Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for removing a ceiling of a concrete tank.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tap water is stored in a concrete tank after the source water is filtered and sterilized with chlorine, and is sent to households. For this reason, since this tap water contains a chlorine ion, the chloride ion adheres to a ceiling, the concrete ceiling becomes shabby, and the phenomenon which falls as a broken piece has arisen.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, it is necessary to replace the ceiling. However, when the water supply is stopped, that is, when the ceiling is replaced with the tank emptied, smooth water supply of the tap water is hindered.
Therefore, it is desired to replace the defective ceiling while storing tap water in the tank and using it as a storage tank for tap water.
The present invention provides a method for replacing the ceiling of a tank that meets such needs.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the method for removing a tank ceiling according to claim 1 of the present invention, first, a tray that floats on water is provided under the ceiling corresponding to the cut portion of the edge of the ceiling. Next, while supporting the ceiling, the debris generated when cutting the cutting portion is received in a tray. And then destroy the ceiling
Thus, by providing the saucer which floats in water, it can carry out without dropping the debris which arises when cutting the cutting part of the edge part of a ceiling to water (tap water).
The tank ceiling removing method according to claim 2, wherein the tank is filled with tap water by cutting the edge of the ceiling and then moving the ceiling to the side plate and destroying the ceiling outside the side plate. The ceiling can be removed under certain conditions.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1A is a cross-sectional view of the tank, FIG. 1B is a plan view of the tank, FIG. 2A is a perspective view of the upper portion of the tank, and FIGS. 2B and 2C are conceptual views showing a method for removing the ceiling. It is.
[0006]
The tank 1 has a cylindrical shape, and the bottom plate 1a, the side plate 1b, and the ceiling 1c are made of reinforced concrete. And this tank 1 is normally filled with tap water 2, and distributes it to a general household.
When the ceiling 1c of the tank in use becomes shabby and an event of falling as a broken piece occurs, replacement work for the ceiling 1c is necessary.
[0007]
However, since it is not preferable to make the tank unusable during the construction and to remove the ceiling, the method for removing the ceiling will be described with the tank usable.
First, a U-shape that corresponds to the cutting portion 7 of the ceiling 1c and receives the fine powder of concrete generated when cutting the concrete of the ceiling 1c and the cooling water of the chain saw around the inside of the side plate 1b at the lower part of the ceiling 1c. A saucer 5 is provided. In addition, this tray 5 is made of rubber or the like that can float on water and is made in a U shape, and is inserted from a manhole with tap water in the tank. Lubricating water and fine powder to be described later are pumped, etc. It is discharged out of the tank.
[0008]
Next, in order to support the concrete ceiling 1c, support holes 11 and 11 for inserting the support pillars 10 into the ends of the ceiling 1c are opened correspondingly.
In addition, the number of the support pillars 10 is desirably two or more in order to ensure stability in consideration of the left and right balance of the ceiling 1c.
Then, the support pillar 10 is inserted into the support holes 11 and 11, and the height of the lifter 15 is adjusted so that the lifter 15 with wheels is placed on the support pillar 10 to support the ceiling 1c.
[0009]
Next, in order to cut the periphery of the concrete ceiling 1c with a well-known wire sawing machine, a sawing wire is passed through the support hole 11 (or a small hole opened in another place) in the ceiling 1c, and the wire The cutting part 7 of the ceiling 1c is cut while starting the sewing machine and injecting lubricating water (see FIG. 2B).
In addition, since the concrete powder and lubricating water which are produced at the time of cutting enter the tray 5, the tap water in the tank is not contaminated.
[0010]
When the periphery of the ceiling 1c has been cut, the ceiling 1c is supported by the lifter 15 and is separated from the side plate of the tank 1 (FIG. 2 (B)).
Next, when the ceiling 1c is pushed through a pressing device (not shown), the ceiling 1c supported by the lifter 15 moves toward the side plate 1b and protrudes from the side plate 1b. Is destroyed with a hammer 16 or the like.
In addition, since the destroyed section falls to the outside of the side plate 1b, the ceiling can be sequentially destroyed without entering the tank and contaminating the tap water (FIG. 2C).
[0011]
In this way, by destroying the ceiling 1c while moving sequentially, the ceiling 1c can be removed without concrete powder or a concrete lump entering the tank.
As a result, the ceiling 1c can be removed without affecting the tap water in the tank 1, so that the construction can be performed while distributing the tap water in the tank 1 to a general household.
In addition, it can replace with the destroyed ceiling 1 and a new ceiling can be attached easily.
[0012]
The ceiling 1c is supported by a support column 10 inserted through a support hole 11 opened in the ceiling 1c. As shown in FIG. 3, the ceiling 1c is lifted by a crane or the like via a hook 6. In the state, the cutting part 7 is cut by a wire sawing machine (FIG. 3A), and then the ceiling 1c is supported by the support pillar 10 (FIG. 3B). A method of crushing 1c outside the side plate 1b (FIG. 3C) and removing it may be used.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The method for removing the tank ceiling according to claim 1 of the present invention is a method for cutting the cut portion of the edge of the ceiling by providing a tray that floats on the water below the ceiling corresponding to the cut portion of the edge of the ceiling. This can be done without dropping the resulting chips into water (tap water).
The tank ceiling removing method according to claim 2 is a state in which the tank is filled with tap water by cutting the edge of the ceiling and then moving the ceiling to the side plate and destroying the ceiling outside the side plate. The ceiling can be removed.
