【課題を解決するための手段、作用及び効果】
本発明は、大理石調の合成樹脂製品が重量割合で90%程度の珪石などの天然骨材を10%程度の合成樹脂で固めた状態になっているのに着目して完成されたものであって、請求項1の発明は大理石調合成樹脂製品の不良品または使用済みの不用品を破砕機で破砕してふるいにかけることにより粒径0.1mm〜数mmの骨材を得、その骨材の表面に着色を施した後、反応硬化性合成樹脂を混合して型に流し込むことにより成型するようにしたから、破砕及びふるい分けされた骨材は珪石などの天然骨材に合成樹脂が付着した状態になっており、その表面に着色を施すことにより所望の色の骨材が得られ、反応硬化性合成樹脂を混合して型に流し込むことにより、新しい天然骨材を用いた製品と同様な大理石調の製品を造ることができ、請求項2の発明は請求項1の発明における骨材に同程度の粒径の天然骨材を着色し、または、着色しないで混合するようにしたから、新たな天然骨材の使用量を低減することができる効果がある。

(実施例1)
大理石調の合成樹脂製品の廃棄物をハンマーミルで破砕し、粒径0.1mm〜0.6mmの細骨材と粒径0.6mm〜1.0mmの粗骨材にふるい分け、細骨材は酸化鉄系黒色無機顔料を水溶性アクリルエマルジョン樹脂に混ぜて着色し、粗骨材は酸化チタン系白色無機顔料を水溶性アクリルエマルジョン樹脂に混ぜて着色した後、粗骨材を73重量%、細骨材を21重量%に2液硬化性のエポキシ系樹脂を6重量%を混合し、型に流し込んで樹脂の反応により硬化させたところ、白色の基材の中に黒色の骨材が点在する大理石調の合成樹脂製の洗面化粧台が製造された。
