Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lighting fixture having a trimless (frameless) cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional lighting fixture with a trimless cover is a lighting fixture as shown in FIGS. 20 (a) and 20 (b), and means a fixture with a resin cover without a frame. FIG. 20A shows a lighting fixture used in a conference room and the like, and FIG. 20B shows a residential lighting fixture. Reference numeral 50 denotes a main body, and 51 denotes a resin cover (glove). As for the resin cover mounting structure, there are many known techniques such as rotating the resin cover or pushing and pulling the resin cover for the round housing shown in FIG. In addition, in the square instrument using the 40 W size straight tube fluorescent lamp shown in FIG. 20 (a), the drop mounting as shown in FIG. 21, the kick spring system as shown in FIG. 22, and as shown in FIG. A simple resin holding method is disclosed. In FIG. 21, the resin cover 51 is dropped and supported on the outer peripheral edge of the main body 50. 22 (a) and 22 (b), 52 is a spring mounting bracket, 53 is a kick spring, and 54 is a spring receiver. In this case, the compressed kick spring 53 is returned in the spring receiver 54 to be locked. In FIG. 23, 55 is a spring and 56 is a support member. In this case, the spring 55 is biased so that the resin cover 51 can be supported by the support member 56.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the conventional method, the resin cover is held when the resin cover is attached / detached and held, and is pulled down or pushed up, so that stress is generated at the overhanging portion (point P) of the resin cover 51 as shown in FIG. . On the other hand, in the conventional rectangular and trimless resin cover, as shown in FIG. 25, since the overhang D is about 20 to 25 mm and the height H is about 70 mm, the wall thickness t 1 after the resin molding is secured. There was no problem in terms of strength against the stress described above. However, as shown in FIGS. 26A and 26B, an unprecedented thin (height H is about 40 mm), overhang D is large (about 35-40 mm), and a larger (for Hf32W4 lamp) resin cover. When developing the attached lighting fixture, it is difficult to secure the wall thickness t 2 after resin molding (about 0.5 to 1 mm) with the conventional mounting method, and the overhang is large, resulting in the overhang portion (point P). Stress increases, causing problems in strength (cracks, cracks, etc.).
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a luminaire that can reduce the stress generated in the glove when the glove is attached / detached or held in order to solve the above-described problems.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a lighting fixture according to claim 1 of the present invention is a rectangular fixture body which is fixed to a mounting surface and has a lamp and which has a peripheral wall portion on the periphery, and is inserted into the peripheral wall portion. Direct illumination with a square opening, a glove having an outer casing-like part protruding outward from the opening and a translucent surface part covering a lamp continuously formed on the outer casing-like part A locking tool that is attached along at least one side of the opening of the glove and has a locked portion, and the opening of the glove on the peripheral wall of the tool body corresponding to the locking tool And an engaging tool having a locking portion that is movably attached in a direction along a peripheral edge of the glove, and the glove moves when the locking tool is locked and the locking portion is locked. Is moved and the engagement tool is moved so that the locked state is released. The operation unit is provided so that it can be operated from the outside of the instrument body, and the locking device is locked again to the engagement tool at a position lower than the locked state when the locking state is released. As described above, a protruding portion for locking the locked portion is provided at a lower portion of the engaging tool on the opposite side to the protruding direction of the locking portion .
[0006]
As described above, the locking tool attached along at least one side of the opening of the globe and having the locked portion, and the peripheral wall of the instrument body corresponding to the locking tool along the periphery of the opening of the globe. And an engaging tool having a locking portion that is movably mounted in the direction, and the glove is supported and locked by moving the engaging tool and locking the locking portion and the locked portion. Since the operation part that moves the engagement tool so as to be released is provided so that it can be operated from the outside of the instrument body, it can be locked by locking the engagement tool on the glove side and the engagement tool on the instrument body side. The locked state can be released by operating the operation unit. For this reason, it is not necessary to pull down or push up the glove when attaching or removing the glove, and it is not necessary to apply a large stress to the glove, and the stress generated when the glove is attached or detached can be reduced. Further, in a state where the locked state is released, the side opposite to the protruding direction of the locking portion of the engaging tool so that the locking tool is locked again to the engaging tool at a position below the locked state. Since the protrusion to which the locked portion is locked is provided at the lower portion of the frame , a double safety structure is possible without increasing the number of parts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The lighting fixture of 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on FIGS. 1-4.
