Description
以下では、図面を参照して本発明の望ましい実施例を詳細に説明する。
本発明によれば、色々なDNAサンプルを相異なる温度制御条件で同時に分析できて分析時間及び実験時間を大きく短縮できる効果が得られ、実験のために少量のサンプルだけあればよいので、患者の負担を減らせ、環境問題をある程度解決できる。
Claims (12)
- 外部から供給された電力で熱を発生させて所定の温度を維持し、実際の温度情報を外部に出力するPCRチップと、
入力された制御信号によって前記PCRチップに電力を供給する電力供給部と、
事前に設定された制御温度及び制御時間情報を含む制御情報と前記PCRチップから提供された前記実際の温度情報とに基づいて制御信号を発生させて前記電力供給部に提供する制御部を含み、
前記電力供給部は、外部電源と、前記制御信号によって前記外部電源から出力される電源をオンオフして前記PCRチップに供給するフォトMOSFET
を含むことを特徴とするPCRチップ温度制御装置。 - 複数のPCRチップのうち制御対象となるPCRチップを選択する第1選択信号及び前記制御信号を前記制御部から入力され、前記制御対象となるPCRチップに電力を供給する電力供給部を選択して前記制御信号を提供する選択部と、
前記複数のPCRチップのうち何れか一つを選択する第2選択信号を前記制御部から入力し、前記第2選択信号によって所定のPCRチップの実際の温度情報を前記制御部に提供するMUX部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPCRチップ温度制御装置。 - 前記PCRチップは、
前記電力供給部から電力が供給されて熱を発生させるヒータ部と、
前記PCRチップの温度を測定して外部に出力する温度センサ部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPCRチップ温度制御装置。 - 使用者から制御温度及び制御時間情報を含む制御情報が入力されて前記情報を制御部に提供し、前記制御情報によって所定のPCRチップの温度を制御した結果を外部に出力する入出力部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPCRチップ温度制御装置。
- (a)PCRチップの制御温度、時間を含む制御情報を入力する段階と、
(b)前記制御温度を前記時間維持するように前記PCRチップの制御信号を発生する段階と、
(c)前記制御信号によって前記PCRチップの温度を制御する段階を含み、
前記PCRチップの温度は、前記制御信号によって外部電源から出力される電源をオンオフして前記PCRチップに供給するフォトMOSFETにより制御されること
を特徴とするPCRチップ温度制御方法。 - 前記(b)段階は、(b1)制御対象となるPCRチップが複数ある場合には、前記制御信号で制御されるPCRチップを選択する選択信号を生成させる段階をさらに含み、
前記(c)段階は、前記選択信号及び前記制御信号によって所定のPCRチップの温度を制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のPCRチップ温度制御方法。 - (d)前記PCRチップの温度を測定する段階と、
(e)前記PCRチップの実際の温度が前記制御温度と異なる場合には、前記(b)段階を行う段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のPCRチップ温度制御方法。 - 前記(e)段階は、(e1)前記PCRチップが複数ある場合には、所定のPCRチップを選択する情報を生成する段階、
(e2)前記選択されたPCRチップの実際の温度とそれに対応する制御温度を順次に比較して両者が異なる場合には、前記(b)段階を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のPCRチップ温度制御方法。 - 請求項5の方法をコンピュータで実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータで読取れる記録媒体。
- 請求項6の方法をコンピュータで実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータで読取れる記録媒体。
- 請求項7の方法をコンピュータで実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータで読取れる記録媒体。
- 請求項8の方法をコンピュータで実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータで読取れる記録媒体。
