状に形成されている。
尚、ストッパー4にあっては、下方の平板瓦Wの尻側に形成された平板瓦用固定金具1(L型釘3)の貫通部位5を閉鎖する様に鍔状に形成するのが望ましく、更にストッパー4の下方に防水用のパッキン6を設けるのが望ましい。

又、下方の平板瓦Wにおける平板瓦用固定金具1の貫通部位5にあっては、通常の釘穴7であるが、図示しないが釘穴7とは別に貫通部位5を形成しても良い。
又、係止受部Dとしては、図2、3に示す様に、上方の平板瓦Waにおけるアンダーラップ部ULの頭側としている。

次に本発明に係る平板瓦用固定金具を使用した平板瓦の葺設方法について説明する。
先ず、屋根下地B上に載置された平板瓦Wの尻側の貫通部位5内を貫通させた平板瓦用固定金具1を、ストッパー4が平板瓦Wの上面に当接するまで打ち込むことを桁行方向に繰り返し行う。
次に、平板瓦Wと平板瓦用固定金具1の係止部2間に、葺設する平板瓦Waの係止受部Dを差し込む様にして平板瓦Waを桁行方向に葺設していく。
すると、平板瓦用固定金具1により下方の平板瓦Wが屋根下地Bに固定され、而も上方の平板瓦Waにおける係止受部Dの直上に係止部2が位置して、平板瓦Waの頭側も固定されることから、強風時にあっても平板瓦Waが捲くれ上がらない。

【発明の効果】
要するに本発明は、葺設状態における下方の平板瓦Wを貫通して屋根下地Bに打ち込まれるL型釘3の中間部に、下方の平板瓦Wの上面に当接するストッパー4を設け、該ストッパー4を、屋根下地Bに打ち込まれた状態におけるL型釘3の屈曲形成された上方の係止部2が、葺設状態における上方の平板瓦Waのアンダーラップ部ULの直上に位置する様に設けたので、1本の平板瓦用固定金具1で下方の平板瓦Wを屋根下地Bに固定すると共に、上方の平板瓦Waの頭側をも固定することが出来、而も上方の平板瓦Waの頭側が固定されることで、構築された瓦屋根に耐風機能を具備させることが出来る。
更に、ストッパー4を設けたことで、打ち込まれた平板瓦用固定金具1における係止部2と下方の平板瓦W間に、上方の平板瓦Waの係止受部Dを確実に差込み可能な空間が自動的に形成されるため、上方の平板瓦Waの葺設作業を支障なく行うことが出来る。
而も、ストッパー4を、L型釘3への外嵌筒8の下方部に鍔部9を周設して形成したので、外嵌筒8の長さにより実際にストッパー4として機能する鍔部9のL型釘3に対する位置が自動的に決定されるため、ストッパー4の位置決めを簡略化することが出来、且つ鍔部9により貫通部位5を閉鎖することが出来る。

又、ストッパー4を、下方の平板瓦WにおけるL型釘3の貫通部位5を閉鎖する様に設けたので、上下方の平板瓦W、Wa間から吹き込んだ雨水の貫通部位5から屋根下地Bへの侵入を防止することが出来る。
更に、ストッパー4の下部にパッキン6を設けたので、かかるパッキン6が下方の平板瓦Wの上面に密着して貫通部位5を閉鎖するため、該貫通部位5からの雨水侵入を更に確実に防止することか出来る等その実用的効果甚だ大である。