[0008]
1 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of a lighting fixture according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the lighting fixture according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a glove attachment state according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0009]
1-3, 1 is a lighting fixture body, 2 is a plastic glove (trimless resin cover), 3 is an engaging tool (resin cover holding metal), and 4 is a locking tool (receiving metal). The instrument main body 1 is a rectangular member that is fixed to a mounting surface such as a ceiling, is equipped with a lamp 12, and has a peripheral wall portion 1a at the periphery. The globe 2 is formed continuously with a rectangular opening 2b inserted into the peripheral wall portion 1a, an outer hook-like portion 2a formed to project outward from the opening 2b, and the outer hook-like portion 2a. And a translucent surface portion 2 c that covers the lamp 12. The size and shape of the globe 2 are about 500 to 550 mm in length and about 1300 mm in width as in FIG. 26, and the overhang of the outer flange-shaped portion 2a is made large to 35 to 40 mm. The engaging tool 3 is attached along the inner surface of the peripheral wall 1a of the instrument body 1 so as to be movable in the direction along the peripheral edge of the opening 2b of the globe 2. The shape of the engagement tool 3 is a substantially groove shape, and a locking portion 3b is suspended downward from one opposing piece, and an operation portion 3a is projected laterally from the other piece. The locking portion 3b is formed in a substantially bowl shape so that the globe 2 can be suspended. The operation part 3a protrudes from the opening 1b provided in the peripheral wall part 1a, and can be operated from the outer side of the instrument body 1.
[0010]
The locking tool 4 is a substantially rigid member attached along at least one side of the opening 2 b of the globe 2. In this case, the locking tool 4 is attached to the globe 2 by tightening the screw 5 in a state where the outer flange-shaped portion 2a is sandwiched between the two metal plates. Further, a square hole locked portion 4a is provided in a horizontal portion where the two metal plates of the locking tool 4 overlap each other, and the locking portion 3b is hooked on the locked portion 4a to hold the globe 2. That is, the engaging part 3b and the locked part 4a are detachably locked by the movement of the engaging tool 3, and the engaging part 3 is slid by operating the operating part 3a. The locked state of the locked portion 4a is released.
[0011]
Next, attachment and removal of the globe of the lighting fixture having the above configuration will be described. When the glove 2 is attached, the glove 2 is lifted and the locking portion 3b is put into the locked portion 4a of the square hole and hooked. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, since the inclined guide portion 3d is formed in the locking portion 3b, the engaged portion 3 is moved in the B direction by the locked portion 4a coming into contact with the guide portion 3d. The locking portion 3b slides smoothly into the locked portion 4a. Thereafter, the glove 2 is supported by operating the operating portion 3a to slide the engaging tool 3 in the C direction to lock the locking portion 3b and the locked portion 4a. Moreover, what is necessary is just to release the latching state of the latching | locking part 3b and the to-be-latched part 4a by operating the operation part 3a to a reverse direction, when removing the globe 2. FIG.
[0012]
As described above, according to this embodiment, the locking device 4 on the glove 2 side and the engaging device 3 on the instrument body 1 side are locked, and the operation unit 3a is operated. The locked state can be released. For this reason, it is not necessary to pull down or push up the glove 2 when attaching or removing the glove 2, and it is not necessary to apply a large stress to the glove 2, and the stress generated when the glove 2 is attached or detached can be reduced. This is useful for thin glove that cannot be expected to be strong, such as a square glove with a large overhang of the outer casing, and it is a strength problem when developing a thin luminaire using such a glove. Can improve.
[0013]
Moreover, FIGS. 5-7 shows the safety structure which prevented falling when the glove 2 was removed. FIG. 5A is an exploded perspective view of an essential part of a modification of the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 5B and 5C are explanatory views of the safety structure. As shown to Fig.5 (a), the small hole 4b is provided next to the to-be-latched part 4a, and the recessed part 3e is provided in the latching | locking part 3b. In this case, when the engagement tool 3 is slid from the locked state of FIG. 5B, the portion between the locked portion 4a and the small hole 4b fits into the concave portion 3e and is hooked once. Therefore, the engagement tool 3 is slid and removed while lifting the globe 2. FIG. 6A is an exploded perspective view of an essential part of another modification of the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 6B and 6C are explanatory views of the safety structure. As shown in FIG. 6A, a protrusion 3f is provided on the lower side opposite to the locking of the locking portion 3b. In this case, when the engagement tool 3 is slid from the locked state of FIG. 6B, the protrusion 3f is locked to the locked portion 4a, the glove 2 is temporarily suspended, and the operating portion 3a is released. And released. FIG. 7A is still another modification of the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 7B and 7C are explanatory views of the safety structure. As shown to Fig.7 (a), the latching | locking part 3b consists of two step parts 3g. In this case, when the engagement tool 3 is slid from the locked state shown in FIG. 7A, it is temporarily suspended by the lower step portion 3g, and is released when further slid. A double safety structure is possible without increasing the number of parts by these structures.
