Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a horizontal support member with a nut attached to the lower surface of an upper floor in a house or the likeWithIt relates to the support structure of the upper frame of the building.
[0002]
[Background technology]
In the construction of houses, industrialization has progressed, and for example, there is a panel method in which components such as walls, floors, and roofs are panelized in advance in a factory, and these panels are assembled at the construction site to construct a house. Adopted in some areas.
The wall panel used in this panel construction method assembles the frame material into a rectangular frame shape, and attaches a face material made of plywood etc. on both the front and back sides of the frame body that is assembled vertically and horizontally inside the rectangular frame It has a hollow part. The floor panel is constructed by assembling the eaves into a rectangular shape and attaching a face material made of plywood or the like to one surface of a frame body in which reinforcing bars are assembled vertically and horizontally inside the rectangular frame.
[0003]
In this panel method, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-054413, a wall panel on the upper floor is assembled.
First, the upper floor wall panel is erected on the upper floor of the lower floor wall panel via the floor (consisting of a floor panel etc.), while the lower end of the torso bolt is the lower floor wall panel. The upper floor wall panel is provided over the lower floor wall panel and the upper floor wall panel so that the upper end thereof is disposed within the hollow section of the upper floor wall panel. Here, a through hole through which the trunk difference bolt is passed is formed in advance in the upper end portion of the lower floor wall panel, the lower end portion and the floor portion of the upper floor wall panel. It is installed over the wall panel of the lower floor and the wall panel of the upper floor. Next, the nut is screwed after the washer is extrapolated to the lower end portion of the trunk difference bolt, while the nut is screwed after the washer is extrapolated to the upper end portion of the trunk difference bolt, Connect the upper floor wall panel.
[0004]
By the way, in the panel construction method described above, the upper floor wall panel is connected to the lower floor wall panel via the upper floor panel, and is supported by the lower floor wall panel. Is connected to a lintel that does not have a hollow part across the floor panel of the upper floor, and when these wall panel and floor panel are supported, for example,8 and 9A structure as shown in FIG.
[0005]
That is, before the wall panel 132 is erected on the floor panel 131, the trunk difference bolt 134 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 133 formed in the floor panel 131 and the notch portion formed in the frame member 131 a of the floor panel 131. A nut 136 is screwed into the lower end of the trunk difference bolt 134 via 135. In this state, after the wall panel 132 is erected on the floor panel 131, the upper end of the trunk difference bolt 134 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 137 of the wall panel 132, and a nut 138 is screwed into the upper end of the trunk difference bolt 134. At the same time, the wall panel 132 is fastened and fixed to the floor panel 131.
[0006]
Subsequently, a packing material 139 is bonded to the opening surfaces on both sides of the cutout portion 135 of the floor panel 131 with an adhesive, and the surface step between the frame material 131a of the floor panel 131 and the massa 140 that supports the floor panel 131 is repaired. To do. In this state, the gusset plywood 141 is bonded to the surface of each packing material 139 and the massa 140 with an adhesive, and a plurality of nails 142 are driven into the frame material 131a and the massa 140 of the floor panel 131 from each gusset plywood 141. Thus, the floor panel 131 and the massa 140 are joined and fixed, and the opening surfaces on both sides of the notch 135 of the floor panel 131 are closed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure that supports the upper housing such as the upper floor wall panel and the upper floor floor panel by connecting the upper floor wall panel with the upper floor floor panel as described above. As described above, since the fastening between the floor panel 131 and the wall panel 132 and the fixing between the floor panel 131 and the magsa 140 are performed separately, the on-site construction is troublesome and troublesome.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to easily fix and support an upper casing such as a floor panel provided on the upper part.wearIt is to provide a support structure for the upper housing.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIG.

Therefore, on the upper floor 7 placed on the lintel 1 with a nut, it is possible to easily connect the upper casing made of the upper wall 76 and the upper floor 7 and the lintel with a nut, Unlike the conventional case, when the upper floor portion 7 is attached to the lintel, a metal fitting for connecting the lintel to the upper floor portion 7, for example, a gusset plywood or the like is not required. It is not necessary to perform the fastening work of the bolt 73 and the nut 3 for connecting the upper floor wall portion 76 erected on the upper floor portion 7 with the bolt 73 below the upper floor portion 7. By attaching the upper floor portion 7 and the upper floor wall portion 76 to the lintel 1 on the floor portion 7, the attachment lintel 1 can be easily supported.
[0047]
Specifically, the floor panel and the wall panel can be fastened and fixed, and the floor panel and the magsa can be joined at the same time, simplifying on-site construction, shortening the construction period, and assembling strength. Can be improved. Furthermore, even when the exterior material is attached to the lintel, the gusset plywood is not used for joining the lintel to the floor panel. Therefore, the exterior material can be easily attached without obstructing the gusset plywood.
[0060]
In the above embodiment, the lintel has been described as a horizontal support material, but it constitutes a part of the building frame, in particular, the lower frame of the building frame, is installed horizontally, and is provided on the upper frame, for example, on the upper surface. Any material may be used as long as it supports the upper floor portion to be placed, for example, a beam.
In the above-described embodiment and modification, the nut 3 and the male screw portion 40 have been described as separate members, but the nut 3 and the male screw portion 40 may be configured as an integral unit.
Moreover, the structure of an upper floor part, an upper floor wall part, etc. is also arbitrary, For example, although the upper floor wall part was made into the wall panel, it is not restricted to this, You may use a square. In addition, it is needless to say that specific components and the like can be changed as appropriate.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the nut to be screwed with the bolt provided on the upper floor portion is fixed to the support material body via the male screw portion and the adhesive, the lower portion of the upper floor portion At the time of attaching to the support member, the upper case is fixed to the support material body simply by screwing the nut onto the bolt of the upper case. Thereby, the operation | work which attaches and supports an upper housing | casing to the horizontal support material with a nut can be performed easily, and shortening of a construction period can be achieved as well as the simplification in field construction.
That is, when attaching the horizontal support material to the lower part of the upper housing, unlike the conventional case, there is no need for metal fittings for connecting the horizontal support material and the upper housing, that is, the lower part of the upper floor, such as gusset plywood. Can be fixed and supported easily.
[0065]
AlsoWhen the nut is projected from the upper surface of the support material body and attached to the lower surface of the upper floor portion, the position of the nut can be easily seen, and the bolt provided on the upper floor portion can be easily Can be screwed together.
[0066]
AlsoWhen attaching the upper case to the horizontal support member with nut, the upper case can be easily supported by the horizontal support member with nut by simply screwing the bolt into the nut of the horizontal support member with nut. The work of connecting the housing and the horizontal support member to support the upper housing can be simplified as well as on-site construction, and the construction period can be shortened.
[0068]
AlsoWhen the upper floor part and the upper floor part constituting the upper frame are supported by the horizontal support member with nuts, the upper floor part is placed on the horizontal support member, and the upper floor part is placed on the upper floor part. By simply installing a floor wall and inserting a bolt into the wall side communication hole of the upper floor wall part and the floor side communication hole of the upper floor part and screwing it to the nut of the horizontal support member with a nut, Since the floor wall and the upper floor can be connected to the horizontal support with nuts, the work can be easily performed on the upper floor placed on the horizontal support with nuts, The upper floor portion 7 and the upper floor wall portion can be easily supported by the horizontal support material.
Furthermore, when placing the upper floor portion 7 on the horizontal support member with a nut, the upper floor portion can be installed in a nut protruding from the upper surface of the horizontal support member together with the notch portion on the lower surface. The installation position of the upper floor can be easily determined.
