本発明は育苗箱洗浄機に係わるものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
使用済の育苗箱を洗浄する作業は角隅部や凹部などに汚れが付着し、しかもこの汚れが乾燥しているため手間のかかる厄介な作業であった。

また、農業の生産性の向上や農業構造の改善,近代化を計るため、近年専業農家を中心として大規模農業の経営が促進されつつあるが、その場合大量な数に達する育苗箱の洗浄作業が大きな関心事となってきている。

本発明は上記問題を解決するため、導入移送ローラで機体内に導入した使用済の育苗箱を移送しながら噴射ノズルによりジェット洗浄したあと、回転するブラシ体で洗浄し導出移送ローラで機外に導出することにより育苗箱を自動的に洗浄できる育苗箱洗浄機を提供することを技術的課題とするものである。

機体1の左端部に所定の間隙を置いて対設した上下一組の導入移送ローラ2・2’と機体1の右端部に所定の間隙を置いて上下一組の導出移送ローラ3・3’を設け、この左右の導入・導出移送ローラ2・2’,3・3’の間に上下の噴射ノズル4により育苗箱wをジェット洗浄する洗浄機構5とジェット洗浄された育苗箱wを回転しながらブラシ洗浄する上下に対設したブラシ体6・6’とを設け、前記洗浄機構5を機体1内の所定の位置に着脱自在に係止できる角形形状のジェット洗浄枠体 12 で形成し、このジェット洗浄枠体 12 を構成する上下の洗浄パイプ 13 に育苗箱wをジェット洗浄する複数個の噴射ノズル4を付設し、このジェット洗浄枠体 12 に高圧ポンプ 14 を連設したことを特徴とする育苗箱洗浄機に係るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を作用効果を示して実施の一例である図面に基づいて説明する。

本発明は、機体1の左端部に所定の間隙を置いて対設した上下一組の導入移送ローラ2・2’間に使用済の育苗箱wを挿入すると、導入移送ローラ2・2’により育苗箱wが機体1内に導入移送され、洗浄機構5の上下の噴射ノズル4よりのジェット噴出水により育苗箱wがジェット洗浄され、次いで上下に対設した回転するブラシ体6・6’によりブラシ洗浄されながら導出移送ローラ3・3’側に移送され導出移送ローラ3・3’により機外に導出される。

このように使用済の育苗箱wが導入移送ローラ2・2’,上下の回転するブラシ体6・6’により機体1内に移送されながらジェット洗浄・ブラシ洗浄の二段階洗浄方式で洗浄され、導出移送ローラ3・3’により機外に導出されるため育苗箱wが能率良く洗浄できる。

機体本体1の前記洗浄機構5と導出移送ローラ3・3との間の前後の側板1の外壁に上下対向状態に封水型シールを付設した軸受を止着し、この軸受に上下のブラシ軸16・16’を回転自在に架設し、このブラシ軸16・16’に夫々左右に分割した前後縦二つ割り形状のブラシ筒体を被嵌し、このブラシ筒体の例えば上部のブラシ筒体の前後に夫々半割り形状のフランジ部を設けて上部のブラシ体6を形成し、このブラシ体6の筒部とフランジ部に図の3のように夫々育苗箱wをブラシ洗浄する刷毛体32を千鳥ピッチ形状に植設して分割ブラシ体6・6を構成し、下部のブラシ筒体6’のブラシ筒体に育苗箱wを洗浄する刷毛体32を千鳥ピッチ形状に植設し、この分割した上部のブラシ体6の半体のフランジ部端面に分割ブラシ体6・6の回転中の振れを防止する係止手段15を設ける。

図示した係止手段15は分割ブラシ体6の分割した半体のフランジ部の一方の端面に千鳥型に係止片33の基部を止着し、この係止片33に係合する他方の分割半体のフランジ部端面に係合係止溝34を穿溝して係止手段15を構成する。また係止片33にボルト孔を穿孔し係合係止溝34にボルト孔に対応するタップ孔を螺設し、このボルト孔にボルトを螺設して係止片33と係合係止溝34をボルトで連結して係止手段15を構成しても良い。

