図5は、従来の熱処理装置における筐体構造の概略を示す図である。まず(a)において、基台101の上に四角い筒状の外容器102が設置される。そして、内部で熱処理を行うための予め組み立てられた内容器103を、外容器102の内部に挿入する。挿入後、(b)に示すように外容器102と内容器103との隙間に断熱材104を押し込み、蓋105をして外容器102を閉鎖する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の熱処理装置における筐体構造では、上部から断熱材104を押し込む作業が容易ではなく、作業能率が悪い。また、断熱材104が下方の隅の方まで行き届かないことがあり、そのような場合には十分な断熱効果が得られない。

上記のような従来の問題点に鑑み、本発明は、断熱材の装着が容易で、優れた断熱効果が得られる熱処理装置の筐体構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の熱処理装置の筐体構造は、基台と、前記基台上に設けられた断熱材と、前記断熱材を介して前記基台に載置されて当該基台に固定され、内部で熱処理を行う箱状の内容器と、前記内容器の底面以外の外面に沿わせる他の断熱材と、内面側に前記他の断熱材を介装した複数のパネルを、前記内容器の外面に当該断熱材を沿わせて当該内容器から断熱された状態で配置し、これらのパネルを相互に締結することで前記内容器の外側に筐体を構成し、かつ、前記基台にも締結された外容器と、前記外容器の少なくとも一部の外面に隙間を保って設けられた外容器カバーとを備え、前記内容器及び外容器の所定箇所に被熱処理物の搬入又は搬出用の開口が設けられ、これに対応して前記外容器又は外容器カバーの所定箇所に、開閉可能部位が設けられている
上記のように構成された熱処理装置の筐体構造は、基台上に断熱材を介して内容器を設置してから、他の断熱材を介してパネルが配置され、パネルを相互に締結し、かつ、基台にも締結することにより外容器が形成される。また、外容器カバーは外容器との間に空気の層を形成することにより、外容器より表面温度が低下する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の一実施形態による熱処理装置の外観を示す図であり、(a)は背面図、(b)は(a)に対する右側面図である。また、図2は、当該熱処理装置内部の概略構造を示す平面図である。図1において、当該熱処理装置は、多数の支持脚1aで支えられた直方体状の基台1上に、熱処理室2を構成してなるものである。

図1及び図2において、熱処理室2は、密閉可能な箱状の内容器3と、内容器3の底面を除く他の5面(背面、正面、両側面、上面)を覆う外容器4と、内容器3と外容器4との隙間及び内容器3の底面と基台1の上面との間に設けられた断熱材5と、外容器4の一部の外面を覆う外容器カバー6と、外容器カバー6の上部のトップカバー7とを備えている。外容器4は上記5面に対応した5つのパネル(詳細後述)によって構成され、各パネルは、その縁辺部が折り曲げられた蓋状の形状を成している。また、熱処理室2の背面側には点検扉8が設けられ、正面側には被処理物9を搬入又は搬出する際に開閉されるシャッタ10が設けられている。点検扉8及びシャッタ10の内部にはそれぞれ断熱材5が取り付けられている。

上記内容器3の内部(図2)には、ヒータ11と、熱風を循環させるシロッコファン12と、熱風を所定の清浄度以下にするフィルタ13とが備えられている。外容器4の外部に取り付けられたモータ14によりシロッコファン12が回転駆動されると、熱風が矢印に示す経路を循環して、被処理物9は熱処理される。この被処理物9は例えば、液晶パネルやプラズマディスプレイパネル等の平面型ディスプレイに使用されるガラス基板であり、ラック(図示略)に多段に載置されている。上記モータ14を収納するスペースは、化粧カバー15により覆われている。

次に、上記のように構成された熱処理室2の組立について説明する。図3は、熱処理室2を構成する主要な筐体の組立手順を示す分解斜視図である。なお、内容器3は予め組み立てられているものとする。図において、まず、基台1上の所定位置に、断熱材5を介して内容器3を載置し、基台1に固定する。次に、外容器4を構成する5つのパネル41,42,43,44,45のうち、背面、正面及び両側面の4つのパネル41〜44の内面側に断熱材5を入れる。そして、それぞれを内容器3の対応する面に沿わせて配置し、各パネル41〜44を相互に締結するとともに基台1にも締結する。また、内容器3の天板上に、断熱材5を介して残りの1枚のパネル45を、縁辺部の折り返しの無い方の面を下にして重ね、これを先の4枚のパネル41〜44と締結する。こうして、内容器3の5面に断熱材5を介して外容器4(41〜45)が構成される。また、断熱材5は底面も含む内容器3の外面全体(6面)に配置される。当該作業は、必要な断熱材5を予め取り付けてからパネル41〜45を取り付ける作業であるため、容易に、かつ、短時間に行うことができる。また、断熱材5は6面全域に確実に行き届くので、優れた断熱効果を得ることができる。

図4は、外容器4の上部における部材間の締結構造を示す縦断面図である。上記のようにして外容器4を構成した後、外容器4の背面側のパネル41及び右側面側のパネル44の上端面に、図4に示すようにしてトップカバー7を取り付ける。なお、正面側のシャッタ10昇降部以外にもトップカバー7が取り付けられるが、これについては図示を省略する。取り付けた状態のトップカバー7の下端面には空気を通すための孔7aが多数設けられている。続いて、外容器カバー6の背面側パネル61及び右側面側パネル62を取り付ける。これらのパネル61,62の上部はトップカバー7に締結され、下部は基台1に締結される。外容器カバー6の取付により、図4に示すように、外容器4のパネル(41,44)との間に空気の層ができる。これにより、外容器カバー6の表面温度は外容器4の表面温度より低減される。また、外容器カバー6には、外容器4の表面に露出するボルト等を隠して美観を向上させるなどの意義がある。

最後に、図3における外容器カバー6の背面側パネル61に点検扉8が取り付けられ、また、正面側にはシャッタ10等が取り付けられて、熱処理室2の主要な筐体が完成する。
なお、外容器カバー6及びトップカバー7は、背面及び右側面に限らず、必要により他の面にも設けることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように構成された本発明は以下の効果を奏する。
本発明の熱処理装置の筐体構造によれば、基台上に断熱材を介して内容器を設置してから、他の断熱材を介してパネルが配置され、パネルを相互に締結し、かつ、基台にも締結することにより外容器が形成されるので、断熱材の装着が容易であり、外容器の組立も容易である。また、隅々まで確実に断熱材が行き届くので優れた断熱効果が得られる。さらに、外容器カバーによって外容器との間に空気の層が形成されることにより、外容器カバーの表面温度が外容器より下がるので、安全である。

The housing structure of the heat treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a base, a heat insulating material provided on the base, and is fixed to the base by being placed on the base via the heat insulating material.
