Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outer wall inspection hammer suitable for inspecting an outer wall of a building having an RC or SRC structure, for example.
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, this type of inspection hammer 50 has an inspection ball 52 fixed to the tip of a handle 51 having a predetermined length of rigidity, and a handle 53 fixed to the other end.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, an inspection ball 52 is fixed to the tip of a handle 61 directly connected to a handle portion 61A having a predetermined length of rigidity and a spring portion 61B having elasticity, and the other end side (spring portion 61B). On the side), an inspection hammer 60 having a structure in which a handle 53 is fixed is also known (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-122363).
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the inspection hammer 50 shown in FIG. 5, since the handle 51 has rigidity when conducting a percussion survey on the outer wall of the building, the force of the hand is directly transmitted to the object to be inspected (tile wall, mortar wall, etc.) instantaneously. As a result, in the case of a relatively large peeled state (floating), an air gap sound is clearly generated. That is, the conventional inspection hammer 50 as shown in FIG. 5 is suitable for a relatively large peeled (floating) percussion inspection.
On the other hand, in the case of the inspection hammer 60 shown in FIG. 6, since the handle 61 is constituted by the handle portion 61A having rigidity and the spring portion 61B having elasticity, a fine float using the elastic action of the spring portion 61B. It is suitable for rubbing inspection of relatively small peeling state (floating) such as tile floating.
However, in the above-described prior art, both the percussion inspection and the rubbing inspection on the building outer wall cannot be performed by using a single inspection hammer, and two inspection hammers 50 for percussion inspection and rubbing inspection, 60 became essential, and as a result, there was a problem that the instrument cost would be high.
The present invention has been developed in view of the above-described conventional circumstances. The hammer for outer wall inspection that can be used together with both the percussion inspection and the rubbing inspection with a simple operation can be achieved with a single product configuration and at a low cost. Is to provide.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The hammer for inspection of an outer wall according to claim 1 is attached to one end of the inspection piece having a rectangular cross section that exhibits an inelastic state on the short side facing the outer wall of the building and an elastic state on the long side. Attached to the other end of the test piece, the test piece having a striking part having a direction corresponding to the short side exhibiting the inelastic state, a rubbing part having a direction corresponding to the long side exhibiting the elastic state, and the test piece And a handle portion.
According to this invention, the test piece has a rectangular cross section that exhibits an inelastic state on the short side facing the outer wall of the building and an elastic state on the long side, and the inspection object has a short shape that exhibits the inelastic state. Since it is equipped with a striking portion that corresponds to the side and a rubbing portion that corresponds to the long side exhibiting the elastic state, the device cost can be reduced with a single product configuration, and the percussion examination and rubbing can be performed with a simple operation. It is possible to provide an outer wall inspection hammer capable of accurately performing both inspection and inspection.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 shows an outer wall inspection hammer 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The outer wall inspection hammer 1 is in an inelastic state on the short side 2a facing the outer wall 10 of the building, and the short side 2a. The test piece 2 made of, for example, a leaf spring material having a length of about several tens of centimeters, for example, is formed in a shape having a rectangular cross-section as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the striking portions 3a and 3a are attached to one end of the test piece 2 and correspond to the short side 2a that exhibits the inelastic state, and the rubbing corresponds to the long side 2b that exhibits the elastic state. A block-like (substantially elliptical) inspection body 3 having portions 3b and 3b on the outer periphery, a gripping round bar-like handle part 4 attached to the other end of the inspection piece 2, and a further outer part from the grip part 4 Protrusion having a hole 6 protruding in the direction (downward) And a part 5.
The outer wall 10 is formed by, for example, joining mortar or tile to a concrete surface.
Further, the outer wall inspection hammer 1 can be suspended in the hole 6 of the protruding portion 5 through, for example, a hanging strap (not shown).
Next, the operation of the outer wall inspection hammer 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, when the external wall inspection hammer 1 is used to perform a percussion inspection on a building outer wall 10, the short side 2a of the inspection piece 2, and thus the striking portion 3a, is opposed to the outer wall 10 in this state. The inspector grasps the handle portion 4 and reciprocates in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG.
In this case, since the short side 2a of the test piece 2 is opposed to the outer wall 10, the rigidity of the test piece 2 in the reciprocating operation direction is large (inelastic state), and the force of the inspector's hand is the test piece 2, It acts directly on the outer wall 10 via the inspection body 3. As a result, a gap sound or the like at the peeling portion such as mortar generated on the outer wall 10 is clearly generated, and for example, a relatively large percussion examination of the peeling portion can be accurately performed.
On the other hand, when the external wall inspection hammer 1 is used to inspect the external wall 10 of the building, the long side 2b of the inspection piece 2, and thus the rubbing portion 3b, faces the external wall 10 (inspection piece 2, inspection object 3). And the rubbing portion 3b is brought into contact with the outer wall 10. In this state, the inspector grasps the handle portion 4 and reciprocates the rubbing portion 3b in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. To do.
In this case, since the long side 2a of the test piece 2 is opposed to the outer wall 10, the test piece 2 exerts elasticity and is slightly displaced. As a result, a mortar or the like on the outer wall 10 is caused by the rubbing operation. For example, it is possible to accurately perform a rubbing inspection on, for example, a relatively small portion that generates a minute sound such as a fine float, a tile float, and a float with a small float (gap).
The shape of the test piece 2 is not limited to a rectangular shape as long as it changes between an inelastic state and an elastic state depending on the direction facing the outer wall 10 of the building.
Further, the shape of the inspection body 3 can be variously modified.
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the arrangement of the test piece having a shape exhibiting an inelastic state and an elastic state, and the hitting portion and the rubbing portion of the test body is a single product configuration, the instrument cost is low, and the percussion inspection is performed with a simple operation. It is possible to provide a novel hammer for inspecting an outer wall that can be carried out by properly using both the rubbing inspection and the rubbing inspection.
Further, according to the present invention, the inspection piece has a rectangular cross section that exhibits an inelastic state on the short side facing the outer wall of the building and an elastic state on the long side, and the inspection object exhibits the inelastic state. Because it is equipped with a striking part that corresponds to the short side to be presented and a rubbing part that corresponds to the long side that exhibits the elastic state, it is a single product configuration, the instrument cost is low, and a percussion examination is performed with a simple operation. Thus, it is possible to provide an outer wall inspection hammer that can be used in combination with both the rubbing inspection and the rubbing inspection.
