Description

【0001】

(4) After the above (3), the third plastic outer wall material P 3 is disposed above the first plastic outer wall material P 1 and, as shown in FIG. Is overlapped on the upper surface side of the upper margin 3 of the first plastic outer wall material P 1 and is slid downward, so that the first plastic outer wall material P is inserted into the recess 10 a of the insert 10. 1 , the fitting ear 3 d of the upper margin 3 is fitted, and the contact portion 4 a and the protruding portion 4 d of the lower margin 4 of the third plastic outer wall material P 3 are each made of the first plastic. After positioning is brought into contact with the upper surface of the joint air surface 1b and a backing portion 3a of the upper margin 3 of the outer wall material P 1, similarly nailing the above (2) a plastic siding P 3 of the third sheet Wall by fixing means such as Sticking to the W.
[0024]
In fixing the first to third plastic outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 to the wall surface W in the steps according to (2), (3) and (4) above, uneven portions and unevenness existing on the wall surface W in advance. An appropriate protrusion 7 is selected corresponding to the portion, and a spacer 20 made of resin or rubber having elasticity (flexibility) is attached in advance to the flat tip surface 7a of the selected protrusion 7, By providing a portion that abuts against the wall surface W via the spacer 20, the plastic outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 can be attached to the wall surface W without looseness and while maintaining high flatness. .
[0025]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, when a portion such as a nail by the nail 30 is additionally provided using the concave rib 8 provided on the back wall side and fixed to the wall surface W, each plastic is made more firmly. The outer wall materials P 1 to P 3 can be pasted.
[0026]
In the present invention, a plurality of protrusions 7 having a flat front end surface 7a protruding toward the opposite surface wall are provided on the back wall 2 so as to protrude from each other, and the height of the protrusions is a surface that abuts against the wall surface of the margin. more another reason for low, when pasted plastic siding P to the wall surface or the like of a building, to form between gap S between the wall surface, dew condensation by air flows through the inter-gap S This is to prevent this.
[0027]
Therefore, it is desirable that the protrusions 7 be distributed over the entire back wall 2. The cross-sectional shape of the protrusions 7 is not limited to a circular one, square, oval, Ru can be any shape such as a polygon.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0029]
Protrusions having a flat front end surface are provided on the back wall so as to be spaced apart from each other, and the height of the protrusions is lower than the surface contacting the wall surface of the margin. For this reason, the flatness is maintained by interposing a spacer between the tip surface of the protrusion selected corresponding to the uneven portion or the uneven portion present on the wall surface of the building and the wall surface, etc. In addition, it can be pasted so as not to rattle. In addition, when pasted plastic siding on a wall surface or the like of a building, while gap between the front end surface of the wall and the protrusion been formed, the air through the inter-gap prevents condensation by circulating Can do.
[0030]
Moreover, since it is a hollow double-wall structure with a hollow inside, it is lightweight and excellent in heat insulation.
