上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明は、駐車ブレーキを作動させたまま車両が走行したときに、制御手段が警報手段を作動させてドライバーに警報を発する駐車ブレーキ警報装置において、制御手段は、規定車速以上の車速で駐車ブレーキの作動時間が規定時間以上になったときに警報手段を作動させ、前記規定時間は、車速が閾値に達するまでは車速の増加に応じて減少し且つ前記閾値を超えると一定時間に保持されることを特徴とする。
