本発明は、ガス調理台で使用されるフライパン、中華鍋等の調理器具を、ガス調理台上で支持するガス調理台用調理器具支持装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
ガス調理台は、台上にガスバーナを囲んで環状の支持枠であるゴトクが載置されており、ゴトクに載置されたフライパン、中華鍋等の調理器具をガスバーナによって加熱することにより調理が行われるものである。ところで、炒め物等の調理のように食材を頻繁に攪拌する必要がある場合には、調理者が、調理器具を前後左右に振ったり、さらには調理器具を台から離して上下に動かしたりして調理器具に搖動を加えながら加熱調理を行うのが通常である。しかし、重い中華鍋等の調理器具にさらに食材を加えた非常に重い状態で調理器具を頻繁に搖動させる作業は、腕等に加わる負荷が非常に大きく、特に非力な女性等が行うには負担が大きく、そのために炒め物等の調理作業が困難なものになっている。加えて、調理者に非常に大きな負荷が加わることにより、調理者が腕や肩の筋肉、首筋等を痛めたり、さらには関節や骨を損なう等、の不具合も生じやすい。

上記目的を達成するために請求項１の発明の構成上の特徴は、ガス調理台上にガス調理台の加熱源を囲んで搭載される枠状の固定支持台と、固定支持台上に配置され、鍋等の調理器具を直接載置する加熱源を囲んで配置された枠板部を設けると共に枠板部内の周縁側に調理器具を外側から位置決めする位置決め部を設けた調理器具載置台と、固定支持台と調理器具載置台のそれぞれ横方向両側にて固定支持台と調理器具載置台間に介装されて、調理器具載置台を固定支持台に対して前後方向に摺動可能なように支持する摺動支持手段とを備えたことにある。
