Description

【0001】

The distal ends of the frame-like portion 6b and the fitting insertion portion 6g are closed by the end wall 6c. Then, in the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the frame-like portion 6b, that is, in the portion corresponding to the backing piece 11 of the frame-like portion 6b, as shown in FIG. A groove 6h for fitting the contact piece 11 is formed.
[0015]
In the present embodiment, the bottom surface of the groove 6h has a frame shape from the end wall 6c side so that the inclined surface 11a can come into contact and slide when the backing piece 11 provided in the left margin 5 is fitted. A rising gradient is formed over the portion 6b.
[0016]
Further, the surface of the front wall 1 adjacent to the connecting portion of the right margin 6 corresponds to the protruding pieces 5d and the joint wind surface 1b of the left margin 5 that are alternately connected in a comb-tooth shape. The joint wind surface 1b and the raised surface 1a are alternately formed.
[0017]
In the present invention, it goes without saying that the left margin 5 and the right margin 6 described above can be reversed left and right.
[0018]
Further, in the plastic outer wall material P according to the present embodiment, the back wall 2 is provided with protrusions 7 having a flat front end surface 7a protruding toward the opposite surface side at intervals. These protrusions 7 are formed in a portion of the back wall 2 that faces the raised surface 1a, and the height thereof is set lower than the surface that contacts the wall surface W of the margins 3-6.
[0019]
Furthermore, concave ribs 8 having tip portions 8a welded to the back surface of the joint wind surface 1b are formed at intervals on the portion of the back wall 2 facing the joint wind surface 1b. The concave rib 8 is used not only to increase the mechanical strength such as rigidity of the plastic outer wall material P but also to be used as a fixing portion by a fixing means such as nailing when being attached to a wall surface or the like. It is formed. Therefore, it can be formed in any part as long as it is a part facing the joint wind surface 1b of the back wall 2.
[0020]
The function of the plastic outer wall material P according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to an example in which three plastic outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 are connected to each other and attached to the wall surface W as shown in FIG. To do.
[0021]
(1) In attaching the first plastic outer wall material P 1 to the wall surface W, first, as shown in FIG. 10, the starter 50 is positioned on the wall surface W, and the mounting portion 51 is spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction. Then, the plurality of mounting long holes 54 drilled are fixed to the wall surface W by fixing means such as nailing with the nail 30.
[0022]
Here, as shown in FIG. 9, the starter 50 is connected to the engagement portion 53 bent in a substantially L shape continuously provided at the upper end of the plate-like attachment portion 51 and the lower end portion of the attachment portion 51 in the vicinity of the lower end portion. The belt-shaped thick part 51a provided with the provided bowl-shaped draining part 52 is provided in the attachment part 51, and a plurality of attachment long holes 54 are perforated at intervals.
[0023]
(2) After the above (1), the first plastic outer wall material P 1 is arranged above the starter 50, and the recess 10 a of the insert 10 provided in the lower margin 4 is used as the engaging portion of the starter 50. 53, and the abutting portion 4a is abutted against the draining portion 52, and then positioned on the wall W by fixing means such as nailing with the nail 30 using the mounting long hole 9a of the upper margin 3. It adheres (see FIG. 6).
[0024]
At this time, the frame-like portion 3b of the upper margin 3 contacts the wall surface W, but an air flow path is formed between the frame-like portion 3b and the wall surface W by the groove portion 3e formed in the frame-like portion 3b.
