BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint portion of a paper making dryer canvas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A papermaking dryer canvas is used by connecting both ends of a canvas body woven in an end shape by a joint portion to form an endless shape. Conventionally, as the structure of this joint portion, the weft is removed from both ends of the end canvas body, the hook-like warp exposed by removing the weft is folded back, and a part of it is appropriately looped, A warp loop seam structure that weaves the folded back end of the warp into the canvas body, engages the warp loops formed at both ends of the canvas body, and inserts and connects the joining core wire to the common warp loop hole formed by the engagement. The spiral filaments made of synthetic resin filaments are meshed with the warp loops, the spiral filament fixing cores are inserted into the common holes formed by meshing, and the spiral filaments formed at both ends of the canvas body A spiral seam structure is generally used in which a connecting core wire is inserted into and connected to a spiral wire common hole formed by meshing. It is use. By the way, the papermaking dryer canvas equipped with such a warp loop is inferior in strength and durability to the joint part than the main body part, and when abnormal tension is applied for some reason during circulation running in the dryer part of the papermaking machine, Troubles such as the so-called opening of the joint portion sometimes occur due to the warp loop of the ear portion of the joint portion often cutting. If the discovery of the opening of the mouth was delayed, sometimes the warp loop of the joint part progressed and the canvas was broken, leading to a serious accident. As a cause of trouble that the ear part of the joint part is torn, concentration of tension on the ear end part can be considered. A phenomenon in which tension is applied to the end of the ear includes that it is tensioned under the influence of the guide roll operation during traveling of the dryer canvas. Thereby, a joint part cannot endure and may be torn. In addition, due to abnormal contact with the palm plate, wear of the ear end portion occurs in both the main body portion and the joint portion, the joint portion weaker than the main body portion is damaged, and the loop portion is torn from the ear end.
[0003]
In order to prevent troubles caused by such opening, several proposals have been made. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-94298 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-94299 disclose a joint portion in which a reinforcing string is sewn.
[0004]
However, the devices described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-94298 and the device described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-94299 have a problem that the reinforcing effect is not sufficient because the reinforcing cord is not integrated with the canvas body. It was. Moreover, since the joint portion has a structure in which the canvas body is folded back, there is a problem that the thickness increases and a mark is put on the wet paper.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of such problems of the prior art, the present invention does not cause the joint portion to open even when abnormal tension is concentrated on the joint ear, and there is no risk of breakage. In order to suppress it, the present invention intends to provide a joint part in which the ear part is reinforced with the same thickness as the canvas body part.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a reinforcing member woven in advance in a woven fabric structure at both ends of a canvas body at a joint portion in which both ends of an end canvas body made of a plastic fabric woven with warps and wefts are connected endlessly. The above-mentioned problems are solved by a joint part of a papermaking dryer canvas with reinforced ears, characterized in that the filaments are connected to each other.
[0007]
It is preferable that the reinforcing linear bodies are woven together in a state of being aligned with predetermined warps at both ends of the canvas body. The reinforcing linear body is firmly held in the woven fabric structure by aligning with the predetermined warp at the both ends of the canvas body, and the surface smoothness of the canvas is not impaired. Even a single weave has a reinforcing effect, but a multi-woven structure of double or higher weave has a stronger reinforcing effect. This is because the reinforcing linear body is held more firmly. The weaving length of the reinforcing linear body is preferably 30 mm or more. More preferably, it is 50 mm or more.
[0008]
Moreover, it is preferable that the reinforcing linear body is woven in a folded state. When forming the warp loop, the reinforcing filament is aligned with the exposed warp by removing the weft from the canvas body. At the same time, the reinforcing filament is folded back and aligned with the adjacent warp. Further strength can be obtained by weaving toward the end of the canvas. The length of folding is 10 mm or more, preferably 20 mm or more.
[0009]
If the reinforcement striation itself frays due to abnormal contact with the palm board due to problems during running the canvas, the stiffening streaks are shifted in the canvas width direction. It is preferable that it is woven. This is because the reinforcing effect is maintained by the remaining reinforcing linear body even if the outermost reinforcing linear body is broken.
[0010]
The reinforcing striate applied to the present invention is preferably a striate made of fibers having high strength, high heat and humidity resistance, and high wear resistance, and having flexibility and low elongation. For example, a striate body made of aramid fibers is preferable. The apparent thickness of the striatum is preferably about 0.5 to 1.5 mm. This is because if the apparent thickness of the striatum is less than 0.5 mm, the reinforcing effect is inferior, and if it is 1.5 mm or more, there is a problem in the smoothness of the canvas surface. In addition, a hollow braid is preferable as the filament because it is flexible and has good workability. As such a braid, for example, a braid obtained by braiding Technora (registered trademark) manufactured by Teijin Limited can be applied.