[0014]
The lighting fixture of 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on FIG. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an essential part of a lighting fixture according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0015]
In FIG. 8, 6 is a spring and 6a is a spring stopper. The spring stopper 6a is fixed to the instrument body 1 side. One end of the spring 6 is fixed to the spring stopper 6 a and the other end is fixed to the engagement tool 3. Thereby, the spring 6 elastically urges the engaging tool 3 in the C direction so that the locking portion 3b and the locked portion 4a are locked. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the glove 2 is pressed against the instrument body 1 when the glove 2 is attached, the engaged part 3 and the engaging tool 4 are brought into contact with the guide part 3d. After moving so as to relatively escape from the locked position, the locked state is restored. According to this embodiment, there is no risk of the globe 2 dropping unexpectedly. Other structural effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.

The receiving tool 24 is located on the side opposite to the locking tool 4, and is fixed to the opening 2 b of the globe 2 in the same manner as the locking tool 4. In this case, one of the hooks 14 is fixed to the receiver 24, and a holding portion 14a is formed at a portion bent upward from the receiver 24 and bent into a substantially U shape. The other hook 16 is fixed to the peripheral wall 1a of the instrument body 1, and a holding portion 16a is formed at the lower end. Then, shafts 15a and 15a provided at both ends of the connecting member 15 are inserted into the holding portions 14a and 16a and held rotatably. Moreover, the connection material 15 is a wire, a board | plate material, etc., and is formed with the material which can hold | maintain the globe 2 in an attachment position.
[0020]
Next, a glove removing operation of the lighting fixture having the above-described configuration will be described. When the locking of the E portion is released from the state of FIG. 10, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the hook metal parts 14 and 16 and the connecting member 15 operate like a hinge, and the globe 2 is temporarily suspended. . This is particularly effective in the case of the glove 2 in which the outer casing-like portion 2a is larger than the instrument body 1. That is, FIG. 14 is a conventional example shown for comparison with the embodiment of the present invention, in which 60 is an instrument body and 61 is a glove. As shown in FIG. 14, when the globe 61 is opened with the F portion as a fulcrum, the globe 61 hits the ceiling, and the globe 61 may be broken without being opened, but such a problem can be solved by the configuration of the above embodiment. . The main body height H 1 can also be lowered by folding the temporary suspension structure like a hinge. The shaft 15a and the holding portion 14a are detachable, and the globe 2 can be separated from the instrument body 1 by removing the shaft 15a from the holding portion 14a.
[0021]

FIG. 18 is an explanatory diagram of operation in the next state of FIG. 17, and FIG. 19 is an explanatory diagram of operation in the next state of FIG.
[0022]
15 and FIG. 16, the E part is the same as the structure shown in the first to third embodiments. 17 is a holding metal fitting, 18 is a receiving metal fitting, and 19 is a wire for temporary suspension. The holding metal fitting 17 is attached to the instrument main body 1 side, and the receiving metal fitting 18 is attached to the globe 2 side. In this case, the holding metal fitting 17 is fixed to the peripheral wall portion 1a of the instrument body 1, and includes a horizontal portion 17a and an inclined portion 17b that is continuous and inclined downward. The catch 18 is positioned on the side opposite to the locking tool 4 and is fixed to the opening 2 b of the globe 2 in the same manner as the locking tool 4. Further, an opening 18 a into which the holding metal fitting 17 can be inserted is provided in a vertical part of the metal fitting 18. One end of the temporary suspension wire 19 is detachably attached to the metal fitting 18, and the other end is fixed to the instrument body 1.
[0023]
Next, a description will be given of the operation of attaching and removing the globe of the lighting fixture having the above-described configuration. When attaching the glove 2, first, the glove 2 is brought close to the peripheral wall 1 a of the instrument body 1 so that the holding metal 17 is inserted into the opening 18 a of the receiving metal 18. At this time, since the opening 18 a is positioned at the horizontal portion 17 a, the receiving metal fitting 18 is supported by the holding metal fitting 17. Then, the E part on the opposite side is attached by the structure of the first to third embodiments. When the glove 2 is removed, if the lock on the E portion side is released from the state of FIG. 15, the receiving metal 18 is attached to the inclined portion 17 b of the holding metal 17 as shown in FIGS. The other side will come off naturally. When the opening 18a is removed from the holding metal member 17, the globe 2 is suspended by the temporary suspension wire 19, thereby improving safety and workability. According to this structure, the problem at the time of removing the glove 2 with a large overhang | projection from the instrument main body 1 can be eliminated.
[0024]
As described above, in the fourth and fifth embodiments, the temporary suspension function improves safety and workability during maintenance. Moreover, the height of the instrument body 1 can be reduced, and even a re-end glove with a large overhang does not hinder the handling.
[0025]