[0025]
(3) After the above (2), if necessary, the sealing member 40 is placed on the sealing step 6f of the margin 6 on the right side of the first plastic outer wall material P1 (see FIG. 8). The second plastic outer wall material P 2 is arranged on the right side of the first plastic outer wall material P 1 in the figure, and the recess 10a of the insert 10 in the margin 4 below the second plastic outer wall material P 1 is the same as the above (2). by sliding toward the first sheet plastic siding P 1 of After engaged with the engaging portion 53 of 50, two on the first sheet of the upper surface of the right margin 6 of plastic siding P 1 The left margin 5 of the plastic outer wall material P 2 is overlapped and positioned at a position where the backing piece 11 of the left margin 5 can be fitted into the groove 6 h of the right margin 6. Next, by sliding the second plastic outer wall material P 2 further, the left side of the second plastic outer wall material P 2 is inserted into the groove 6h of the right margin 6 of the first plastic outer wall material P 1. 8 and a second plastic outer wall material is fitted on the outer surface of the end wall 6c of the right margin 6 of the first plastic outer wall material P1, as shown in FIG. After positioning is brought into contact with the outer surface of the frame-shaped portion 5b of the left margin 5 of P 2, the wall surface of the second sheet of plastic siding P 2 by fixing means nailing etc. in the same manner as in the above (2) It adheres to W. As a result, the second plastic outer wall material P 2 can be positioned with high precision in the horizontal direction with respect to the wall surface W with respect to the first plastic outer wall material P 1 , and the right side after the connection between the two. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of trouble after construction such as the margin 6 and the left margin 5 turning up from the wall surface W outward.
[0026]
Note that above between the first sheet of the sealing step portion 6f of the right margin 6 plastic siding P 1, 2 sheet of the abutting portion 5a of the left margin 5 of the plastic siding P 2 As described above, when the sealing member 40 is interposed, the sealing member 40 is completely sealed so that rainwater or the like does not enter.
[0027]
(4) After the above (3), the third plastic outer wall material P 3 is disposed above the first plastic outer wall material P 1 and, as shown in FIG. Is overlapped on the upper surface side of the upper margin 3 of the first plastic outer wall material P 1 and is slid downward, so that the first plastic outer wall material P is inserted into the recess 10 a of the insert 10. 1 , the fitting ear 3 d of the upper margin 3 is fitted, and the contact portion 4 a and the protruding portion 4 d of the lower margin 4 of the third plastic outer wall material P 3 are each made of the first plastic. After positioning is brought into contact with the upper surface of the joint air surface 1b and a backing portion 3a of the upper margin 3 of the outer wall material P 1, similarly nailing the above (2) a plastic siding P 3 of the third sheet Wall by fixing means such as Sticking to the W.
[0028]
In fixing the first to third plastic outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 to the wall surface W in the steps according to (2), (3) and (4) above, uneven portions and unevenness existing on the wall surface W in advance. An appropriate protrusion 7 is selected corresponding to the portion, and a spacer 20 made of resin or rubber having elasticity (flexibility) is attached in advance to the flat tip surface 7a of the selected protrusion 7, By providing a portion that abuts against the wall surface W via the spacer 20, the plastic outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 can be attached to the wall surface W without looseness and while maintaining high flatness. .
[0029]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, if the fixing portion by fixing means such as nail driving by the nail 30 is additionally provided by using the concave rib 8 provided on the back wall side and fixed to the wall surface W, it becomes more firm. each plastic siding P 1 to P 3 can be pasted to.
[0030]
In the present invention, the other reason why the projections 7 having the flat front end surface 7a projecting to the reverse wall 2 are projected from the back wall 2 at intervals is the plastic outer wall material P on the wall surface of the building. This is because, when pasted, a gap S is formed between the wall surface and the like, and air is allowed to flow through the gap S to prevent condensation.
[0031]
Therefore, it is desirable that the protrusions 7 be distributed over the entire back wall 2. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 7 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be any shape such as a square, an ellipse, or a polygon. Furthermore, if the shape of the protrusion is bellows, or if it has elasticity in the protruding direction as a stepped shape in which the cross-sectional area is reduced step by step, it will be more effective against uneven parts and uneven parts present on the wall surface W. It can respond flexibly.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0033]
At the time of construction, the positioning of the plastic outer wall materials connected to each other in the horizontal direction on the wall surface or the like is not troublesome, and the efficiency of construction work is remarkably improved.