[0011]
When opening of the joint portion occurs, the loop portion is torn from the end of the ear, so that the tensile strength of the outermost reinforcing filament is at least 1.5 times that of the canvas main body warp. What you have is good.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The structure of the joint part of this invention is demonstrated based on an Example, referring drawings. FIG. 1 (A) illustrates the joint part of the papermaking dryer canvas of the present invention, and FIG. 1 (B) is an enlarged plane showing a state in which the reinforcing linear body is aligned with a predetermined warp. FIG. (1) is a canvas body, (2) is a warp loop formed by warps of the canvas body, (3) is a joining core wire, (4) is a reinforcing wire, (5) is a joint portion, (6) Is a warp, (7) is a weft, (8) is a canvas body ear, (9) is a canvas body ear, and (10) is a canvas body end. In addition, a present Example is an example of this invention and is not limited to a Example.
[0013]
Example 1
The canvas body (1) has a double weave structure (warp density: 70 / 2.54 cm, weft density: obtained by weaving warps (6) and wefts (7) made of polyester monofilament (diameter 0.45 mm). And a warp loop (2) is formed by weaving the folded back end of the warp into the canvas body (1). At this time, the warp loop (2) was created up to 12 mm from both sides of the canvas body ear end (9). When forming the warp loop (2), the reinforcing wire rod (4) is placed at 5 mm and 10 mm from the canvas body ear end (9), with an apparent thickness of 0.8 mm and a tensile strength of 40 kgf. A braid made of aramid fibers is aligned with one warp of the canvas body (1) at a length of 50 mm from the canvas body end (10), and then folded back and aligned with the adjacent warp to align the canvas body end (10). Weaving towards. The folded weaving length was 20 mm. At this time, the braid which is the reinforcing linear body (4) was left by 100 mm for connection from the canvas body end (10). Also in the ear part on the opposite side, a braid which is a reinforcing linear body (4) having the same shape is woven outside the warp loop (2). When joining both ends of the canvas body (1) in an endless manner, first, the warp loops (2) formed at both ends of the canvas body (1) are engaged with each other by a known method. The canvas main body (1) is endlessly connected by a joint portion (5) of the canvas in 18 pieces × 2 / 2.54 cm, thickness: 2.1 mm. The joint part is formed by a known method, the weft is removed from both ends of the canvas body (1), the hook-like warp exposed by removing the weft is folded back, and a part of the joint is loop-shaped as appropriate. And a warp loop (2) is formed by weaving the folded back end of the warp into the canvas body (1). At this time, the warp loop (2) was formed up to 6 mm from both sides of the canvas body ear end (9). Then, when joining both ends of the canvas body (1) in an endless manner, the warp loops (2) formed at both ends of the canvas body (1) are engaged with each other by a known method. The joining core wire (3) was inserted into the warp loop common hole to obtain a joint portion of a papermaking dryer canvas.
[0015]
About the joint part created in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, the tear tensile strength of the joint part was measured. A measurement method will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows the shape of a test piece for a joint portion tear tensile test, and (11) is a tensile test test piece.
[0016]
A test piece (11) as shown in FIG. 2 is prepared, the tensile tester chuck pinch portion (shaded portion in the drawing) is pinched and pulled in the direction of the arrow, and the numerical values obtained by tearing the joint portion are shown in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1. It was measured. In both figures, the CD portion in the figure is a cut portion and is in a free state. As the tester, a Tensilon type tensile tester was used. As test conditions, an allowable range of a load cell, which is a device for measuring a load using a strain gauge, was set to 100 kg, and a head speed representing a moving speed of a chuck portion connected to the load cell was set to 100 mm / min.
[0017]
The tear tensile strength measurement results were as follows.
(1) Example 1 (two reinforcing filaments): 70.3 kgf
(2) Comparative Example 1 (0 reinforcing wire rods): 30.8 kgf
The joint portion tearing tensile strength was about 2.3 times, and it was confirmed that the ear portion of the present invention was sufficiently reinforced.
[0018]
In the present embodiment, an example of connecting as a connecting method has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and direct connection such as adhesion and sewing is of course used. An indirect connection method such as connecting with a core wire is also possible.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As in the present invention, in a joint portion in which both ends of an end canvas body made of a plastic fabric woven with warps and wefts are connected endlessly, it is woven in advance in the fabric structure of both ends of the canvas body. By connecting the reinforcing filaments, it is possible to easily increase the strength of the joint at the ear portion of the canvas body. As a result, accidents due to opening of the mouth can be prevented even when used under severe conditions, and the life of the canvas can be extended. In addition, since the canvas body is not folded back, there is no change in thickness, and the problem of marking on wet paper can be suppressed.