前記下部の導入ローラ軸22’及び下部の導出ローラ23’の前端部を前方の側板1より突設状態に延設してこの延設部に同形のスプロケット7を止着し、前方の側板1に前記左右の枢着部24を軸とし擺動腕杆25の擺動半径を半径として円弧状の溝孔を対向状態に穿溝し、上部の導入ローラ軸22及び上部の導出ローラ軸23の前端部を前記円弧形形状の溝孔を経由して突設状態に延設し、この延設部に前記と同形のスプロケット7を止着し、架台1に設けたモータ10の出力軸を図1のように時計廻りに回転するように設けてこの出力軸に駆動スプロケット37を止着し、下方のブラシ体6’のブラシ軸16’の前端部を前方の側板1より突設状態に延設してこの延設部にブラシ体用スプロケット38と下部導出ローラ3’を駆動する導出ローラ駆動スプロケット39を止着し、下部導出ローラ軸23’の延設部に従動スプロケット8を止着して前記駆動スプロケット37・ブラシ体用スプロケット38間にモータ用無端駆動チェーン40と導出ローラ駆動スプロケット39・従動スプロケット8間に下部導出ローラ用無端駆動チェーン41を掛け渡し、前方の側板1の左右上端部寄りにアイドル軸42を突設してこの夫々のアイドル軸42にアイドルスプロケット9を回転自在に軸着する。

本発明の駆動機構36を上記のように構成したので、モータ10の出力軸が図1のように時計回りに回転するとモータ用無端駆動チェーン40によりブラシ体用スプロケット38・導出ローラ駆動スプロケット39を介して下部導出ローラ用無端駆動チェーン41により従動スプロケット8が時計回りに回転するので下部導出ローラ軸23’及びこの下部導出ローラ軸23’に止着したスプロケット7が時計回りに回転し、無端駆動チェーン11により中央下端部寄りのアイドルスプロケット9・下部導入ローラ軸22’のスプロケット7を介して下方の導入移送ローラ2’を時計回りに、上部導入ローラ軸22のスプロケット7を介して上方の導入移送ローラ2を反時計方向に回転せしめるので導入窓20より導入された育苗箱wが機体1内に導入される。更に無端駆動チェーン11が左・右上端部寄りのスプロケット9・9を経由して上部導出ローラ軸23のスプロケット7を反時計回りに下部導出ローラ軸23’のスプロケット7を時計回りに回転せしめるので上の導出ローラ3・下の導出ローラ3’が互いに反対方向に回転して機内に導入された育苗箱wを導出窓21より機外へ導出する。

【発明の効果】
本発明を上記のように構成したので、機体の左端部に所定の間隙を置いて対設した上下一組の導入移送ローラと機体の左端部に所定の間隙を置いて上下一組の導出移送ローラを設け、この左右の導入・導出移送ローラの間に上下の噴射ノズルにより育苗箱をジェット洗浄する洗浄機構とジェット洗浄された育苗箱を回転しながらブラシ洗浄する上下に対設したブラシ体とを設けたため、機体の左端部に所定の間隙を置いて対設した上下一組の導入移送ローラ間に使用済の育苗箱を挿入すると、導入移送ローラにより育苗箱が機体内に導入移送され、洗浄機構の上下の噴射ノズルよりのジェット噴出水により育苗箱がジェット洗浄され、次いで上下に対設した回転するブラシ体によりブラシ洗浄されながら導出移送ローラ側に移送され導出移送ローラにより機外に導出される。

このように使用済の育苗箱が導入移送ローラ,上下の回転するブラシ体により機体内に移送されながらジェット洗浄・ブラシ洗浄の二段階洗浄方式で洗浄され、導出移送ローラにより機外に導出されるため育苗箱が能率良く洗浄できる秀れた作業性を有する育苗箱洗浄機となる。

また、本発明では、洗浄機構を機体内の所定の位置に着脱自在に係止できる角形形状のジェット洗浄枠体で形成し、このジェット洗浄枠体を構成する上下の洗浄パイプに育苗箱をジェット洗浄する複数個の噴射ノズルを付設し、このジェット洗浄枠体に高圧ポンプを連設したため、角形形状のジェット洗浄枠体が機体内の左右の導入・導出・移送ローラの間の所定の位置に着脱自在に係止できるので、例えば、噴射ノズルが詰まったりしたとき、このジェット洗浄枠体を簡単に機外に取り出して噴射ノズルを清掃したり新品と取り替えたりすることができるうえに、この門型枠体を簡単にもとの設置位置に復元できる。
